Brilliant however little misunderstanding my end but was not aware there was not a bus sightseeing bus included in this package and it was extra but none the less had a fab time friendly staff very helpful and easy drop off and pick up point . Take lots of money of you want to explore more than the Eiffel Tower as the hop on and off bus costs a bit after this and obviously anything else you want to do in Paris .

We had received our tickets by email, what we didn’t realise was that we needed a QR code. We tried to chat to you on 2 devices, thankfully it worked on the second one.After wasting nearly 2 hours, we were sent the wrong code and we had no more problems after that.

This was an absolutely wonderful experience! Our guide Belen was extremely knowledgeable and patient. We had two young children with us and she was able to engage them and educate them all at the same time. I can’t say enough about how great our tour was! Five stars!

Enjoyed the tour. Finding all of these tours you arrive early/on time and wait, don’t sweat the 9:30 arrival time for a 9:45 tour. Guide was okay. We have done a few tours this week and had more enthusiasm from other providers. That being said, we appreciate the direction as doing the museum on our own would have been aimless wandering.

I really liked the experience and everything was very well organized, the driver was very friendly, he even gave time for the other customers to arrive at the meeting point at the time of departure, although the 2 people never arrived, the driver gave them 10 minutes of plus.

The drive from the hotel to the airport worked great. The driver was at the hotel exactly at the agreed time and took us safely to the airport. He also briefly gave us the hint that we should only go into the building, use the elevator and then we are already there, where we have to go. Any time.

It was very nice, we booked tickets for Louvre two days prior our visit, which was a little miracle. The visit was amazing! Afterwards we went to the cruise, that passes several bridges and had an audio guide, we got lucky because the boat was huge and we could sit on top floor and better enjoy the experience. It was amazing, I recommend it.

Fantastic experience. Followed directions on the website and everything was perfect. So easy to get around. Great tour.

The tour was comprehensive and the price was right. The only drawback was that the audio in our seats didn’t work for half the tour and so we missed a lot of information about some of the monuments. The tour also left 20 minutes ahead of the promised time so we were thankful to have been there early.

Very nice experience being in the Eiffel Tower

A trip to the Arc de Triomphe and a boat trip on the Seine are a must when visiting Paris for the first time. It was a good experience - and great that there wasn't a specific time the ticket for the sailing trip had to be used - so there was no stress on getting it all done.

Was a very nice boat trip. For anyone expecting a guy with a sign on the jetty to take you to the specially family-friendly cruise, that's not how it works. Just stand in the long queue, this is the normal boat trip that hundreds of others do. But like I said, it's very pretty.

We enjoyed this tour. While there may be cheaper alternatives of getting to the palace and seeing it for yourself, it was worthwhile to be able to skip the long queue and head directly into the palace to immediately begin the tour. It is such a massive place and having someone tell you about the history and the background made it much more enjoyable and educational. Going through on your own would be too overwhelming especially when trying to navigate through the massive crowds that were there in November. If this is how crowded it is during "low season", I can't imagine what it is like during the summer.

Honestly one of the best things. I have been to Paris a couple times and my friend was like let’s go on a boat. So I bought the tickets. And it was amazing. Great food. Great service. Friendly people. I would tell anyone to do this!

The organization of BigBusTours was great. We drove the red line. In the bus you get headphones to hear all the explanations in different languages. The app showed in live mode where the next stop is and when the next bus will appear. Goa makes it possible. Get on and off at any time at the bus stops, the next bus is usually within 10 minutes at the exit point. We hardly had to wait.

great experience. On the day of the event, one more person was suddenly added, so I asked the lady at the counter, and she was very kind to arrange it. Thanks to you, I was able to have dinner with my friend's daughter who is living in college in Paris. The young lady was a vegetarian, but she accommodated us. Surprisingly, the vegetarian menu also looked very delicious!

Easy to use and reliable. That being said Disney Paris is worth a one time visit but overall is really not that great. That magical experience that Disneyland sells lacks there. It’s cute and clean. Restaurants have good food options but other then that the literal only snack they had in carts around the park was popcorn. That was it. Workers did not seem happy to be there.

the meeting spot for this trip was very convenient. I loved being able to "skip the line" and have the guides waiting as we were able to use the restroom or grab a snack at the cafe while the guides were the first people in line. waiting for the audio set was about the only painful part as you're unable to skip that line :-) I would have even liked for the trip to be longer to give you more time in the palace but still feel I had enough time to see what is needed to be seen.

We had a very smooth and enjoyable experience. The whole process from booking the tickets, to getting on the bus and cruise was very easy. I would just suggest that the stop next to the Arc de triomphe needs to be a bit more obvious because there is construction and it was not easy to find. All the other stops were easy to locate.
