The best part was the "skip the line". Oh my gosh, a couple of times we went right to the head of a line that was over 200 yards long (close to 200 meters). There are so many great museums to see. However, you have to do at least two a day to get your money's worth so if you are not a real museum buff, the two day pass is the best.
Remy M.
It is worth the money only if you go to two places on the same day; if you don’t, you might lose money. The thing is that you might be too tired to be able to go to a second place the same day. And I am 34 years old, still with plenty of energy. It is also worth it for Versailles, as it is quite an expensive plan (27 euros the full entrance). You need to have spare time to go pick up the Paris Museum Pass (if you bought it online), as you have to have the physical card
Karine A.
This pass was a good idea but didn't turn out to be great value for us. Worked great for the Louvre, but the ticket for Versailles is basically worthless since it's not timed entry (and you can't schedule that for free with the pass like you can at the Louvre) and also doesn't include the gardens and Trianon. Make careful note of what days museums are closed or you might end up with a pass and nowhere to use it.
Claire C.
It was really nice not to worry about tickets. But don't take the skip-the-line too seriously because there are so many people using the pass that there were lines, quicker though. And if you only came to Louvre museum to see Mona Lisa, you might have a problem at this time. Nevertheless, it is not the fault of the pass, but the fact that the museum is modernising. A lot of stuff was unavailable, but if you decide not to see Mona Lisa, you may have the rest of the 3rd floor almost for yourself.
Isaac G.
Alex our guide was the best. 1. He spoke English very well and understood both the French and america customs and culture. 2. He took us to see the pieces of art that our private group was most interested in. 3. Great story teller! Connecting art history and artists throughout time. 4. Overall, best money spent.
Jean-Yves B.
The museums we visited were amazing. The small museum pass booklet was convenient. However, the pickup location for the booklet and canal tour confirmation was not conveniently located, and the staff inside were not the friendliest nor efficient. Had we known, we would have picked up the booklet the day before our passes would start because getting the passes the day of ate away time we could have visited a museum or two. There were some museums that we had to stand in the “no ticket holder/time slot” line to enter, which took over an hour before we got in. Plan ahead to maximize your museum experience.
Mélanie P.
Easiest and the best way to visit places in Paris, since you don't need to follow a schedule as you would if you book a tour. It was especially perfect for me because my boyfriend was in Paris only for 5 days, in some of the days we improvised our plans at the last minute and it wasn't a problem thanks to this pass.
Maéva D.
It was great to have the opportunity to be able to go into all these locations. Very telling, as it enables you to access the fast lane and pass people who have been waiting 2 hours for tickets, let alone standing in line to get into the museum. Saved hours of time.
Rémy B.
The guide includes almost everything you’d want to see. This is my 6th time in Paris, and spent an entire week taking in some of the usual favorites, Louvre, D’Orsay and visited many smaller venues, most of which we’d never seen before. The museum pass is almost always the best way to see more during your time because you skip some extremely long lines! Highly recommend.
Louis L.
All went great. There was a new step to get into the Louvre that we did not know about, getting a reservation time. Their web site (the Louvre) could not handle all the traffic well and had to wait until the night after we got our vouchers to make the reservation. If you’re on a strict schedule, this could cause a problem. Not sure how to resolve this, maybe get our voucher numbers ahead of time would help.
Alexandre D.
Daniel was a perfect guide with his vast knowledge of art. He was, by far, the best guide I have ever had. We had a great time!!
Honorine C.
So after getting to the louvre and finding out that all tickets were sold out (thanx to my friend) I was sulking when I eavesdropped in this couple having the same experience. The guy then said “we are all set” and headed off I found out what he did and got me a 2 day city pass. Long story short...got into the louvre. Also there are all these amazing museums in there that you can go to. After the louvre I went to musee de l’orangerie and saw beautiful monet’s and the museum was packed with impressionistic art!!! This pass is for sure a must!!! I plan on getting another next time I’m there to hot up another museum that has the unicorn tapestries.
Ange C.
The office was easy to find; the staff were friendly and efficient. The passes were immediately recognized and honored everywhere. We skipped a lot of lines, some of which were VERY long, and we saved a LOT of money. If you are a sight-seer/museum goer, this is a fantastic deal.
Lorie J.
This museum pass is a great deal -- not only financially, if you want to go to several museums and attractions that are part of the package, but ALSO because you don't have to wait in long lines and buy tickets at each place. I am really glad I got it, and would do so again! Highly recommend.
Roseline A.
One time I left the pass in my appartment. It’s a pity you cann’t prove via your mobile that you are in possesion of the pass. For a large museum like The Louvre, just one visit is a limitation. The pick up took quite some time. Why not a choice in locations or a digital pass?
Astrid M.
We saved time at several places such as the Louvre and the Orsay museums. This pass is not accepted at Montparnasse Tower; you need the Museum pass card or tickets specifically bought for Montparnasse Tower. Staff was helpful when we picked up the passes and were asking questions snout what to see.
Marcelle A.
I am so pleased I booked the ticket one week before I arrived Paris! It save me so much time for queuing to enter the lovely musees! The first day I walked to the collect the ticket in the office, the staff there are also very friendly and helpful xx J’ aime ils avec elles xx
Lucile P.
The museum pass was the best deal and saved me time, not to mention the tickets were sold out if you wait till you get to your destination. it was super helpful once you realized who to contact, the WHATSAP texting is the best. They get back to you right away and help make reservations where they can, if they are unable to they lead you to the right webpage. This was such a great service, will definitely use again.
Richard A.
Excellent offer, You pay what you can see, everything else is inflated as savings priority access to attractions is an advantage. I'm sorry, because we always have a little time, but there are a lot of museums that I want to see. You should definitely come again. It would be good if the Pass could be picked up at multiple locations.
Béatrice G.
The 2-day pass a great deal if you visit at least 4 museums. You will also skip the long lines for buying tickets which is very nice since the lines can be very long. The only downside is that you have to pick up the pass in person, it would be nice to have it electronically sent.
Séverine G.
We visited Paris 30 years after we honeymooned there and the Paris Pass helped visit most of the art galleries and sights without queueing. It was also Bastille day with fantastic fireworks at Eiffel tower. Pity about all the security nowadays think they have ruined the Eiffel tower with the glass wall....But it is what it is! Still a fantastic city to visit and great food
Nathanaël A.
A must have if you plan on visiting any of the historic places who accept the pass. Definitely saves money and time (skip the line with a separate entrance). During our stay and due to construction/covid we needed to a pick a time to enter the Louvre, but all the rest were skip the line.

Felix may be the best docent who I have ever toured with. I learned a lot during this tour. He bought us a delicious lunch as well and was a pleasure to talk to.
