It was really interesting to see the canals of Paris as well as the Seine - but it does take a long time to get through 9 locks! the area of Paris where the canal cruise starts was a fantastic bit of Paris to see that you would not do if you just did the Seine river cruise - but it would have been good to have a bit longer on the actual Seine as well.

It's a nice boat cruise on an offbeat path. I liked how I had not seen this part of Paris before. It's like a hidden gem. The seine cruises are a dime a dozen and this cruise differentiates itself. I read some of the other reviews and I didn't find the speaker annoying, nor did I find the seats uncomfortable. I agree that you could bring a snack and a drink. The weather I had was perfect +23 and sunny. Bring sunglasses and bring a jacket just in case. You go through 1.5km of underground cavern type area. Very cool. You see lots of different bridges too. As far as improvement on how to make this even better, I do agree with someone else's comment that the last 20minutes on the Seine seems too short. It would have been nicer if this cruise went up the river farther to the statue of liberty and turned around and came back to Orsay. (just because the Canal and Seine are two different worlds). They really complement each other. Do this if you've been to paris B4.

The weather was challenging (high winds & high water in the Seine) and the captain managed the situation with impressive capability. Our guide also managed to give us very interesting information (in French & English) about what we were seeing, despite the trip being extended by more than an hour by the conditions.

we were looking at doing something different and stumbled across Paris canals. We loved it. directions were fairly easy to find, loved the live commentary during the cruise even if the microphone was playing up. we have recommended this tour to nearly everyone we know.

Something different, away from the crowds. It was a relaxing journey, very scenic giving an insight to a less known part of Paris. The on board guide was cheerful but spoke far too fast in English and was difficult to follow. The microphone was too loud and intrusive at times.. Other than that, a good trip.

Been to Paris numerous times, didn't even know they had these canals . . now I know why they tried the Panama Canal now. Really interesting but very slow . . due to the multi-double locks and single locks and the long final tunnel before the River Seine.

what a great afternoon river cruise on the seine & along canal saint-martin! our guide was very nice, easy-going and shared his knowledge of various well-known sights, along with random stuff that only locals know...truly could not have asked for better weather either, a perfect autumn day! absolutely recommend this cruise!

Decided to try a different type of Paris cruise and chose one leaving from Parc de Villette down the canal, into the Seine around the Bastille and finishing at Musée D’Orsay. Going through the numerous locks and underground tunnel was very interesting. The scenery in the Seine always a treat. The boat commentator was knowledgeable and shared some fun stories.

For me it was a very interesting boat trip on the canal. The 2.5 hours were probably a bit long for my children... We couldn't follow the French and English stories of the gentleman on the boat - we hardly speak French and his English was incomprehensible. But I still think it's nice to finally have made this trip on the Canal Saint Martin!

The Seine River trip stood out better than any other trip since they started n the old heart of the town of Paris and toured through the original Paris waterway thru water locks and dams.....which u don't get on the other tours. Excellent history and tour!

Due to the many locks, the journey is tedious, but relaxing. The seating is a joke. The boat was built in Noah's time, since the canal is quite narrow, larger boats cannot pass through. The announcements are live in French and English. ATTENTION, only book in good weather. The interior is stuffy, the vibration of the engine can hardly be endured. In addition, you can only see the wall in the lock. Why were we satisfied despite the boat defects? 2.5 hours for very little money. Beautiful views and a moment of rest. It was worth it.

Unfortunately the regular boat was out of service and the substitute did not allow everyone to be outside. The guide was good but his English was extremely hard to understand to the point I only understood an occasional word. The trip however really gave a hint at what it was like way back when and today how much the Parisians appreciate the waterway as a place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

Ivan was an amazing guide during our trip to the Louvre! He was so energetic and extremely knowledgeable. The museum is so massive but we felt like we got a really great intro in only 2 hours - no time wasted. Ivan was very fun, interesting, and so passionate about the museum & the artwork. He was also able to offer us tips and info for anything we wanted to see on our own after the tour. Our whole family (parents plus teenagers) really enjoyed our tour with Ivan - highly recommend!

We had an amazing time during our Louvre tour. We have been on many tours and this was definitely one of our favorites. Lou was super informative and enthusiastic, we learned so much and had a great time. Made our Louvre experience so much more enjoyable, we would absolutely recommend to anyone going to the Louvre, especially for a first visit.

Luciana was wonderful! She kept our group engaged and made sure we had a chance to rest while she was teaching us about the vast Louvre. We would have been lost and wasted a lot of time at the Louvre without her. Will have to request her for more tours when we come back to Paris.

Our experience with Martina, our guide, was fabulous. Her knowledge of the museum is incredible. We were immediately comfortable with her. I recommend taking this tour with a guide, because Le Louvre is big and you can get lost without a guide. The stories are most interesting if they are told by guides that know their subjects. Loved it!

We are a family of 5 (children aged 14, 12, 9) and I would really recommend this activity. Our guide was extremely professional & knowledgeable. It made the whole experience so stress free having someone to bring us through all the highlights (and especially skip the crazy queues!).

It was a brilliant experience! So happy that I went with this instead of doing the Louvre on my own. There's just so much to see and the guided tour gives you the full context behind each of the works of art you see and also takes you around all of the "must-see" works of art. Would definitely recommend this over doing it on your own. Our guide Ivan/Evan was the absolute best- hilarious and super knowledgeable. Being a local Parisian he pointed out things that other guides would've missed

This was the best tour we have ever had! Our guide Merve was wonderful from her excellent command of English to her passion for art history and the Louvre. She kept us all enthralled including our teenage daughters! It was a very well organized tour and the meeting point was very clear.

