Disneyland® Paris Tickets & Transfers

absolutely magnificent. don't buy the ticket with the bus transportation. after 7 o'clock when all the busses leave you can enjoy the rides without any wait time at all!!! you can go easy with the train use the rer train line!

Everything almost perfect, the punctual service, the super nice driver, the impeccable car. We thought it was wrong that we said we were 3 adults and a 5 year old boy, and they didn't bring a chair for him. If they do not have chairs available they should communicate it.

It took us forever to find the spot where the buses start. On site, our QR codes could not be recorded via cell phone. Apparently you should have printed out the QR code. There is an exchange on site. The woman at the counter was very unfriendly and annoyed. The bus drivers were all very nice and helpful

Includes a nice boat trip with plenty of time to explore the area.

Had to wait more than 48 hours for the tickets to be confirmed because we bought them. Only then could we make a reservation for our desired date. Price but better. And then everything worked out fine.

The drive from the hotel to the airport worked great. The driver was at the hotel exactly at the agreed time and took us safely to the airport. He also briefly gave us the hint that we should only go into the building, use the elevator and then we are already there, where we have to go. Any time.

The transfer from and to the airport and Hotels.com was great. Nice contact and friendly welcome. Would book again and again.

I really liked the experience and everything was very well organized, the driver was very friendly, he even gave time for the other customers to arrive at the meeting point at the time of departure, although the 2 people never arrived, the driver gave them 10 minutes of plus.

The shuttle service was excellent. very helpful staff. only problem was the return. there must be some more information from the exit gate to parking about the location of Bus parking. the best will be if one person from staff can be at the exit gate with Tag of information about the bus location.

We arrived at the park 9am and left 9pm very long time in the park . And they souhd be more organized places in the bus, should be a sign places on the tickets and not separate 2 persons traveling together. For future traveling avoid holidays days there is a long time for everything, 80 minutes for one attraction waiting this get you tarid, no place to site to relax. So with sort words avoid holidays and you don't have children, there is better place to spend your time in Paris and not spend 250€ per person the tour and food to take somephotos, and more if you get in a souvenirs shop .

Transfer perfectly organized, the driver we had on both the outward and return journeys was very kind and helpful. Good boy..

Once we were at the meeting point, the guide was really kind and helpful. We were directed straight to the coach, which was lovely and clean, and eventually set off once everyone had arrived. The drive to Disneyland was nice and smooth and felt like we were there in no time! The driver was really nice and friendly and gave us instructions clearly and concisely. I would definitely recommend doing this experience, the whole process was seamless. It was also really simple to get in contact with them if we had any problems. 10 out of 10!

Perfect, easy drop off and pick up. Only thing is extra time would be nice.

The parks where ok and would not be a part off this evaluation anyways, its all about transport. 1. Caos at the point of return as it was not possible to identify either the correct location for departure or the buss itself. Make the buss have a number fixes this. 2. Boarded buss 30 mins before departure 29 degrees outside, 45 inside and air condition not activated??

We would be well received and informed about almost everything ... On the day of departure we were told that the bus would also start in Terminal 1 .. Well, the time was not the answer. BUT!!!! Our SUPER NICE bus driver saved us! We were more than late and would have missed our flight if she hadn't driven us over there! Thanks to your help we really got our flight !!! We call that perfect customer service! Thank you!!!!

The tranfer was excellent. Punctual and friendly, we arrived at the opening of the Park. The only flaw, he returns too early (at 19.00), it would be better to plan a return later (at least 20.30), because time is not enough.

Just rating the transport: it was good and took me to disney like I expected. There wasn't any commentary and they could have just sent a few buses at once, I waited over an hour although I was there 10mins before departure. There was time to check everything you wanted, good service from the guide. Satisfied customers, but took Taxi home was late by 19.00

Magical moments to spend with family. But I still find the tickets a bit expensive… because this one only corresponded to the ticket with Fast passes which no longer exist because this one is replaced by standby passes which I find useless since it is by time slot . And also some attraction was closed so it was not worth the price to pay for me.

I think it's good that you didn't have to set a time limit. We drove earlier than we had originally planned and were happy about it. The place where we got off was now very far away from our departure gate. That was a pity, but probably had organizational reasons. So all in all a good way to get to the airport.
