As visiting Disneyland Paris is a childhood dream, the expectations were very high. To some extent, they were met. After all, it is a really beautifully designed park with lots of beautiful details, shows, and of course all the well known characters and themes. Also, it is quite well organized. The RER from Paris directly leads to the entrance. It's just a few steps from the station to the security-check-in and then to the park entrance. A huge highlight were the two illumination shows at the end of the day. One was a drone show celebrating the 30th anniversary of the park. The other one was a video show with fireworks. Both were really stunning. Three drawbacks: Crowd, attractions, price. The park is crowded. Although the throughput of the attractions appears quite high, the announced waiting times were 30-60 min. One day was enough for one musical, a boat ride, and all four “big thrills“. There aren't more than that. The entrance and the food prices were not justified.

"Thank you for offering us the best experience at Disneyland Paris: best price (huge economy for us buying from you!), simple access into the park (the bar code was scanned directly, similar to the tickets brought from the official site), everything is fairytale inside, both for adults and kids!!! Considering that the ticket price for Disneyland Paris is very high, for me, buying from you , was the best choice! "

Both the parks were amazing with excellent creative rides. I had covered both the parks in 1 day, however I would recommend 2 days to enjoy the park to the fullest. Some rides bad queue for 80+ minutes, but it was worth the wait.

The disney experience was great. We chose the disneyland park. I advise to choose the early time slot and plan ahead the rides you want go. There is an app for disneyland rides where you can check the waiting time and the map of the whole park. Food was okay, there was a lot of options but it was not cheap so if you’re on a budget best to bring food. It’s allowed. To go there, if you will be using the train ensure you have the right train ticket or else you will not be able to enter unless some good samaritan will help you. Overall, the activity was straightforward. It was easy to follow instructions, no problems encountered at all.

It was unique, unforgettable, magical!!! The cold did its job - we were slowed down a little. However, you cannot see two Disney parks in one day. But we enjoyed it and will definitely come back!

took my daughter to Disneyland for her 8th birthday and we had such an amazing time. we have agreed to go back in the future. one day at the Park isn't enough as it is humongous and the ques are long. the rides are perfect for the family because they had just the right amount of speed and thrill but not too much to make my motion sickness kick in

Our day at Disneyland Paris was a nostalgia trip for me, having been back after 12 years - and it was honestly amazing! The rides were great and the atmosphere was absolutely magical. I especially loved that we got to experience Disney in all its Christmas magic, something that is so incredible. The only downside was that by the end of the day many restaurants were closed and the food that was left was limited. Another complaint I had was that multiple parents would lift their children on their shoulder during the castle firework show which was very annoying to say the least - but it was still enjoyable to an extent.

The only problem was really the lines, some you have to wait from 45min-1h. Pinocchio is not worth it, 45min in line just to be inside 2min where everything was so fast that you really don't get it. Mine Train - a total must go! (prepare for a 1h wait). Suggestion: be there right when the doors open and go for the ones that make a huge line first, in case you really want to go there, which are Pinocchio, Peter Pan, Mine Train, Indiana Jones. Download the Disney app to check where to eat and the waiting times for the diversions. Must: watch the parade at 17h30

Have fun as a child in these two wonderful parks. You can go from one to the other in an unlimited way during the more than 12 hours of service of the parks, leaving and re-entering. Of course, all the attractions are included with the cost, making a variable queue per attraction. A place where you should go on your visit to Paris. Easy access by metro.

This Tour was great. Disneyland was outstanding. Thank you for providing this package for 2 parks. It was remarkable experienced specially for the kids who watched the Disneyland character parade with singing and dancing. Rides were very good and restaurants too. It was memorable experienced in general.

Pleasant and cold, a chance to have had the sun that day :) the activities had only a minute's wait and I was able to do as many laps and a nice walk as possible. I did not see a stop at the "little world"; believing it I, in fact, made a complete tour otherwise the atmosphere is always so pleasant - thank you

We enjoyed the Disneyland with our 18mos old baby. It was a nice experience. This was our 2nd time to Disneyland Paris but 1st with our daughter. We would love to go back and use this app. We do love this app. the price is cheaper and you can book for same day.

Very expensive food and not much options. It is recommended to bring your own food/drinks. Several attractions were closed for maintenance due to it being winter.

I bought the ticket for 2 entrances to the 2 parks for me and my friends. The checks at the entrance were easy (it was enough to show the online version of the tickets). Excellent value for money compared to official entrances.

Everything is great, without a doubt Disney is beautiful at Christmas. When you buy the tickets through this app, ask them to provide you with the QR before you arrive, so you don't waste time and you have it in advance

It is the magical Disney park at Christmas time. Only downside was that there were too many people.

Two parks for the price of 1. The studio park doesn't have that many attractions, but what there is is fine, and many shows. The real Disneyland park has much more and is also bigger. As a Disney fan you can get your money's worth there. In any case, very clean. And thanks to the app you can find exactly where everything is and what the waiting times are.

it's good if you take both the parks so as to maximize your stay there and come back with them or else you can always take the train back if you finish early with one park ticket.Do the Disney park if you one park ticket, they will recommend that too.

We arrived at the park 9am and left 9pm very long time in the park . And they souhd be more organized places in the bus, should be a sign places on the tickets and not separate 2 persons traveling together. For future traveling avoid holidays days there is a long time for everything, 80 minutes for one attraction waiting this get you tarid, no place to site to relax. So with sort words avoid holidays and you don't have children, there is better place to spend your time in Paris and not spend 250€ per person the tour and food to take somephotos, and more if you get in a souvenirs shop .

The shuttle service was excellent. very helpful staff. only problem was the return. there must be some more information from the exit gate to parking about the location of Bus parking. the best will be if one person from staff can be at the exit gate with Tag of information about the bus location.

Adélie B.

