Main course

For both departures, choice of:

• Suprême of young guinea hen with mashed potatoes, fricassee of local mushrooms, plus vin jaune sauce
• Fillet of sea bream plus parsnip mousseline & honey-roasted carrots w/ thyme
• Steak w/ shiitake mushrooms, small cauliflower soufflé (+€9)
• Vegetarian polenta w/ seasonal vegetable medley and truffles

Desserts

• L’instant by Paris seine (mini chocolate finger cake/cheesecake) or chocolate and pear crumble
