I highly recommend visiting Versailles, but unfortunately, even though our group informed us (we were 10 people) about the Portuguese Indian, our guide did not speak Spanish and as our ticket was for the day, at the time of the meeting our guide did not appear and if it were not for another Brazilian guide from the same company I don't even know if we would have returned. Another thing is that the bus back was terrible, broken backrests, dirty, poor air conditioning, in fact the 1st bus was a luxury one, but the return one was terrible.

Lovely place, punctual starting point, helpful, passionate and knowledgeable guide. We arrived on time and we had the opportunity to explore parts of the gardens and the palace. Because of the season there were almost no waiting line to enter, but because of the season as well, we could not see a lot of the important locations.

Great value double-trip to the Louvre Museum and onwards to an informative one-hour bi-lingual Seine River Cruise. Allow time to get between the Louvre and the departure pier for the boat tour as guided - boats leave every 1/2 hour. The ticket brokers communicated via both email and WhatsApp and the staff were very helpful in helping me locate and scan my tickets. Was the best value I found after extensive research.

Slight confusion about the tickets (partly our fault) so could not get seats on the open upper deck, instead found very comfortable seats on the lower deck. Very enjoyable cruise!! But wish the seats were slightly more comfortable! Wooden seats are not very convenient for older travellers!!!

Great tour of Versailles, very informative. We thought we missed it because our public transportation was delayed. We got there right on time, not 15 minutes early as requested. We were running around like crazy people looking for the bronze horse (which is outside the main gate) Luckily we were able to call the help line and they connected directly with the guide who was also running late due to public transportation issues. Luckily it all worked out and we had a lovely tour.

While there may be cheaper alternatives of getting to the palace and seeing it for yourself, it was worthwhile to be able to skip the long queue and head directly into the palace to immediately begin the tour. It is such a massive place and having someone tell you about the history and the background made it much more enjoyable and educational. Going through on your own would be too overwhelming especially when trying to navigate through the massive crowds that were there in November. If this is how crowded it is during "low season", I can't imagine what it is like during the summer.

We had a really good experience. Booking the ticket online was highly worthwhile as there was a big queue at the ticket booth when we arrived. When we got there, we were very lucky and were on a boat within a few minutes but it was very very busy, so we would recommend getting there a bit earlier if you want to be guaranteed a seat on the top deck, as some people were standing on ours and we couldn’t sit together at first. Staff at the crepe place were also lovely - generally a really great experience that we would definitely do again.

Try to time this just before sunset it's a beautiful trip. I went on this tour with my two parents (age 50) and they loved it! It gives you a lot of history tidbits which add depth to your Paris experience. It's a very relaxing ride, especially on a sunny day. Excellent value for your trip. When lining up it's worth lining up early to get a good view at the front of the top deck *for the best views, don't sit in the chairs, sit on the boxes at the front or stand at the front*

My wife and I went on the tour and had an amazing time. Our guide, Gabriella, was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. The transportation was provided to and from Paris in a large bus, comfortable and clean. If you use the provided shuttle back to Paris, you might not have enough time to take FULL advantage of the gardens, but there is plenty of time to walk down the main path. I recommend going to the end and grab some coffee and snacks.

Our guide provided excellent information. The venue was very crowded. Even with this tour it took us an hour to get through security and then another 20 minutes to get to the elevator to the second level. We paid extra to go to the summit and it is worth it. The views are amazing. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the elevator to the summit. We opted to walk down to avoid the lines at the elevators.

It’s certainly more expensive than purchasing tickets directly from the Eiffel tower’s website, but those were all sold out on the dates we were in Paris, so this was our next best option and it worked out well for us. We got a nice tour with a guide pointing out noteworthy buildings, and then had all the free time we wanted to explore on our own.

Only too bad that the Notre Dame was still under construction but the rest was wonderful! Paris is really gorgeous whether daytime, sunset or at night! Highly recommend this Seine River Cruise!

As others have mentioned, due to the travel to and from the time at the Palace is short. If you want to spend time book the full day tour. The palace has a lot of visitors, avoid Tuesdays, we learned its one of the busiest days. You have to plan to be in constant "line" throughout the palace due to the volume of visitors.
