I gave our guide, Oliver, a very difficult task to help me recreate my year as a student in Paris. He was charming, knew his art history, got us in and out of the museum on time. This guided tour was a total self-indulgence on my part. I was short on time and visiting Paris for perhaps the final time. It was a treat to be a "student" once again. The only negative is that the company expected me to "review" the tour immediately. I was enjoying a trip and kept my "internet" time to a minimum. Let a client get home before requesting a review! This has been the second time we have had a guided tour of Musee D’Orsay. While both were highly focused on detail and very informative, Jessica had a unique approach and depth that was well focused and meaningful.

Fantastic tour with a very competent and humorous tour guide. Felix was absolutely great.

Well worth it for the time saved queuing and the personal service from the guide. She spoke good English, which is not always the case on these tours, and made up for quite an anxious, breathy delivery with good knowledge and obvious love of the artwork.

This made the museum more interesting to me, to learn about the paintings and the artists, and the history of the impressionist movement. Our guide was very informative and obviously cared about what he was describing. A good way to see the the highlights of the museum, and then we had time afterwards to stay as long as we looked and see more. Highly recommended!

Lucineia was fabulous! So informative and made the museum very interesting for my 8 yr old daughter. In fact, Zoe said this was one of her favorite things she did in Paris!

Daniel was a perfect guide with his vast knowledge of art. He was, by far, the best guide I have ever had. We had a great time!!

Our delightful guide was prompt, pleasant and very considerate. He was interesting and articulate. He had a well-considered plan for the tour of this great museum so that we could grasp the topic in a way that makes it possible to remember it. We definitely left with a greater knowledge of artists from late 19th century France than when we arrived. All-in-all, our tour was a wonderful experience and my husband and I consider this time and money very well-spent.

6 days in Paris with a group of 6 adults/young adults, saw all the sights, museums. We unanimously agreed that this tour with Mila R was the highlight! Felt like a walking college art history tour with top professor. Fast paced, lively, loaded with context. Only regret is we wished we could have added an hour, then taken Mila to lunch. She is a lovely person and fantastic guide.

The Musee d’Orsay, as beautiful as it is, literally came life with our excellent guide Anja. Her enthusiasm and knowledge of the history and importance of the art was mesmerizing. She was a delight to be with and we cannot thank her enough for taking us along on her magnificent journey through the Musee d’Orsay. Ten stars would not be enough! Don’t miss this beautiful experience.

An enjoyable and informative tour. A fantastic way to get a feel for the art, the museum and the history associated with both. About the right length too, not too short or long, and left us with the opportunity to explore more at the end of the tour.

We thoroughly enjoyed this museum. The pieces were beautiful and our guide was great. We did the tour with the gourmet meal which is a big jump in price from the package that is just the tour. The pro for the meal was that you get to skip the long line, and after the tour, you do need to rest your feet, and also the restaurant was very beautiful. The con is that it was not very good food and for what it costs, I was very underwhelmed. Also, we had to order from a fixed menu, while we saw other dishes that looked far more appetizing. If I visited the Orsay again, I would do the tour, but skip the meal.

Good tour. Guide was on-time, meeting location easy to find. Group entry allowed us to avoid a long line for general admission. Guide gave understandable explanations, good for new to intermediate level of prior knowledge of impressionism. Meal in the museum's restaurant was enjoyable and convenient.

The best tour guide! Wish we could have him again - funny, knowledgeable, patient, and maximized our time in the museum and then some. It was like a crash course (or refresher) in art history, but interest and accessible for everyone. Can’t say enough about it - do it!

Felix was an exceptional adviser on the Musée d'Orsay . His insight to the artworks and interesting facts behind the history of the artists was amazing. It was exceptional to have such insights delivered in such a meaningful and understandable way. I would recomend Felix in the most highly terms. Alex our guide was the best. 1. He spoke English very well and understood both the French and america customs and culture. 2. He took us to see the pieces of art that our private group was most interested in. 3. Great story teller! Connecting art history and artists throughout time. 4. Overall, best money spent.

I am so happy I chose to do a tour instead of roaming the museum myself. Liliya Goldenberg Was my tour guide and the way she lead us through the museum was perfect. She taught me so much about the rise of Impressionism and what the world was like when these artists came on the scene. She had so many great stories about the different artists that you don’t see on the plaques by the paintings. One was a theory that Van Gogh did not cut of his own ear. Want to hear the full story? You will have to take her tour. A+ I left knowing a lot more about Art History along with seeing these masters work in person.

Felix may be the best docent who I have ever toured with. I learned a lot during this tour. He bought us a delicious lunch as well and was a pleasure to talk to.

Our guide, Lilly, was deeply knowledgeable and a wonderful story teller. She was able to pull the pieces in the museum into an overall narrative of the progression of art in France. It was very educational and very fun. She spent time pointing out the "jokes" and secrets that you might not notice as a lay person.

Our tour was excellent. Caroline was our tour guide with Memories DMC and she was excellent. She was enthusiastic, passionate, and knowledgeable. It was really interesting to hear backstories to works of art that were politically controversial at that time of history. I was really impressed on how she could teach us about the various schools of art. In the d'Orsay museum the pieces that are being shown are constantly changing so it is really impressive that she can go with the flow when the art changes in location and other works pop up - it really shows her knowledge base. I would definitely recommend this tour and was lucky to end up with Caroline!
