It was extremely informative but emotionally disturbing. The first part, or Auschwitz-I, was mostly indoors and with shade from the trees. For Auschwitz-II-Birkenau, most of the activities were in the open sun, so it would help to put on sunscreen and sunglasses.

We had our tour with Paul and he was so helpful and knowledgeable about auschwitz and the war. He showed us lots of important landmarks and told us about inspirational people who helped in the liberation of auschwitz. He was polite, happy and willing to deal with any queries!

I can not put into words how amazing this trip was. From pick up to drop off excellent. Our tour guide Krystoph has got to be the BEST tour guide ever from the moment we started until the very end he had us completely drawn into the whole experience his knowledge and passion came through in every sentence he spoke. I cannot recommend this tour enough. We left this tour very humbled and appreciative of the whole experience. Thank you Krystoph we learnt more today than we had ever learnt in text books.

Excellent from start to finish. Well organised trip with emails about times etc before the day. We were met by the driver right on time outside our accommodation. The journey was quick to the first location. Our guide was really knowledgeable about the area and spoke through everything. We then went to the second camp and again had the same guide to walk us through. It was a really informative day and interesting to learn about the history. Would highly recommend.

We we're told it was a hotel pick up. It wasn't. But only had to walk 8 mins down the road. The trip was really good the lady who did the tour was excellent. After the tour finished it was all back on the bus this is when we we're told that everyone would be dropped of at the same place. Hotel Radisson blue. Very compitant driver even though the weather was very bad. So of the bus and a 25 min walk back to our hotel. Really enjoyed the day but could have done with more information about travel arrangements. But thanks for a very memorable trip

Didn't book a tour directly with the memorial site far enough in advance (English tours were all booked out) so I found this option instead, which I think (fortunately) turned out to be just the same experience (same cost, same tour) if not slightly better (b/c it included the bus from the city). The tour guide we had was outstanding. Definitely a heavy experience, but highly worthwhile. Recommend.

When buying the tickets for the tours we thought it would be great but actually experiencing it exeeded all our expectations. Visiting Auschwitzs was a tough experience but we thought it was an important thing to do to make sure we never forget. We also had a wonderful guide who showed empathy for the ones who lost their lives and to the once who suffered on the grounds, while doing a great job giving us lots of information.

Hard experience but to do. Well organized. Requested a time, the night before they move it in advance of an hour. They could have been more precise. Meeting point for the return: The last traveler showed up an hour later. Better to give a definitive time. Very good guide with excellent Italian. Recommended

The price was cheaper compared to others. We started tour earlier as they sent an email to me and followed by calling for further confirmation. Driver arrived on time to pick up me and he speaks english very well. The overall was good and I recommend to others as well. Thank you

A pleasant young driver with an 8 seater van arrived at the designated pick up point on time. The van was clean and air conditioned. There was heavy traffic on the journey to Auschwitz. On arrival the driver gave us a guide book and advice both venues. He advised to go to Birkenau first on the free local buses and then return to Auschwitz to complete our tour. We took his advice and just had enough time to get both venues done before we returned to Krakow. The journey home was much quicker as there was less traffic.I aw

Great service. After booking they contact you and send you the details of the tour (maybe a bit changed of what you read befora the booking, such as the departure time). Our guide Patricia was really kind and helpfull. No stress at all for the tickets, the transition to and from the site). Overall it is worth the money.

Tours were very good and guides were very informative. It's a lot of walking so make sure your shoes are comfortable and broken in. There is so much to be shown, that at times it felt very rushed (7 minutes to eat lunch)! No time for toilet stops, drink breaks etc. I walked just shy of 14 miles across the two Auschwitz tours and the Salt Mines tours in one day.

Great tour -- so glad we booked with this company! We went to Birkenau first, then Auschwitz I, staying at both for about 2 hours a piece, which was an appropriate amount of time. The guide provided useful tips for navigating the sites and an extremely valuable printed guidebook, then he let us explore independently -- which was just our speed. The bus was brand new and very comfortable; the guide showed a brief documentary on the drive out to prepare everyone for the visit. Everything was smooth, as expected, and a great value. We would absolutely book with this tour company again. Thanks for a great experience!

Would highly recommend this minivan trip to Auschwitz. We had chosen to be picked up at 11am but were contacted the evening before by our driver to say he would collect us at 8am instead, which wasn't a problem for us. We were collected from our apartment on time, the driver spoke great English and wore a mask. The minivan was modern and clean. We collected another family then set off to Auschwitz. It was a pleasant drive and everyone wore masks. Upon arrival at Auschwitz our driver took us through the entry point where we were handed over to a museum guide. She was fabulous, had lots of knowledge and was very respectful. The pace was ideal for us, we didn't feel rushed. We had a 10min break to eat the lunch we had brought with us then went back to our driver who took us to Auschwitz 2 where the same museum guide was waiting for us. After being shown around here our driver was waiting outside for us and took us back to Krakow.

The tour is perfect for anyone staying in Krakow. You can get to Auschwitz with pubic transportation, but this tour offers a hassle free, quicker way to get there. The guide takes care of all logistics, including obtaining the tickets and Auschwitz guide. Overall, this tour offers great value.

Very well organised tour and great communication leading up to it. We were travelling to Krakow the same morning as the tour and they arranged to pick us up as near to the station as possible which was helpful. The bus was modern with A/C which was needed in the 35'C heat we had that day! Guides were all very knowledgeable and there was a good balance of seeing the sites with short breaks in between. Didn't feel rushed at any point and plenty of photo opportunities. It's a long day, but definitely worthwhile!

This tour was perfect! Transfer and tickets were included but not tour guide. This was perfect for me as I could look around at my own pace rather than being directed. Our host was very informative and pointed out significant places on our journey there. He was very friendly and helpful if we needed anything at all! Was a really pleasant experience and I would recommend to anyone. I felt that we had enough time to look round each place without having too little or too much time. Our guide also gave pointers and routes to which were the better ways to visit. Thank you!
