The trip was great. The bus picked us up on the near bus station and took us to Auschwitz 1 and later to Auschwitz 2. The ride was comfortable and the guide was really nice. We were also very satisfied with lunchboxes (sandwiches with hummus and with ham, apples and chocolate bars). We wouldn't change a thing about the whole thing :)

Communication with the company is very good - use What’s App. Transportation to and from is comfortable and punctual. The English speaking guide was well informed. She actually is from Oswiecim the town where Auschwitz-Birkenau complex is located. Her presentation was thorough and respectful.

Tours were very good and guides were very informative. It's a lot of walking so make sure your shoes are comfortable and broken in. There is so much to be shown, that at times it felt very rushed (7 minutes to eat lunch)! No time for toilet stops, drink breaks etc. I walked just shy of 14 miles across the two Auschwitz tours and the Salt Mines tours in one day.

The salt mine guide was amazing and knowledgeable, the auschwitz guide was equally brilliant but the head set audio feed was sometimes problematic- not their fault! The tours were lengthy and very informative.

On a whole it was a very good day! It was very interesting and the guide was very good. We would have preferred if the salt mines had been done last though, as it was a very hot day, and we were out in it at Auschwitz at the hottest part of the day! It made for a very very sweaty tour!! Also we would have liked more time to explore Auschwitz birkenau on our own after the tour as it was huge and we were only shown a tiny portion of it!

The tour was very well organised. The bus picked us up in the morning by our hotel, and we were transported to Auschwitz directly. At the museum we had a guide who shared important context to the exhibits. He was very knowledgeable. Throughout the tour we had clear communication with the organisers, and at the end they dropped us off at the hotel again. In the middle of the tour we has a short break for the packed lunch. Overall the tour is a very good value for your money.

Johanna was absolutely fantastic. So knowledgeable and passionate. The Auschwitz tour was amazing. Never experienced anything like it. The salt mine was nice, the sculptures are worth seeing although it doesn't feel like it when you are you are walking down all the steps, but the lift back up is tiny and cramped. Lots of waiting for the lift aswell.

Very well organised! Kris the guide we had on the mini van was super! His English is very well pronouncdd and clear. He explained and showed us a video on our way. Also showed us the house of Rudolph Hess and took us to an extra part where deportees used to be stopped and a few people visit. Good idea to visit Auschwits2 first and then Auschwits1 to avoid the crowds. Highly recommend this. Thanks!

If I could give a higher score I would. The experience and service this company provided was outstanding. From booking online to the collection on the day was flawless. We received regular updates about our booking and always had piece of mind. On the day of our pick up we were a bit worried that we may not have been in the right place. We called the number provided and had a response within seconds to reassure us that we were in the right place and that our driver would be there soon. I have to say as well that the highlight to the whole booking was our pick up driver called Chris. He went through our entire day with us and although our activity was a non-guided tour, he provided all of us with a tour guide (and asked we returned it after) and pointed out all the ""key places"" to visit. He essentially acted as a mini tour guide and helped us with everything, very friendly and could not have been any more helpful. Easiest way to describe would be a LEGEND