Christophe was wonderful, we would have never been able to navigate the Louvre without him on a first visit. He was patient, friendly, and really engaging, and his passion for the art and stories was really clear! It was really a pleasure and we would highly recommend the tour! Thank you!

We can unreservedly recommend this tour. Our companion Valerie, a delightful, lively, middle-aged person, first asked about our expectations and after we had come out as "not knowing about art" and had expressed our desire to take the "must to see" with us, she guided us specifically for 2 hours through the exhibition with a lot of basic information, which means that we were able to take a lot of - and by no means boring - basic knowledge in connection with the exhibits and in general for ourselves within these 2 hours. It would not have made any sense to visit the Louvre alone - we would certainly have been overwhelmed after a very short time and would have quickly lost interest in the exhibits. With the guided tour, however, the visit was a highlight of our stay in Paris ;-) Many thanks again to Valerie!

I do really recommend to visit the louvre with a guided tour to appreciate the highlights of the museum. Our Italian speaking guide shared a lot of interesting information and made the visit enjoyable, not overwhelming. I do really recommend this experience.

A very knowledgeable, patient and extremely nice tour guide helped us to get an overview of Louvre and the important art works. Did not wait even for a minute in the quee. He (forgot his name unfortuantely) was willing to answer questions from my 7 yr old who was very curious about the vast collection.

Excellent- the tickets worked perfectly. We printed ours off - you then zap in and out using the bar codes. I recommend booking dated tickets since the parks were full for the 30th Anniversary -many people who had not booked specific dates were being turned away at the gates. Some pointers: -Book restaurants way before - even 2 months! All sit-down eateries were full except some fast food places like the Hyperion, which is huge. -You are allowed to go in and out of the site and buy food in the Disney Village. -if you have any health conditions or special needs do check the Special Access brochures on the Disney website to see if you qualify for priority passes. We needed to bring proof of disability via original UK DLA forms, and a UK 'Access Card' (applied online after a rec. on Money Saving Expert - £15 for 3 years) - the priority passes were so useful. Disney is a wonderfully inclusive place. -bring snacks and lots of water as there were no working fountains on site.

We bought the activities here, since on the official website we could not get it by mistake on the Dzisney website. Although I had taken many activities with this company, I was a little scared as it was not the official website, but on the contrary, they helped me even when the app did not work well for me. Calling on a Saturday morning they solved the problem with the app. To enter Disney you need a QR code that was not loaded with the voucher in the same app. When I called they sent me an email with the tickets and again I received a quick treatment and impeccable help.

It was very simple to book multiday tickets with this app. Everything worked as expected, no any issues. We visited the park in May, usually we had to vait 40 minutes for an attraction, but it worth the time :) Really amazing the park itself, and we had a lot of fun with all the attractions ;) Dont forget to visit the Pirates of Caribian, The Phanatom Manor, Big Thunder Mountain, and Hyper Space Mountain or Indiana Jones were also in the list of the best attractions. After 8pm we could visit all of these attrwctions waiting only 5-10 minutes in May. Shows also amazing recommended to visit Mickey and the Magician show.

Highly effective. A clarification perhaps necessary. There is the impression that there will be someone from the company waiting at Disneyland, it is not true, nor is it necessary. Also a better word to describe arrival would be, "access gates where tickets or purchased tickets are presented. But it works great and doesn't cost much more.

This was my first ticket buy from site and was quite scared to trust a third party site to get a disneyland 2 dated days multi park tickets for 3 people as the amount involved was quite high. I took the risk as the discount was straight 10%. Fortunately, everything was in place, ticket works fine and throughly enjoyed disney experience in disneyland. It was mesmerizing. I am writing this big review for the first time and thank you for such a deal. I will booking more from you. Thank you.

Disneyland and the parks offer a lot visually. There are some attractions but unfortunately you have to wait up to 2 hours. We recommend taking snacks and drinks with you, as these stands are also full. (There are water stations where you can refill your bottles for free.) It's very crowded! Be sure to write phone numbers for the children, for example on t-shirts/bracelets. Unfortunately, 1.02m is not a standard for a ride to be harmless. Pay attention to the warning triangle on the plan. The Twilight Tower, for example, is definitely not for small children. Here you fall with an elevator. Tip: pay attention to the windows in front of the building, because you get an impression. You take your stuff with you everywhere. We didn't see lockers. Don't miss the evening show. In front of us, the French shouted "sit down". This is a great idea as it allows everyone to see the show clearly. We will be back definitely. 2Days-2Parks were ok in terms of time.

It's like stepping into another world. A bizarre, wonderful world where people walk around decked out in Disney memorabilia. There's no judgement here - just pure celebration of the whimsical and everyone is in on it. The entire park is one gigantic set which just transports you to this place of delight. The rides are varied with some thrills and some family friendly ones. It doesn't stop there though, because there's also the Studios park which has even more rides and even more immersion. It's all just so MAGICAL. Time flies by. And the shops! There are so many and each has some hidden gems that you can only find in that one shop. Whatever your budget there's something you can take away with you, some piece of the magic you can tuck away and bring home. I absolutely recommend this park. The Studios Park, Disneyland Park and Disney Village together just create such a great adventure. You need two days to really experience it. If you can, invest in the magic pass. It's worth it.