Great service, shuttle was nice and efficient. Disneyland is amazing and magical! Only issue we had was finding the shuttle at the end of the day. Perhaps suggesting to guests to drop a pin on their phone map or a small paper to indicate where the shuttle was. We were so excited when we got there, we didn't pay much attention to the location where the shuttles were!

the meet up location was at the end of the street towards the back end of the street of the Pullman Paris hotel. Location about 5 minute walk from Eiffel tower. We got our tickets before boarding the bus from the guide and took us about 45-50 min to get to Disneyland by shuttle. Park opened at 8:30am. We did the park hopper and thought that was perfect to do for an all day activity. We took our time and still managed to finish both parks by 4pm and rode a decent amount of rides. Park wasn’t that crowded for a Saturday. Been to other parks on a weekend and it’s usually terrible to get around the crowds. Got to catch 2 parades (one Halloween one). We didn’t stay until the end to catch the 9pm bus so just took the train back to the city at 5pm which took about 1 hr and was about $6 usd per person to get back. The fireworks is at 10pm if you’re willing to stay that long but jet lag got the better of us

It all went very smoothly. No hassle with the metro / train from Paris to Disneyland. You can be at Disney within an hour from the Gare du Nord boarding point. Also nice because you can do a bit of sightseeing from the bus. Recommended

Addie was outstanding. If we could give her 10 stars, we would. She was funny, extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. We learned so much from her and felt we came away with so much more from the experience with her than we would have on our own or with anyone else. Give that girl a raise!

Adi is hands down the best tour guide I’ve ever had. Mind blown with her knowledge, delivery, and friendliness. There was an extremely rude Louvre employee who interfered with our tour by yelling at us and Adi handled it extremely gracefully and kept her composure. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Absolute best!

The best way to see the most noted pieces. The Louvre is huge and easy to get lost in. It is best to have a guide to get you to the top must-see works. After the guided tour you can stay as long as you’d like to continue exploring on your own. Don’t waste time standing in line to buy tickets or trying to find your own way.

Florence was a wonder guide that had a lot of knowledge about the history of the museum, the paintings and the Louvre overall. She really helped me connect with the art and the interpretations that could be taken as well as the intentions of the artist. What a great experience! I will say, there is a lot of walking so of course be prepared as with any tour. I say this as there were people that were struggling during the tour I was on and Florence had to stop and remind others (very courteously) that can feel free to leave the tour and the museum or continue at their own. Loved seeing the Louvre!

Our tour guide made our experience! Claire was attentive to each of us, answered questions, is very knowledgeable about the history of the most popular works she knew we’d want to see. She was efficient in helping us by pass the line and sharing hidden restrooms with us! She is pleasant and absolutely loved her English accent.

I was really looking forward to my first visit to The Louvre, and my guided tour did not disappoint. It exceeded my expectations, thanks to our amazing guide Florence. Her knowledge is amazing and she made the whole tour so very interesting. I also noted that Florence was very kind and considerate to several in our group with mobility issues, especially towards the end of the three hours.

Margot D.

The tour with Claire was terrific. She was very animated in her descriptions of the pieces we viewed. She allowed ample time to see the works before moving on. We appreciated her positive attitude and her story telling. The location was easy to find. There should be a warning about how many stairs need to be traversed for people with mobility issues to be aware. Overall a great tour and we were happy we took it.

The tour was very good and the fact that you could see the exhibits with a moderate number of people around was even better. Our guide, Natalia, was skillfull and knowledgeable but the only downward was the bad “signal” of the audio that we were given, so we couldn’t hear very clear the guide; especially if you were a few feet away from the group

Séverin M.

Absolutely amazing tour! The experience was well curated from greeting to tour guide. We appreciated having an actual skip the line where we were brought in a separate entrance. Our tour guide, Natalia, was exceptional in her knowledge of mythology and French art history.

Anaïs was an incredibly knowledgeable and interesting guide. La Louvre is La Louvre. It will always be amazing, but having a great guide helped cut through the 38,000 pieces of art to see the highlights in a short time. Would absolutely recommend Anaïs for all first-timers.

Florence was very knowledgeable. Taking her time to explain in detail and answer any questions. The tour started quiet but soon got very overcrowded with other people and groups and sometimes overwhelming making it impossible to view or take pictures.

Céline M.

Our guide was very knowledgeable but spent way too much time focusing on each art treasure. It was much more like an Art Appreciation class than a tour. This was amplified by the fact that there were shoulder-to-shoulder crowds. Because of this, many of the group strayed away to see more artifacts on their own.

The office was easy to find; the staff were friendly and efficient. The passes were immediately recognized and honored everywhere. We skipped a lot of lines, some of which were VERY long, and we saved a LOT of money. If you are a sight-seer/museum goer, this is a fantastic deal.

We bought the 2 day Paris Museum Pass, we definitely got our monies worth. We did the Louvre and one other museum the first day. We booked an entrance time for the Louvre early. On the second day we booked a time for the l’Orangerie , then we did the Arc de Triumph, Hotel des Invalids, the Rodin Museum and finally the Consiergerie. They were all excellent.

Amandine R.

It was unclear that I had to physically pick up the museum pass, and where, so I was denied access to the first museum I visited, where I was told to pickup the pass at the "meeting place." Not at all intuitive and very inconvenient, 10 minutes from the nearest museum. You should make the pass and code available on the app and keep it available in the cache while off-line, like Google maps.

Easiest and the best way to visit places in Paris, since you don't need to follow a schedule as you would if you book a tour. It was especially perfect for me because my boyfriend was in Paris only for 5 days, in some of the days we improvised our plans at the last minute and it wasn't a problem thanks to this pass.

Séverine G.

We visited Paris 30 years after we honeymooned there and the Paris Pass helped visit most of the art galleries and sights without queueing. It was also Bastille day with fantastic fireworks at Eiffel tower. Pity about all the security nowadays think they have ruined the Eiffel tower with the glass wall....But it is what it is! Still a fantastic city to visit and great food

Roseline A.

One time I left the pass in my appartment. It’s a pity you cann’t prove via your mobile that you are in possesion of the pass. For a large museum like The Louvre, just one visit is a limitation. The pick up took quite some time. Why not a choice in locations or a digital pass?

Marcelle A.

