The tour was very well organised. The bus picked us up in the morning by our hotel, and we were transported to Auschwitz directly. At the museum we had a guide who shared important context to the exhibits. He was very knowledgeable. Throughout the tour we had clear communication with the organisers, and at the end they dropped us off at the hotel again. In the middle of the tour we has a short break for the packed lunch. Overall the tour is a very good value for your money.

We enjoyed the tour as much as you can enjoy a tour to this horrific place. The guide was informative and the tours all around us moved seamlessly on. There wasn’t much time for reading information on your own as the tour needed to keep moving. We liked the personal head set so we could all head the guide.

Communication with the company is very good - use What’s App. Transportation to and from is comfortable and punctual. The English speaking guide was well informed. She actually is from Oswiecim the town where Auschwitz-Birkenau complex is located. Her presentation was thorough and respectful.

A pleasant young driver with an 8 seater van arrived at the designated pick up point on time. The van was clean and air conditioned. There was heavy traffic on the journey to Auschwitz. On arrival the driver gave us a guide book and advice both venues. He advised to go to Birkenau first on the free local buses and then return to Auschwitz to complete our tour. We took his advice and just had enough time to get both venues done before we returned to Krakow. The journey home was much quicker as there was less traffic.I aw

Pick up was great. Explanation of what to expect from the day explained well. Auschwitz birkenau was fantastic , museum and camp. Salt mine was just an hour too long. This tour got a bit boring and could have completed much sooner although an amazing mine !

An excellent trip. The tone of the guide's commentary was in keeping with the nature of the camp and was very informative. The tour was very well organised and the guide was very friendly and helpful. We were provided with a packed lunch, which was much more substantial than I was expecting. I'm really glad I visited the concentration/extermination camp, because it helped me to understand in a very immediate and profound way the horrors that were inflicted upon the prisoners. The cruelty that mankind is capable of is terrifying. However, given the atrocities that occurred at Auschwitz and Birkenau, and the emotional impact of the exhibits and the camp itself, it is probably a trip you only want to make once in your life. A very memorable trip to an exceptionally important historic site of remembrance.

Very well organised! Kris the guide we had on the mini van was super! His English is very well pronouncdd and clear. He explained and showed us a video on our way. Also showed us the house of Rudolph Hess and took us to an extra part where deportees used to be stopped and a few people visit. Good idea to visit Auschwits2 first and then Auschwits1 to avoid the crowds. Highly recommend this. Thanks!

The trip was brilliant. We travelled in extremely poor conditions, very heavy snow fall and very icy roads. The driver was fabulous. Very confident, safe and conscious of everything around us. My tour guide was Marta, she was clearly very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in the history she was telling us about. The tour itself was very fast moving and we were able to see quite a lot in a very short time. Wear comfy shoes because there's a LOT of walking and if going in winter, make sure you have your thermals because you're going to need them!

Wieliczka was incredibly beautiful, but it was a very long day. Auschwitz, we were actually disappointed by that. Sounds harsh, but we know the history very well and have prepared for a day of intense emotions, especially as we have met a survivor of Auschwitz, but we were actually disappointed. It seemed like a lot of buildings, where there were few pictures that could reproduce what had happened back then. The guide told a lot of numbers, but it was the human stories we were interested in. At the same time, an incredible number of people and all the time "We have to move on, the next group is coming". Only place we could feel a little was in the gas chamber, where we discovered stars of david in mass scraped into the wall, but didn't even get it. in time to dwell on and think "What was going through the minds of the victims lately?" The trip, incredibly good information from the company and super nice drivers.

This was a well organised trip and guide with caring and sensitive hosts. I am from New Zealand, and was greatly appreciative of how this whole trip was facilitated. Very intense tour , but our guide talked us through the details with care and sensitivity which made the tour and trip as bearable as it could be. Many thanks and would recommend this highly.

Hard experience but to do. Well organized. Requested a time, the night before they move it in advance of an hour. They could have been more precise. Meeting point for the return: The last traveler showed up an hour later. Better to give a definitive time. Very good guide with excellent Italian. Recommended

Michal made our tour absolutely perfect! He arrived on time right outside our hotels doors and couldn’t do enough for us, he was so polite and helpful. When we arrived we had to queue for the tickets but Michal sorted all this out for us so the tour got through together and without waiting! Our tour guide (Magda) was so passionate and really made the experience for us, she was so so knowledgeable and we honestly couldn’t have had a better tour guide. Michal was waiting for us after our tour and although there was so much traffic, he still dropped us at our hotels front door which is really appreciated. If any one’s having doubts on which tour to book - this is the one!!!! Couldn’t recommend it enough - thank you all for the tour

Would highly recommend this minivan trip to Auschwitz. We had chosen to be picked up at 11am but were contacted the evening before by our driver to say he would collect us at 8am instead, which wasn't a problem for us. We were collected from our apartment on time, the driver spoke great English and wore a mask. The minivan was modern and clean. We collected another family then set off to Auschwitz. It was a pleasant drive and everyone wore masks. Upon arrival at Auschwitz our driver took us through the entry point where we were handed over to a museum guide. She was fabulous, had lots of knowledge and was very respectful. The pace was ideal for us, we didn't feel rushed. We had a 10min break to eat the lunch we had brought with us then went back to our driver who took us to Auschwitz 2 where the same museum guide was waiting for us. After being shown around here our driver was waiting outside for us and took us back to Krakow.

Pick up was scheduled close to the hotel as the bus could not come down the road we staying on. It worked out perfect and communication was good. We were able to leave bags on the bus since Auschwitz has a size restrictions on bags. I appreciated that. The tour was great and to include transportation and everything organized for us (even a few sandwiches!), it felt like a great deal. Would recommend anyone staying in Krakow and planning to do Auschwitz, to boom this way.

Excellent trip, the tour guides for Auschwitz and the Salt Mines were both engaging and interesting and the transportation was comfortable. A long day but all made easier by the tour leader and it was so well organised. The only negative was that the Google maps link sent to us for the pick up sent us to the wrong place but we found everyone in the end!

We were notified of our pick up time the day before and we were picked up on time. - Comfortable vehicle for journey. - 10 minute comfort break before the tour of the first camp. - Given receiver and headphones to ensure we could hear our guide. - Great guide. - Another 10 minute comfort break before travelling to the second camp. - Tour with the same guide. This trip is a must do when visiting Krakow. There was a lot to take in on the visit and the tour was very respectfully done. We were told to bring a packed lunch but weren't given time to eat it. This was probably for the best as we didn't have much of an appetite after what we had seen.