There were a lot of visitors and you have to be prepared for long waiting times. The app certainly helps with planning, but a 2-day stay is recommended so that you don't have too much stress and miss too much. The fireworks in the evenings were great! This is a must have!

Admission with the tickets went smoothly. You first show your tickets, then you go through the bag check. Although it was very busy, it went quickly. Highly recommended is the light show and the fireworks in the evening for the 30th anniversary.

Easy to use. print out from home and just scan the barcode at entrance directly. just info : Disneyland Paris was crowded even on Non peak season. At the Entrance, not so manageable -without barrier for queue, so people just go and make crowd. Mess.

disneyland was extremely amazing and magical! used the newcomer promo for this as it was the most expensive purchase for the trip, worth it. highly recommend not only families but adults to experience the magic of disneyland. 2 parks for 2 days were not enough for us in terms of rides as we did not manage to take every single ride but it was still good enough for us to explore every inch and take the rides we wanted to. (we did not get priority pass!)

Very easy to use downloaded to your phone I printed mine off as it was easier. make sure you register your dates you intend to visit with disney you will be sent a qr code for that as well on arriving at the parks first your be asked to see your vaccine status then your registration code and final your entrance ticket

I advise you to book, me and my husband don't know that I have to print my reservation so we found difficulties to get back. the main thing we went to the agency and it was too late for the reservation but the agency she helped me she sent me with a trainee guide she is a young girl she is really friendly and too kind and she is the one who told the Eiffel Tower agents to come back and visit I congratulate this girl and good luck on her journey

Great views and the weather was nice to. There was supposed to be an offer without a queue , and yet we moved normally like everyone else in the queue...there was no priority... We were at the tower after 5:00 and there were no crowds...so we wouldn't be in line for long anyway.

We are at the agency to exchange the vouchers and are then directly with the guide to the Eiffel Tower. As a result, we had no waiting time and immediately took the elevator upstairs. The guide Billy! was absolutely great, very informative, very cheerful and friendly, we learned a lot from him and had a lot of fun doing it!! The Eiffel Tower itself is an incredible building that we can only recommend to everyone.

The tour was great! User Guide Billy was very funny and always had interesting information ready. Everything went smoothly and without long waiting times and on the tower itself we could move freely and had as much time as we wanted. Can only recommend the tour!

You meet a little off the beaten track (5 min.) from the Eiffel Tower and is then led up to the Eiffel Tower. This worked out very well without queuing. Above, our guide even told a little about the Eiffel Tower. We didn't expect that at all. You can get down independently on foot or by elevator and when you want.

We took the bus from the eiffel tower and all the way to Disney land! Felt very safe. The only negative thing was the busdriver, who was very cranky! I tried to ask him if it was the right bus, and he didnt want to talk to me, maybe because I didn't speak french? Eventually a tour guide who spoke english came on the bus, who was very helpful and friendly :)

Claudine D.

We were a bit concerned about the meeting point until others came along looking just as confused as we were (so at least we weren't alone!). The bus had a very small sign in the front window but it was obvious once it showed up as it wasn't like the transit buses. Staff aboard were friendly and informative regarding return options - providing instructions in multiple languages. After a quick turn around to pick up a "late passenger" (who turned out to be an actual employee) we were underway and reached our destination well in time for opening. Happy to get info on earlier return options as it wasn't our first time to Disney and the weather that day wasn't conducive to stretching out our visit.

Georges V.

The parks where ok and would not be a part off this evaluation anyways, its all about transport. 1. Caos at the point of return as it was not possible to identify either the correct location for departure or the buss itself. Make the buss have a number fixes this. 2. Boarded buss 30 mins before departure 29 degrees outside, 45 inside and air condition not activated??

included skip the line tickets which we werent aware of, but were extremely thankful for once we got into disneyland. recommend you do a bit of research into how these work before you get there. meant that we could go on about ten rides durong the 12 hr day. not used to queuing for an hour to get on a ride! not all rides accepted the skip the line tix. bus was ok. guide was lovely. was nice not to have to think about how we were going to get to and from disneyland on the day! think we all fell asleep on the coach either to or from! would recommend to take the stress out of the day.

If you want to get to Disneyland from Paris worry free, I would definitely recommend this activity. It ensures that you are in Disneyland on time (around 09:30 AM) without having to find out anything yourself. The tickets will be given to you when boarding the bus. The bus will drop you off at a certain point and pick you up here at 9pm. The disadvantage is that you miss the evening show/night show.

Good value, pick up at chatelet early morning, Paris traffic meant bus was delayed, transfer to Disney, arrived at Disney there were huge crowds, there's no priority for going through security on entrance gates, enjoyed the park, park rides included in entrance tickets but huge queues waiting times 60 minutes approximately. We used some fast passes but some rides had no fast passes. Great to experience Disney but didn't like the long waiting times. Met the bus 7.45pm and transferred back to Paris

Just rating the transport: it was good and took me to disney like I expected. There wasn't any commentary and they could have just sent a few buses at once, I waited over an hour although I was there 10mins before departure. I took the first bus home, at 7.30, make sure you leave plenty of time both ways. When leaving disneyland walk on the right

The bus came in time and the guide was really friendly but the bus left before the fireworks so we had to take the train back to paris by paying additional money. The guidr told us the fireworks would be at 8 o'clock and the bus leaves at 8. But we found out later that the fireworks were at 10 and we stayed till 11 which was late. I suggest they make a later bus for those who wish to return later to see the fireworks.

