It was a great experience well organized very friendly staff I will definitely recommend it to friends and family. I will like to do it again in the future .

I am a major Harry Potter fan and bookworm as a whole. I have read all the books... carry the two, add the three... yep I have lost count. I saw parts one and two with my mom and it was AMAZING. The actors in Cursed Child really brought the story to life.

The trip was amazing, definitely worth your money. Both my sister and I really enjoyed the experience. Our tour guide was really friendly. She pointed out the best spots for pictures and and made sure we had our drinks before we set off.

Staff snack bar was extremely friendly. Commentary was informative with a comedic touch. Would take the trip again.

It was incredible but we need it more time at Glenfinnan to see the Jocobite train. Our guide was very explicit about Scotland history, very entertaining. Thank you again!!

I absolutely loved my trip , Alex the driver/tour guid was great he told us history about the place he was patient he kept us entertained . Extremely helpful - the tour company is lucky to have such a charismatic and helpful employee. I will book another tour with your company and hope Alex is the tour representative again! We took the Thames hop-on, hop-off boat cruise on Sunday, 4th September, 10:00, which I specify because I unfortunately don't remember the name of the chap giving the live tour at the top of the boat - but if he or his bosses read this, rest assured he was brilliant. Incredibly informative and humorous, and took a few photos of me and my partner for us. We only hopped off to see the Cutty Sark before hopping back on. And sure, it's the same commentary once you've gone round already, but I wouldn't expect anything more. I will say it was a bit confusing before we initially boarded, because we (and others) were there before any staff and we weren't sure which boat stand to queue in front of (there are several, none with this name), but we worked it out with process of elimination. Turns out we hadn't needed to queue because we already had a ticket - whoops. Someone there to say "ticket holders over here!" would've been nice, but it didn't spoil the occasion. Overall, great value for £.

The day started with the bus journey enlivened by the stories of our fantastic guide "Steve", on the history of the English monarchy. The visit to the castle is a unique experience, one part is done by the guide and one part they give you the radios with your own language. Then I had a visit to the London Eye for which they gave me a voucher to enter the attraction without queuing. A van picked us up at the castle and took us right under the London Eye. Fantastic organization and wonderful kind staff. I recommend it to everybody!
