The Madam Tussauds Museum and the London Eye are the most beautiful experience for your child and the entire family! They are must! I suggest starting with big bus sightseeing, drop off first to the Madama Tussauds in the morning, then continuing with Big Bus the sightseeing and late in the evening experience the London Eye!

The experience itself, once you’re on, was great! We got the early 11:00, arrived at 10:20 as advised as they wanted us there by 10:30 and queues were naturally forming and yet the lines weren’t setup. The staff were directing people to the wrong place and despite being one of the first there, we ended up being about a 100 down the line, because the advice we were given on where to stand was wrong and they needed us to move. The only thing bringing this up from a 3 to a 4 is they did in fairness start about 15 mins early so meant we still got on for 11:05 more or less as planned.

We paid for fast track and was pleased we did with the freezing conditions. I was apprehensive about the ride with a dislike of heights and small spaces but it is a large space and you are busy looking out the whole time and also don’t really feel it moving. I went with my husband and two year old who also thankfully loved the experience. Would highly recommend this.

We had been on the London Eye about five years ago and wanted to do it again. The only reluctance was ticket availability and potential queue. It solved all of that and we had a terrific experience. Couldn’t have made it any easier or faster with FastTrack.

Highly recommend this day out. The Big Bus is awesome and the commentary is great - for young and old. It’s convenient and you can just plan your day as you wish. Don’t forget to book your time slot for the London Eye online. The cruise was good - a nice way to see the sights - especially The Tower of London. We added St Paul’s Cathedral entrance tickets and stopped there along the way - unbelievable. A must do!

We had to be in a very loaded capsule although the cabin before us had only 3 passengers and the one after us about 9 passengers but we had to be with about 30 passengers in the cabin witch was so crowded and did have a nice chance to take good pictures big mistake from the organizers

The trip was good but felt a bit shortchanged as the cruise was with uber boats not private. We just got onto a boat that had many others on it and we had to find seats in different places and some families had to separate. There was no commentary from the guide obviously so its just getting on qn uber boat and then drop off at your stop. Would advise booking this separately maybe. Also the bus was like the national express bus not those open rooftop buses for tourists so that was also on the downside. The guide was nice and friendly, Derek if I remember well

collecting the ticket was so much easier than I thought at the meeting point, We collected our ticket around 1pm had only two time slots left for the day for London eye so better to collect your ticket early if you can so you'll have plenty of time options to choose from.

We loved seeing London on the Big Bus and enjoyed the cruise. Unfortunately, we did not make it on the London Eye; maybe next time! Two things that could be improved: 1. The audio on the Big Bus can be very annoying. Just stick to the facts of the sights without all the joking and music in between. 2. It would be nice if the cruise would go round-trip instead of one-way.

Our guide was excellent, funny was able to answer all of the questions. We had enough time to see each of our stops and we saw everything we wanted to in one day which gave us time to do the other things on our list.

Trying to get your tickets was a nightmare. The location was changed, so we went to the location and no one was there!! We were told to go to another location by a representative for another company, which we did and finally managed to find someone! When you’ve never been to London and it’s a boiling hot day with two kids you don’t want to be tracking around London for tickets!!! Maybe an idea to send electronically to people emails!! When we finally spoke to a representative he went on to say London eye was fully booked, but we explained we booked!! In the end he scanned our tickets and realised we had booked but had a 5 mins panic!! If you book make sure you book your time slot straight away for London eye, as some people weren’t as lucky as us and didn’t get on! The actually activity London eye and the boat trip was amazing! We weren’t impressed with the bus trip at all, so wouldn’t waste your time with that! Everything is within walking distance from London eye.

The tour was great and great value. We did the London Eye and the cruise first thing. Then stopped at the London Tower and took a bus to Buckingham. I only wished the bus run a bit later. We wanted to take the West tour at 6 and there were no more buses. I had to take the underground.

I highly recommend "Shrek's Adventure", although it's for people who understand English quite well. Such an hour-long interactive theater, I spent this time with pleasure and being impressed with the scenery and effects. The actors are also very nice! Someone had a great idea for this. Anyway, I'm in my thirties, at 11:00 on Thursday there were no children in my group either, they were all adults. ;) Well, a panorama is a panorama.

I would definitely recommend this full day activities. Keep in mind to start early if you have kids. They will keep stop you every now and then for the food and etc. We started the big bus tour in the last hour. Otherwise, it was great day around London, and it’s worth it.

They scanned our fast-track tickets, had us stop for a quick photo, then we did not stop walking until we were on the ride! Totally skipped the long line that was waiting to board!! Loved it!! The view was great and the amount of time on the ride was just right. Long enough to see the spectacular views but not get bored! Great experience. Very glad we did it.

I thought I had purchased the fast track option but apparently I did not. The ticket was a bit misleading because it said fast track option. When I tried to go through the fast track lane, they told me I only had a standard ticket. I had to go to the ticket window to upgrade to fast track. The line was so long that the weight would’ve been well over an hour.

I was the only solo traveler in my twenties I think but it was truly an amazing experience. As a Shrek fan, I loved the immersion and I was able to leave with my souvenir photo. I recommend 100%. I took the Shrek / London Eye duo and I was disappointed with the London Eye, I expected much better

Absolutely brilliant, so worth investing in the package deal. everyone was so helpful and kind. My personal favourite was the boat, the information was so interesting and the skipper who delivered it was funny and informative but my 12 year old adored the London Eye. Just a great way to view the iconic sites.

It’s not a must-do I would say, but it was my third visit to LONDON and so I enjoyed the view from up high very much. Would definitely recommend the activity, if you’ve not already been to The Shard (did that last time) or Sky Garden (still on my list ).

Loved the London eye and river cruise (the guide on the boat was funny and made the experience even better). The bus tour was average, quite confusing to where we heading etc, some bus drivers really helpful others not so much. Overall was a great experience and certainly would do it again.