It worked perfectly if you know that the voucher is also the ticket that you received by email. A meeting point was given in the email, and since we had previously had to pick up tickets using vouchers for another event that we had booked through , we thought that we would first have to pick up the tickets here again. Unfortunately, that was a bit misleading and took us some time to find out. However, the Whats app support was able to help us after we asked very specific questions.

This made the museum more interesting to me, to learn about the paintings and the artists, and the history of the impressionist movement. Our guide was very informative and obviously cared about what he was describing. A good way to see the the highlights of the museum, and then we had time afterwards to stay as long as we looked and see more. Highly recommended!

Took the tour on September 29th. Loved the experience. We were a small group of 5 people, which made it even better. Our guide was very knowledgeable and her passion for art was evident in her narrative. Learnt a lot about impressionism and neo-impressionism. Two hours is definitely not enough to cover such a vast topic and all the treasures at d'Orsay - but I would have been quite lost and missed important pieces if I hadn't taken this tour. Definitely recommended!

Our guide provided a wonderfully coherent overview to the Musee d Orsay. She was very knowledgable and conveyed her comments on each painting with insight and clarity. This guided tour started really well when our guide, Claire, skipped the line with our group and we went right in at 9:30am. I like that she started the tour promptly. Claire gave an excellent review of the French painting from the mid 1800s to the First World War. This museum is beautiful and much easier to navigate with a knowledgeable guide

The best tour guide! Wish we could have him again - funny, knowledgeable, patient, and maximized our time in the museum and then some. It was like a crash course (or refresher) in art history, but interest and accessible for everyone. Can’t say enough about it - do it!

I understand visitors want to capture the best photos of Paris BUT….does that mean they get to ruin the experience for others? We paid for expensive seats to have a window view of our cruise. Sitting down to enjoy the view, we couldn’t have been happier. Then SHE showed up…and unfortunately hardly returned to her seat. With all this hair (who wants hair over their food?), she hung over my daughter-in-law like a dark cloud most of the experience. The wait staff had to constantly move around her, she pulled the hair of my daughter-in-law, bumped into her, all while snapping selfies and photos of Paris. In question - If you pay for the center of the ship seats, do you have the right to come stay by the window on top of guests have paid to be by the window while dining? I finally had to ask the staff to request she leave. However, should the staff have handled this situation much earlier by asking the guest to return to her seat?

The food was outstanding as well as the service and overall experience. I wanted to surprise my fiancé for our anniversary and a lot of the other cruises sounded like a bad deal or didn't have an overall good offer. This one here was just perfect. I paid for the privileged service, we got a table for two at the window and wine, water and coffee. I can only recommend the experience, we were super happy with the cruise!

Great value for money in a really stylish boat. A welcome drink and choice of a bottle of red or white wine with our food. Do note that the meeting point is not exact, it brings you to one of the docks but the boat can be situated at any of them. There are staff at each dock that can direct you to the right place.

The lunch was wonderful and the tour of the river was too. There wasn't any announcements of where you were along the river. They handed out a guide to show you what the highlights would be. That was nice because we were able to just enjoy our lunch and watch Paris go by. A great way to see the city in a short time. Oh, the food was great.

A great way to sightsee some of Paris. The food is decent, the red wine is good. The white wine was awful. Really enjoyed the aperitif! Have to agree with another reviewer that I think it’s silly to demand a certain dress code that they don’t follow up on. I especially feel bad for those that stay true to code in 30 degree weather, and see that everyone else is wearing shorts. All in all, I would recommend this activity.

Took the lunch cruise with our 4 teenage grand-daughters on the first day of our two-week Paris visit. It was a great way to start the visit -- viewing the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, etc., while enjoying French cuisine and French wine. We had the less expensive middle table, which I think provides a better view than the window tables, since you can easily view out both sides of the boat.

I brought my girlfriend, now fiancé after this trip, to Paris as a surprise for her birthday and to get engaged. I only booked a couple things early, a bike tour, and this River Seine Lunch Cruise. This was worth every penny and then some. We did the Etoile lunch service which was at a table in the middle of the boat. If you're not looking to spend a lot, I definitely recommend the Etoile service. You get fantastic views of the scenery and nearly the same service. Our waiter worked our table as well as tables along the edges of the boat. There are some food/drink differences with the higher priced tables, but since this was lunch I don't feel like we missed out on anything. Speaking of, the food was fantastic, as was the wine. We're hoping to serve the same champagne and wine at our wedding! You won't regret booking this lunch cruise!

I didn't know what to expect from the food, and being a foodie this was important to me. It was delicious and really unexpected. Fancy yet filling. And the wine flowed like a fountain! This is an excellent way to tour the city. The food was amazing, the service was excellent, and the wine was cold. The views were incredible. I was a single, and paid for the premier service. Worth every penny. Highly recommend for singles, couples, groups, and families.

The lunch cruise was lovely. We recommend service premiere — it’s worth the penny. We were welcomed with glasses of champagne and ushered to a comfortable seat at the bow of the boat where we had a nice panoramic view of Paris. The food and service were of top quality. It was a very relaxing activity, and we look forward to coming back to try the rest of the menu.

We were a party of 4 and chosen the privilege service. The suggested dress code was smart casual no sports wear/shorts or trainers which we respected but there were other guests that arrived in tailored shorts and trainers so things seems to be more relaxed nowadays since I lasted visited Paris 17 years ago! We arrived at the port 15 minutes earlier than the required time. We checked in and were given a menu in our preferred language, then walked through to the waiting area. It was crowded and hot with very few seats and waited a good 20-25 minutes before we can board the boat. Once boarded, we were shown to our table by the window. The boat seemed stylish as advertised and the staff all smartly dressed. Our dedicated waiter arrived and introduced himself, returned shortly and took our order. We were served with a welcome drink each, a bottle of water, red AND white wine per table of two. The food were nicely presented and delicious, an overall exceptional experience.

