Disneyland® Paris Tickets & Transfers

The staff is very pleasant, the bus is clean and the wifi works. The only downside I see is that when booking it says that ALL Disneyland hotels are serviced, which is not fair. We had to take another shuttle to go to the Magic Circus, it's a shame!

The shuttle service was excellent. very helpful staff. only problem was the return. there must be some more information from the exit gate to parking about the location of Bus parking. the best will be if one person from staff can be at the exit gate with Tag of information about the bus location.

Had to wait more than 48 hours for the tickets to be confirmed because we bought them through. Only then could we make a reservation for our desired date. Price but better. And then everything worked out fine.

We received the tickets despite the very short time frame available. Wish things worked as well as this everywhere! Thank you again!!!!

It was one wonderful plan to share with the family, mechanical attractions are funny and if you install in your smartphone the App from Disney park, you can manage better the waiting time to access to the games. Completely recommended! Also, the options to include in the same package the train tickets makes easier everything

absolutely magnificent. don't buy the ticket with the bus transportation. after 7 o'clock when all the busses leave you can enjoy the rides without any wait time at all!!! you can go easy with the train use the rer train line!

It worked perfectly if you know that the voucher is also the ticket that you received by email. A meeting point was given in the email, and since we had previously had to pick up tickets using vouchers for another event that we had booked through , we thought that we would first have to pick up the tickets here again. Unfortunately, that was a bit misleading and took us some time to find out. However, the Whats app support was able to help us after we asked very specific questions.

Just rating the transport: it was good and took me to disney like I expected. There wasn't any commentary and they could have just sent a few buses at once, I waited over an hour although I was there 10mins before departure. We were a bit concerned about the meeting point until others came along looking just as confused as we were (so at least we weren't alone!). The bus had a very small sign in the front window but it was obvious once it showed up as it wasn't like the transit buses. Staff aboard were friendly and informative regarding return options - providing instructions in multiple languages. After a quick turn around to pick up a "late passenger" (who turned out to be an actual employee) we were underway and reached our destination well in time for opening. Happy to get info on earlier return options as it wasn't our first time to Disney and the weather that day wasn't conducive to stretching out our visit.

We had an really nice driver. Our Flight got one hour delayed and he still picked us up. He was friendly and polite, the car was really clean and he drove us safely to Disneyland:' :) I would recommend this service

Transfer perfectly organized, the driver we had on both the outward and return journeys was very kind and helpful. Good boy..

Transfer from Paris to Disneyland really good. Punctual and precise. Appointment at 9:00 and departure on time. The same bus also takes you to the airport. The only flaw is the return too early at 19. I would recommend writing the return point.

The service is up to my expectations. I had very easy contact on specific questions and they were very available. I recommend.

We arrived at the park 9am and left 9pm very long time in the park . And they souhd be more organized places in the bus, should be a sign places on the tickets and not separate 2 persons traveling together. For future traveling avoid holidays days there is a long time for everything, 80 minutes for one attraction waiting this get you tarid, no place to site to relax. So with sort words avoid holidays and you don't have children, there is better place to spend your time in Paris and not spend 250€ per person the tour and food to take somephotos, and more if you get in a souvenirs shop .

Everything almost perfect, the punctual service, the super nice driver, the impeccable car. We thought it was wrong that we said we were 3 adults and a 5 year old boy, and they didn't bring a chair for him. If they do not have chairs available they should communicate it.

The tranfer was excellent. Punctual and friendly, we arrived at the opening of the Park. The only flaw, he returns too early (at 19.00), it would be better to plan a return later (at least 20.30), because time is not enough.

Everything worked out great. The guides were there on time with the bus and gave us helpful information. When we arrived in Paris, we were taken to the boat and had a great trip. Then we explored Paris on our own. At 7:00 p.m. we were picked up and brought back on time.

There was time to check everything you wanted, good service from the guide. Satisfied customers, but took Taxi home was late by 19.00

if you are in Paris... you can't miss it, yes, if you come one day only to Disney, why don't you have time to see the two parks... I wanted to see the one in the studios but... wonderful
