Fun short tour! Easy to locate, well narrated, and lots of laughs. Would definitely recommend to others.

We travelled Saturday 18th April and it was excellent. Shane, our 'Captain', was fantastic. He has the perfect amount of knowledge, humour and wit. It was our first attraction that morning and it set the tone for the day. Highly recommend.

Really informative with knowledge of history and fun facts. We booked previously two years ago and came back to do it again and we would do it again when we return to London. The gentleman doing to commentary made us laugh with the things he was saying. Amazing boat ride. And a good price.

Great way to see the city from the river! Beautiful views and so much history! There are two points you can get off to explore or stay on until the end. At the end see the sights of the Greenwich Village and the Cutty Sark. Lots of great shops and food to enjoy!

We were a group of 5 adults and 2 kids (4 years and 9 years). This was a great trip. It was the perfect amount of time, and our guide was fantastic (I regret not getting his name!) - the perfect balance of wittiness, interesting information/gossip, and history. I think this would be fun for any group, any age. We got to see a lot of the main sights of London and to hear different, interesting tidbits about other sites, and some history about all. There is a bar on the boat as well, with food and drinks for both adults and kids. Just fantastic all around!

Only had one free day in London and this helped me cover a lot of ground! Good commentary and sites. Wouldn’t say it’s a must-do, but if you’re on a time crunch and want to see London eye and Tower of London it definitely helps!

I had a fantastic time on the London River boat trip. It’s a beautiful and relaxing way to see London from a different perspective, with iconic landmarks unfolding one after another as you glide down the river. The commentary on board added a nice touch, giving us interesting snippets of history without feeling overwhelming. We chose to take the one-sided trip and return to Central London by Metro, which worked perfectly. It gave us the freedom to explore Greenwich at our own pace and then head back quickly and conveniently. Overall, it was a smooth, scenic, and enjoyable experience—an easy recommendation for anyone wanting to enjoy London from the water

It can get a little cold out on the top deck but it’s worth it to wear a warm sweater. The views and commentaries from the crew presenter were excellent. We enjoyed it very much.

This river trip was amazing. The boat was clean , the staff friendly and there was a bar, snacks and toilets on board. We left on time so very efficient. But the best bit was the travel guide on board doing the commentary. Not only was it informative from a historical point of view but he was so funny and current with regard to taxes, prices of apartments etc etc. It was a First Class experience all round. Viator are our favourite company to book these tours. Recommend them and the Tour company 100%.

Easy to use and see other parts of London. Nice boat tour and learned some fun facts about the areas. The boat workers were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend giving yourself enough time to enjoy the location if you are traveling with young children or elderly. If you walk slow you may not be able to get to your destination and back before the last boat. Overall it was a great tour and I would do it again.

It is worth the money you pay to go on this adventure. My teenage daughters also enjoy this adventure.

It was a great trip down the Thames River, afternoon tea was delicious. The only thing I would recommend for the tour is if they clean the front windows it was hard to see out the front.

Loved the boat, the tea offerings were good, the tour guide was good too.... a perfectly wonderful afternoon. for the tea, didn't really like the "Chipotle sandwich" because I wanted a traditional tea experience. the guide said "if you visit the Tate Modern Museum you'll understand why its free".... and that comment totally threw me off, sounded negative for whatever reason. favorite item was the scone with clotted cream.

I would highly recommend the cruise with afternoon tea, boat was clean and staff were very friendly. It was a fantastic and relaxing 90min seeing landmarks of london. Food was delicious.

The afternoon tea was great. 90 mins was perfect for it. The workers were nice and professional. We saw all the major sites and going under Tower bridge was awesome. We ate and spent the last 30 mins on the upper deck enjoying the weather. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed this event. It was my birthday splurge. I did wish they brought us more tea though. But the tea we had was good and the food was good. Our tour guide was funny and informative. We walked to the Roman wall and across Tower Bridge after.

