Missed my timeslot at 5:30, went back at 8:00 and they still let me on board even though I missed my first timeslot, I'm thankful they didn't make me pay for another ticket. The staff on board catered for everyone and offered to take plenty of photos. Food and drinks were also good, would use them again!

The trip was really fun. The food and drinks were provided and as we opted for the 3 hour tour, we got really close to the Burj al Arab!! We managed to take some really good photos and the Captain Raj and Crew member Mahesh and Sudi punidh and Ronald were really helpful! ⭐

Everything was wonderful except the grill on the back deck made the inside cabin extremely hot and it seems like the air conditioning system was a bit low. Other wise it was very nice. Please work on the air system bc during the end of the cruise I could feel the air more. And a young guy was at the passing out stage as his parents were putting ice and wet towels on him

What an amazing trip!! Barack and his crew (Chandra, Davan, Jaya, Niraj) were very welcoming and took very good care of us. The trip consisted of stopping off at various landmarks and the crew took soo many good pictures of us. The food was amazing, there was burgers, hot dogs and various salads. Would definitely recommend if coming to Dubai for the first time

We had a really great experience with Xclusive Yachts. It was super relaxing and good value for money. The team showcased all the tourist attractions on route and made sure there was plenty of photo time. The only thing to note is that the AC inside the yatch wasn’t working very well which wasn’t the best for a super hot day. Other than that, I’d recommend to anyone looking for a yacht tour. Big well done and thank you to Barack, Captain Rama, Niraj and team!

Great views.lovely City view and very neat environment right from the office to the waiting area before heading to the yacht. Getting to the yacht and the crew were fantastic people interact with you in ease and patient with you give you time to take good photos.

I booked this Yatch tour for my daughters 30th Birthday, excellent instructions and prompt email with all information on booking, this was an excellent Yatch tour, well organised after meeting point, staff were attentive throughout helping with photographs, excellent views and very close for viewing of Burj al Arab. Food was excellent for lunch BBQ and drinks water and soft drinks provided. Overall I would definitely recommend this tour and booking this was excellent.

The ride was good but felt it was a little over-crowded though the other guests were very nice people. The food was very disappointing, though the staff were absolutely amazing. The best part of the experience was the great staff who were very helpful in taking pictures etc.

The team was amazing! They took lots of pictures for us, were informative tour guides and provided delicious food for our family! The sunset tour was beautiful, where we got to experience the daytime view, as well as the sunset and night views. Would definitely recommend

This was a wonderful experience! We boarded the big 78ft Yacht which was clean and beautiful. The crew layed red carpet at the boat entrance and asked us to leave our shoes outside (I recommend you stay bare footed so you don't slip with socks). Absolutely great experience. We booked evening with bbq with family of 6 persons. Think we were around 25 on the boat, which is really large enough for the people on board. Setting was great and especially the staff was great. They offered to take pictures, explained what there was to see and were overall super friendly. It was very nice boat journey, good to see Dubai from the water, make very nice pictures. Jamel was our guide, he cared about everything and was very kind. I recommend this tour if you want to learn about Dubai and see views from the water. Moreover sunset sky was very beautiful. And good food for dinner. Thank you!

Syed and his team were amazing. Made sure everyone was enjoying themselves, asking to take photos for people and much more. We’re all very friendly and on top of that the food was very good. He presented himself upon arrival and made us feel welcome which immediately broke the ice. From start to finish they were excellent and we would highly recommend Syed and his crew.

Jemal the tour guide was an extremely genuine and nice young man. Very informative and always willing to capture the landmarks for you on camera…. David Bailey wannabe… Rest of crew pleasant and attended to any needs. Food ok but not amazing but wasn’t a show stopper by any means. Recommend a sun hat!!!! Overall an enjoyable experience

The whole experience was fantastic. Syed the guide was awesome and full of information. The food was yummy and there was lots of it, I loved the refreshing lemon and mint lemonade. My partner and I loved all the photos we were able to take. 10 out of 10 and worth every penny.

This was one of the best experiences that we had in Dubai and it is highly recommended! We had so much fun and we loved the vibe! Djamel Eddine was our tour guide and along with the crew, made this cruise a fabulous experience. The boat was very nice, clean and with plenty space. During our cruise the crew provided us with some refreshing beverages, water and lovely food. Djamel Eddine was very helpful before and during the cruise. He also took some of the best photos. I went with my girl and It was an excellent experience worth the price. The staff were really nice from the beginning to the end, food was delicious and the view was breathtaking from all angles. Definitely doing it again and I’d recommend it to anyone.

It was a wonderful sightseeing experience in a premium class YAtch and the lunch was delicious too. I would like to thank Mr. Jamal. Such a nice guide and also a nice photographer. We didn’t have our own photographer but thanks to Jamal. He clicked such beautiful honeymoon photos for us. Highly recommended.

We took the breakfast tour, which was really nice! Clean yacht, enough space to accommodate our group, good locations to see most of places around marina. Great crew and good food. We enjoyed the tour and would love to take another one in the evening next time.

We booked the trip with lunch. It was super nice, the team was super nice, the food was delicious and the yacht was really chic. Our guide Syed was also super friendly and communication via WhatsApp was perfect. We can recommend the whole thing to everyone! Always my pleasure.

I do not know where to start. The yacht - just stunning. The tour & view - incredible. The service - more than 5*. And the crew - AMAZING & kind-hearted. Especially our contact person: Djamel - he was more than just a host. I asked him in the morning to prepare some amenity for the 30. birthday of my fiancé - and he made it very well. Thank you once again, Djamel! We felt very comfortable, nothing was missing from it.

Wow! What a fabulous couple of hours. Great views, amazing atmosphere. Food was delicious and the tour guide Zeeshan was brilliant, he was super helpful and could answer any questions that people needed answers too. Really knows his stuff. Thanks to Zeeshan and his team for a great time! Would definitely recommend.
