I thought I had purchased the fast track option but apparently I did not. The ticket was a bit misleading because it said fast track option. When I tried to go through the fast track lane, they told me I only had a standard ticket. I had to go to the ticket window to upgrade to fast track. The line was so long that the weight would’ve been well over an hour.

They scanned our fast-track tickets, had us stop for a quick photo, then we did not stop walking until we were on the ride! Totally skipped the long line that was waiting to board!! Loved it!! The view was great and the amount of time on the ride was just right. Long enough to see the spectacular views but not get bored! Great experience. Very glad we did it.

Great Moment with a weather forecast. A very short waiting time in the queue with 2 photos (one at the entrance and one inside the nacelle just before getting off). An attraction not to be missed!

With the Fastlane ticket it was really super fast. On less crowded days, however, the fast lane is not absolutely necessary. It's just difficult to foresee in advance.

Both guides Lara and Mariana were good in communicating and updating us with the plan. However, they forgot to give me the ticket to the cruise. It was good that Lara offered her telephone # and was able to connect with her. She and Mariana rushed back to give me the ticket after talking to the security guard. Thank you for that.

The tour was wonderful! We didn't get to go to buckingham palace, so our guide took us around to other sights in the city. John was so nice and full of knowledge, and he was by far the nicest person we have encountered in London.

The entire tour was very good overall. The meeting point is easy to find after checking in advance, but unfortunately a bit confused with the check-in. This is a point, however, with 2 children have to criticize.we were 45 minutes before there and there was no indication that it would start from the specified location ..... the orgeneiser then came and put on safety vests printed by the organizer and then it worked really well! Unfortunately, there was no toilet in the bus, which is also just...

I chose this tour due to the emphasis on air conditioned coach tour yet that wasn't the case. I appreciate most things to see in London must be carried out on foot but with my father not being great on his legs our trip soon turned in to one that had to be abandoned. The requirement for people to be able footed was soon made aware to us and we were not able to keep with the pace and got left behind on several occasions so sadly we left the tour with half of it remaining.

Our guide was excellent, funny was able to answer all of the questions. We had enough time to see each of our stops and we saw everything we wanted to in one day which gave us time to do the other things on our list.

Our tour was the day after Her Late Majesty’s funeral and We had Frank as a guide. The tour was exceptional!! Frank took us on a tour of all the locations the funeral procession had been through. His stories were entertaining and he was hilarious. I took my mother in law to London for the funeral. We were a block away and missed seeing anything however the tour with Frank made her feel like she was there. This tour was worth every penny and then some!! Thank you Frank!!

The trip was good but felt a bit shortchanged as the cruise was with uber boats not private. We just got onto a boat that had many others on it and we had to find seats in different places and some families had to separate. There was no commentary from the guide obviously so its just getting on qn uber boat and then drop off at your stop. Would advise booking this separately maybe. Also the bus was like the national express bus not those open rooftop buses for tourists so that was also on the...

"It was a lot. No masks were worn on the bus, even though it was advertised as such. Had James as a guide, very nice and very passionate and lively with his stories. The tour was too crowded and for my standards the stay at St. Paul's Cathedral took too long. Something very long-winded. Otherwise overall satisfactory. "

I did these activities the first full day I was in London and it was well worth it! The bus helped me get my directional bearings of the streets, as it's a web not a grid. I liked that you get a set of ear phones to listen to the audio guide on the bus as you come upon landmarks and neighborhoods. If you want to visit the landmark, monument, or explore more, you just hop off and get on another Big Bus when done. A great and convenient way to see the city - there is so much! The London Eye and...

Highly recommend this day out. The Big Bus is awesome and the commentary is great - for young and old. It’s convenient and you can just plan your day as you wish. Don’t forget to book your time slot for the London Eye online. The cruise was good - a nice way to see the sights - especially The Tower of London. We added St Paul’s Cathedral entrance tickets and stopped there along the way - unbelievable. A must do!

Booking is fairly straightforward. We decided to do the London Eye, Thames boat trip and the big bus tour. When we arrived at our meeting point to meet the rep, we were told the eye was fully booked out and should of booked it online. Then the rep had a quick look and found us a slot for 12.15pm and we were very grateful. The whole experience was well worth the money and are looking forward to doing more excursions with the company on a return visit next year.

London eye highly recommended. River cruise was a bit disappointing. Is a one way ticket for a cruise on the Thames. The hop on hop off is good in itself, but in London it is more of an alternative to public transport because you really have to get off the bus if you want to see the sights. In Barcelona, for example, you see much more from the bus.

Well organized tour, very fun and exciting experience, the bus runs all day and you can get on and off whenever you want at the indicated stops. This way we toured all over London! Too bad the queue at the London Eye which unfortunately limited the time for the cruise, but considering the period between Christmas and New Year's it is understandable. Highly recommended tour, everyone is very kind and helpful.

