One hour tour was to have included glass of prosecco or soft drink. The included beverage was never offered.
The “guided” tour was practically non existent. The captain/tour guide could not be heard, failed to project his voice."

The operators were very pleasant, the water can be choppy though that’s not a fault of the operators. Just be prepared, it all felt like a dream seeing it at sunset.

The trip was a once in a lifetime experience and worth every penny! Oleg was a very resourceful and knowledgeable tour guide who knew a lot of facts about each area we visited. The tour was very well organised and very on time at each location we went to. If any questions were asked they were always answered! Just make sure to arrive on time, if you are running late by 5mins or so when arriving then you may miss the tour!

As a massive football fan, visiting one of the most iconic football stadiums in history was a real pinch me moment. Our guide was excellent and charismatic. Great experience.

My girlfriend and I booked a private trip to Como from Milan and it was the best choice! Renzo is not only an amazing guide but also a nice, friendly and clever man. He took the time and explained to us every single detail, all the important things that had happened and still are happening in Como, and not only. The boat trip was the best! Beside the breathtaking view, Renzo also took us to other nice and unique "neighbourhoods" from along the lake. We totally reccomend this trip!

The trip was Amazing!! The guide sara was professional, knowledgeable and a nice person. The trip started in Lake Como then we took a boat to verena and then by bus to st Mortiz in Swizerland where we took the red train where we saw a really beautiful views that felt unreal.

It's really worth the money! We never do guided tours since we prefer to have full control of our touristic schedules. That's why we wanted to plan this trip by our own, but decided to try the tour thanks to some reviews here. It was surprising to realize during the tour how difficult it could had been to recreate the same experience by our own. Specially because of the transportation logistics. The tour helps you seize the time way much better, since it's personalized and private. The only thing we didn't love was the time spent at Como. Even though we visited an important building, the free time there was basically worth it only if you wanted to do shopping. We would had deeply preferred to spend more time at Varenna, since we got there at lunch time and had to spent almost the entire free time at a restaurant. This was due to a logistic change: the tour was supposed to visit Como first, but in our experience we traveled in the opposite order, arriving Varenna first and Como last.

Our tour guide was the best, it felt like a VIP tour since we choose language Spanish and my partner and I were the only ones. Very normal pace and got to discover the beautiful views and history of Lake Como. Definitely recommend and will go again when we get the chance to visit.

Long queues in front of the ticket counters and at the entrance....with a few clicks I had bought 2 tickets. The booking confirmation followed shortly afterwards with a mobile QR code + email. Tickets were checked in a tedious process before access - I showed our booking confirmation on my cell phone and we were immediately waved through. From the first click it took less than 5 minutes! Brilliant!

After exploring the lake for days on our own we wanted a unique and chill experience. Vita lenta, as Ricky said. Got exactly what we needed, no rush, no crowds, no schedules, just sailing and swimming in the lake, enjoying drinks, food and Rickys company. We had a great time, we are grateful. Renzo was a great guide to the history and current life in Lake Como. He met our group promptly at the designated spot. Reminded us about wearing masks for the train ride from Milan to Como. So much historical material about building styles, church designs, piazza and history of the area was so informative, it was a living history lesson. Great!

Cathedral is a must for every Milan visitor. Incredible building. German speaking guide was great and had a lot of interesting things to tell. At the elevator to the roof we could go straight past the queue. I can only recommend it to everyone. Meeting place was not easy to find. Plan a little more time and read the meeting point carefully on the tickets.

We really enjoyed our boat trip with Stefano. The communication before the activity was superb and the timing was perfect too. He gave us a great tour, very personable and humorous too. I am particularly grateful because my Mum who isn’t the most comfortable being on the water, felt at ease with Stefano and he made her enjoy her experience as we celebrated my sister’s 21st birthday. Thank you so much Stefano and I’d highly recommend him if you want an epic trip and tour of Lake Como.

Our pilot was amazing. He was engaging, funny & conversational. When you add the fuel costs it’s a pricey two hours, but we really enjoyed it.

Our guide was excellent! She spoke great English and was extremely knowledgeable and always checking to make sure we were all doing okay as it was a hot day. She allowed us to have a bit of free time to grab water and sit down. I highly recommend this tour!!
