London Eye and Windsor Castle Half-Day Tour
During a half-day tour, drive to Windsor Castle in the Royal Borough of Berkshire to learn about more than 900 years of royal history.
This is the world's largest continuously occupied castle, and successive English monarchs have lived, ruled, and left their mark on it, from William the Conqueror to the current Queen.
You can view the stately state apartments and marvel at the splendor of St. George's Chapel with your ticket to the castle. Spend some time exploring the charming town's traditional shops and historic pubs. In one of them, Shakespeare is said to have written his play "The Merry Wives of Windsor!"
After that, return to the capital to see the incredible engineering feat that is the London Eye. On clear days, you can see 40 kilometers in all directions from inside one of the capsules.
With 800 passengers per revolution, or 11 double-decker buses, each rotation takes approximately 30 minutes at speeds twice as fast as those of a tortoise sprinting. From heights of up to 135 meters above street level, marvel at London's monuments.
