The guide was on time and easy to find. The young lady brought us quickly and accurately to our destination, gave us all the important information along the way and then left us unspectacularly. Access to the tower was as easy as requested! A great experience! Unfortunately, we could not do the Seine tour for health reasons, but we were told that the tickets are valid for a whole year! Super Service!

This appeared to be an evening cruise on the Seine, followed by a visit to the summit of the Eiffel Tower; however, there isn't time to do both. The cruise tickets can be used used any time, so we took a day cruise two days later. That worked fine, but the title of the event is a bit misleading. Nonetheless, everything was smooth and enjoyable.

It was a lovely tour and our Guide, she was called Aida, was just the best. So kind and funny, she told us so much that was to know about the Eiffel Tower and it's origins, as well as much more interesting things. Would book again - definitely. But ask in advance for Aida. :)

Nice visit to the top. The only flaw I would change is that to validate the purchased tickets it was necessary to go near a bar 600 meters away from the Eiffel Tower 10 minutes before the set time to get on. Too bad that no one was there at the appointed time. They arrived 30 minutes late compared to the agreed time and I had the concern that they wouldn't let me get on board because I missed the established time.

The dinner cruise was a lovely experience with great food, wonderful live singing and drinks. The waiting staff were friendly and it was generally a recommended experience if you are visiting Paris. Only downside is that it was difficult to see the sights properly from the boat.

Despite the gloomy weather and rain, we really enjoyed the dinner cruise. We had a seat bu the window so the view was fantastic. Our waiter was the best and we listened to the lovely music while we had our dinner. It made our experience in Paris even better.

My husband and I took the dinner cruise with the privileged menu as something romantic to enjoy together. The food was really well made and the service was exceptional. The entertainment while cruising down the river and seeing all the monuments and bridges lit up was spectacular. If it’s your first time in Paris this is an absolute must. It will not disappoint at all.

The dinner cruise was excellent. Service and food were excellent. Having read previous reviews we decided on the most expensive option. We thought that this would guarantee us with a table in the front of the boat but we actually were on one side of the boat, a little disappointing. The boat was clean and modern. Bateau Parisien was excellent. It made this seamless Only warning is taxis directly outside boat are ripping off passengers when getting off boat . 50 Euros for 20 Euro trip . Don’t use . Go up to Eiffel Tower taxi stand. Must. Be sure they use meter and don’t preset meter and take credit cards.

Booked a 'privilege' dinner cruise and absolutely loved it. We had great window seats, champagne to start the event off, good choice of food on menu, excellent service, delicious food and very good wine, both red and white. There was a very talented singer who sang throughout the trip with songs that in places linked to the sights. Wasn't sure what to expect, but it was well worth the expense.

We chose the Service Découverte for this cruise. Fine dining over the Siene was such a fun thing to do on our the first night in Paris. This 3 hour cruise served us wine and food while we enjoyed the view of multiple attractions by the river. They also take professional photographs available to purchase in print at the end of the cruise.

One of the most beautiful evenings of my or our life. Very romantic, the mood/atmosphere was pleasant. The singer and the songs were great. There is still some room for improvement when it comes to food and the pictures for €25/piece are exorbitant! but other than that it's definitely worth the money. That wasn't the last time!

As we did the cruise on a rainy night, we still had a great time. The food, Champagne and wine was good. We enjoyed the singer / music and the waiter was very friendly. One Suggestion: I would recommend that the pictures only cost $5.00 a piece (instead of $20) and we may have purchased one or two (instead of having them be tossed out)

There was really no one to help us guide where everything was.. I mean the cruise gave us guide to show what building we were passing but other than that it was all about dinner … it was a bit warm on the cruise thank god we had a window seat it was cooler there

My friends and I are Caribbean and wanted to visit paris for a birthday celebration. We decided to take this dinner tour. We were mad late getting there and arrived to the check bit at 8:20 and the actual boat at 8:27 so literally almost missed it. So go ahead. The ambience was amazing and the live performance was great. This was exceptional,, Everything exceeded our expectations… We upgraded and it was worth every penny,,, service, dinner, narration, and view perfect,,, we were party of four and not one disappointment… The only thing to comment which is not the cruise,,,, we got taxis to and from hotel which was 2 miles one way,,, one charged 40 American dollars and the other 50,,, this is not reasonable,,,, don’t get caught,

Really nice activity to do in Paris to discover some places when you don't have unlimited time It's essential

There are audio guides in different languages on the boat which really helped. I enjoyed the open top floor of the boat, though it will get cold up there. I would suggest going during the day. It is hard to see the buildings at night. The waffle was delicious.

It was very nice. Paris is magic... On the roof of the boat, we took advantage of the beautiful ride. But... lack of organization on schedules. One shot is 6 p.m. then 6:20 p.m. but it is indicated that it is a departure every 40 minutes. A little confusing, but beyond that, great!!!

Boat cruise was good. We got to see the beautiful Eiffel Tower lite up in the evening. I thought the cruise was a touch too long with it being 1.5 hours, you could see people becoming bored and were pretty anxious to get off. Overall its worth it.

Nice cruise at nightfall, music on board and open bar, drinks are not expensive, 3 euros for a glass of mulled wine, 7 euros for a bottle of champagne, standing or sitting on the boat, for taking photos , Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, place for shows, suitable for families

Very nice cruise, with a group of less than 40 people, I recommend. Having unfortunately missed the slot for the day of my reservation due to a transport problem, they made no difficulty so that I could take the cruise the next day and I really thank them for that, it's cool.
