I enjoyed the visit! I didn't like the change in schedule as we had to rush through the visit due to closing time! I didn't like having selected a giia in Portuguese and they just gave me a book in Portuguese that I could have purchased anywhere! I didn't like that the guide didn't accompany us during the visit, leaving us to our own devices.

Lots to learn and lots to see. Me and my daughters (who are 11 and 13 years!) learnt a lot on our trip. Lots of history which will now help them learn this at school. Only down side is the first part of the trip was been given such a small amount of time to get around. Definitely recommend.

beautiful but if I had seen better that there was no guide as a person I would not have booked, it was difficult to understand where we were or what we were seeing only through the guide book

Good in general, I suggest there be audio in Spanish at the Austwitz museum. I also suggest improving the reception of passengers at the meeting point.
