The line took about 10 minutes to get in, not bad at all! There is also food inside the louve if you are hungry. I recommend you bring your own water if you don’t want to buy, didnt see any fountains. Mona Lisa has a long line to see her, you can however go around to the sides of barricade and get a close look without waiting. The Crown Jewels are a must see!

Amazing! Such an amazing museum! Make sure to select anything on or before 3:30pm because they close around 5 i think. I feel bad for people who schedule later that that, because even for us that our schedule was at 3:30pm, we still missed some areas. It’s the biggest museum in the world, take your time and enjoy everything!

Amazing and beautiful place to visit. Need more than one day for sure. If you pre book tickets don't queue at the main pyramid as advised (they call them carousels) There is another carousel (entrance) at the small pyramid to the right of the museum (looking at it) and there is hardly any queuing there...saves a lot if time.

While my ticket did not include a guided experience, I had a great time at the museum. I was able to explore the parts of the museum I wanted to the most. If you enjoy history and explanations, definitely go for a guided tour. And remember, you will need more than a day to fully get the Louvre experience.

The art work is stunning. The sculptures were magnificent. The Lovre Museum is one museum that everyone in the world should visit for a few hours. The cafes were good and one needs to rest as the museum is gigantic. This is my second visit and I will have to come back again and again.

Focused on the Denon wing with a quick look at the Egyptian artefacts in the Sully wing, in 3 hours. There is a lot of awe inspiring art (sculptures) from Greece & paintings close to the Mona Lisa's location (many of them that are under-appreciated (The Wedding at Cana! for one)

It’s very busy, even at 4pm. There is a queue to see the Mona Lisa but it moves quickly. I have been before so had seen most things but I was with my teenage daughter who found it very interesting. The maps could do with updating though as it’s quite tricky to find some things.

Everything worked on fine. We just wish we would've taken the tour. The Louvre was amazing but way to much to see without guidance and history of what you're looking at. We opted for the audioguide the museum offered through the Nintendo DS but it is not the same.

Easy to find entrance to the Louvre and no problem getting in on time, ahead of the long lines of those without tickets. Printed my tickets before leaving home since I knew I wouldn’t have cell service, but I could also see the tickets in the app without wifi.

The staff were excellent. My daughter is disabled and uses a stick to assist her walking. Every time a member of staff saw her they pulled us out of the queue and took us to the front. Can't praise them enough. Made our visit very enjoyable and stress free.

With a timed-entry ticket, you can enter the Louvre within 30 minutes and avoid standing in long lines. On a self-guided tour, explore the museum at your own pace. See magnificent and impressive artworks such as the Mona Lisa, Venus de Milo, and Nike of Samothrace.

The Louver Museum first opened its doors to visitors in August 1793. It had more than 500 exhibits at the time. However, the museum's collection grew quickly. Many great artists gave or bequeathed their paintings to the museum. Since it was founded, the museum collection has assembled more than 300,000 artworks, but only 35,000 of them are displayed in the halls. Here you can find ancient Egyptian relics, Renaissance masterpieces, and paintings from the 13th to 20th centuries.

There are nine important and popular exhibitions that are always open: Near Eastern Antiquities; Egyptian Antiquities; Ancient Greek, Etruscan, and Roman Antiquities; Islamic Art; Sculpture; Art's Objects; Fine Art; Graphic Art; The History of the Louver.
