Trying to get your tickets was a nightmare. The location was changed, so we went to the location and no one was there!! We were told to go to another location by a representative for another company, which we did and finally managed to find someone! When you’ve never been to London and it’s a boiling hot day with two kids you don’t want to be tracking around London for tickets!!! Maybe an idea to send electronically to people emails!! When we finally spoke to a representative he went on to say London eye was fully booked, but we explained we booked!! In the end he scanned our tickets and realised we had booked but had a 5 mins panic!! If you book make sure you book your time slot straight away for London eye, as some people weren’t as lucky as us and didn’t get on! The actually activity London eye and the boat trip was amazing! We weren’t impressed with the bus trip at all, so wouldn’t waste your time with that! Everything is within walking distance from London eye.

Fabulous trip on the river. Lovely food excellent service. All excellent quality staff are lovely and very attentive.

A wheel (pun intended) of making money. 38 euros 30 minutes for each person. However you have to do it, the views are wonderful. It will depend on the dates but I would not pay for fast pass, we only waited 10 minutes, although I suppose it will depend on the dates at least we were fast. The photos from above are great and if you look at the sunset time a little and try to fit it in with your visit, there are beautiful photos.

Good experience. The boat ride was enjoyable and we could easily find the pickup point so didn't find any issues there.

The entire tour was very good overall. The meeting point is easy to find after checking in advance, but unfortunately a bit confused with the check-in. This is a point, however, with 2 children have to criticize.we were 45 minutes before there and there was no indication that it would start from the specified location ..... the orgeneiser then came and put on safety vests printed by the organizer and then it worked really well! Unfortunately, there was no toilet in the bus, which is also just a minor negative point for me. The gouit, John was very nice and tried to explain everything. At Buckingham Palace we did not see a change of power, not even at a later point in time. At the Towerof London, we didn't wait in line for long, but for the jewels, a total of 58 minutes. The entire tour at the "tower of london" location was not so good. The theme ride was well explained, london ey was also great, only there was no good thing to do

Really great activity. The commentator was knowledgeable and funny and you get some really great views of Tower bridge. Would recommend as a quick and leisurely activity

Really the best rate for star London attractions. After the attractions in themselves are not phenomenal but here it is "to do" for the first time in London. The dungeon, you should know that these are sort of plays, in English, but we are totally immersed it's nice. Sea world is very childish it is not the best aquarium I have seen. Shrek good obviously it is for children but it is the same principle as the dungeon, we are totally immersed in the world of dreamworks and actors play in English. And to finish the london eye it is nice but as the Big Ben is under construction it is not crazy. The Thames cruise I could not do because it was closed on the dates I was in London. So these are experiences to test but not incredible!

You can have taken part in the London Eye, but as expected it is not spectacular. I went because of my son. You can probably see just as much from the Skygarden or similar. I had no real idea about the dungeon, now I know what to expect. A guided tour into the dark times of London with scary moments. It's definitely well presented and the actors do a great job. But you really need a good knowledge of English. My English is actually very good but I didn't understand everything, also depending on who was speaking. If you don't understand anything, you can actually save it and go to a musical or something.

This is a fantastic book and play and to anyone who says it’s to much out of the Harry Potter series well you have a stick up your but. The book and play are interesting and have a great plot it is also great because it gives the REAL fans who STAY the whole time for the play an indication of what it would’ve been like if voldermort won the battle of hog warts!

Except for being a little hard to find the actual port we left from, it was an outstanding excursion.

Breathtaking view of all of London. Obviously a bit expensive, but worth it.

Everything was as described. The trip went nice and smooth. It was really lovely to walk around Oxford. We have to come back to see more of this town. Both guides, the one on the bus and the one who walked us around Oxford were really good and professional. The Harry Potter studio was also a great experience, with lots to see. I wouldn’t recommend to buy a digital guide though, we hardly listen to it at all. For us it was much nicer to just walk around and read the signs and listen to the stories from either the screens or the guides standing around.

I was really pleased with “Get On/Get Off” bus service. Additionally, I liked the bus stops were really close to touristy sites.

Super fun!!! Our guide was fabulous. He knew a lot about the river and city, and was very funny too.

I don’t like heights much but this was absolutely no problem for me, felt very safe

The day started with the bus journey enlivened by the stories of our fantastic guide "Steve", on the history of the English monarchy. The visit to the castle is a unique experience, one part is done by the guide and one part they give you the radios with your own language. Then I had a visit to the London Eye for which they gave me a voucher to enter the attraction without queuing. A van picked us up at the castle and took us right under the London Eye. Fantastic organization and wonderful kind staff. I recommend it to everybody!

the tour guide was fantastic, funny and told us lots of interesting facts along the way. You cover a really good distance in the 40 minutes, really good value for money. Thank you!

Enjoyed every minute and the food and drink were delicious! Commentary was great and injected with humour which was entertaining.

absolutely amazing, really warm tour guide and wonderful experience!! definitely recommend if you get the chance, the hot tub and margaritas are a 10/10.