It was just ok. The Eye area is swarming with people + the top of the boat was full in no time. It was a particularly warm day so inside on the lower level was very hot, the view not great. In retrospect, it’s the kind of overly-touristy activity I tend to avoid so my take away may be colored by that fact. However, the guide was adorable and funny + made it better than it would’ve been otherwise.

All of the staff were really helpful. We had a great guide who shared great information. The trip was not too short but manageable when going with toddlers.

Our London Eye River Cruise was the perfect start to our trip, and Mitch made it truly stand out. He was charming, knowledgeable, funny, and so helpful throughout, striking a great balance between informative and entertaining. It was a fantastic way to get acquainted with London, and we came away feeling excited and oriented for the rest of our visit. Would absolutely recommend!

Great Walking Tour! Would have liked it a bit scarier though and slightly later in the evening when darker. The boat trip at the end would have been better if we had our own boat or section of boat to continue the ghost stories along the way.

This tour was very good. I enjoyed walking around at night with a group in areas that I would not walk alone. Tour guide was excellent. She spoke loudly and dramatically to make the stories very interesting. She also maintained safety of group when crossing streets. I highly recommend this tour. The boat ride to the Tower was extra special at night.

Fun stories and interesting walk - tour guide left half of the tour group on the boat and we missed the remaining half out of the tour. He didn’t collect us and just got off the boat.

Fantastic! Staff were welcoming & friendly. The cruise was a highlight of our stay. We had a perfect night with a full moon. Sunset was amazing we enjoyed the singing of the vocalist on board & had a dance whilst enjoying all the attractions. Would highly recommend.

This is a very pleasant and relaxing cruise. There is no narrator or guide to interpret what you're seeing, so if you are looking for a guided tour, look elsewhere.

Great experience overall - complimentary drink on arrival and small appetizers brought around by the staff throughout and prices for additional drinks were reasonable. The staff on the boat were excellent and provided great service. The boat itself was pretty comfortable and we had great views of London in the evening.

I had such a beautiful evening on the London night cruise. The Prosecco, tasty canapés and the amazing live singer made the whole experience feel so special. Seeing Big Ben, the Shard, the Houses of Parliament and HMS Belfast lit up from the water was absolutely stunning. The glass boat gave perfect views and the whole night felt calm, cosy and a little bit luxurious. If you want a simple but memorable London experience, this is one I’d fully recommend.

This is a very economical and simple run up and down the river. The musical entertainment was fun and engaging, he got everyone up and dancing by the end of the cruise.

We enjoyed our River Thames Evening Cruise, especially the stunning night-time views of London—truly the highlight of the experience. The city looked spectacular from the water and made the whole outing feel special. The sparkling wine added a nice touch, though the canapés were fairly average, mostly simple toppings on soft bread. Overall, it was a pleasant evening with beautiful scenery, even if the food could have been a little more exciting.

The 2 hour river cruise was fabulous from start to finish. Excellent service from all the staff, very professional, aswell as being friendly. The entertainment was also excellent providing an beautiful atmosphere for all on board. A great way to see so many sights along the Thames. Thank you for making our trip very memorable.

It’s awesome! Takes a little bit to get to the speed part, but then it’s so much fun! Music selection was really nice and appropriate. Emma’s directions were clear and she was so nice and friendly!

Our guide was fun and full of energy and we loved the experience from beginning to end. We had fun going fast and we learned a lot of great info when moving slower. It was incredible to see so many sites from the water and was a fun and fast way to take it all in and then go to a specific site if you want to after to see/hear more. NOTE: I would bring a hat or scarf to protect your hair and a coat if it’s not hot out bc it’s colder on the boat.

If you want to dance get seated close to stage. Entertainment is excellent. Food is tasty. Plan on waiting between courses. Waitstaff fantastic. Look at weather before you come. Layer clothing.

The dinner cruise was a great last minute addition to our trip. The skyline is beautiful and visible from your seat and top deck. The food is okay, and drinks are extra but very affordable. Entertainment was great, a pretty good singer. I would recommend to friends and family. The only thing missing is a brief narration of the skyline as I’m not familiar with it.

