It's an original experience to discover London as a whole. In rainy weather it's not ideal between the drops of water on the glass walls and the mist. But on the other hand in rainy weather it's not ideal. There aren't as many queues! I recommend the view is superb especially at the end of the day mid day mid night

It was a nice experience. Unfortunately you can't really see much from up there. You can get this much cheaper on Tower Bridge. What we found very annoying was this 'photo-making' from the organizer that you can/should buy at the end. London is already an expensive city, the tickets for the Ferris wheel are WAY too expensive.

Edward W.

Great experience. Well organised. We were so lucky with the weather and the queue went quickly without fast track. Just losing one star as I do think it’s expensive for what it is.

Very good experience, the views are worth it. It is expensive but since you are there you have to see it. It is better to get your tickets several days in advance

The Ferris wheel is one of the things to do in London, it allows you to have a view of a large part of London, the Palace, Big Ben, the Thames and many others.

I've been to London several times, but never in the evening light... Very nice ❣️❣️❣️

A wheel (pun intended) of making money. 38 euros 30 minutes for each person. However you have to do it, the views are wonderful. It will depend on the dates but I would not pay for fast pass, we only waited 10 minutes, although I suppose it will depend on the dates at least we were fast. The photos from above are great and if you look at the sunset time a little and try to fit it in with your visit, there are beautiful photos.

Very good. Short waiting times, probably because November is not the best time to travel to London. Staff super nice.

Being afraid of heights I was quite nervous when I saw the eye up close but it was such a smooth and wonderful ride that I had no fear or anxiety during the rise. I highly recommend it to anyone, even if you're afraid of heights like me!

Anyone visiting London should not miss these attractions. We had great weather and therefore very good visibility. The booked time does not necessarily have to be adhered to.

Very nice view but too many people on the wheel, so it's not possible to take photos. Good organization despite a long queue, it's fast

Great view of the city. Plenty of time on the ride. We took a sunset ride which was beautiful as the lights shined in the city. Also it was raining but no trouble seeing everything in the city.

It's a cool ride. Nothing surprising but it's worth going at least once. It's very slow, this way you can see the entire area around Londo Eye. I recommend it.

Good opportunity to get an overview of this large city and of course also interesting to see the sights from above: the palace, parliament and Westminster Abbey, etc.

Booking is fairly straightforward. We decided to do the London Eye, Thames boat trip and the big bus tour. When we arrived at our meeting point to meet the rep, we were told the eye was fully booked out and should of booked it online. Then the rep had a quick look and found us a slot for 12.15pm and we were very grateful. The whole experience was well worth the money and are looking forward to doing more excursions with the company on a return visit next year.

London eye highly recommended. River cruise was a bit disappointing. Is a one way ticket for a cruise on the Thames. The hop on hop off is good in itself, but in London it is more of an alternative to public transport because you really have to get off the bus if you want to see the sights. In Barcelona, for example, you see much more from the bus.

Highly recommend this day out. The Big Bus is awesome and the commentary is great - for young and old. It’s convenient and you can just plan your day as you wish. Don’t forget to book your time slot for the London Eye online. The cruise was good - a nice way to see the sights - especially The Tower of London. We added St Paul’s Cathedral entrance tickets and stopped there along the way - unbelievable. A must do!

Chase L.

The hop on hop off feature was great however it wasn't made clear that you needed to reserve a timeslot to ride the London Eye. When we checked in to get our ticket for the bus they told us the Eye was sold out for the day which was pretty upsetting. The Big Bus concierge at the Westminister Bridge stop told us to check back at noon to see if anything had opened up. We did so and we were able to secure a slot...so kudos to him for his customer service! It just needs to be plainly spelled out that when you get your voucher you also need to make reservation for the Eye! In addition it would be good if the stops were clearly marked with the corresponding numbers on the Big Bus map as some were difficult to identify.