This is not a guided tour but you don’t need that for the Eiffel Tower. But, our escort did provide us with some Eiffel Tower history & got us through the gates with minimal waiting. While this is a skip-the-line ticket, nothing is ever skip-the-line at the Eiffel Tower. But it got us up too quickly!!!!

Highly recommended. Almost didn’t have to wait in the line for a long period of time since we bought the tickets online in advance. The tour guide was also very nice and friendly. The tickets including the access to the top of the tower. Very beautiful and worthy.

Sama saved the day! We were lost and couldn't find the group. she ran around the whole tower to come find us and get us the tickets. She even waited with us until we cleared both security checkpoints and had our tickets scanned to access the elevator. This woman deserves a raise!!

Good instruction where to meet the tour guide. Just remember to look and see where they will be as you will start at that spot with them so don’t go straight to the Eiffel Tower. We met at a cafe first then walked over as a group. Eiffel Tower was excellent. Really enjoyed the experience.

Well organized and easy, and was the only place we could find tickets to get you to the summit - the official site was sold out. The tour guide spoke us through some interesting facts at the base of the tower and walked us through security and then let’s you experience the tower as you’d wish.

We did learn some things about the Eiffel Tower from our guide before we were on our own to see the tower, which was a bonus since I thought they would just escort us. The skip-the-line access was somewhat useful, but we went in the morning and the regular line wasn't bad at all so you may want to consider it.

Everything went smoothly. We met the guide at the appointed site, walked to the tower and skipped the long entry lines. There were lines for the elevator to the top, but that’s to be expected. Our guide was very informative and had a great sense of humor.

This was the only place I could find a night booking for my travel dates, and it was magical! Clear instructions on where to meet. Easily exchanged tickets. The group was taken all the way to the first elevator, with instructions to present ticket for the second elevator to the summit.

Due to unexpected and uncontrollable issues at CDG, we could not make our tour time. When asked to be rebooked I was told that I could still make the tour time even though I knew we would not. The rep told me to message when we missed our time and they would help. When I messaged again, they said they could not rebook or refund because I did not give enough notice. I lost $272 due to circumstances not under my control that I could not forsee. Medical issue on the plane causing delay, customs delay and lost luggage plus traffic led to 2+ delay getting to Paris.

The overall time with the guide is a bit brief but our guide was extremely personable and friendly. She provided us with the history of the Eiffel Tower before parting ways at the base. Tickets directly through Eiffel Tower were sold out the only day we could go so this was a great way (albeit more costly) to still get access.

I enjoyed this experience, though keep in mind the 'skip the line' part is only for one part of the several lines you will need to stand in - security lines twice, then the lines to get up to the 2nd level, then another line to get up to the summit level. So pack your patience and a bottle of water if it's a hot day! But the views are amazing! (I actually preferred the second floor views to the summit views.)

The guide met us at the committed time, handed over our tickets to us, escorted us to the tower and made sure everything goes smoothly. Though she is from Iran she spoke Hindi fluently and we had a good conversation. Unfortunately, I can't recall the name. While the 1st and 2nd floor gives a good view, I highly recommend to go to the top and enjoy the view from there.

The shuttle was late with the set pick up time from Disneyland. The shuttle was not on site as we were there 6:30 pm when set time for pick up is 6:45 pm. The shuttle arrived at 7:00 pm which made us worried if we got the time right or if the shuttle would still arrive.

"It was nice but we had to wait a while until we leave so we didn’t have so much time at Disneyland and we missed the bus to go back to the city because it was a lil bit confusing finding the location where the bus dropped us off but other than that everything was great and we had a very good time "

The service is well provided. The driver makes the announcements in French, English and Spanish. They were punctual on the return trip. A pity that the schedule is back at 19hs, which makes you leave the toys about 18hs, until you can walk back to the bus. The fireworks display is at 10 pm and we didn't see it. The price is also fair. Highly recommend to anyone who does not look forward to staying until 23hs in the park.

Once we were at the meeting point, the guide was really kind and helpful. We were directed straight to the coach, which was lovely and clean, and eventually set off once everyone had arrived. The drive to Disneyland was nice and smooth and felt like we were there in no time! The driver was really nice and friendly and gave us instructions clearly and concisely. I would definitely recommend doing this experience, the whole process was seamless. It was also really simple to get in contact with them if we had any problems. 10 out of 10!

Fabulous experience from start to finish… we just wish we had a little more time at the park as the lines were very long. Really easy trip to Disney land, were met by people from the provider at the marked location (Although it did say they’d be holding a sign and weren’t, they did have uniform on and name badges so was easy to figure out). They give you the actual Disney tickets as you get on the coach and then you make your way to Disney on the coach. Getting into Disney was simple and easy but that’s to be expected. Coach picked us up at the same location of dropping off. Pickup was before the fireworks so we missed that BUT the representative were open about that when we arrived and did explain how to get back via the train which would of been very easy.

The bus leaves on time and on the way back it was somewhat unpunctual. If there were fireworks we didn't even know why the bus left at 7. The experience inside the park was excellent, but one day two parks is not enough to cover everything unless you have priority entrance in the most popular games

At the beginning I was a bit worried for the return is way before the fireworks…. But it was perfect timing - after the grande parade when we were tiered and not really wanting to wait longer. Best option for the park if you are with kid or elderly people as me.