Good ambience, great table service and fantastic views ! Our seating was right up front which gave great views on London at night !!! We were celebrating my wife’s 65th birthday and our server Aslam (I think) decorated a plate and improvised a birthday cake, which was great ! The lady who was singing the romantic oldies had a great voice ! All in all it was a great experience. Thanks to the entire team on the tour !

This was a fun way to see many of the sights in London. Our guide Dave was funny and knowledgeable. It was very easy to use the flexible timing of the tickets.

Very Safe and Convenient. Enables you to travel from on Pier to another whilst sightseeing with a different view from the River Thames. Reasonably priced too, including the items at the bar. The staff were friendly and the lady that did the commentary on our trip was great too!

It was really a memorable experience with city cruises , the entire trip was quite comfortable , hassle free , organised and above all the tour guide was wonderful person who kept the whole trip too interesting citing history behind all monuments and bridges along the river side, which was amazing.

The Thames River cruise was the highlight of our London trip. We saw so many historic sights at that level. The ride was very smooth. The tour guide was humorous and informative. We learned so much in a fun way. We highly recommend the Thames River cruise!

A nice way to relax, get a history lesson, and view beautiful architect. It was nice to have the choice of sitting up top or down below where it was much warmer!

My daughter and myself used this as our river tour while in London. Learned a little bit about the different things along the river. Can get a little breezy while sitting on the top deck (we went in March) so dress in layers!

Decided to see London from the river Thames with a friend visiting from Bermuda, Guide was excellent & great fun! We had a ‘hop on hop off’ ticket which gave us the chance to walk to key sights & then get another boat back up river.

The boat had to stop service due to extremely high tide the day we went. However, the company that ran the boat honored our tickets the next day because of it.

I rather enjoyed the boat ride along the Thames River. The staff would explain different icons along the water way with recommendations of sights to see, pubs to eat ate and a joke here and there. I liked the light heartless of the journey. I also loved the hop on and off package. The staff gives a time table of docking and undocking making it convenient.

A traffic free way to get about in London. No stress just sit back and enjoy the views. On the quays the staff need to be more active and inform passengers of where to go and better signage would help also. That said an enjoyable trip.

Great way to see and feel London. The in trip commentary is very informative the staff are great just remember to check boat times.

Excellent experience in all activities. Strict time slots in Madame Tussaud’s which was the most crowded, so make sure you don’t arrive too early, because you’ll have to wait. Great value for money for families as children will enjoy sea life a lot! London eye is the one you should visit on your first days, as you can have a great view of most sightseeing

It was very good especially Madame Tussaud's, too bad there were not more celebrities. Not too much tail it goes quickly. London eye was cool but good for 30 min after you get bored. And Sealife cool too especially for children, I was able to touch a starfish so that's a plus. I highly recommend.

The timings were a lil off. I selected 2:45pm as my first activity at Madame Tussaud’s so that left me 2 and a half hours for the other 2 destinations. Which I missed 1 because that got closed at 5pm. The destinations are not all at the same place so it took us a bit of time to travel. It just tells you to select the time for the first destination. Rest is all on you. Plan a whole day and start in the morning to get the most out of it.

Worth the money. I really enjoyed every part of it and it felt like I knew London immediately after this full day activity. I saw landmarks that I wouldn't have in case I hadn't booked the activity. The cruise was a very pleasant touch to it. We did the full bus tour in the morning. We got on the cruise around 1pm and then continued half the tour by bus once again until at 4pm when we had the slot for the London Eye.

The hop on hop off feature was great however it wasn't made clear that you needed to reserve a timeslot to ride the London Eye. When we checked in to get our ticket for the bus they told us the Eye was sold out for the day which was pretty upsetting. The Big Bus concierge at the Westminister Bridge stop told us to check back at noon to see if anything had opened up. We did so and we were able to secure a slot...so kudos to him for his customer service! It just needs to be plainly spelled out that when you get your voucher you also need to make reservation for the Eye! In addition it would be good if the stops were clearly marked with the corresponding numbers on the Big Bus map as some were difficult to identify.