I am so pleased I booked the ticket one week before I arrived Paris! It save me so much time for queuing to enter the lovely musees! The first day I walked to the collect the ticket in the office, the staff there are also very friendly and helpful xx J’ aime ils avec elles xx

Super easy to use! Meeting/pickup point was not as difficult as some people mentioned. I do agree that it was a little annoying that it wasn’t a digital pass though. Having to go pick it up was a bit inconvenient, but still worth it for how great it was to have the pass to skip all the lines and saves so much money if you do a lot of things!

Karine A.

This pass was a good idea but didn't turn out to be great value for us. Worked great for the Louvre, but the ticket for Versailles is basically worthless since it's not timed entry (and you can't schedule that for free with the pass like you can at the Louvre) and also doesn't include the gardens and Trianon. Make careful note of what days museums are closed or you might end up with a pass and nowhere to use it.

Remy M.

It is worth the money only if you go to two places on the same day; if you don’t, you might lose money. The thing is that you might be too tired to be able to go to a second place the same day. And I am 34 years old, still with plenty of energy. It is also worth it for Versailles, as it is quite an expensive plan (27 euros the full entrance). You need to have spare time to go pick up the Paris Museum Pass (if you bought it online), as you have to have the physical card

Désirée G.

The pass was well worth the money as we went to many of the places and were able to skip the lines which saved valuable time. The only negative was that even though we had a mobile app for it, no one was willing to take it. The office to pick up the app was far away from us and VERY inconvenient to get to. The address was difficult to see on the street. When we mentioned the app that no one would take, they sympathized and said "well, this us Paris." Oh well...

Rémy B.

The guide includes almost everything you’d want to see. This is my 6th time in Paris, and spent an entire week taking in some of the usual favorites, Louvre, D’Orsay and visited many smaller venues, most of which we’d never seen before. The museum pass is almost always the best way to see more during your time because you skip some extremely long lines! Highly recommend.

Harry

I enjoyed this experience, though keep in mind the 'skip the line' part is only for one part of the several lines you will need to stand in - security lines twice, then the lines to get up to the 2nd level, then another line to get up to the summit level. So pack your patience and a bottle of water if it's a hot day! But the views are amazing! (I actually preferred the second floor views to the summit views.)

This was the only place I could find a night booking for my travel dates, and it was magical! Clear instructions on where to meet. Easily exchanged tickets. The group was taken all the way to the first elevator, with instructions to present ticket for the second elevator to the summit.

Everything went smoothly. We met the guide at the appointed site, walked to the tower and skipped the long entry lines. There were lines for the elevator to the top, but that’s to be expected. Our guide was very informative and had a great sense of humor.

Tour guide Idil was informative and thorough. This tour was a guaranteed easy access into the Eiffel tower without waiting in the long lines. Note the guide is only with you before entering the tower. Once you reach the entrance you can tour the tower at your own pace. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommended. Almost didn’t have to wait in the line for a long period of time since we bought the tickets online in advance. The tour guide was also very nice and friendly. The tickets including the access to the top of the tower. Very beautiful and worthy.

Due to unexpected and uncontrollable issues at CDG, we could not make our tour time. When asked to be rebooked I was told that I could still make the tour time even though I knew we would not. The rep told me to message when we missed our time and they would help. When I messaged again, they said they could not rebook or refund because I did not give enough notice. I lost $272 due to circumstances not under my control that I could not forsee. Medical issue on the plane causing delay, customs delay and lost luggage plus traffic led to 2+ delay getting to Paris.

Lilian

Well organized and easy, and was the only place we could find tickets to get you to the summit - the official site was sold out. The tour guide spoke us through some interesting facts at the base of the tower and walked us through security and then let’s you experience the tower as you’d wish.

Janet

We met The tour guide at the meeting point and had to wait for tower to open before leaving meeting point. A short walk and we were in the security line. Tour guide got us through that and then answered some questions before pointing us the the elevators. He did not go up with us

Sama saved the day! We were lost and couldn't find the group. she ran around the whole tower to come find us and get us the tickets. She even waited with us until we cleared both security checkpoints and had our tickets scanned to access the elevator. This woman deserves a raise!!

We did learn some things about the Eiffel Tower from our guide before we were on our own to see the tower, which was a bonus since I thought they would just escort us. The skip-the-line access was somewhat useful, but we went in the morning and the regular line wasn't bad at all so you may want to consider it.

Philippe

This is not a guided tour but you don’t need that for the Eiffel Tower. But, our escort did provide us with some Eiffel Tower history & got us through the gates with minimal waiting. While this is a skip-the-line ticket, nothing is ever skip-the-line at the Eiffel Tower. But it got us up too quickly!!!!

Abhey

The guide met us at the committed time, handed over our tickets to us, escorted us to the tower and made sure everything goes smoothly. Though she is from Iran she spoke Hindi fluently and we had a good conversation. Unfortunately, I can't recall the name. While the 1st and 2nd floor gives a good view, I highly recommend to go to the top and enjoy the view from there.

With this ticket we did not queue. The only queue but very smooth and in any case inevitable was the one for the metal detector checks. The museum is crazy. Never seen so many people in front of a work…. The Gioconda ! The audio guide is with Nintendo, intuitive and very useful. I'll be back because one afternoon isn't enough to see it all.

I easily got into the museum and also onto the boat for the Seine cruise. The embarkation is a 20-minute walk from the museum. The walk is pleasant because you follow the Seine. The museum can be visited entirely in about 3 hours.

Guide, Noha, was excellent. My wife had been looking forward to this trip and unfortunately developed a bad cold just prior. She made a list of all the pieces she wanted to see and Noha readily accommodated her. Her depth of knowledge of the museum and the pieces was remarkable. When our time was over my wife was physically fading. Noha made certain we were able to get transportation back to our hotel. Service above and beyond! We would both highly recommend Noha and this service!

Everything was absolutely to our liking. First of all the excellent information we recieved by mail. Very very good! We highly enjoyed the beautiful art in musée d’Orsay. Also the very good and well organized restaurants. Despite the enormous amounts of visitors the staff remained calm and friendly. We stayed in the museum about 6 hours. The cruise on the river Seine was also a nice way to learn a bit more about this beautiful city. Very clear and understandable spoken English.