Well organised activity london eye/river cruise/ open top bus tour. Staff helpful and friendly. The river cruise was fab. The staff were knowledgable and funny. Made trip very interesting. The tour was great and great value. We did the London Eye and the cruise first thing. Then stopped at the London Tower and took a bus to Buckingham. I only wished the bus run a bit later. We wanted to take the West tour at 6 and there were no more buses. I had to take the underground.

I would definitely recommend this full day activities. Keep in mind to start early if you have kids. They will keep stop you every now and then for the food and etc. We started the big bus tour in the last hour. Otherwise, it was great day around London, and it’s worth it.

Delilah S.

Worth the money. I really enjoyed every part of it and it felt like I knew London immediately after this full day activity. I saw landmarks that I wouldn't have in case I hadn't booked the activity. The cruise was a very pleasant touch to it. We did the full bus tour in the morning. We got on the cruise around 1pm and then continued half the tour by bus once again until at 4pm when we had the slot for the London Eye.

Henry T.

collecting the ticket was so much easier than I thought at the meeting point, We collected our ticket around 1pm had only two time slots left for the day for London eye so better to collect your ticket early if you can so you'll have plenty of time options to choose from.

Well organized tour, very fun and exciting experience, the bus runs all day and you can get on and off whenever you want at the indicated stops. This way we toured all over London! Too bad the queue at the London Eye which unfortunately limited the time for the cruise, but considering the period between Christmas and New Year's it is understandable. Highly recommended tour, everyone is very kind and helpful.

We loved seeing London on the Big Bus and enjoyed the cruise. Unfortunately, we did not make it on the London Eye; maybe next time! Two things that could be improved: 1. The audio on the Big Bus can be very annoying. Just stick to the facts of the sights without all the joking and music in between. 2. It would be nice if the cruise would go round-trip instead of one-way.

Lexi R.

Loved the London eye and river cruise (the guide on the boat was funny and made the experience even better). The bus tour was average, quite confusing to where we heading etc, some bus drivers really helpful others not so much. Overall was a great experience and certainly would do it again.

I highly recommend "Shrek's Adventure", although it's for people who understand English quite well. Such an hour-long interactive theater, I spent this time with pleasure and being impressed with the scenery and effects. The actors are also very nice! Someone had a great idea for this. Anyway, I'm in my thirties, at 11:00 on Thursday there were no children in my group either, they were all adults. ;) Well, a panorama is a panorama.

1st time at Shrek. It was funny and exciting for children and the adults loved it too. No queueing at all. There was a queue for London eye but it moved very fast and only took about 10 minutes to get on. The pod we were in was very crowded and it was difficult to move around to get photos. Seemed more packed in than previous visits.

We went on the London eye cruise , my daughter and I. We chose to sit on the top deck , so we could have a better view of the landmarks, the tour was made more interesting by the tour guides knowledge and her wit. I would certainly recommend this activity whilst visiting London.

From the River Thames you can see many highlights of the city of London. The guide on the deck of the boat gives enthusiastic explanations about what there is to see. And of course there is a lot of waving to the people on the side and on the many bridges.

Great and informative cruise across the Thames Highly recommended. But you should really be there a little earlier so that you can find the pier (the London Eye is always very crowded - that reduces the overview...).

Neat way to see some key landmarks. Only takes about an hour and it also gives you a good sense of where things are so you can go explore more. Great tour guide, Stef. We sat inside (was quite chilly!) vs. up top, and we still had great views. Went with our teenage daughter and it was one of her favorite things we did in London.

It was great! We truly enjoyed all - Madame Tussauds, London Eye and SEA LIFE!

Amayah G.

The timings were a lil off. I selected 2:45pm as my first activity at Madame Tussaud’s so that left me 2 and a half hours for the other 2 destinations. Which I missed 1 because that got closed at 5pm. The destinations are not all at the same place so it took us a bit of time to travel. It just tells you to select the time for the first destination. Rest is all on you. Plan a whole day and start in the morning to get the most out of it.

