We had a blast on our Landmarks and Secret Gems! The ride was easy and we got to see some of London’s highlight while learning more about some not as well known locations. Katie was a fantastic guide - knowledgeable, personable, and fun - and made an already excellent tour even more enjoyable! We appreciated her sense of humour and the background knowledge she was able to provide. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking to make the most of their time in London. London eye and Madame Tussauds was really nice, bus Sea Life was too crowded for such small place. No worth money.

Super way to view london, learn so much about the various locations, Much better than the studio tour, all the children loved it. Nobody complained about the walking the tour was such fun.

Trying to get your tickets was a nightmare. The location was changed, so we went to the location and no one was there!! We were told to go to another location by a representative for another company, which we did and finally managed to find someone! When you’ve never been to London and it’s a boiling hot day with two kids you don’t want to be tracking around London for tickets!!! Maybe an idea to send electronically to people emails!! When we finally spoke to a representative he went on to say London eye was fully booked, but we explained we booked!! In the end he scanned our tickets and realised we had booked but had a 5 mins panic!! If you book make sure you book your time slot straight away for London eye, as some people weren’t as lucky as us and didn’t get on! The actually activity London eye and the boat trip was amazing! We weren’t impressed with the bus trip at all, so wouldn’t waste your time with that! Everything is within walking distance from London eye.

It is a bit difficult to find out of the system for this kind of double ticket. It could be stated clearly that time booking for the wheel is not neccarssary. And to take a screen shot of the tickets because they dissapear from the app. After the first event. The staff was very helpfull and it worked out fine.

Great experience. Very organised. Clean boats with plenty of choice for seating upstairs and covered downstairs. Staff gave a live commentary which was informative and entertaining. All staff encountered were friendly and polite. Cafe on board and toilets. Children enjoyed it so a good value way to travel and spend the day sightseeing.

Very good. Short waiting times, probably because November is not the best time to travel to London. Staff super nice.

We loved having the capsule to ourselves and being able to walk around and look in every direction!

Absolutely loved this! Great exhibition and was very quiet when we went. The butterbeer bar is beautiful. There is lots of attention to detail all the way round. Extras like photos and food is a little pricey, but it is everywhere. Would def recommend.

Loved it thoroughly & highly recommend it! We enjoyed this tour thoroughly, the views were lovely, the boat was nice, but most of all, the presence of such a lively, informative & funny guide like Jordan, made the experience so much nicer! Thank you Jordan!

Alan was great! Provided a great and very knowledge filled tour with some comedy. Definitely recommend taking the tour lots of great landmarks to see and learn about the history behind them.

Our tour guide what great at telling us the history of London. Loved very single part of it. Just wished it was hot and sunny outside.. it was a cold day but so worth it :)

Got there half an hour before the midday booking, as requested but because it was so busy, was told to come back at 12. Queued to get on the capsule for about 20 mins. Great experience. My second time and first time treat for 10-year-old nephew. He loved it. Wanted to stay up there trying to work out where France was! £20 for the photo album was reasonable. Something he'll treasure for ever.

Breathtaking view of all of London. Obviously a bit expensive, but worth it.

"I LOVED THIS BOOK!!! At first i was sceptical about it being written as a screen play and actually took me months before I would even read it & I am a HARRY POTTER & BOOK LOVER, but I was VERY HAPPILY SURPRISED. It being written in screen play format did not take away from the book at all & it felt as if the original writer picked up where they left off. REALLY HOPE A MOVIE IS MADE & we can see a FULL ENDING to the Harry Potter series play out on the big screen!!!"

Fantastic four. Loads of Harry Potter facts with a couple of extras about London too. Our guide, Perla, was brilliant. Fun and enthusiastic. She made sure everyone in the group got on and off the tube ok. The quiz was a nice touch and created a bit of fun. We followed it by visiting Minimal and King's Cross on our own. A brilliant day for the HP mad birthday girl and friends.

Visiting two places on the same day is optimal. In addition, the Guide was available all the time for any eventuality.