Really enjoyed our trip to London and our package we purchased. We wanted to do the London Eye and hop on hop off bus - the river cruise was an additional extra thrown in and ended up being the highlight. We ended up walking most of the way around the city, only using the bus twice - both times to go just one stop. Magnificent views from the London Eye - but the cruise was just wonderful. We went from Tower Bridge to Westminster. The guy speaking was really funny and the facts super interesting. The baileys hot chocolate on board also delicious. Would absolutely recommend.

River cruise was short but sweet - Not too much commentary and somewhat hard to hear. We took it from the Tower of London to the London Eye. Then caught the London Eye. And then started the bus tour. Don’t worry too much about your time stated on the Eye tickets - they will just let you in by just showing the ticket - just make sure you get a time and have the bar code to scan on your phone. The bus tour is a nice way to tour around the city the first day just to get to know your bearings and see the city without going through the tube. Realize a one day ticket is valid for 24 hours from when you first get on a bus so you can do an afternoon and then the next morning. You can start from anywhere there is a bus stop. Just show them your tickets on your app and they will scan.

I would definitely recommend this full day activities. Keep in mind to start early if you have kids. They will keep stop you every now and then for the food and etc. We started the big bus tour in the last hour. Otherwise, it was great day around London, and it’s worth it.

Booking is fairly straightforward. We decided to do the London Eye, Thames boat trip and the big bus tour. When we arrived at our meeting point to meet the rep, we were told the eye was fully booked out and should of booked it online. Then the rep had a quick look and found us a slot for 12.15pm and we were very grateful. The whole experience was well worth the money and are looking forward to doing more excursions with the company on a return visit next year.

Well organised activity london eye/river cruise/ open top bus tour. Staff helpful and friendly. The river cruise was fab. The staff were knowledgable and funny. Made trip very interesting. Would highly recommend. Had a mix up with ticket dates and customer service sorted it with no hassle. Well worth money. Had a very enjoyable day. Thank you to all.

Trying to get your tickets was a nightmare. The location was changed, so we went to the location and no one was there!! We were told to go to another location by a representative for another company, which we did and finally managed to find someone! When you’ve never been to London and it’s a boiling hot day with two kids you don’t want to be tracking around London for tickets!!! Maybe an idea to send electronically to people emails!! When we finally spoke to a representative he went on to say London eye was fully booked, but we explained we booked!! In the end he scanned our tickets and realised we had booked but had a 5 mins panic!! If you book make sure you book your time slot straight away for London eye, as some people weren’t as lucky as us and didn’t get on! The actually activity London eye and the boat trip was amazing! We weren’t impressed with the bus trip at all, so wouldn’t waste your time with that! Everything is within walking distance from London eye.

Absolutely brilliant, so worth investing in the package deal. everyone was so helpful and kind. My personal favourite was the boat, the information was so interesting and the skipper who delivered it was funny and informative but my 12 year old adored the London Eye. Just a great way to view the iconic sites.

This was a combination of very fun and relaxing activities. The London Eye must have its separate slot booked for which a queue is still there but at least it's moving. The experience itself was excellent. Great views of London especially Big Ben. The Thames cruise was fun and the tour guide was hilarious. Nice perspective from the river. The BigBus was enjoyable, seeing all attractions and areas of London to get a good overview. Fully recommend.

London eye highly recommended. River cruise was a bit disappointing. Is a one way ticket for a cruise on the Thames. The hop on hop off is good in itself, but in London it is more of an alternative to public transport because you really have to get off the bus if you want to see the sights. In Barcelona, for example, you see much more from the bus.