Nylah B.

Excellent experience in all activities. Strict time slots in Madame Tussaud’s which was the most crowded, so make sure you don’t arrive too early, because you’ll have to wait. Great value for money for families as children will enjoy sea life a lot! London eye is the one you should visit on your first days, as you can have a great view of most sightseeing

It was very good especially Madame Tussaud's, too bad there were not more celebrities. Not too much tail it goes quickly. London eye was cool but good for 30 min after you get bored. And Sealife cool too especially for children, I was able to touch a starfish so that's a plus. I highly recommend.

The tour was wonderful! We didn't get to go to buckingham palace, so our guide took us around to other sights in the city. John was so nice and full of knowledge, and he was by far the nicest person we have encountered in London.

The entire tour was very good overall. The meeting point is easy to find after checking in advance, but unfortunately a bit confused with the check-in. This is a point, however, with 2 children have to criticize.we were 45 minutes before there and there was no indication that it would start from the specified location ..... the orgeneiser then came and put on safety vests printed by the organizer and then it worked really well! Unfortunately, there was no toilet in the bus, which is also just a minor negative point for me. The gouit, John was very nice and tried to explain everything. At Buckingham Palace we did not see a change of power, not even at a later point in time. At the Towerof London, we didn't wait in line for long, but for the jewels, a total of 58 minutes. The entire tour at the "tower of london" location was not so good. The theme ride was well explained, london ey was also great, only there was no good thing to do

Our tour was the day after Her Late Majesty’s funeral and We had Frank as a guide. The tour was exceptional!! Frank took us on a tour of all the locations the funeral procession had been through. His stories were entertaining and he was hilarious. I took my mother in law to London for the funeral. We were a block away and missed seeing anything however the tour with Frank made her feel like she was there. This tour was worth every penny and then some!! Thank you Frank!!

I chose this tour due to the emphasis on air conditioned coach tour yet that wasn't the case. I appreciate most things to see in London must be carried out on foot but with my father not being great on his legs our trip soon turned in to one that had to be abandoned. The requirement for people to be able footed was soon made aware to us and we were not able to keep with the pace and got left behind on several occasions so sadly we left the tour with half of it remaining.

"It was a lot. No masks were worn on the bus, even though it was advertised as such. Had James as a guide, very nice and very passionate and lively with his stories. The tour was too crowded and for my standards the stay at St. Paul's Cathedral took too long. Something very long-winded. Otherwise overall satisfactory. "

The trip was good but felt a bit shortchanged as the cruise was with uber boats not private. We just got onto a boat that had many others on it and we had to find seats in different places and some families had to separate. There was no commentary from the guide obviously so its just getting on qn uber boat and then drop off at your stop. Would advise booking this separately maybe. Also the bus was like the national express bus not those open rooftop buses for tourists so that was also on the downside. The guide was nice and friendly, Derek if I remember well

It was an amazing tour, the only thing that for me would improve it, would be few more minutes to eat in the last stop. Besides that, this day is one of the highlights of my trip, was an incredible experience to know this region of breathtaking landscapes, I wish I could go back soon.

A must-do! This is a packed day with a lot of time spent on the coach, but our guide, Erin, and driver, Shug, made the time fly by. In between playing music by Scottish and Gallic artists, to telling us facts about the area we drove through, the miles go by fast and the sights are amazing. Aside from the main attractions, the Kelpies, castles and lochs are an added bonus. Highly recommended!

Great experience. Really knowledgeable and interesting guide. Couldn’t believe how much we learned and saw in the 12 hours. The rest stops are a bit limited food wise, so if you have any allergies or special dietary requirements definitely stock up before hand. If you don’t though, then you’ll find something easily at each place. Would recommend and do again. The day flew by.

The tour was informative and the sights were pretty cool. We purchased the extra ticket for the boat ride at Lochness, but were unable to go because of "windy conditions". Now, I don't know how to get a refund as I wasn't told how to go about requesting it online.