At the musée D'ORSAY, if you leave close to closing time, it's not worth queuing at the entrance. They are very strict with the opening hours. You have to enter at least 2 hours in advance to see it.

Our guide, Lilly, was deeply knowledgeable and a wonderful story teller. She was able to pull the pieces in the museum into an overall narrative of the progression of art in France. It was very educational and very fun. She spent time pointing out the "jokes" and secrets that you might not notice as a lay person.

Our tour guide, Melissa (could be spelling wrong), was the best in France! We considered going back again just for her. Our original time to meet the tour guide was on the morning of Tuesday, October 9. Because of the threat of a general strike, the museum did not open at the correct time. Our guide met us, however, and we agreed to meet again at 2 PM in the afternoon. Anya gave us an excellent tour. She taught us the history of art from classical through to modern times in her 2 hour tour.. We were most impressed with her and her delivery. We would give her the highest rating.

6 days in Paris with a group of 6 adults/young adults, saw all the sights, museums. We unanimously agreed that this tour with Mila R was the highlight! She is a lovely person and fantastic guide.

Anya was fabulous! Very knowledgeable, of course, but tied together so many aspects of the art, the societal implications and influences, historical influences, aristocracy vs bourgeois, the artists idiosyncrasies, and more. Very personable and interactive...not just standing there lecturing. Very pleasant personality and charming as well. Highly recommend her to anyone from those with little knowledge of the art to those more sophisticated.

No Audio Guide on the upper deck available!!!We drove by all these beautiful sites and if lucky where yelled the name through the loudspeakers at-why not have at least an app that everyone can download and scan a QR Code upon entering to be able to listen to with your own headphones? Wonderful way to see some major sights in Paris! The boat was large and had ample upstairs (outdoor) and downstairs seating. The huge glass windows inside made it easy to see what you were looking at. Because the cruise is for anyone who gets a ticket, they have these little phones (downstairs) that you can program to your language to listen to information about the sights. Overall I'd recommend!

The specified 20 minutes that you should be there before the desired date are by no means sufficient in the high season. We queued 1 1/2 hours before it was our turn. The comments can hardly be understood in some places on deck. You should be aware that this is a mass processing. Still well organized.

Vivien R.

We went on a Mon and was told it was closed for private event and told to come back next day. The cruise was much bigger than expected. Most people went to the upper deck to catch the views outside but soon, most came down to the lower deck which was warmer since now is winter. Value for money considering is an-hour cruise ride. Just relax and enjoy and scenery.

Gérôme G.

Specific starting point was vague. There were hundreds of people milling around for several different cruise companies. You need to give exact coordinates. If you don’t speak French it’s a confusing situation. Also very long lines with 30-45 minutes waiting. Boat was super full for sunset cruise. Very confusing

Had a very good experience, Booked it the same morning, the spot was easy to find the boat was open at the top as well so that is a big plus for me, there is a commentary on top, to explain to you what you are actually seeing this is a must if you visit Paris.

Remi D.

Cruise started and ended EXACTLY on time. We rode on 1/2 on top and it was was cold and windy esp on the return but was to be expected. We were lucky to have a sunny day. Commentary cannot be heard when on top but there is an app for that. I had been to Paris several times so did not need it but first timers should know what they are seeing.

My family and (3 people) joined this tour in Dec 2022. Booked online, went to the banks of the Seine opposite the Eiffel Tower, then embarked on an exciting journey, seeing parts of Paris by river. Since we left just before sunset, Paris with the lights on and the Eiffel Tower looking golden, were truly the unforgettable sights.

Take the cruise at dusk or night to see the Eiffel Tower lighted up. If you sit on the upper deck, the audio for the guided tour can not be heard though, but sitting at the upper deck was a good decision for us as we are able to see better the sights with the chilly wind adding more to the experience.

The cruise is beautiful and offers a unique view of Paris. For those who want it is possible to stay inside the boat to avoid the cold that is inevitable in winter. The upper floor is uncovered, with long benches on all sides to offer the best possible view. In the centre, the roof is glazed to let those staying indoors see the outside. We stayed outdoors so I don't know what the view through the glass roof is like.

Even on a rainy evening we loved the river cruise. The lights are so beautiful and it is amazing how many landmarks you can see from the river. The bridges of Paris are best seen from the water. The narrator was interesting and he made sure that we recognized the major monuments and buildings along the way.

Didn’t have to queue for very long and once all onboard we got going. Great way to see many beautiful buildings, the architecture is outstanding. We were lucky with the weather so sat out on the top deck, it was abit of a squeeze as the boat was very busy. It was definitely worth booking ahead. Would do this trip again shoukd I come back to Paris.

Musee d'Orsay is definitely worth a visit. There are so many beautiful art including Monet, Van Gogh etc. The current exhibitions, namely Gaudi and Aristide Maillol, is excellent. I did not know the work of Aristide Maillol and I was very impressed with the style of his work.

I only had time for one gallery in Paris and chose Musee d’Orsay, which did not disappoint. I was able to skip the main queue and waited only 5 minutes in the security queue. Make sure to ask an attendant which queue as the pass I had downloaded was suggesting the longest queue. I would also recommend pre-booking audio guide if possible as I was one of the last to receive one before they ran out (late morning). I walked the sculptures, level 2 and level 5. The rooms on level 2 were my favourite with focussed on Corbet, Manet & Millet. Floor 5 had some of the more known iconic artworks but was very crowded with people more interested in taking photos than viewing art. Bathrooms were well kept however I didn’t see any places to fill up my water bottle.

We were provided with a bar code for easy entry. Unlike our other bookings where we were just issued a QR code which did not grant us access. Electronic bookings should have electronic tickets; NOT tickets you have to print. Very difficult when you are on vacation.

Definitely meant for art lovers of specific artists. Many, many sculptures and paintings so if you plan on doing an activity afterwards definitely decide what you'd like to see before going. Get! An! Audio! Guide! because unless you're a history buff it will be 900 times more boring for you and your family to not understand the context of the work, especially when you're passing other groups or individuals who seem way more intrigued while they learn about the work.

