The Budapest History Museum does not only live up to its name with its interior. The museum's collections are housed in a part of the royal Buda Castle. The History Museum, like many architectural and cultural sights of modern Budapest, was established at the end of the XIX century. The temple of history has collected within its walls a large number of artifacts testifying to the stages of development of Budapest and the territories on which it was formed.