This was an absolutely amazing experience! I cannot recommend it enough. Our tour guide Allen was so knowledgeable and kind, and we learned so much from him. The views are stunning, sure to take your breath away, and the stops are spaced out nicely so that you don’t get restless on the bus. The small villages and towns are beyond charming. Frankly, even upon returning to Edinburgh after a long 13 hour day, I would have turned around and done it all over again.

Our first time in Scotland and Edinburgh, what a wonderful experience. Pity it was only a 4 day visit as in hindsight, we could easily have spent a good two weeks there ; so much going on in Edinburgh, gourmet cuisines, Museums ( some free entry),beautiful architecture, Castles and an easy of getting around either by walking or public transport. Then the highlight of our visit, the Lock Ness, Glen COE and Highlands tour with Gary..our Driver and Guide who showed an exceptional knowledge of the History of places and peoples. This was a 12.5 hour round trip with lots of "pit" and photo opportunity stops. Gary kept us entertained throughout the journey with his commentaries and wit.

Great trip with beautiful stops on the way. The highlight of the day is definitely the Urquhart Castle and Loch Ness. We were lucky to have beautiful sunny weather and the views were breathtaking. One of the best experiences we've had on our first trip to Scotland, recommended! We will be back! This tour exceeded all our expectations, being able to take in so many wonderful sights in a packed day was an unforgettable experience, the stops and also the sights on the coach were breathtaking, Loch Ness, Urquhart Castle, and Glencoe are places everyone should visit and soak in if they can. The tour was wonderfully paced and the tour guide David, a genuine kilted Scotsman was friendly, welcoming, and assuring throughout the whole day and he made the whole tour that much more special. He wanted to make sure everyone had the best experience on the day and was very informative with the historical knowledge he shared with us all on the coach on the way to the various stops. Priceless guide and I hope we visit again and tour with him again. One thing to note for those who can suffer vehicle sickness, the coach is very big, and due to how it can bounce around on some of the roads.

It was absolutely amazing! Seeing the Highlands and Loch Ness was so impressive, the nature was breathtakingly beautiful. Throughout the tour on the bus was pleasant as well as Erin provided us with all sorts of interesting facts and explanations about the surroundings and history of Scotland. It was amazing! I would recommend to bring your own lunch as time flies by on the stops you make so you can spend the time on eating and enjoying the breaks instead of standingin the queue to get food. I would also make a visit to the toilet a priority at every stop as the other touring busses stop at the same places you'll often have to wait in line for things. I would definitely recommend this trip. Its nice to be out of the city if you go there for a week and because it has given our first stay in Scotland(Edinburgh) a way more complete view of this amazingly beautiful country!

My sister and I really enjoyed this trip. We knew beforehand that it was a long drive and that most of the time would be spent on the bus so that wasn’t a surprise. Of course we wished we had more time for pictures or more stops in the highlands of Scotland, but for a day trip it was amazing. Our guid and driver, Peter, was amazing, he had lots of useful information (historical, geographical, technical, fun facts) and he even played some scottish music for us. For lunch we went to the Bridge Cafe, the food there is amazing, perfect comfort food. We had the leek and potatos soup and it was just what we needed as we watched the drizzle outside. Loch Ness has a breathtaking view, we could not make ourselves leave the place. We are so glad we decided to choose this trip.

Chris P was an amazing driver. He knows all about his country and history. His way to speak it is a lot of fun. This guy has a lot of humor. Be aware that the trip is rather long (500 km) but the good thing is you will see a great variation of the highland. Enjoy

It was a rainy day but our driver was so interesting and told us about extra details along the route to Glencoe and Loch Ness. The only challenge was we had inconsiderate other riders who talked the whole way making it difficult for some of us to hear him. I don’t think he could hear them, but maybe drivers could just remind bus riders to consider others if they wish to converse. I moved to the back of the bus behind the rude passengers where I could hear his comments/answers better.

