Disneyland® Paris Tickets & Transfers

It was my first time going to Ida with family, charming and magical… We were children again in this stunning place. We liked the toys, everything was very clean and organized, we were well received every day at the park.

The parks where ok and would not be a part off this evaluation anyways, its all about transport. 1. Caos at the point of return as it was not possible to identify either the correct location for departure or the buss itself. Make the buss have a number fixes this. 2. Boarded buss 30 mins before departure 29 degrees outside, 45 inside and air condition not activated??

There was time to check everything you wanted, good service from the guide. Satisfied customers, but took Taxi home was late by 19.00

Everything almost perfect, the punctual service, the super nice driver, the impeccable car. We thought it was wrong that we said we were 3 adults and a 5 year old boy, and they didn't bring a chair for him. If they do not have chairs available they should communicate it.

Transfer from Paris to Disneyland really good. Punctual and precise. Appointment at 9:00 and departure on time. The same bus also takes you to the airport. The only flaw is the return too early at 19. I would recommend writing the return point.

The shuttle was late with the set pick up time from Disneyland. The shuttle was not on site as we were there 6:30 pm when set time for pick up is 6:45 pm. The shuttle arrived at 7:00 pm which made us worried if we got the time right or if the shuttle would still arrive.

Nice drivers. A little late on the way there. Back very punctual departure. Buses in good condition, maybe a bit cramped to sit on especially if you are taller.

Transfer perfectly organized, the driver we had on both the outward and return journeys was very kind and helpful. Good boy..

We had received our tickets by email, what we didn’t realise was that we needed a QR code. We tried to chat to you on 2 devices, thankfully it worked on the second one.After wasting nearly 2 hours, we were sent the wrong code and we had no more problems after that.

Collection worked great, nice staff, cheap offer - everything was great!

Once we were at the meeting point, the guide was really kind and helpful. We were directed straight to the coach, which was lovely and clean, and eventually set off once everyone had arrived. The drive to Disneyland was nice and smooth and felt like we were there in no time! The driver was really nice and friendly and gave us instructions clearly and concisely. I would definitely recommend doing this experience, the whole process was seamless. It was also really simple to get in contact with them if we had any problems. 10 out of 10!

We received the tickets despite the very short time frame available. Wish things worked as well as this everywhere! Thank you again!!!!

The only thing that bothered me was the question of confirming the ticket, I only got confirmation on the day of the park, I was worried, but then they attended to me very well and sent me the confirmation code and then I managed to receive the ticket.

if you are in Paris... you can't miss it, yes, if you come one day only to Disney, why don't you have time to see the two parks... I wanted to see the one in the studios but... wonderful

The drive from the hotel to the airport worked great. The driver was at the hotel exactly at the agreed time and took us safely to the airport. He also briefly gave us the hint that we should only go into the building, use the elevator and then we are already there, where we have to go. Any time.

Had to wait more than 48 hours for the tickets to be confirmed because we bought them through. Only then could we make a reservation for our desired date. Price but better. And then everything worked out fine.

Great park with great attractions.

It's very simple to get noticed ... The drivers are very nice, helpful and of good advice. You will not be disappointed, just remember to plan enough time for your return to the airport because it is very complex during rush hour but other hours too.

The tranfer was excellent. Punctual and friendly, we arrived at the opening of the Park. The only flaw, he returns too early (at 19.00), it would be better to plan a return later (at least 20.30), because time is not enough.

The service is well provided. The driver makes the announcements in French, English and Spanish. They were punctual on the return trip. A pity that the schedule is back at 19hs, which makes you leave the toys about 18hs, until you can walk back to the bus. The fireworks display is at 10 pm and we didn't see it. The price is also fair. Highly recommend to anyone who does not look forward to staying until 23hs in the park.
