"Great new attraction. If you're a Harry Potter fan you'll love it. As we walked through the entrance, the staff were welcoming and this warm engaging approach continued throughout the experience. Rob S and Jasmine were lovely and explained lots of different things.
Loved the behind the scenes photos and reading the information that accompanied them.
The butter beer bar is nice, we sat in a booth and were eager to try the Jaffa cake and the witches hat cake along with the butter beer. Benita, behind the bar was lovely and explained how to pour the butter beer to get the lovely frothy top. We were taking photos and Emily came over and asked my husband and I if we'd like a photo together, which was lovely.
Our experience finished in the gift shop, where we purchased a few souvenirs. Again the staff couldn't have been more helpful."

Good opportunity to get an overview of this large city and of course also interesting to see the sights from above: the palace, parliament and Westminster Abbey, etc.

Was a great trip. The guide was great, gave a lot of information. There were many sights to see and the short trip down the Thames was nice too. Everything was super organized. The ride in the LondonEye was also great, no waiting. Only the place of departure was unfortunately wrongly described, it started at a different gate. It was a bit stressful to find out, but it worked out in the end.

Highly recommend this day out. The Big Bus is awesome and the commentary is great - for young and old. It’s convenient and you can just plan your day as you wish. Don’t forget to book your time slot for the London Eye online. The cruise was good - a nice way to see the sights - especially The Tower of London. We added St Paul’s Cathedral entrance tickets and stopped there along the way - unbelievable. A must do!

This is a fantastic book and play and to anyone who says it’s to much out of the Harry Potter series well you have a stick up your but. The book and play are interesting and have a great plot it is also great because it gives the REAL fans who STAY the whole time for the play an indication of what it would’ve been like if voldermort won the battle of hog warts!

We had a great experience on a shiny Sunday morning in Center London with Katie. She guided us through different neighborhoods and to special and "secret" places. She is a fantastic guide. We definitely recommend this bike tour. We enjoyed it a lot. Thanks Katie!

It's an original experience to discover London as a whole. In rainy weather it's not ideal between the drops of water on the glass walls and the mist. But on the other hand in rainy weather it's not ideal. There aren't as many queues! I recommend the view is superb especially at the end of the day mid day mid night

You can have taken part in the London Eye, but as expected it is not spectacular. I went because of my son. You can probably see just as much from the Skygarden or similar. I had no real idea about the dungeon, now I know what to expect. A guided tour into the dark times of London with scary moments. It's definitely well presented and the actors do a great job. But you really need a good knowledge of English. My English is actually very good but I didn't understand everything, also depending on who was speaking. If you don't understand anything, you can actually save it and go to a musical or something.

"The guides/workers were good and very helpful. In the future I'd do winsor castle on our own since it is connected via rain to London. The trip back we had to search for our driver (a new driver and new bus) since they didn't meet us where the first driver said they'd meet us. We spent more time than necessary with the travel to and from Windsor and the London Eye. Next time we'll take the rails and tubes and go on our own

Fantastic four. Loads of Harry Potter facts with a couple of extras about London too. Our guide, Perla, was brilliant. Fun and enthusiastic. She made sure everyone in the group got on and off the tube ok. The quiz was a nice touch and created a bit of fun. We followed it by visiting Minimal and King's Cross on our own. A brilliant day for the HP mad birthday girl and friends.

Tour was very well planned - transport was comfortable and driver was pleasant. Andy, the Oxford tour guide, was particularly fantastic. He was friendly and well knowledgeable and tailored the tour so it also referenced Harry Potter. The studios were also great and it was good to have transport sorted for the way home after a busy day. Wholly recommend.

We took the Thames hop-on, hop-off boat cruise on Sunday, 4th September, 10:00, which I specify because I unfortunately don't remember the name of the chap giving the live tour at the top of the boat - but if he or his bosses read this, rest assured he was brilliant. Incredibly informative and humorous, and took a few photos of me and my partner for us. We only hopped off to see the Cutty Sark before hopping back on. And sure, it's the same commentary once you've gone round already, but I wouldn't expect anything more. I will say it was a bit confusing before we initially boarded, because we (and others) were there before any staff and we weren't sure which boat stand to queue in front of (there are several, none with this name), but we worked it out with process of elimination. Turns out we hadn't needed to queue because we already had a ticket - whoops. Someone there to say "ticket holders over here!" would've been nice, but it didn't spoil the occasion. Overall, great value for £.