I booked this activity because I wanted my daughter to have a cup of tea with me in the most luxuriously decorated ceiling in a restaurant in the world, (that I know of)! We relaxed and discussed which exhibitions we wanted to see, made a plan and then executed it! Awesome!

Our tour guide, Stephanie, was beyond incredible! She made every second of our tour extremely informative and amusing, especially for our tween twins. We'd recommend her and tour in a heart beat. Can't wait to do it again. Thank you for making our trip to Versailles so memorable!

The experience was great! 1/2 day is just about the right amount of time to see Versailles. Pickup was easy and well communicated. The tour guide was knowledgeable and sweet. We had a little over an hour to wander the gardens before getting on the bus back. Overall experience was terrific.

The Musee d’Orsay is a spectacular immersion into the large water Lilly murals of Monet as well as the seminal works of Renoir, Modigliani, Picasso, Cezanne, and other great artists. We thoroughly enjoyed the process of easily reserving a time and purchasing tickets on line, as well as the admission procedures at the museum!

The museum is really fantastic! We spent hours there. Seeing the paintings for the first time was awesome. Be prepared with comfortable shoes you wont want to leave until closing time. Lunch at the 2nd floor restaurant was really good, food was interesting and tasty.

Everything was in order. Received ticket with easy access. No waiting in line. People outside the museum directed us promptly. Only issue was crowds once in the museum, especially in the Impressionist floor. We went at 11 o’clock. We were only in Paris for the day so didn’t have a lot of flexibility of time. Would recommend investigating peak times and avoid them.

Great experience definitely suggest getting the skip the line tickets. It’s a beautiful museum but they don’t have all the Van Gogh’s right now, some are on loan. The only issue is getting a “flow” as you go through, it’s not exceptionally organized. May be better with an audio guide.

The Louvre was outstanding, many many rooms of lots of great treasurers to soak in, definitely could’ve used more time, just ran out of energy. The boat cruise was nice as well, beautiful weather, crowded but not packed, the line to get on the boat was too long, they could’ve let us on sooner, this way we could’ve at least sat.

When in Paris, you must visit The Louvre. Great and easy experience, no waiting on line and enjoyed exploring the museum on our own. Bonus was then taking boat ride on the Siene River. All the details were sent to us in a timely manner clear and concise. Def recommend this package

Very busy and definitely better booking the skip the line tickets. The Louvre was very busy when I’m there and definitely a few hours needed to go around it all. Shopping area after was nice too. River cruise wasn’t my thing and wouldn’t do it again. Seemed to go on too long but did see some nice monuments

Louvre is an amazing place to visit if you are interested in arts, however a single day pass is not enough. the place is magical and there is a lot to see. If your taking only 1 day pass then i suggest to go directly to section where you are mostly interested to see. keep in mind if you want to see "La Mona Lisa" there is approx 30 min a queue line to wait. Also be careful which ticket you buy because this one i took has no audio guide. Regarding the Boat trip it was also fantastic i took the night ride but I bet the day one has also a charm.

Except for some pickpockets, all women terribly, who’d gang you up with a modus operandi, I recommend the tour. Just be careful of a group of people who’d suddenly ask you to sign something which they claim for a cause, while their hands are already tinkering your bags. Crazy

This was a great way to get in to see the Louvre. It was a boiling hot day and to be able to go to the short line to get in was a blessing. I had the wrong ticket and called the office while in line and they were very helpful to me, all was straightened out and in we went.

Great value double-trip to the Louvre Museum and onwards to an informative one-hour bi-lingual Seine River Cruise. Allow time to get between the Louvre and the departure pier for the boat tour as guided - boats leave every 1/2 hour. The ticket brokers communicated via both email and WhatsApp and the staff were very helpful in helping me locate and scan my tickets. Was the best value I found after extensive research.

The Louvre Museum was amazing! Make sure you take a whole day out to complete the whole museum it’s got so much to look at! The river cruise was amazing, it was brilliant that you could do this on a different day! It was such a beautiful way to look at Paris!

100% recommend getting the audio guide for this. Made it so much more interesting. Allow for 4-5 hours if you’re wanting to look at everything, go first thing in the morning for it opening and head straight to see the Mona Lisa to beat the queue and get a good view. Book the river cruise for a different day to allow time to travel between the two destinations. Beautiful views from the river

It is very tiring to visit it and you need some comfortable shoes. You must reserve a day for this visit. It is best to enter between 9-11 because after 11 o'clock it becomes very crowded and you will stand in line for a long time. But it's worth every moment to enjoy the beauties made by people thousands of years ago.

A great way to see the Louvre, audio was a good option and contained a guide for the museum that was interesting for kids. The river cruise was boring, the guide was not interesting and the multiple languages the tour was provided in meant that you were never sure what the guide was actually talking about.

We spend the better part of 4 hours touring and still didn't get it all in...a good part but not all. Breathtaking masterpeices decorating the walls of the palace...probably could have spent a day in each exhibit if I had the time and money. So much to take in and appreciate. We arrived early morning, it was busy then but when we left mid afternoon it was rather hectic. Morning visits are recommended, definitely smaller crowds.

I gave our guide, Oliver, a very difficult task to help me recreate my year as a student in Paris. He was charming, knew his art history, got us in and out of the museum on time. This guided tour was a total self-indulgence on my part. I was short on time and visiting Paris for perhaps the final time. It was a treat to be a "student" once again. The only negative is that the company expected me to "review" the tour immediately. I was enjoying a trip and kept my "internet" time to a minimum. Let a client get home before requesting a review! Please don't send repeated requests. If a client enjoyed your services, they will post as soon as they are able. Thank you, Oliver!

So passionate and so gracious in taking time to explain everything to us.. if Alex is your guide, your in the best hands possible! Tina was an extremely wonderful tour guide. I went on a tour with 3 others on a Sunday morning, and this small group was perfect. I would highly recommend it to others.