Highly recommend this day out. The Big Bus is awesome and the commentary is great - for young and old. It’s convenient and you can just plan your day as you wish. Don’t forget to book your time slot for the London Eye online. The cruise was good - a nice way to see the sights - especially The Tower of London. We added St Paul’s Cathedral entrance tickets and stopped there along the way - unbelievable. A must do!

It was like a private tub, being natural with nature and can see amazing buildings you should make a good memory.

We planned this for the evening after the London Marathon and it was the best decision ever! Soaking in a hot tub, drinking adult beverages and trolling around Canary Wharf was the perfect way to cap months of training and race day. I swear that we could actually move around better after too.

Weather for our adventure.....high of 60 and 80% rain; however, it did not stop us from having the time of our life!

What an experience! Clean bathrooms, clean changing areas with complimentary lockers, water safe containers for your phones, plastic bags for wet bathing suits, a bar for drinks and just a relaxing boat ride with great views! Highly recommend this experience!

What an awesome experience from start to finish! The check in crew was very kind and had great sense of humor! Very well organized for changing and storing your items while in the hot tub. It was a good time. A relaxing float in the Thames. Great tour guy told us about some of the buildings as we passed them. A lot of people around watching us as we passed by. Much needed relaxation after a problematic arrival into London.

My friend and I enjoyed the hot tub boat immensely. The staff there are incredibly friendly and they took excellent care of us. We got lost on the way to the location and we’re afraid of missing our scheduled time, but the staff was so understanding and helpful.The tour itself was awesome. This was such a fun and relaxing activity after a day of running around London and it’s truly a unique experience.

Loved our tour guide but she left after about 11/2 hours. I wished she could have stayed with us the whole time. She had so much information!

Wonderful! My 9yo was completely engaged. I wish I had given him a bit of history ahead of time so he could’ve caught it all, but he had a great time all the same. He loved seeing the weapons and hearing about the ravens and the whole royal menagerie.

A friend suggested this tour, and glad I listened.So much history and explained so well. Crown Jewels and info on coronations etc were magnificent. What an enjoyable morning. Perfect timing adding on the river cruise… it took us right back to our hotel.

It was a great tour because of our tour guide! Yes the Tower was amazing, but his story telling is wonderful! He made learning about everything all the more fun!

Our tour guide was very informative and we were highly impressed. We were traveling with our 6 year old and one point in the tour the subject turned to executions, and we know this is part of history, but he pulled me aside and told me what he was going to talk about and gave me the option to step away with our daughter. It was very thoughtful and showed a great amount of respect to us as parents. He could have easily continued on as normal and thought this is part of the tour and you get what you get but he didn’t. We have since done some other tours and by far this was the best. Thank you again for such a great experience.

Our guide was very good. Great information and tips. The boat ride on City Cruises was quite delightful. Easy to find meeting spot for tour. Well organized.

We really enjoyed our visit to the Tower of London. The guide was friendly, clear, and very knowledgeable, making the history easy to follow and interesting without feeling rushed. We learned a lot about the Crown Jewels, the ravens, and the Tower’s past as a palace and prison. The tour was well organized, and it made the whole experience more meaningful than just walking around on our own. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting London.

Excellent tour guide, it made the experience very enjoyable and interesting. Nice to have a small group rather than the large Beefeater ones.

Our Guide Stephen was excellent, we learned a lot! Really enjoyed walking back in history. Glad we got to see the Crown Jewels.

Extremely good commentary. Staff are everywhere and very willing to assist. The maps provided were excellent. Stops were well located.

Big Bus was a brilliant way to see London. We were able to sit back and enjoy all the iconic sights and monuments without worrying about navigating the city. From Big Ben, Tower Bridge and the London Eye, it covered all the must-see spots. The commentary was informative and entertaining, and it gave us a great overview of London in a short amount of time. Perfect for getting your bearings and soaking up the city.

Great way to see London. We were able to tour all over the city and get to see many different places. Buses come very frequently barely had to wait.

Bus lines were not extremely long nor were the buses crowded. Easy to use application and stops were convenient to access the sites of London!

