Things to do in Italy

It was a very pleasant round tour through the lagoon of Venice, past the natural uninhabited islands to Burano and then back via Murano to Venice. The setting sun led to a wonderful evening mood on this cloudless day.

If I could give this tour 6/5 stars I would. Our tour guide Gloria was an extremely knowledgeable Sommelier who kept us engaged and interested the entire time. You'll learn about all the different red wines of Tuscany. You are provided with plenty of food throughout the tour and lunch is served family style. The vineyards and villas provide breathtaking views and the bus you travel in will definitely give "off-roading" a different meaning. This tour is an absolute must.

Our guide on the bus was amazing, checking on everyone, lots of communication, our guide around Pompeii was funny and full of information he really made the day that but more memorable, the hike up Vesuvius was something we will never forget even though walking up in the heat can be a big deterrent keep going it’s worth it when you’re up there and it is possible in the time given! I do not recommend the pizza place for lunch, the staff were rude and the food was not of good quality in my opinion! It’s was burnt and hard! Also if you can’t stop for souvenirs in Pompeii they do have them in shops up Vesuvius

Tomaso was a great tour guide, sailing through the canals of Venice was a once in a lifetime experience. Not cheap but I would definitely recommend everyone do it Amazing!!

Our family had a thoroughly brilliant afternoon touring these amazing sites in Rome, led by the brilliant Lorenzo who was an incredible font of knowledge regarding all the sites we visited, he answered all questions and had a great sense of humour. I cannot recommend this tour enough.

"The whole experience was executed very well. You definitely get your money’s worth and our guide and driver were great too. I wish it were a bit longer so we wouldn’t feel rushed to finish the wine. The tour was excellent and very well thought out. It's all because of the very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. She had a great command over the language, it was easy to get through what she was explaining and she was very personable. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Venice. 5 stars