Only the employee who received us before departure could organize himself better. If he hands out the tickets to him before departure, he brr he i will save everyone around 20 minutes of time! He received everyone and ticked them off on a list and only then handed out the tickets on the bus. This meant that we didn't leave at 9:00 a.m. but only at 9:20 a.m

Our guide provided excellent information. The venue was very crowded. Even with this tour it took us an hour to get through security and then another 20 minutes to get to the elevator to the second level. We paid extra to go to the summit and it is worth it. The views are amazing. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the elevator to the summit. We opted to walk down to avoid the lines at the elevators.

We booked the tickets at home. Meeting point near the Eiffel Tower in a ticket office. The guide was very nice and punctual. We went directly to the tower, 2 entrance controls. The guide tells a little bit about the Eiffel Tower in English while we were waiting for the elevator. He goes directly to the 2nd platform. We are right up to the very top, for this you have to get into a separate elevator. We were a small group of 10-15 people. Everything worked out wonderfully!

Amazing experience. The guide Sebastian is very competent and friendly. He always explained and answered questions in an exciting way. There were no "dead moments." After all his explanation, he informed us how we should proceed to climb to the Top and then go to the 1st floor. All the explanation took place on the 2nd floor. I highly recommend this experience.

The ticket recovery point is very close to the Tower. Convenient to be able to go in groups and skip the long lines. However, access is not super quick due to the various security controls and influx of people waiting for the elevator, but once inside the climb is very quick. Very nice that arrived on the second floor there is the explanation of the guide on all 4 sides of the Tower.

My husband and I enjoyed this activity. It’s certainly more expensive than purchasing tickets directly from the Eiffel tower’s website, but those were all sold out on the dates we were in Paris, so this was our next best option and it worked out well for us. We got a nice tour with a guide pointing out noteworthy buildings, and then had all the free time we wanted to explore on our own.

The tour itself was very good, a guide took ou through the bureaucracy of the tower access and told us the history and other facts of the tower. The only concern is that you must arrive at the meeting point at last 45 minutes to avoid issues. We arrived 45 minutes before the estimated time and almost loss the ride to the tower.

We went to pick up the ticket, and they were punctual, they put Santiago as a guide and it was a success, he spoke English and Spanish. We went up with him to the second floor...he explained a lot of topics and curiosities to us. And then he gave us instructions to go up to the third floor.

We went the day prior without a guide/pre-purchased tickets and then with a guide. The guided experience was 1000x better! Well worth the price relative to lift-only tickets as the wait took less than 10 minutes for the elevator compared to over an hour on your own. The guide also gave many interesting fun facts and kept it fun.

If it weren’t for our guide Catalina I would have given it a 3 or 4 star review. Catalina was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and seemed to love the experience. It is a basic tour through security and up to the second floor where you split off after the tour is over and you are free to roam the Eiffel Tower. All in all a reasonable price for a nice tour.

The tour was excellent. Our guide was Sophie, who did an amazing job explaining the Impressionist paintings that we saw, both in terms of the historical context of each painting and the unique aspects of each painting. Everyone in our party came away with a new understanding and appreciation of the paintings that we saw. It was like getting a college lecture about the paintings specifically and the Impressionism movement generally. It was a tremendous experience, and we could have listened to Sophie for another 2 hours! We had added on the lunch after the tour; it was a great choice; with immediate seating and delicious food. I definitely recommend this add-on option.

We thoroughly enjoyed this museum. The pieces were beautiful and our guide was great. We did the tour with the gourmet meal which is a big jump in price from the package that is just the tour. The pro for the meal was that you get to skip the long line, and after the tour, you do need to rest your feet, and also the restaurant was very beautiful. The con is that it was not very good food and for what it costs, I was very underwhelmed. Also, we had to order from a fixed menu, while we saw other dishes that looked far more appetizing. If I visited the Orsay again, I would do the tour, but skip the meal.

The dinner cruise was worth every penny! If you’re debating going, GO! I took my mom and she was shocked at how fun and relaxing it was. The meeting point is steps from the Eiffel Tower so we came early to get pics. The boat check-in was 2 sec and we were on the boat. I purchased the lowest tier “Etoile” - wasn’t sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised to be seated by the row of tables directly adjacent to the window (1 foot away from the people who paid to sit at the window.) Amazing! All glass windows = incredible views. Super clean windows. Comfy seat. The food: wow… just amazing. Had a lovely salmon appetizer, the escargot app was even more stunning. The main dish of veal with potato was so savory. Finally dessert - the praline hazelnut cream cake was 10/10. Loved getting sparkling wine to start and unlimited red wine. Our waiter was SO lovely! The live singer was so talented singing famous songs - thank you for an unforgettable night in Paris. We really loved this.

Such a cool experience. I bought the lowest tier dinner and was nervous about it not being as nice as the more expensive dinners, but it was amazing and we got unlimited wine. Definitely worth it. A very pleasant evening starting at the Eifel tower and motoring down and back the Seine past the major landmarks of the city while enjoying a delightful three course meal. Really lovely experience, our waiter was super friendly and hospitable. The food was excellent, I tried things I’d never had before. Our wine was always topped up. We did the cheapest option but we still had great views from our seats as the views are panoramic. There was a woman singing which really set up the ambience. I enjoyed the whole experience I would definitely recommend and I would book this experience again if I were to come back to Paris, as I’m sure they change the menu for different seasons.