Great way to see London! London is huge, so we took this tour as a way to see the neighborhoods and decide which areas to revisit later in our trip. The tour hit all the top sites and did not disappoint!

The big bus was a fast and effective way of getting around London and seeing the sights . Plenty of buses and never had to wait more than 20 minutes at any stop . The additional river cruise was the cherry on top , so much fun.

I was really pleased with “Get On/Get Off” bus service. Additionally, I liked the bus stops were really close to touristy sites.

Best way to see the most important sightseeings of London and from different angles if you include the Thames cruise and London Eye. Highly recommended.

Even though there was a long line, it moved quickly. They take your picture while waiting in the line. You can purchase it later( I didn't). It moves very slowly and you have many opportunities to get great pics of the city. Overall a very nice time. I had beautiful weather, too!

The ticket includes the hop on hop off bus, London Eye, River cruise and 3 walking tours which is a great deal. The bus was great for the most part to get us around town to different sights. The commentary always seemed a little behind as we drove, I am sure the traffic did not help as it always had a lot of traffic around. The buses did not come as frequently as the other companies so there is a wait. The London eye was spectacular and worth the price and line (which moves quickly) views were so beautiful. We are traveling with our disabled son and it was a great activity for him that did not evolve walking. The river cruise was pleasant and we had a live person commentary that was fun and entertaining. We started the changing of the guard tour but our guide was a very fast walker and we got left behind so never made it to actually see the changing of the guard. All in all this was a good purchase.

Big Bus Tours was amazing. Hop on Hop Off bus was great. We got to see all the sights we wanted to see! London Eye and Cruise on the Thames was one of the stops. They gave out ear buds as you got on the bus so that you could listen to the high points of each stop! Would highly recommend this tour!

The London and Eye and River cruise were definitely worth it. I'd skip the bus tour as it eats up a lot of time due to traffic.

Everything was easy to book and all tickets worked perfectly. Booking was simple. The Big Bus is great and The Eye everyone should try once. The boat trip was very informative.

We saw so much did a lot of things and was so impressed with the service of hop on and hop off. Would do this again when going back to London.

Hop on/off bus was really good! Allows you to see things & places that you may want to revisit at a later time. The bus ride is about 2/3 hrs and it really covers a lot of areas. Overall no complaints!

Their bus drivers are professional in terms of helping tourist with their concerns and recommends for the best possible experience with the trip. Their ground staff are also very kind and friendly.

It was awesome! We really enjoyed it and had a great time seeing London!!! You can pack a whole lot of things into one day and see the city.

This was less of a “cruise” , more of a means of transportation from one point to another. It was efficient and reasonably priced.

Absolutely loved this experience, it was so thrilling, especially being outside when the boat is moving off . 10/10 customer service, the bar lady was very nice, very clean and spacious .. for my first time, this was what I expected and I would definitely go back.

It's a wonderful way to travel across London: lots of open spaces and views, a changing panorama, and lots of people-watching! and there's a bar onbaord.

Food quality was very good. Everyone gets the same food unless you choose the vegan option. Very nice lunch. Drinks cost extra but reasonable on pricing. Great cruise down the river. Captain gave us a bit of tour information as well on what we were seeing on the banks of the river as we cruised by. Very nice experience. I would probably go at night for dinner instead. Apparently it is really great to see the city from the river at night.

Our boat came right on time and was very clean. We were immediately seated with a great view in the front. Our server was great. Lunch and drinks was wonderful. The captain was very knowledgeable and pointed out all the tourist spots to us. Great experience for the money, well worth it.

Attending as a group of three, we had a fantastic experience. The white tablecloths gave everything a more upmarket feel. The food was delicious, and the drinks were very well priced. The live commentary was great to listen to, and we’ve never seen London look as beautiful as it does from the River Thames. We would definitely recommend this experience and would happily return.