Very good tour in general, spectacular landscapes to take your breath away, but most of the time is spent inside the bus, understandable by the distance between round trip. A trip worth it to get to know the highlands and Loch Ness region. However, there are some points that are worth highlighting so that it can be improved, the "Lunch" that actually shouldn't even have that name, in fact is nothing more than "bread, ham and sauce" besides potato chips, should be informed better in the details, it is not worth taking this option. For the price you pay on the tour, at least they should offer water and they didn't even have that. Another thing that bothered me a lot was not being able to recline the seat, informed by the guide (so as not to disturb the colleague in the back). I've never seen a situation like this, I thought it left something to be desired due to the long journey. In the most worth it for the landscape and the place. And the option with cru

The tour guide, Michael, was excellent. Great driver, entertaining and knowledgeable. Felt 4.5 hours on a bus one way to look at a lake and a fair bit of commerce was a bit much. The info along the way and the highlands saved the day. I think the tour company should have warned about boat ride tickets before we left Edinburgh as we couldn't buy them later as they were sold out by the time we got to Fort Augustus.

Really great tour! Euan our tour guide was very well spoken and educated on Scottish history. The bus ride was a little long, but was well worth it because of the frequent outstanding stops for pictures and snacks. We spent the extra 20 quid for the Loch Ness boat tour and that was also well worth the cost.

Saw a lot of the Scottish Highlands even in 12 hours, beautiful sceneries, informative and helpful driver who didn't speak too much or too little. I just wish we had more time to explore the loch area, we only had 60-70 minutes, and if you did the boat trip, you didn't have time to walk around the lake or the village after, or grab some local food, because you had to get back on the bus immediately. Also, instead of the many photo stops we took, I would put more frequent bathroom breaks. We only had 3 in 12 hours and they too were unevenly spread out.

This was a fun tour and great if you don’t have much time to fully visit the highlands. I would have liked more time at the viaduct and memorial, and at Glencoe, and less time at the shops/eating areas where there wasn’t much to do other than buy food or souvenirs.

A quick day trip into the highlands to get a taste of the region. Definitely worth the time and money. Our driver/guide Stephen was entertaining and friendly. He clearly loves his job and enjoys what he does. The bus is fairly small and not very comfortable for such a long day, but it’s ok. There are no washrooms on board but our driver made plenty of stops to accommodate us. There are no foot rests or USB chargers on the bus so be prepared as it is a long day with lots of time spent on the bus.

A great way to see the highlands, entertaining stories about every point of interest on the way, well timed stops, breath taking scenery, discounted tickets for boat on Loch Ness, great recommendations where to eat and what to explore on stops. The mood on board was great, was a packed bus of happy people. My children are 8 & 9, they found it a long day, we all did but it was worth every minute.

Amazing tour! Our guide Ryan was very kind, funny and helpful! He told great stories and played some music on the bus. Made some stops at beautiful photo-spots, got to feed some hairy cows and visit some great places in the highlands. We even tried Whiskey ice cream. A perfect tour for a peek into Scotland’s amazing nature and excited culture!

This day trip absolutely fantastic! Our tour guide Scott was great, his stories were funny and informative and his music taste exquisite! It was a looong day spent in a bus, but the scenery behind the window was breathtaking. The stops we made were great and the views just gorgeous:) I also took the Loch Ness cruise, which was also fun! As a solo traveler 10/10 would recommend:)

It was excellent. John, our guide, was amazing when he talks you can feel the passion about Scotland, his pride to be Scottish. He entertained us all day long with stories, legends and facts about the highlands and Scotland in general. I loved the experience

Now every time I hear Bridge over troubled water I'll think of crossing the Forth bridge in Scotland. Because Brian knew what songs to play at the proper moments and is excellent at creating memories, his storytelling was exceptional. He has a way of rousing the crowd to make it an enthusiastic and enjoyable experience. Most notably he's a proud Scotsman and made me feel proud to be a MacDonald. It was evident that he is the right man for the job, enjoys himself and I highly recommend him as a tour guide. I hope he was appropriately tipped.