This was a combination of very fun and relaxing activities. The London Eye must have its separate slot booked for which a queue is still there but at least it's moving. The experience itself was excellent. Great views of London especially Big Ben. The Thames cruise was fun and the tour guide was hilarious. Nice perspective from the river. The BigBus was enjoyable, seeing all attractions and areas of London to get a good overview. Fully recommend.

The hop on hop off feature was great however it wasn't made clear that you needed to reserve a timeslot to ride the London Eye. When we checked in to get our ticket for the bus they told us the Eye was sold out for the day which was pretty upsetting. The Big Bus concierge at the Westminister Bridge stop told us to check back at noon to see if anything had opened up. We did so and we were able to secure a slot...so kudos to him for his customer service! It just needs to be plainly spelled out ...

Loved the London eye and river cruise (the guide on the boat was funny and made the experience even better). The bus tour was average, quite confusing to where we heading etc, some bus drivers really helpful others not so much. Overall was a great experience and certainly would do it again.

Worth the money. I really enjoyed every part of it and it felt like I knew London immediately after this full day activity. I saw landmarks that I wouldn't have in case I hadn't booked the activity. The cruise was a very pleasant touch to it. We did the full bus tour in the morning. We got on the cruise around 1pm and then continued half the tour by bus once again until at 4pm when we had the slot for the London Eye.

Really enjoyed our trip to London and our package we purchased. We wanted to do the London Eye and hop on hop off bus - the river cruise was an additional extra thrown in and ended up being the highlight. Was a great trip. The guide was great, gave a lot of information. There were many sights to see and the short trip down the Thames was nice too. Everything was super organized. Neat way to see some key landmarks. Only takes about an hour and it also gives you a good sense of where things are so you can go explore more. Great tour guide, Stef. From the River Thames you can see many highlights of the city of London. The guide on the deck of the boat gives enthusiastic explanations about what there is to see. And of course there is a lot of waving to the people on the side and on the many bridges.

The Madam Tussauds Museum and the London Eye are the most beautiful experience for your child and the entire family! They are must! I suggest starting with big bus sightseeing, drop off first to the Madama Tussauds in the morning, then continuing with Big Bus the sightseeing and late in the evening experience the London Eye!

Quite a nice experience but definitely start with Madame Tussauds and preferably have plenty of time to get to the London eye (not impossible to walk) it took us about 1.5 hours at Madame Tussauds, which means we finished a little after 11 and we had booked an appointment for the London eye at 2pm, which suited perfectly with walking distance and lunch on the way. It is possible to get up to the London eye before one's booking time, which was nice. All in all a good trip

Excellent experience in all activities. Strict time slots in Madame Tussaud’s which was the most crowded, so make sure you don’t arrive too early, because you’ll have to wait. It was very good especially Madame Tussaud's, too bad there were not more celebrities. Not too much tail it goes quickly. London eye was cool but good for 30 min after you get bored. And Sealife cool too especially for children, I was able to touch a starfish so that's a plus. I highly recommend.

The timings were a lil off. I selected 2:45pm as my first activity at Madame Tussaud’s so that left me 2 and a half hours for the other 2 destinations. Which I missed 1 because that got closed at 5pm. The destinations are not all at the same place so it took us a bit of time to travel. It just tells you to select the time for the first destination. Rest is all on you. Plan a whole day and start in the morning to get the most out of it.

I first went to Sea Life and was pleasantly surprised. I thought that what would be a little visit rather poor in content, I spent 2 hours there because they didn't only have fish (I won't say anything so as not to spoil you, but it was great!). They also offer small paid activities such as a VR headset.

It was very quick and easy to get into both Sealife and the London Eye as we went very early. We started at Sealife when they opened at 10am and we’re queueing at the London Eye by 11:30am (it opens at 11am on weekdays). It may have also been quicker due to the heatwave but would still definitely recommend going as early as possible to anyone looking to avoid the queues.

Nylah A.

Good fun and great memories. Give yourself several hours to do both activities and eat close by. Don't rush the Sealife centre, there is so much to see. The queue for the Eye only took about 10-15 mins to get on. The Eye is very slow and gentle, so if anyone is worried you don't need to be.

A very entertaining ride with interesting facts about Harry Potter. The Tour Guide Lotti is super personable and just great with children. The tour is in English and consists of a bus ride and drop-off points at locations that appear in the films. We were unlucky with the weather. It was pouring rain. That was very uncomfortable for getting in and out, as you carried more luggage (umbrella) with you and the wet things did the rest.

