Good tour, very sad history, but very informative tour guide. A long day but well structured, pick up was on time and even if the driver didn’t spoke any English she was very efficient with google translate and made sure we all understood instructions and how the day will go. I do recommend the tour.

everything went smoothly- you get sent a time when they pick you up. its about an hour 30 min drive I believe to the first stop. you get bathroom and coffee breaks if you did not have breakfast. the concentration camp itself well words really can't describe, so I will try. very unreal experience to see what these poor victims had to go through. There is a guide that will take over and go through both camps. so extremely sad your lunch you can honestly eat whenever: there is like two sandwiches, water, juice, apple, a bar and mentos gum. really highly recommend to go.

A pleasant young driver with an 8 seater van arrived at the designated pick up point on time. The van was clean and air conditioned. There was heavy traffic on the journey to Auschwitz. On arrival the driver gave us a guide book and advice both venues. He advised to go to Birkenau first on the free local buses and then return to Auschwitz to complete our tour. We took his advice and just had enough time to get both venues done before we returned to Krakow. The journey home was much quicker as there was less traffic.I aw

Pick up was great. Explanation of what to expect from the day explained well. Auschwitz birkenau was fantastic , museum and camp. Salt mine was just an hour too long. This tour got a bit boring and could have completed much sooner although an amazing mine !

insanely well organised. I was called + got a message the day before for the exact pick up location and time (we had to walk like 4 minutes). The bus then left on time, our guide picked us up in front of the bus, we visited Auschwitz first, then a short bus drive to Birkenau. 20 minutes after we left back to Auschwitz and around 7.5 hours later we were back home.

The pick from our hotel was on time, the driver was excellent and pointed out landmarks during the drive. The guide at Auschwitz was brilliant and knew the dates and explained everything. The whole day was excellent and well worth it. The lunch box was more than adequate.

An excellent trip. The tone of the guide's commentary was in keeping with the nature of the camp and was very informative. The tour was very well organised and the guide was very friendly and helpful. We were provided with a packed lunch, which was much more substantial than I was expecting. I'm really glad I visited the concentration/extermination camp, because it helped me to understand in a very immediate and profound way the horrors that were inflicted upon the prisoners. The cruelty that mankind is capable of is terrifying. However, given the atrocities that occurred at Auschwitz and Birkenau, and the emotional impact of the exhibits and the camp itself, it is probably a trip you only want to make once in your life. A very memorable trip to an exceptionally important historic site of remembrance.

A very sad place that everyone should visit. Unfortunately, the museum is not very well organized. The group consisted of about 20 people and I believe that this is the maximum number for comfortable sightseeing. Nevertheless our driver who was also the tour leader spoke good english and was helpful.

Guide was great and everything was well organised. I really had the feeling of being chased through the camp. Don't stop anywhere or just look at as many people as possible through Auschwitz (1). I understand the routing, but for that reason it leaves little impression. It's simply too busy for that.

Great tour -- so glad we booked with this company! We went to Birkenau first, then Auschwitz I, staying at both for about 2 hours a piece, which was an appropriate amount of time. The guide provided useful tips for navigating the sites and an extremely valuable printed guidebook, then he let us explore independently -- which was just our speed. The bus was brand new and very comfortable; the guide showed a brief documentary on the drive out to prepare everyone for the visit. Everything was smooth, as expected, and a great value. We would absolutely book with this tour company again. Thanks for a great experience!

Thank you to our guide Pawel!! This experience was amazing from start to finish and Pawel was brilliant, really made the tour come to life with his knowledge of Auschwitz-Birkenau. He was really punctual and even asked us after the tour where we wanted dropping off in Krakow to make it easier to get to our accommodation. Can't recommend booking with these guys enough! 5****

This was a well organised trip and guide with caring and sensitive hosts. I am from New Zealand, and was greatly appreciative of how this whole trip was facilitated. Very intense tour , but our guide talked us through the details with care and sensitivity which made the tour and trip as bearable as it could be. Many thanks and would recommend this highly.

A must do while visiting krakow. Know that the day is super long, and you will be exhausted by the end of the day. If you feel uneasy with that and time allows, book two different trips on separate days. You also need to walk lots. We got picked up at 6, but we booked the tour for starting time at 8. We got back at 7. Bear in mind that that might change. Lunch is not included but you will go to a good restaurant to eat. It was a bit of a quick lunch, something to keep in mind. The driver and guides were excellent and experienced. Communication was clear. Both tours were crowded tho, but that was the time of the year.

The tour was very well organised. The bus picked us up in the morning by our hotel, and we were transported to Auschwitz directly. At the museum we had a guide who shared important context to the exhibits. He was very knowledgeable. Throughout the tour we had clear communication with the organisers, and at the end they dropped us off at the hotel again. In the middle of the tour we has a short break for the packed lunch. Overall the tour is a very good value for your money.

Very well organised! Kris the guide we had on the mini van was super! His English is very well pronouncdd and clear. He explained and showed us a video on our way. Also showed us the house of Rudolph Hess and took us to an extra part where deportees used to be stopped and a few people visit. Good idea to visit Auschwits2 first and then Auschwits1 to avoid the crowds. Highly recommend this. Thanks!

Hard experience but to do. Well organized. Requested a time, the night before they move it in advance of an hour. They could have been more precise. Meeting point for the return: The last traveler showed up an hour later. Better to give a definitive time. Very good guide with excellent Italian. Recommended

Trip was excellent. Highly recommended! We got picked up at 7am at the kiss&ride parking lane. Really knowledgable and made the day very straightforward. We then travelled by bus to the salt mine which took around a hour but was a 10/10 experience. A long day full of walking so be prepared and you must take lunch with you as there aren’t many places to get anything. Highly recommend the full tour and guide