The experience overall was pleasant, the cruise was beautiful, we paid for the premier service to have the views from the window. The service was not the best, as the waiters were rushing to serve everyone. It took forever for them to bring us our drinks and they forgot that I had planned this as a birthday for my husband. This is a good experience for someone looking for a romantic night if it’s their first time in Paris. Do not expect the same level of service that you would get in a restaurant for the same price though - be aware that you are paying for the boat experience mostly.

As we did the cruise on a rainy night, we still had a great time. The food, Champagne and wine was good. We enjoyed the singer / music and the waiter was very friendly. I gave our guide, Oliver, a very difficult task to help me recreate my year as a student in Paris. He was charming, knew his art history, got us in and out of the museum on time. This guided tour was a total self-indulgence on my part. I was short on time and visiting Paris for perhaps the final time. It was a treat to be a "student" once again. The only negative is that the company expected me to "review" the tour immediately. I was enjoying a trip and kept my "internet" time to a minimum. Let a client get home before requesting a review! Please don't send repeated requests. If a client enjoyed your services, they will post as soon as they are able. Thank you, Oliver!

Our delightful guide was prompt, pleasant and very considerate. He was interesting and articulate. He had a well-considered plan for the tour of this great museum so that we could grasp the topic in a way that makes it possible to remember it. Florence was a wonder guide that had a lot of knowledge about the history of the museum, the paintings and the Louvre overall. She really helped me connect with the art and the interpretations that could be taken as well as the intentions of the artist. What a great experience! I will say, there is a lot of walking so of course be prepared as with any tour. I say this as there were people that were struggling during the tour I was on and Florence had to stop and remind others (very courteously) that can feel free to leave the tour and the museum or continue at their own. Great to buy, extra control that you will quickly pass. Someone who gives a lot of information about the Eiffel Tower with passion. Finally, in two parts to the top where you meet everyone who is not allowed to the top. Tickets more than worth ordering and also in the evenings.

Het was een hele leuke trip met interessante en grappige weetjes over de Eiffel. De gids Mauro was erg vriendelijk en grappig. Wij vonden het een hele leuke tour!

I’m glad that we did the tour at night. First time experiencing the Eiffel Tower when it lights up and shimmers is amazing. However, I’m not entirely sure our guide gave us the most accurate facts at times. There were a couple things that didn’t line up with things posted around the tower itself. The summit access was definitely worth it. We were happy to go up by ourselves since your guide leaves at the second floor.

The guide was very nice and competent. What didn't work out at all, however, was the direct access. We were standing in front of the security for > 1 hour, although ticket holders are supposed to get through there faster. Unfortunately, this was not the case with us. But this was obviously not due to get-your-guide. We saved ourselves the subsequent queuing at the ticket counter. Nevertheless, it was worth it in the end.

Coordination was excellent! We were running slightly late due to “yellow jacket” Saturday protest (which we had no clue about) -most of the roads were closed and we got stuck in our Uber. Office was able to coordinate the guide to come out and get us when we arrived. Jessica, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable. She shared some fun facts we never knew about and she was extremely polite and pleasant. We would definitely recommend that tour!

Great tour and I learnt so much. Arrie was knowledgeable on the various paintings. Really takes you through the highlights of the museum. I was late but the local operator number I called was very helpful and I managed to get into the museum and find the group.

Will our tour guide was EXCELLENT. He navigated the museum extremely well and was so knowledgeable. This was our 4th different tour in Paris and we've been on guided tours all over the world and he was by far the best overall guide we've ever had. He said he does the Louvre and Musee D'Orsay although we just used him for the latter. Completely enhanced our evidence, I can't recommend him enough!

Our guide greeted us at the appointed place (and waited the 20 minutes we were late due to bad traffic) and then skillfully and joyfully guided us through the Musee d'Orsay with wit and humor. She made the artwork come alive and we felt that we really learned a lot. We were able to focus on important sample works while not toiling through every single piece of art. That way we got through the entire museum in 2 hours which was about all we could last for. It was totally worth the money! Fantastic.

Our guide, Hervé, was phenomenal! His passion for art and history was infectious. Every museum we visited subsequently was a richer experience because of the knowledge he imbued. Simply fantastic! Do not hesitate to book this tour. We booked by chance, not knowing the tour company or seeing any reviews. We feel very lucky to have stumbled upon this tour.

Avi was an incredible tour guide. I cannot emphasize that enough. You can tell he is truly passionate and knowledgeable of the art. He kept us engaged every step of the way and told the artists’ and paintings’ stories in a perfect format. I will recommend this to my friends and family.

Our tour was excellent. Caroline was our tour guide with Memories DMC and she was excellent. She was enthusiastic, passionate, and knowledgeable. It was really interesting to hear backstories to works of art that were politically controversial at that time of history. I was really impressed on how she could teach us about the various schools of art. In the d'Orsay museum the pieces that are being shown are constantly changing so it is really impressive that she can go with the flow when the art changes in location and other works pop up - it really shows her knowledge base. I would definitely recommend this tour and was lucky to end up with Caroline!

Our guide, Justine, was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and very easy to understand with her perfect English. She was funny at times and made the unbearable heat of the Louvre manageable. We were separated after viewing the Mona Lisa and after trying to reconnect for a short time decided to abandon the heat. I hope she isn’t still looking for us. Having visited the Louvre in the past her comments gave us new insights into the beautiful buildings, rooms and works of art exhibited.

