Details

This is a casual evening sightseeing cruise that shows Budapest from the Danube without narration or structured guiding. The appeal is visual: when the city is lit, the river views can feel quietly beautiful, especially from the open deck. Comfort depends heavily on conditions—on cold or windy nights it can feel chilly outside, while inside views may be affected by condensation. Seating is unassigned and first-come, so arriving early helps if you want space near windows or on deck. A single welcome drink sets a relaxed tone, but this is more like a floating café or pub than a curated tour. It suits travelers who are happy to look, sip, and take photos at their own pace.

Lovely boat experience, Budapest at night time was beautiful. Plenty of photo opportunity. The welcome drink was an acquired taste but still a good price for a boat trip

It was a nice tour. We had very short time at each stop to enjoy the scenery and for photoshoot. We didn’t have time to visit the castle and churches. Our guide was very nice and friendly though. I only recommend people to join this tour if you have limited time in Budapest, then it is worth it, you get to see all the beautiful places. However, I think Budapest has a lot to offer and plan a 3 days trip would be better to learn the cultures and history.

Very nice experience, if a little crowded. We recommend arriving after sundown to see the parliament building lit up, and to get there at least 30 mins early to stand in line behind the rope to get good seats on the top of the boat.

We and my family visited Budapest for the first time. Our tour guide recommended us night time cruise on the river. It was a great time. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

You get a great view of the city lights but you want to dress for the night temperatures. The trip is just under an hour.

This is a river cruise without audio commentary. Which is was fine for us as we just look in the views. Get there early if you want a good spot on the boat as there’s limited space on the open top deck. Overall we really enjoyed it.

Views were beautiful, the outside section of the boat got crowded fast, I wish we’d got there earlier so we could have better seats/photo opportunities. There’s no audio/tour guide so it’s hard to know what you’re looking at but was a good experience.

Excellent ride to see the lights at night, especially at Christmas time. I only wish they had not run out of non alcoholic drinks