Amazing!! My family, husband and I went on the cruise for my 30th birthday, I would 100% recommend it and go again! The staff were all very friendly and attentive, the food was delicious (we had bread for starters, chicken, potatoes and veggies and a cheescake for dessert). It didn't look like a lot at first, but actually it's very filling - I felt full! and the mushroom sauce was delicious. Staff went out of their way to ensure all our needs were catered to, and they sang me happy birthday whilst the bought my cake over! We liked the commentary as well, I'm a Londoner and learnt so much about London on that day.

We enjoyed the lunch cruise on the Thames. The service was wonderful and the food truly exceeded our expectations. The chicken with vegetables potatoes and a mushroom sauce was very moist and good. The cheesecake desert was nice also!

This was such a pleasant surprise. The boat was very nicely decorated and very comfortable. It literally felt like a restaurant The staff were friendly and the commentary was informative with a touch of humor. The food was so yummy and the views were breathtaking. A lovely experience especially if it is sunny. A scenic and relaxed way to see the sights of London. Not a first class experience but food is decent enough and staff very friendly.

Was a lot of fun. We had the whole boat to ourselves. Lots of laughs. Met friends there and our teenagers loved it much more than some of the more historic sites. They wanted to do it again.

Non-scary exhilarating speed from Tower Pier through St Katherine’s dock - great to take the kids or go with friends

An absolutely amazing experience from start to finish!! It was raining so aswell as the thrill of the speed zooming down past London Bridge to the sounds of the James Bond theme tune we felt the rain in our faces and it made for an even more exciting ride!

Thrill seeking trip along the Thames to Canary Wharf travelling at high speed with stunning views of the old wharehouses, Tower Bridge and the City.

It was a shorter trip down the river than we expected but the views somehow are different on the trip back. Got to see Tower Bridge, go under London Bridge, see the London Eye, St Paul's, Big Ben, Westminster... had so much fun. It was chilly but we went inside for the trip back to the dock. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and funny. Would go again.

Fantastic comfortable boat and tour with a knowledgeable and entertaining tour guide who gave a clear and interesting commentary. It was great to see all the sights of London from the water, and the experience was memorable for us all. If the weather isn’t so good, the seating inside the boat is luxurious and the view is great. We spent some time inside and some time outside as the boat wasn’t too busy. The staff members on the trip were welcoming and polite and we felt the whole experience was 5 star. One of the best options for a cruise down the Thames!

Great way to see London. Ollie was the tour guide and his commentary was very good. I’d recommend this trip. Didn’t take too long and was very pleasant. Facilities and refreshments on board were good. We did a morning cruise then went straight on to the Tower of London.

Fantastic river cruise trip. Saw all the sights along the river on a really comfortable, modern boat. Staff were all great and friendly. Boat was spotless and comfortable.

Me and my son had a great time. The guided tour was very informative. Very pleased to see that they use an electric vessel. Very smooth and quiet. We were warm and comfy on the covered deck. Staff very friendly and helpful and the 40 min roundtrip just the right amount of time.

We were a big group of 60 and everyone enjoyed the trip. Plenty of room on the boat. Excellent visibility inside and out. Informative commentary. Helpful staff.

First river cruise on the Thames, Super smooth trip lovely new boat, super comfy seating, great selection of hot and cold drinks, all Staff really helpful and pleasant which gave a 5star service, would recommend to all who fancy something special, the guy who narrated the whole trip was very knowledgeable, with a few jokes thrown in for those of us who were listening. Excellent cruise up the Thames with a touch of luxury and witty, insightful commentary. We enjoyed hot chocolates from the bar in super comfortable seating. The inside was cosy and provided welcome relief from the elements. There are a lot of boats going up and down but this one stands out for comfort and the quality of the tour guide.

A really great tour for three generations of the family. The boat was clean, comfortable with excellent viewing areas. The bar served a range of drinks. Staff were pleasant and friendly. The tour was informative and interesting. See a different view of the iconic buildings. Would work well even in poor weather.
