Tours around museums in Paris

If you're visiting Paris, you can't miss the Musée D'Orsay, as it has magnificent works.

Starting and tickets is much easy than standing in lines at museum. The museum does have entrances well signed w/reps near by for assistance. Inside is the same. The outlay of museum is well organized and there are staff all around to assist and answere any questions.

Highly recommend. Very kind, patient (as we were a bit late!) and seamless. I considered possibly buying regular entry tickets if we couldn’t make our time slot…thank goodness our guide was so accommodating. We never would have made it inside without waiting for hours. This was especially a great way to get in with my two young children so that they could remember the museum instead of the lines! Great service. In and out. Informative on the way to the Mona Lisa room while skipping the lines… but without the time commitment of a long guided tour. We visited Paris 30 years after we honeymooned there and the Paris Pass helped visit most of the art galleries and sights without queueing. It was also Bastille day with fantastic fireworks at Eiffel tower. Pity about all the security nowadays think they have ruined the Eiffel tower with the glass wall....But it is what it is! Still a fantastic city to visit and great food

I am so pleased I booked the ticket one week before I arrived Paris! It save me so much time for queuing to enter the lovely musees! The first day I walked to the collect the ticket in the office, the staff there are also very friendly and helpful xx J’ aime ils avec elles xx

One time I left the pass in my appartment. It’s a pity you cann’t prove via your mobile that you are in possesion of the pass. For a large museum like The Louvre, just one visit is a limitation. The pick up took quite some time. Why not a choice in locations or a digital pass?

The best part was the "skip the line". Oh my gosh, a couple of times we went right to the head of a line that was over 200 yards long (close to 200 meters). There are so many great museums to see. However, you have to do at least two a day to get your money's worth so if you are not a real museum buff, the two day pass is the best.

Our delightful guide was prompt, pleasant and very considerate. He was interesting and articulate. He had a well-considered plan for the tour of this great museum so that we could grasp the topic in a way that makes it possible to remember it. We definitely left with a greater knowledge of artists from late 19th century France than when we arrived. All-in-all, our tour was a wonderful experience and my husband and I consider this time and money very well-spent.

Excellent offer, You pay what you can see, everything else is inflated as savings priority access to attractions is an advantage. I'm sorry, because we always have a little time, but there are a lot of museums that I want to see. You should definitely come again. It would be good if the Pass could be picked up at multiple locations.

Our guide was very knowledgeable but spent way too much time focusing on each art treasure. It was much more like an Art Appreciation class than a tour. This was amplified by the fact that there were shoulder-to-shoulder crowds. Because of this, many of the group strayed away to see more artifacts on their own.

We thoroughly enjoyed this museum. The pieces were beautiful and our guide was great. We did the tour with the gourmet meal which is a big jump in price from the package that is just the tour. The pro for the meal was that you get to skip the long line, and after the tour, you do need to rest your feet, and also the restaurant was very beautiful. The con is that it was not very good food and for what it costs, I was very underwhelmed. Also, we had to order from a fixed menu, while we saw other dishes that looked far more appetizing. If I visited the Orsay again, I would do the tour, but skip the meal.

The setting of this museum is lovely itself! In addition, the exhibits are superb covering a wide array of artists! No one who loves art should miss this setting!!

Everything was in order. Received ticket with easy access. No waiting in line. People outside the museum directed us promptly. Only issue was crowds once in the museum, especially in the Impressionist floor. We went at 11 o’clock. We were only in Paris for the day so didn’t have a lot of flexibility of time. Would recommend investigating peak times and avoid them.

We can unreservedly recommend this tour. Our companion Valerie, a delightful, lively, middle-aged person, first asked about our expectations and after we had come out as "not knowing about art" and had expressed our desire to take the "must to see" with us, she guided us specifically for 2 hours through the exhibition with a lot of basic information, which means that we were able to take a lot of - and by no means boring - basic knowledge in connection with the exhibits and in general for ourselves within these 2 hours. It would not have made any sense to visit the Louvre alone - we would certainly have been overwhelmed after a very short time and would have quickly lost interest in the exhibits. With the guided tour, however, the visit was a highlight of our stay in Paris ;-) Many thanks again to Valerie!

I easily got into the museum and also onto the boat for the Seine cruise. The embarkation is a 20-minute walk from the museum. The walk is pleasant because you follow the Seine. The museum can be visited entirely in about 3 hours.

Everything was absolutely to our liking. First of all the excellent information we recieved by mail. Very very good! We highly enjoyed the beautiful art in musée d’Orsay. Also the very good and well organized restaurants. Despite the enormous amounts of visitors the staff remained calm and friendly. We stayed in the museum about 6 hours. The cruise on the river Seine was also a nice way to learn a bit more about this beautiful city. Very clear and understandable spoken English.

Our tour guide, Stephanie, was beyond incredible! She made every second of our tour extremely informative and amusing, especially for our tween twins. We'd recommend her and tour in a heart beat. Can't wait to do it again. Thank you for making our trip to Versailles so memorable!

The museums we visited were amazing. The small museum pass booklet was convenient. However, the pickup location for the booklet and canal tour confirmation was not conveniently located, and the staff inside were not the friendliest nor efficient. Had we known, we would have picked up the booklet the day before our passes would start because getting the passes the day of ate away time we could have visited a museum or two. There were some museums that we had to stand in the “no ticket holder/time slot” line to enter, which took over an hour before we got in. Plan ahead to maximize your museum experience.

I gave our guide, Oliver, a very difficult task to help me recreate my year as a student in Paris. He was charming, knew his art history, got us in and out of the museum on time. This guided tour was a total self-indulgence on my part. I was short on time and visiting Paris for perhaps the final time. It was a treat to be a "student" once again. The only negative is that the company expected me to "review" the tour immediately. I was enjoying a trip and kept my "internet" time to a minimum. Let a client get home before requesting a review!
