We had an excellent trip, once we did a reccy for where the pick up point was. The travel time is 1hr 30mins to Auschwitz, some other travellers didn't realise it was so far. As others say, it can seem a little rushed as other guides are behind you pushing your group onward, our guide was very informative and answered any questions we asked. Our coach driver was fabulous, he was funny, polite and a very safe driver. The tour operator was great and kept us informed as our trip was put forwards 2hrs.

We we're told it was a hotel pick up. It wasn't. But only had to walk 8 mins down the road. The trip was really good the lady who did the tour was excellent. After the tour finished it was all back on the bus this is when we we're told that everyone would be dropped of at the same place. Hotel Radisson blue. Very compitant driver even though the weather was very bad. So of the bus and a 25 min walk back to our hotel. Really enjoyed the day but could have done with more information about travel arrangements. But thanks for a very memorable trip

Would highly recommend this minivan trip to Auschwitz. We had chosen to be picked up at 11am but were contacted the evening before by our driver to say he would collect us at 8am instead, which wasn't a problem for us. We were collected from our apartment on time, the driver spoke great English and wore a mask. The minivan was modern and clean. We collected another family then set off to Auschwitz. It was a pleasant drive and everyone wore masks. Upon arrival at Auschwitz our driver took us through the entry point where we were handed over to a museum guide. She was fabulous, had lots of knowledge and was very respectful. The pace was ideal for us, we didn't feel rushed. We had a 10min break to eat the lunch we had brought with us then went back to our driver who took us to Auschwitz 2 where the same museum guide was waiting for us. After being shown around here our driver was waiting outside for us and took us back to Krakow.

This was a well organised trip and guide with caring and sensitive hosts. I am from New Zealand, and was greatly appreciative of how this whole trip was facilitated. Very intense tour , but our guide talked us through the details with care and sensitivity which made the tour and trip as bearable as it could be. Many thanks and would recommend this highly.

Tours were very good and guides were very informative. It's a lot of walking so make sure your shoes are comfortable and broken in. There is so much to be shown, that at times it felt very rushed (7 minutes to eat lunch)! No time for toilet stops, drink breaks etc. I walked just shy of 14 miles across the two Auschwitz tours and the Salt Mines tours in one day.

An excellent trip. The tone of the guide's commentary was in keeping with the nature of the camp and was very informative. The tour was very well organised and the guide was very friendly and helpful. We were provided with a packed lunch, which was much more substantial than I was expecting. I'm really glad I visited the concentration/extermination camp, because it helped me to understand in a very immediate and profound way the horrors that were inflicted upon the prisoners. The cruelty that mankind is capable of is terrifying. However, given the atrocities that occurred at Auschwitz and Birkenau, and the emotional impact of the exhibits and the camp itself, it is probably a trip you only want to make once in your life. A very memorable trip to an exceptionally important historic site of remembrance.

Guide was great and everything was well organised. I really had the feeling of being chased through the camp. Don't stop anywhere or just look at as many people as possible through Auschwitz (1). I understand the routing, but for that reason it leaves little impression. It's simply too busy for that.

Very sad place, heavy weather. But something that deserves to be visited so that human beings never forget what happened there. Too sad part of history and it's important to remember the past so that it never happens again in the future.

Johanna was absolutely fantastic. So knowledgeable and passionate. The Auschwitz tour was amazing. Never experienced anything like it. The salt mine was nice, the sculptures are worth seeing although it doesn't feel like it when you are you are walking down all the steps, but the lift back up is tiny and cramped. Lots of waiting for the lift aswell.

It was excellent! A long day, but everything was well organized. It started very early (at 5:50) which was not the time I selected, but I was already expecting it to change. The transport was well done, without waiting, the visit was excellent and I recommend it to everyone. We took lunch, but there is a restaurant in the salt mines. I think that the waiting time there may not be enough for some groups to have lunch.

A pleasant young driver with an 8 seater van arrived at the designated pick up point on time. The van was clean and air conditioned. There was heavy traffic on the journey to Auschwitz. On arrival the driver gave us a guide book and advice both venues. He advised to go to Birkenau first on the free local buses and then return to Auschwitz to complete our tour. We took his advice and just had enough time to get both venues done before we returned to Krakow. The journey home was much quicker as there was less traffic.I aw

We enjoyed the tour as much as you can enjoy a tour to this horrific place. The guide was informative and the tours all around us moved seamlessly on. There wasn’t much time for reading information on your own as the tour needed to keep moving. We liked the personal head set so we could all head the guide.

This tour was perfect! Transfer and tickets were included but not tour guide. This was perfect for me as I could look around at my own pace rather than being directed. Our host was very informative and pointed out significant places on our journey there. He was very friendly and helpful if we needed anything at all! Was a really pleasant experience and I would recommend to anyone. I felt that we had enough time to look round each place without having too little or too much time. Our guide also gave pointers and routes to which were the better ways to visit. Thank you!