Our delightful guide was prompt, pleasant and very considerate. He was interesting and articulate. He had a well-considered plan for the tour of this great museum so that we could grasp the topic in a way that makes it possible to remember it. We definitely left with a greater knowledge of artists from late 19th century France than when we arrived. All-in-all, our tour was a wonderful experience and my husband and I consider this time and money very well-spent.

Excellent- the tickets worked perfectly. We printed ours off - you then zap in and out using the bar codes. I recommend booking dated tickets since the parks were full for the 30th Anniversary -many people who had not booked specific dates were being turned away at the gates. Some pointers: -Book restaurants way before - even 2 months! All sit-down eateries were full except some fast food places like the Hyperion, which is huge. -You are allowed to go in and out of the site and buy food in the Disney Village. -if you have any health conditions or special needs do check the Special Access brochures on the Disney website to see if you qualify for priority passes. We needed to bring proof of disability via original UK DLA forms, and a UK 'Access Card' (applied online after a rec. on Money Saving Expert - £15 for 3 years) - the priority passes were so useful. Disney is a wonderfully inclusive place. -bring snacks and lots of water as there were no working fountains on site.

We bought the activities here, since on the official website we could not get it by mistake on the Dzisney website. Although I had taken many activities with this company, I was a little scared as it was not the official website, but on the contrary, they helped me even when the app did not work well for me. Calling on a Saturday morning they solved the problem with the app. To enter Disney you need a QR code that was not loaded with the voucher in the same app. When I called they sent me an email with the tickets and again I received a quick treatment and impeccable help.

It was very simple to book multiday tickets with this app. Everything worked as expected, no any issues. We visited the park in May, usually we had to vait 40 minutes for an attraction, but it worth the time :) Really amazing the park itself, and we had a lot of fun with all the attractions ;) Dont forget to visit the Pirates of Caribian, The Phanatom Manor, Big Thunder Mountain, and Hyper Space Mountain or Indiana Jones were also in the list of the best attractions. After 8pm we could visit all of these attrwctions waiting only 5-10 minutes in May. Shows also amazing recommended to visit Mickey and the Magician show.

Highly effective. A clarification perhaps necessary. There is the impression that there will be someone from the company waiting at Disneyland, it is not true, nor is it necessary. Also a better word to describe arrival would be, "access gates where tickets or purchased tickets are presented. But it works great and doesn't cost much more.

This was my first ticket buy from site and was quite scared to trust a third party site to get a disneyland 2 dated days multi park tickets for 3 people as the amount involved was quite high. I took the risk as the discount was straight 10%. Fortunately, everything was in place, ticket works fine and throughly enjoyed disney experience in disneyland. It was mesmerizing. I am writing this big review for the first time and thank you for such a deal. I will booking more from you. Thank you.

Disneyland and the parks offer a lot visually. There are some attractions but unfortunately you have to wait up to 2 hours. We recommend taking snacks and drinks with you, as these stands are also full. (There are water stations where you can refill your bottles for free.) It's very crowded! Be sure to write phone numbers for the children, for example on t-shirts/bracelets. Unfortunately, 1.02m is not a standard for a ride to be harmless. Pay attention to the warning triangle on the plan. The Twilight Tower, for example, is definitely not for small children. Here you fall with an elevator. Tip: pay attention to the windows in front of the building, because you get an impression. You take your stuff with you everywhere. We didn't see lockers. Don't miss the evening show. In front of us, the French shouted "sit down". This is a great idea as it allows everyone to see the show clearly. We will be back definitely. 2Days-2Parks were ok in terms of time.

It's like stepping into another world. A bizarre, wonderful world where people walk around decked out in Disney memorabilia. There's no judgement here - just pure celebration of the whimsical and everyone is in on it. The entire park is one gigantic set which just transports you to this place of delight. The rides are varied with some thrills and some family friendly ones. It doesn't stop there though, because there's also the Studios park which has even more rides and even more immersion. It's all just so MAGICAL. Time flies by. And the shops! There are so many and each has some hidden gems that you can only find in that one shop. Whatever your budget there's something you can take away with you, some piece of the magic you can tuck away and bring home. I absolutely recommend this park. The Studios Park, Disneyland Park and Disney Village together just create such a great adventure. You need two days to really experience it. If you can, invest in the magic pass. It's worth it.

There were a lot of visitors and you have to be prepared for long waiting times. The app certainly helps with planning, but a 2-day stay is recommended so that you don't have too much stress and miss too much. The fireworks in the evenings were great! This is a must have!

disneyland was extremely amazing and magical! used the newcomer promo for this as it was the most expensive purchase for the trip, worth it. highly recommend not only families but adults to experience the magic of disneyland. 2 parks for 2 days were not enough for us in terms of rides as we did not manage to take every single ride but it was still good enough for us to explore every inch and take the rides we wanted to. (we did not get priority pass!)

It was a brilliant experience! So happy that I went with this instead of doing the Louvre on my own. There's just so much to see and the guided tour gives you the full context behind each of the works of art you see and also takes you around all of the "must-see" works of art. We can unreservedly recommend this tour. Our companion Valerie, a delightful, lively, middle-aged person, first asked about our expectations and after we had come out as "not knowing about art" and had expressed our desire to take the "must to see" with us, she guided us specifically for 2 hours through the exhibition with a lot of basic information, which means that we were able to take a lot of - and by no means boring - basic knowledge in connection with the exhibits and in general for ourselves within these 2 hours. It would not have made any sense to visit the Louvre alone - we would certainly have been overwhelmed after a very short time and would have quickly lost interest in the exhibits. With the guided tour, however, the visit was a highlight of our stay in Paris ;-) Many thanks again to Valerie!

