The dinner cruise was excellent. Service and food were excellent. Having read previous reviews we decided on the most expensive option. We thought that this would guarantee us with a table in the front of the boat but we actually were on one side of the boat, a little disappointing. The boat was clean and modern. Staff professional and always available. The singer was engaging and had a great voice. The dinner included a lot of wine (two different champagnes, one before dinner and one after dinner), one white wine and one red wine. All wines were excellent. There was unlimited wine however. We love wine and drank a lot but someone who was not as wine loving as we are would have bottles of unused wine remaining. This is not to say that we were encouraged to drink but I hated to see a good bottle of wine wasted (especially the red wine). A very nice evening and a wonderful memory

Really lovely experience, our waiter was super friendly and hospitable. The food was excellent, I tried things I’d never had before. Our wine was always topped up. We did the cheapest option but we still had great views from our seats as the views are panoramic. There was a woman singing which really set up the ambience. I enjoyed the whole experience I would definitely recommend and I would book this experience again if I were to come back to Paris, as I’m sure they change the menu for different seasons.

We got for morning cruise. Being on time there is useful for get a good seat…is a nice and long trip so bring at least some water with you. Carl the French man from the crew translated very well in English. Bravo! A good idea also if you want to carry with you your children.

I had a great time. The hostess quickly switched to English so I could clearly understand. The mobile map made it easy to keep us with what attractions we were passing, but made it easy to just relax and enjoy the sights. I recommend this to everyone!

A trip to the Arc de Triomphe and a boat trip on the Seine are a must when visiting Paris for the first time. It was a good experience - and great that there wasn't a specific time the ticket for the sailing trip had to be used - so there was no stress on getting it all done.

We took this tour at the beginning of our trip and enjoyed cruising up and down the river. It was very relaxing and helped us see all the landmarks we wanted to visit in relation to each other. We sat at the upper level of the boat and just enjoyed the view.

Boats leave regularly, not long queue to get on. Plenty room inside or outside to sit or stand, good commentary. Overall nice trip, I would say the views of the site's are better from the land however.

Great lunch and cruise But we were offered window seats for an extra €10 each as we boarded which we declined However we were sat at window seats anyway - so felt someone was trying to rip us off Also lack of commentary poor- my daughter did download the app as suggested - but only written info given and difficult to follow so we gave up

Boat cruise was good. We got to see the beautiful Eiffel Tower lite up in the evening. I thought the cruise was a touch too long with it being 1.5 hours, you could see people becoming bored and were pretty anxious to get off. Overall its worth it.

We are at the agency to exchange the vouchers and are then directly with the guide to the Eiffel Tower. As a result, we had no waiting time and immediately took the elevator upstairs. The guide Billy! was absolutely great, very informative, very cheerful and friendly, we learned a lot from him and had a lot of fun doing it!! The Eiffel Tower itself is an incredible building that we can only recommend to everyone.

Glad we booked this cruise as we were on the fence. Our food was very good and we enjoyed the sights. The boat was easy to find. Our waiter wasn't that great. He seemed like the most unfriendly of all of them. I made the mistake of asking for water instead of a carafe. That cost us 9 Euros; however, we had a bill anyway because my husband upgraded to steak and we got 2 glasses of champagne, so no biggie. I considered it my error and didn't say anything to the waiter - just be sure to clarify if you don't want to pay a fortune for water. This experience was great for the price. I'd imagine everything would be just a bit nicer if you booked a more expensive dinner cruise. This was the last thing we did in Paris and it was a great way to end the trip.

This was delightful. The combination of canal, locks, underground and Seine kept the trip continually interesting. The distance underground was fairly long, but we traveled very quickly thru this section, so it wasn't a large percentage of the trip time. Also, I was concerned that we would be dripped on while in the underground section, especially as it was raining a bit at that point, but the open air access points didn't drip. We felt a bit of rain there, but no questionable dripping.

Overall enjoyed the dinner cruise. Food was delicious and nice to travel down the Seine seeing the sights. Waitstaff we’re very friendly and kind. Only issue was when asking a pair of men at the entry to the boat if we were in the correct spot, they were extremely rude- as there are 4-5 boats at the dock none of which have signs or indicate where you go etc.

The lunch was wonderful and the tour of the river was too. There wasn't any announcements of where you were along the river. They handed out a guide to show you what the highlights would be. That was nice because we were able to just enjoy our lunch and watch Paris go by. A great way to see the city in a short time. Oh, the food was great.

There was really no one to help us guide where everything was.. I mean the cruise gave us guide to show what building we were passing but other than that it was all about dinner … it was a bit warm on the cruise thank god we had a window seat it was cooler there

I loved our cruise down the Seine River. I learned quite a bit about the buildings and French history which I find very interesting. My family enjoyed the cruise as well, they loved the Christmas lights along the top of the boat. It was nice that they could go downstairs with their dad to warm up when it got too chilly for them upstairs. I stayed upstairs the whole time so I could get the best view of everything. Seeing Paris in late Autumn was so beautiful to see! The trees were all such a lovely color along the River. I would definitely recommend this tour to other families.

We love this ease of visiting the main tourist attractions, getting on and off the TOOT BUS at all stops. Taking pictures knowing the place, being able to take the TOOT bus, at the stop at any time. If you want to save money and travel safely. It's worth every penny in buying the tickets.

We spend the better part of 4 hours touring and still didn't get it all in...a good part but not all. Breathtaking masterpeices decorating the walls of the palace...probably could have spent a day in each exhibit if I had the time and money. So much to take in and appreciate. We arrived early morning, it was busy then but when we left mid afternoon it was rather hectic. Morning visits are recommended, definitely smaller crowds.
