In few words - Perfect tour. Starting from the driver Simon and ending Salt mine. Auszwitz in general very interesting place, guide told a lot with no rush. Lunch was pretty simple, but very delicious: sandwich, salat, fruits. Salt mine guide was funny person. Only positive vibes about this trip.

This was a well organised trip and guide with caring and sensitive hosts. I am from New Zealand, and was greatly appreciative of how this whole trip was facilitated. Very intense tour , but our guide talked us through the details with care and sensitivity which made the tour and trip as bearable as it could be. Many thanks and would recommend this highly.

Guide was great and everything was well organised. I really had the feeling of being chased through the camp. Don't stop anywhere or just look at as many people as possible through Auschwitz (1). I understand the routing, but for that reason it leaves little impression. It's simply too busy for that.

Excellent service from the tour company, and lunch was simple but really tasty. The guide for the Auschwitz tour was okay, but the one for the salt mine was amazing. I almost didn't go to the salt mine but I'm so so so glad I did. highly recommend this whole your!

An excellent trip. The tone of the guide's commentary was in keeping with the nature of the camp and was very informative. The tour was very well organised and the guide was very friendly and helpful. We were provided with a packed lunch, which was much more substantial than I was expecting. I'm really glad I visited the concentration/extermination camp, because it helped me to understand in a very immediate and profound way the horrors that were inflicted upon the prisoners. The cruelty that mankind is capable of is terrifying. However, given the atrocities that occurred at Auschwitz and Birkenau, and the emotional impact of the exhibits and the camp itself, it is probably a trip you only want to make once in your life. A very memorable trip to an exceptionally important historic site of remembrance.

obligatory passage when you come to Krakow, emotionally intense visit, our guide in French was remarkable. the only bad point is the intensity of the day, ultra fast, few breaks. . .you have to have the rhythm

It was excellent! A long day, but everything was well organized. It started very early (at 5:50) which was not the time I selected, but I was already expecting it to change. The transport was well done, without waiting, the visit was excellent and I recommend it to everyone. We took lunch, but there is a restaurant in the salt mines. I think that the waiting time there may not be enough for some groups to have lunch.

The price was cheaper compared to others. We started tour earlier as they sent an email to me and followed by calling for further confirmation. Driver arrived on time to pick up me and he speaks english very well. The overall was good and I recommend to others as well. Thank you

Thank you to our guide Pawel!! This experience was amazing from start to finish and Pawel was brilliant, really made the tour come to life with his knowledge of Auschwitz-Birkenau. He was really punctual and even asked us after the tour where we wanted dropping off in Krakow to make it easier to get to our accommodation. Can't recommend booking with these guys enough! 5****

Tours were very good and guides were very informative. It's a lot of walking so make sure your shoes are comfortable and broken in. There is so much to be shown, that at times it felt very rushed (7 minutes to eat lunch)! No time for toilet stops, drink breaks etc. I walked just shy of 14 miles across the two Auschwitz tours and the Salt Mines tours in one day.

Pick up was scheduled close to the hotel as the bus could not come down the road we staying on. It worked out perfect and communication was good. We were able to leave bags on the bus since Auschwitz has a size restrictions on bags. I appreciated that. The tour was great and to include transportation and everything organized for us (even a few sandwiches!), it felt like a great deal. Would recommend anyone staying in Krakow and planning to do Auschwitz, to boom this way.

Wieliczka was incredibly beautiful, but it was a very long day. Auschwitz, we were actually disappointed by that. Sounds harsh, but we know the history very well and have prepared for a day of intense emotions, especially as we have met a survivor of Auschwitz, but we were actually disappointed. It seemed like a lot of buildings, where there were few pictures that could reproduce what had happened back then. The guide told a lot of numbers, but it was the human stories we were interested in. At the same time, an incredible number of people and all the time "We have to move on, the next group is coming". Only place we could feel a little was in the gas chamber, where we discovered stars of david in mass scraped into the wall, but didn't even get it. in time to dwell on and think "What was going through the minds of the victims lately?" The trip, incredibly good information from the company and super nice drivers.

We had an excellent trip, once we did a reccy for where the pick up point was. The travel time is 1hr 30mins to Auschwitz, some other travellers didn't realise it was so far. As others say, it can seem a little rushed as other guides are behind you pushing your group onward, our guide was very informative and answered any questions we asked. Our coach driver was fabulous, he was funny, polite and a very safe driver. The tour operator was great and kept us informed as our trip was put forwards 2hrs.

Very sad place, heavy weather. But something that deserves to be visited so that human beings never forget what happened there. Too sad part of history and it's important to remember the past so that it never happens again in the future.

We enjoyed the tour as much as you can enjoy a tour to this horrific place. The guide was informative and the tours all around us moved seamlessly on. There wasn’t much time for reading information on your own as the tour needed to keep moving. We liked the personal head set so we could all head the guide.

everything went smoothly- you get sent a time when they pick you up. its about an hour 30 min drive I believe to the first stop. you get bathroom and coffee breaks if you did not have breakfast. the concentration camp itself well words really can't describe, so I will try. very unreal experience to see what these poor victims had to go through. There is a guide that will take over and go through both camps. so extremely sad your lunch you can honestly eat whenever: there is like two sandwiches, water, juice, apple, a bar and mentos gum. really highly recommend to go.

we got a bolt ride to our meeting spot and they picked us up, it was around 1.30 coach ride (if you get travel sick make sure you take some tablets) our guide when we got there was lovely and very informative. i’d definitely recommend going. in total we were out for about 8 hours so pretty precise time wise. we didn’t opt in for lunch but we ended up being quite hungry however there was a cafe that sold food at the end if you do need to get something. overall 10/10

Very well organised! Kris the guide we had on the mini van was super! His English is very well pronouncdd and clear. He explained and showed us a video on our way. Also showed us the house of Rudolph Hess and took us to an extra part where deportees used to be stopped and a few people visit. Good idea to visit Auschwits2 first and then Auschwits1 to avoid the crowds. Highly recommend this. Thanks!