My wife and I’s first time to Paris and we were here for 3 days and jam packed weekend! We ended up booking this one and it fit in our schedule for the last departure on a Saturday night and was a great cruise. Weather and the sights wise(9/10/2022). The river cruise was lovely! We sat on top and it was nice to be present and just look at all of the attractions. The audio is not good at all though! Very cringey! Would change that if I could do we ended up not listening to it. You can chose to - it has various languages and if you bring AirPods or any headphones, it’s easy to connect to! Perfect way to see the main sights of Paris if you are short of time or are just starting your trip to get your bearings. Excellent views (photo opportunities) of the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame. There was a queue but went down quickly (5 mins) and we boarded the boat at 2.30pm. The boat departs every 30 mins except, the 1pm and 7.30pm slot. The whole experience took 1 hour and it is 5 mins from a metro station. Would highly recommend!

It was an entertaining drive from which you can see a few landmarks. Unfortunately, the information that was given during the journey was not always understandable. Would recommend warm clothes or a blanket if going after 5pm, as it gets really cold, but it was very beautiful and the descriptions of the places we passed were very historically pleasing to hear for the history lovers and very poetic and entertaining for the romantics. Next time, I’ll just be sure to bring a blanket. (If you don’t you can always stay in the closed part of the boat, the view gets a bit restricted but it’s still enjoyable.

I understand visitors want to capture the best photos of Paris BUT….does that mean they get to ruin the experience for others? We paid for expensive seats to have a window view of our cruise. Sitting down to enjoy the view, we couldn’t have been happier. Then SHE showed up…and unfortunately hardly returned to her seat. With all this hair (who wants hair over their food?), she hung over my daughter-in-law like a dark cloud most of the experience. The wait staff had to constantly move around her, she pulled the hair of my daughter-in-law, bumped into her, all while snapping selfies and photos of Paris. In question - If you pay for the center of the ship seats, do you have the right to come stay by the window on top of guests have paid to be by the window while dining? I finally had to ask the staff to request she leave. However, should the staff have handled this situation much earlier by asking the guest to return to her seat?

Took the lunch cruise with our 4 teenage grand-daughters on the first day of our two-week Paris visit. It was a great way to start the visit -- viewing the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, etc., while enjoying French cuisine and French wine. We had the less expensive middle table, which I think provides a better view than the window tables, since you can easily view out both sides of the boat.

A great way to sightsee some of Paris. The food is decent, the red wine is good. The white wine was awful. Really enjoyed the aperitif! Have to agree with another reviewer that I think it’s silly to demand a certain dress code that they don’t follow up on. I especially feel bad for those that stay true to code in 30 degree weather, and see that everyone else is wearing shorts. All in all, I would recommend this activity.

We were a party of 4 and chosen the privilege service. The suggested dress code was smart casual no sports wear/shorts or trainers which we respected but there were other guests that arrived in tailored shorts and trainers so things seems to be more relaxed nowadays since I lasted visited Paris 17 years ago! We arrived at the port 15 minutes earlier than the required time. We checked in and were given a menu in our preferred language, then walked through to the waiting area. It was crowded and hot with very few seats and waited a good 20-25 minutes before we can board the boat. Once boarded, we were shown to our table by the window. The boat seemed stylish as advertised and the staff all smartly dressed. Our dedicated waiter arrived and introduced himself, returned shortly and took our order. We were served with a welcome drink each, a bottle of water, red AND white wine per table of two. The food were nicely presented and delicious, an overall exceptional experience.

Great value for money in a really stylish boat. A welcome drink and choice of a bottle of red or white wine with our food. Do note that the meeting point is not exact, it brings you to one of the docks but the boat can be situated at any of them. There are staff at each dock that can direct you to the right place.

The food was outstanding as well as the service and overall experience. I wanted to surprise my fiancé for our anniversary and a lot of the other cruises sounded like a bad deal or didn't have an overall good offer. This one here was just perfect. I paid for the privileged service, we got a table for two at the window and wine, water and coffee. I can only recommend the experience, we were super happy with the cruise!

I didn't know what to expect from the food, and being a foodie this was important to me. It was delicious and really unexpected. Fancy yet filling. And the wine flowed like a fountain! Having been to Paris many times, I didn't want a touristy thing to do, and this didn't feel like that. Planning on doing this again!

The premium location on the vessel was extremely hot and the air conditioner had little effect. We were moved by the waiter to a shaded spot, but the view was compromised. We were pleased to be able to move though and enjoy the luncheon provided, which was excellent.

This is an excellent way to tour the city. The food was amazing, the service was excellent, and the wine was cold. The views were incredible. I was a single, and paid for the premier service. Worth every penny. Highly recommend for singles, couples, groups, and families.

The lunch was wonderful and the tour of the river was too. There wasn't any announcements of where you were along the river. They handed out a guide to show you what the highlights would be. That was nice because we were able to just enjoy our lunch and watch Paris go by. A great way to see the city in a short time. Oh, the food was great.

I brought my girlfriend, now fiancé after this trip, to Paris as a surprise for her birthday and to get engaged. I only booked a couple things early, a bike tour, and this River Seine Lunch Cruise. This was worth every penny and then some. We did the Etoile lunch service which was at a table in the middle of the boat. If you're not looking to spend a lot, I definitely recommend the Etoile service. You get fantastic views of the scenery and nearly the same service. Our waiter worked our table as well as tables along the edges of the boat. There are some food/drink differences with the higher priced tables, but since this was lunch I don't feel like we missed out on anything. Speaking of, the food was fantastic, as was the wine. We're hoping to serve the same champagne and wine at our wedding! You won't regret booking this lunch cruise!

We went on a Saturday, and they only told us that a ticket was needed to enter the same day, you cannot use a digital voucher, and luckily for me they say that the company only delivers tickets by hand on the weekend between 2 and at 4 pm, that is, I would lose practically the whole day and pay 109 euros.. I had to file a complaint to get the tickets earlier, otherwise I would pay for nothing. Anyway, poorly organized, not to mention that I paid 109 euros and if you do the math, 50 for the entrance fee and 12 for the train tickets, I had a lot to lose.. never on this site again.

Disneyland is definitely for young and old, and should definitely be planned for a trip to Paris. The train ticket is very practical because, in contrast to the bus journey, you can plan the return times yourself. Studio Park is highly recommended for adults! Office for pickup was easy to find.

