The shuttle was late with the set pick up time from Disneyland. The shuttle was not on site as we were there 6:30 pm when set time for pick up is 6:45 pm. The shuttle arrived at 7:00 pm which made us worried if we got the time right or if the shuttle would still arrive.

Once we were at the meeting point, the guide was really kind and helpful. We were directed straight to the coach, which was lovely and clean, and eventually set off once everyone had arrived. The drive to Disneyland was nice and smooth and felt like we were there in no time! The driver was really nice and friendly and gave us instructions clearly and concisely. I would definitely recommend doing this experience, the whole process was seamless. It was also really simple to get in contact with them if we had any problems. 10 out of 10!

At the beginning I was a bit worried for the return is way before the fireworks…. But it was perfect timing - after the grande parade when we were tiered and not really wanting to wait longer. Best option for the park if you are with kid or elderly people as me.

"It was nice but we had to wait a while until we leave so we didn’t have so much time at Disneyland and we missed the bus to go back to the city because it was a lil bit confusing finding the location where the bus dropped us off but other than that everything was great and we had a very good time

Only the employee who received us before departure could organize himself better. If he hands out the tickets to him before departure, he brr he i will save everyone around 20 minutes of time! He received everyone and ticked them off on a list and only then handed out the tickets on the bus. This meant that we didn't leave at 9:00 a.m. but only at 9:20 a.m

Really easy trip to Disney land, were met by people from the provider at the marked location (Although it did say they’d be holding a sign and weren’t, they did have uniform on and name badges so was easy to figure out). They give you the actual Disney tickets as you get on the coach and then you make your way to Disney on the coach. Getting into Disney was simple and easy but that’s to be expected. Coach picked us up at the same location of dropping off. Pickup was before the fireworks so we missed that BUT the representative were open about that when we arrived and did explain how to get back via the train which would of been very easy.

The bus leaves on time and on the way back it was somewhat unpunctual. If there were fireworks we didn't even know why the bus left at 7. The experience inside the park was excellent, but one day two parks is not enough to cover everything unless you have priority entrance in the most popular games

It is necessary to go and have the tickets delivered at the counter before departure. So it's best to show up more than 15 minutes early. For the rest everything is perfect

The service is well provided. The driver makes the announcements in French, English and Spanish. They were punctual on the return trip. A pity that the schedule is back at 19hs, which makes you leave the toys about 18hs, until you can walk back to the bus. The fireworks display is at 10 pm and we didn't see it. The price is also fair. Highly recommend to anyone who does not look forward to staying until 23hs in the park.