It was a long tour but with plenty of stopping (about every 2h on average). Scott was very energetic and had a lot of info to share. Great driver. Music playlist was great (please, share!). Phone chargers on the bus were not working. Glen Coe definitely worths a separate visit. Overall, it was great to get a glimpse of different parts of Scotland, including the Loch Ness.

Such a fun and entertaining day exploring the Scottish Highlands. Ryan was our guide and he was a blast. Playing great local music and telling stories of William Wallace and Robert the Bruce. The scenery is spectacular and the trip on Loch Ness a highlight. Would definitely recommend!

Such a fun trip! We got to see lots of different spots and got a lot of historical information via our guide, Scot(t?). He was full of dad jokes and Braveheart tidbits, and it was very fun. There's so much to see that you end up a bit rushed, but it's worth it for having such good guides.

If you are have limited time in Edinburgh, don't want to trouble yourself with driving and love to hear stories about the highlands, then this is it! With no doubt, Steve is a wonderful person who have tons of knowledge and histories to share with you. Also, he's very funny, very Scottish, he said, I quote "know how to speak Gaelic". He also can point to you which shops sell the best chippy and bread! The only reason I wouldn't recommend this trip is if you have motion sickness because highlands can be a little snake pass. But hey! That's a thrill for some others ;)

Extremely helpful - the tour company is lucky to have such a charismatic and helpful employee. I will book another tour with your company and hope Alex is the tour representative again! Thanks Alex - all your well researched Scottish stories shall stick with me!

Great trip with awesome commentary. Highly recommend if you are new to Scotland and want to see as much as possible. Don’t rely on the places you stop to get food as there are very limited options and some stops there was not enough time to be able to line up, order and eat in the short time frame you were given, in particular the ‘dinner time’ stop.

At first I thought 12 hours would be a long trip to take, and going in winter with less sunlight would make it less enjoyable. But the time was well worth it and the winter experience added to the excitement as there was changes from place to place along the way, from rain to snow, overcast to clear blue skys. Our tour guild was very good and with a wonderful way of sharing history and local knowledge. Highly recommended and will treasure my trip.

We had a fantastic day with Steven B who was funny and informative! We liked the stories mixed with the history, and adding the music was a great touch too! Lots of stops and we saw more than expected from the road, including the Kelpies and lots of castles as well as the gorgeous scenery of the Highlands. Definitely worth visiting Urquhart Castle and doing the Loch Ness boat tour (optional extras).

The tour was amazing, we were lucky enough to travel with William as our guide who was simply brilliant. He taught us so much about the history of Scotland throughout the day and I'm pretty sure he's also a comedian as he kept us laughing from start to finish. The only thing I would change is that it would have been nicer to have more time at Glen Coe and less at one of the other stop off breaks, otherwise perfect! Great way to see the sights and learn at the same time. Would 100% recommend to all.

Rory was our tour guide and he was brilliant. Gave us loads of information and stories of the history of places as we passed them. He gave us plenty of time at each stop and kept us fully informed of where we were/going. He played some grate music and had some funny jokes. It was the best bus tour I've ever been on and I can't recommend him highly enough.

Murray the driver was amazing the whole way through the trip. Telling us about all the things we passed as Joking as we went as well. The views are amazing. only thing we would have changed was the waiting around at Loch Ness as we didn't want to do the castle or boat trip and all there is is a shop and cafe. so entertaining yourself for an hour and a half was a bit tricky, but that's not Murrays fault. He was great. it was a lovely day out and worth the money

The beauty of the Scottish Highlands is so spectacular I will definitely be back again. Make sure you chose the boat cruise and visit the castle. Both are awesome. Cruising on Loch Ness was gorgeous and serene. The weather was perfect and stops along the way were also fabulous. Loved every minute.