When we arrived from the metro it was raining. Our umbrellas served us well. We waited with others in sheltered areas until Wendy arrived at the scheduled time. What a perfect tour. She explained the highlights and concepts of impressionism art so well. We'll remember her tour forever. The tour was at 1015, we had lunch in the D'Orsay afterwards and spent the afternoon in the area. Perfect day. Thank you ! Don and Karen, Calgary, Canada

Well worth it for the time saved queuing and the personal service from the guide. She spoke good English, which is not always the case on these tours, and made up for quite an anxious, breathy delivery with good knowledge and obvious love of the artwork.

I am so happy I chose to do a tour instead of roaming the museum myself. Liliya Goldenberg Was my tour guide and the way she lead us through the museum was perfect. She taught me so much about the rise of Impressionism and what the world was like when these artists came on the scene. She had so many great stories about the different artists that you don’t see on the plaques by the paintings. One was a theory that Van Gogh did not cut of his own ear. Want to hear the full story? You will have to take her tour. A+ I left knowing a lot more about Art History along with seeing these masters work in person.

Very good guide . She gave good info , showed us the highlights of the museum . Unfortunately it seems that by the museum' s rules the visitors can not keep the audio devices used by the guide for more than 1 hr and 30 min so we had to return the devices before we finished the tour of the museum

It was my first time going to Ida with family, charming and magical… We were children again in this stunning place. We liked the toys, everything was very clean and organized, we were well received every day at the park.

We had received our tickets by email, what we didn’t realise was that we needed a QR code. We tried to chat to you on 2 devices, thankfully it worked on the second one. After wasting nearly 2 hours, we were sent the wrong code and we had no more problems after that.

Had to wait more than 48 hours for the tickets to be confirmed because we bought them. Only then could we make a reservation for our desired date. Price but better. And then everything worked out fine.

Magical moments to spend with family. But I still find the tickets a bit expensive… because this one only corresponded to the ticket with Fast passes which no longer exist because this one is replaced by standby passes which I find useless since it is by time slot . And also some attraction was closed so it was not worth the price to pay for me.

It was a great trip. Next time I would go during the week, as there is a lot going on on the weekend (especially on Saturdays). We imagined Disney Studios to be very different. Is actually like another Disney park.

This museum is a don't-miss experience while in Paris! I went in there with the goal of seeing the most the handful of most popular works, and was blown away by the entirety of the collections. It's life-altering, just go and you'll walk out transformed by the contributions of so many carefully created and curated works of art.

Audioguide is not the best, I recommend booking witha tour guide instead. Museum is extremely big, be prepared to walk. Make sure you are on the right line outside, because we didn’t know there were different lines and wasted like 40 minutes outside by doing both lines.

The only thing I would suggest is to go through the instructions for the DS on how to us it. We wasted a lot of time just trying to learn how to navigate ourselves. Otherwise the experience was wonderful. I will return to the louve and use the service again.

Long line even with the timed pass as they allow everyone in at the same time who are booked at that hour. Moves quickly once they start the process but you will wait in line as a group until then. I don’t recommend the audio. It’s not well done or easy to navigate and heavy to carry around.

Louvre is not so suitable for children. They felt bored so we just spent around 3 hours here, although it could take a day. The audio guide was helpful, but it just for people who have time, other wise, just visit the museium and look at the picture/art work and the description.

We got a resecarían for a little to late in the day. Make sure that you arrive early, 30 to 45 minutes so that your wait time is shorter. You stand in the sun for almost an hour just waiting in line. This place is gigantic so plan to make it a full day or half day experience. They partnered with Nintendo to do their audio guide, but even though they have a little demos of how to use it it’s to clunky and confusing! Read the descriptions on the painting or artwork and use your imagination!

The most amazing art collection we have ever seen. The Baroque in particular was breathtaking. Could not recommend enough. Definitely be there thirty minutes before the said time. You skip the ticket line but need to wait at least thirty minutes to get into the building. Also bring an umbrella in case it is really sunny or has a chance of rain.

it was an amazing visit if you are an art enthusiast I highly recommend arriving early and spending the day in the gallery which we did however we will be booking again a second time this week as there were parts we didint feel we got to experience enough of two days in generous you could easily spend a week in the gallery to truly experience all the art that's on display a great day activity and great cafes present inside as well book in advance it helps get in quicker

It was a huge exhibition of art, we were trying to visit as many rooms as possible and in that way we didn't manage to follow the audio guide. It would have taken a lot more of our time. You probably need to visit the museum more than once. Louvre is great monument and a great museum. It's definitely worth it.

The waiting line was quite long although we had the tickets, so make sure to join the queue about 30 minutes beforehand. The audio guide was a little difficult to figure out, but once we did, we had an amazing experience and saw all the masterpieces! Totally worth it!!

Self guided tour. The museum is in the original French royal palace. When you are inside keep in mind this place was set up for the riyal family & Court in the time of King Louis 14th & 15th. The royals moved to Versailles during the reign of Louis 15th. We arrived about 1hr early...had to wait until 15mins to booked time. Had coffee in shopping mall near the Louvre entrance. We used the audiophiles which too a little time to work out how to use. The staff did not give any explanation prior to using. The guides were good giving information about the room you entered & any special displays. Crowds were noted at the important displays so be patient seeing these. We were at the fir about 4hrs and this was long enough for us...it would take days to see the whole museum. Research what you want to see then note these on your guide map. The museum is on many levels so you will need to use stairs & lifts to get around.