Even though the filming locations went through the heavy London traffic, there wasn't a single minute that was boring. The incredibly spontaneous, lively and funny nature of our tour guide Lotti contributed to this, which could report from a rich treasure of anecdotes, curiosities and insider knowledge from the Harry Potter films. Our guide, Tom, was obviously very knowledgeable about Harry Potter and the city, but his enthusiasm, wit, and kindness really made this tour one of the highlights of our whole trip. My sweetheart and I can be a bit shy, so this was a great way to coax us into visiting both sides of the Thames, hopping on the tube, and getting eyes on a more bustling part of London. The guide was really helpful and when he found out that we liked Tolkien, he included some interesting things for us. It is a pity that the time in Oxford was a bit shorter, but it only means maybe we should return :)

Tour was very well planned - transport was comfortable and driver was pleasant. Andy, the Oxford tour guide, was particularly fantastic. He was friendly and well knowledgeable and tailored the tour so it also referenced Harry Potter. The studios were also great and it was good to have transport sorted for the way home after a busy day. Wholly recommend.

A super organized tour, tour guide Rachel was wonderful, funny and highly motivated - we also learned a lot of new things and felt in good hands throughout. We first drove to Oxford in a minibus (which also has charging facilities), toilet break included, had an interesting tour there and free time for lunch and then we went on to the studios, which are gigantic, for just under an hour. The surcharge for the tour/transport alone is definitely worth it and we had a great vacation day!

We arrived in London 2 hours before the estimated time, and there was a lack of time in the studio, which is immense, many details and interactions to be seen in 4 hours of duration. The guide Debbie in Oxford is extremely cheerful and friendly, I loved it!

every thing was comfortable and the guides were very kind; buuut... it includes only entrance tickets to studio and a short walking tour on Oxford streets. we didn't release that we should take "Harry Potter passport" before we enter the studio! we realized that in he middle of the tour (by ourselves by the way) -when we saw people who is stamping their passports!! in Oxford we haven't seen any buildings inside!! we only walked thruogh them:( it can be cheaper if you buy the tickets individually

Visiting two places on the same day is optimal. In addition, the Guide was available all the time for any eventuality.

Everything was as described. The trip went nice and smooth. It was really lovely to walk around Oxford. We have to come back to see more of this town. Both guides, the one on the bus and the one who walked us around Oxford were really good and professional. The Harry Potter studio was also a great experience, with lots to see. I wouldn’t recommend to buy a digital guide though, we hardly listen to it at all. For us it was much nicer to just walk around and read the signs and listen to the sto...

Good fun, and interesting stories about the filming and crew. Coach was comfy. Be aware that the tour ends at Kings Cross station (not where the tour started), in case you have something going on after the tour.

It was well worth the price. Lotte was our guide and she was fantastic. The tour is worth going on even if you are not a big fan of Harry Potter. Lotte was very knowledgeable about London in general. The tour allows you to see parts of London you would not do otherwise. I definitely recommend this tour and if we have the opportunity to go back to London I would do the other tours the company has to offer.

After an initial delay caused by a broken down bus (resolved with a replacement) our 2 guides were enthusiastic, knowledgeable, friendly and fabulous. I thought we knew quite a lot of HP trivia, but NOW we're proper nerds

This particular tour was very disappointing. The tour guide was lovely, it was just a load of stuff we already had known and see before. We wanted something different and fun.

I bought tickets for my daughter and niece and they both loved it. They came back buzzing from the experience. Their guide was knowledgeable and made the tour really interesting. A defiant must if you are a Harry Potter fan

Amazing tour!! We almost missed it, but we called the company and the guide, Rhys, came back to find us! I think that went above and beyond and I am so glad we didn’t miss it! Not only did we get to see some of the places Harry Potter was filmed, which was amazing, but we got a ton of history of London as well! Rhys was amazing! A true Harry Potter fan who not only had a ton of knowledge about Harry Potter, but about London as well! Definitely one of the best things we did while in London! (M...

Guide was great. It really made difference. He knows everything about Harry Potter, but on top of that he showed us a lot of other interesting sites on our way to specific Harry Potter sites. He also talked a lot about London and a couple of very interesting history of London facts. I had great time. Highly recommended.

Very interesting and funny tour with Monica who was really a Harry Potter specialist. Also the time between one film location and the other was filled with many interesting details she told us. And to see the photos of the film exactly where the scenes were filmed was really great. So really recommendable!

the bus ride is long and the seats not really comfortable (specially when you compare with some other if your tour). also the bus coloring is pretty nice outside but from inside you can't see the outside. it will add to be able to see a little more ;-)

Loved the Studio but cafe was just too crowded and wait too long for lunch.Came on the Golden Tour coach whih restricted the time spent at the Studio-I found it difficult to guage how long I could spend looking at exhibits. If I were to do it again I would prefer to come by train and spend the day at the Studio.
