I’m glad that we did the tour at night. First time experiencing the Eiffel Tower when it lights up and shimmers is amazing. However, I’m not entirely sure our guide gave us the most accurate facts at times. There were a couple things that didn’t line up with things posted around the tower itself. The summit access was definitely worth it. We were happy to go up by ourselves since your guide leaves at the second floor.

We had to walk up to the tower together with the guide, the guide was great but there were some slow-witted people in the group which the guide handled well, fast security check lines for the tour at 16:30, great views and light shows, no indoor bar at the top, only champagne sold in plastic cups from the counter, a great disappointment

It was an unusually rainy day the day of our tour, but the tour guide offered us all rain ponchos. Unfortunately, the summit was closed the day we went, but we were refunded the difference in our ticket price within just a day or two. And, our tour guide (Janet) was very knowledgeable and fun.

Super to purchase, extra control that you quickly pass. Someone who gives a lot of information about the Eiffel Tower with passion. Finally in two parts to the top where you meet everyone who is not allowed to go to the top. Tickets more than worth ordering and also in the evenings.

Take the elevator to the viewing platform and continue upward to the summit.

Take in the magnificent cityscape views of Paris, including Sacre Coeur, the Louvre and the Arc de Triomphe, from this vantage point.

The Conciergerie, the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame de Paris, Les Invalides, and other UNESCO-listed buildings could be seen along the riverbanks. Along the way, you will pass restaurants and floating houseboats.

Not allowed:

  • Weapons or sharp objects
  • Luggage or large bags
  • Non-folding strollers
  • Glass objects
  • Padlocks

Not suitable for:

  • People with mobility impairments
  • Wheelchair users

Important information:

  • Infants aged from 0 to 3 must buy a standard adult ticket
  • Even though here's a direct access, you might have to wait in lines for security check, as well as for the elevators, on busy days it might be longer
  • To use the summit's elevators, summit ticket holders will need to wait in line on the second floor. On busy days, waiting times can be long
  • Please dress warmly during the winter months. The Eiffel Tower's viewing platforms are frequently bitterly cold and blustery
  • The tour will end up on the tower itself. Please be aware that the elevator ride out of the tower takes between 20 and 30 minute
  • If you booked a cruise ticket, you can take it anytime after your Eiffel Tower tour. The cruise departs near the Eiffel Tower

The guide was very nice and competent. What didn't work out at all, however, was the direct access. We were standing in front of the security for > 1 hour, although ticket holders are supposed to get through there faster. Unfortunately, this was not the case with us. But this was obviously not due to get-your-guide. We saved ourselves the subsequent queuing at the ticket counter. Nevertheless, it was worth it in the end.