Booking the park tickets and the train tickets in advance made the trip simple and without delays. Took some time to find the office to pick up the tickets. Would be nice if they add Hotel delivery as an option. We had tickets for both parks so we started off at Disneyland and then went to the Studio after lunch but only stayed there a couple of hours. Had dinner at a restaurant in the Disneyland Hotel named Inventions. This was an international buffet dinner with everything from appetizers to desserts. It was our grandson's 9th birthday and so we had arranged for a special Mickey cake with the number 9 on it. Much to our surprise several of the wait staff plus Mickey himself came out with the cake singing Happy Birthday in French which was broadcast over the hotel loudspeaker so everyone could hear. Lines for the rides were a little longer than we were expecting but nothing too long. Overall a great way to spend a Sunday in Paris.

Very easy to pick up tickets. Everything was fine, train tickets and entrance to the parks. The pick up location was easy to find. The parks are wonderful. Get your pocket ready for the park's stores that are drop-dead gorgeous.

The train trip was quite fast and the queues were bearable except for the lines at the food areas. It was a ridiculous 20 minutes lining up for pre-prepared food which was not hot. The parks themselves were awesome even for an old girl like me. The rides and shows were amazing with my favourite being the rail trip through Disney studios. An evening light and sound spectacle featuring many of the Disney movie characters finished off a fun packed day.

It was one wonderful plan to share with the family, mechanical attractions are funny and if you install in your smartphone the App from Disney park, you can manage better the waiting time to access to the games. Completely recommended! Also, the options to include in the same package the train tickets makes easier everything

Would 100% recommend. From picking tickets up front from their office to the illumination lights at the end, the entire day was faultless and memorable. They provided enough guidance when collecting tickets so you know what metro tubes to take and the train takes you right outside the park. The tickets included entrance to both parks without any interruptions. Would recommend coming early to avoid queues. The price for tickets to both parks and the hour train journey was 100% worth it. But deffo book again!

Felix may be the best docent who I have ever toured with. I learned a lot during this tour. He bought us a delicious lunch as well and was a pleasure to talk to.

It was absolutely amazing! We learned so much from our tour guid, Romain. He walked us threw time and he was able to give inside tips that maximized our time at each museum. We never felt rushed yet we were constantly on the move, which was perfect for our family with 2 teens.

He was very knowledgeable and took us everywhere at a perfect pace. The crowds were a bit crazy but he knew how to navigate them. We learned a lot. The perfect way to see the museums in one day.

Alex our guide was the best. 1. He spoke English very well and understood both the French and america customs and culture. 2. He took us to see the pieces of art that our private group was most interested in. 3. Great story teller! Connecting art history and artists throughout time. 4. Overall, best money spent.

You need to plan at least 30 minutes in line before the time you want to ride in the cruise or you will have to wait for the next ride out. Make sure you have your ticket and the right platoon number, there are people near the boat entrance that are willing to assist you. We rode on the 7:00 pm standing outside on the side deck and it was a little chilly, you can barely hear the person speaking about the different buildings and area. Overall the cruise on the seine river was enjoyable and worth the money spent.

We sat on the side of the boat on the lower deck as the top was full. Would suggest being there early to get a seat upstairs. It was still a great view, the guide spoke 3 different languages and there was an audiobook guide available via mobile as well. Perfect departure location to visit the Eiffel Tower before/after the ride! Highly recommend.

It wasn’t too hard to find the boat dock so that was nice. There were lots of people waiting in line and we didn’t know if we would be able to get on but the vote fits many people and we got on and had a great seat up top. The views were beautiful. You can listen to an audio guide although I didn’t think it was that interesting. We did it right around sunset and it was perfect.

Great experience overall. A little tricky to time it with night time due to how late it gets dark in the summer. I wish there was an option for time slots, but regardless we enjoyed it. Allow ample time to get there and get in line prior to when you hope to board.

A nice no frills river cruise. Takes you from near the Eiffel Tower down to just past Notre Dame and then loops back. We selected an evening cruise and the lights were amazing. You need to read the fine print to determine which pier the cruise leaves from, as the meeting location address takes you to pier 7 while our cruise left from pier 3, so we had to back track a bit.

This was my second time doing the river cruise and still just as beautiful! I would recommend getting there earlier than 20 minutes before if you want to ensure a seat on the upper deck and get a good spot. We showed up 20 minutes early and were held on the loading dock before scanning tickets and opted to wait for the next boat. Also, there is no dock 3, it’s 3.1 or 3.2 - we got confused by that!

The long line to get in was intimidating but it moved quickly. You can’t choose to have an outside seat so you may get stuck on the inside. We were able to walk out to the railing to see everything (standing though). But it was beautiful and I would definitely recommend it at night.

This was a lovely boat trip. We didn't go during the evening/night as we went just before dusk so got the sunset. When we got off the boat the queue was horrendous (our queue was bad enough) but actually went up the steps! Glad we chose to go slightly earlier. Boat was very busy but bearable. Lovely trip, couldn't hear the tannoy much though but we just took in the sights. Definitely recommend this trip.

I use a walking stick. Myself AND myb3 companions were taken out of the queue, given a seat till the boat came in to dock. Then, we were allowed on board before the other travellers so that I could safely find a seat of my choosing. I very much appreciate the customer care. The cruise was a wonderful experience, with excellent commentary. Well worth the cost. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris. But remember it can be cold out on the water late at night. Thank you for a special adventure on our holiday.

If you are a visitor to Paris, a boat ride on the Seine is a must. It’s beautiful, relaxing and really helps you get oriented to the city. On this particular cruise the narration is kind of cheesy, but you’re not required to listen. Better to look up and experience the trip.

Fantastic Seine cruise, plenty of seating both inside and out, lovely views around the riverbank including famous buildings - free wifi to be able to listen to an informative audio guide, and heated inside which was great as we went in winter and found it was quite windy on the return back up the river. Very good experience, easy to find too.

The ship had plenty of room, floated along at a gentle pace, the tour guide spoke in three languages to accommodate the patrons and was very informative. We found a booth on the lower deck and the window opened for fresh air and a private view of the sites. I would highly recommend taking this cruise.
