The visit to Auschwitz was hauntingly memorable. The guide was pleasant and the transportation to and from the place comfortable. Time was limited, which was a pity, because the exhibitions had to be toured at a fast pace, which is why I didn't have time to go through everything. The place itself definitely left a lasting impression on the spiritual level.

Pavel picked us up straight from our accommodation and drove us to Auschwitz while describing the history of different parts of the route to us. He was very informative and easy to chat with. He also helped us find a good route to explore Auschwitz 1 & 2.

Despite the circumstances of the entire Nazi regime and the crimes they committed seen in this tour, then entire trip was an eye opening experience and tour itself did it justice! Definitely recommend this tour to anyone that wishes to have a self guided experience of the camps. Much preferred having our own time to explore the camps than a guided tour as this would have taken far longer and aspects would have been missed. Definitely recommend this tour to anyone that wishes to visit such a horrific place, which is a sobering experience.

Everything was very well-organised - we got picked up from Krakow on time and the tour guide was super friendly, very welcoming and very knowledgable. He was full of interesting facts about Polish history, landmarks and Auschwitz. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to visit Auschwitz and learn about the history.

We had a great time. Our driver Chris was really nice and very helpful. Even though We didn’t have a guide when he gave us guide book he helped us by marking the most important places we should see in auschwitz. He was willing to answer all our questions on our way back and explain things that we saw and didn’t understand. Totally recommend this.

If I could give a higher score I would. The experience and service this company provided was outstanding. From booking online to the collection on the day was flawless. We received regular updates about our booking and always had piece of mind. On the day of our pick up we were a bit worried that we may not have been in the right place. We called the number provided and had a response within seconds to reassure us that we were in the right place and that our driver would be there soon. I have to say as well that the highlight to the whole booking was our pick up driver called Chris. He went through our entire day with us and although our activity was a non-guided tour, he provided all of us with a tour guide (and asked we returned it after) and pointed out all the ""key places"" to visit. He essentially acted as a mini tour guide and helped us with everything, very friendly and could not have been any more helpful. Easiest way to describe would be a LEGEND

This tour was perfect! Transfer and tickets were included but not tour guide. This was perfect for me as I could look around at my own pace rather than being directed. Our host was very informative and pointed out significant places on our journey there. He was very friendly and helpful if we needed anything at all! Was a really pleasant experience and I would recommend to anyone. I felt that we had enough time to look round each place without having too little or too much time. Our guide also gave pointers and routes to which were the better ways to visit. Thank you!

The coach was so easy and convenient- the pick up point is central and easy to find. The coach gave us plenty of time in each camp and clear instructions on entry and pick up. The journey is around an hour and a half- the hometime traffic around 5 was busy and slow. Some guests were disappointed that there wasnt a guide- there are plenty other tours you can book with this option. This tour allowed us to explore at our own pace, read the information and use the guidebook. As someone who has visited before this was perfect. I would recommend a guided tour for people unfamiliar with the history and stories of auschwitz- it is such a fascinating, haunting and educational place and there is so much to learn of the atrocities.

Had an amazing host who was extremely knowledgeable not only about Auschwitz but also about Krakow and Poland its self. Would highly recommend this tour for anyone who is looking to see Auschwitz at their own pace. Entrance into Auschwitz museum was difficult and very busy. This was of no fault of out guide it was more down to the museums own disorganisation.

Paul exceeded our expectations of this trip although the experience was of sorrow with what happened at Auschwitz Paul was very informative and we certainly learnt alot with the information he gave us about Auschwitz and Kraków. Paul was very friendly and made us feel at ease as soon as he collected us we were made to feel like VIPs, he was very friendly and respectful and the vehicle was very smart, clean and safe.