A great trip that is definitely worth going on. Breathtaking views, fantastic guide. Very sociable, he had a lot of funny jokes in his party, but also stories about the area told in an interesting way, there was also some Scottish music on the board of the bus. Great atmosphere. Only the stops could be slightly longer in one place and shorter in another.

Our guide was energetic, informative about history and funny. He made sure we knew enough to get the most out of each stop, the scenery along the way, and to eat well while still keeping things on schedule. It was a highlight for our group of 5 to be able to just take it all in, at a reasonable pace, and to see first-hand why Outlander wisely made use of so many incredible venues and scenery in Scotland. I'd do a Rabbie's tour again anytime, and use Getmyguide on my jaunts around the world. Fabulous!

Our tour guide Robbie was very informative, he even told us about how Scotland formed geographically millions of years ago, and how that affected its climate and landscape. I was amazed to hear the highlands of Scotland formed from a piece of land once connected to North America, and that's why you can find granite rock there, while the lowlands of Scotland formed from a different geological "event" and therefore has a different landscape. You can read more about it at Wikipedia--fascinating info! Robbie played the "Outlander" main theme music on the way home and it gave me goosebumps. I told him this and he said his mother used to sing this melody to him as a lullaby when he was a child. Wish I was back in Scotland--life there is so much more tied to history than in the US, and therefore every moment there feels more significant and fulfilling. Hard to describe, but maybe some will understand my meaning.

My mom and I had a great time on the Outlander tour. We went on this tour not because it featured properties that were featured in the TV series, but because we wanted to visit these properties. The tour guide and driver were amazing (David Ewan) and they made the day so much fun with their great personalities and stories. It was a great tour to go on whether you are a fan of the TV series or if you just want to see some really interesting historical sites.

Our tour guide, Lizzy, made the whole day SO MUCH FUN. My sister and I flew over to Scotland from our Dublin vacation for just the day. We had the absolute best day touring the filming locations with Lizzy at the helm. As we drove she'd share interesting tidbits of history or Outlander stories. Her being an Outlander superfan helped to make the day extra special. We loved the whole experience! Can't recommend the day highly enough.

Exciting and beautiful bus tour…. Also great for non Outlander fan..... Lallybroch was ok..... Not much to see. Blackness Castle is absolutely great... Culross is super small but nice - beautiful for a walk... Doune Castle with an audio guide is interesting. linlitgowth-Castler unfortunately closed, but still nice to look at from the outside. Tour highly recommended. Our tour guide Jan was very friendly and told interesting stories... Everything was perfect

I might be willing to give a 5-star review if our tour guide Barbara hadn’t started out the tour by loudly complaining about how much she hated Outlander, the main characters, or the lead actor himself. Completely unnecessary, rude, and downright insulting considering the fact all of us had paid a large sum for a magical Outlander specific tour. Incredibly unprofessional and downright insulting to the fans of the show and book. Would consider another Rabbie tour because of the small size, but would honestly ask for a refund if I was stuck with Barbara for another 8 hours. Actual tour was great, sites worth seeing, but Barbara sucked, for a lack of better term.

A great day despite one castle not bejng accessible on the day. Eric was an amazing guide; personable, funny and very knowledgeable about Scottish history. Would recommend the trip to all Outlander fans and also those interested in castles in general. As a note the tea-room in Culross needs a mention. At the end of a cold day this unpretentious little place offered the best cheese scones and coffee we've tasted in the UK by far. Thanks for a grand day!

Was a great trip. The guide was great, gave a lot of information. There were many sights to see and the short trip down the Thames was nice too. Everything was super organized. The ride in the LondonEye was also great, no waiting. Only the place of departure was unfortunately wrongly described, it started at a different gate. It was a bit stressful to find out, but it worked out in the end.

Me and my family went on this tour 2 adults and 2 children (9+15). I’m so glad we had booked this tour it was really exceptional, we all enjoyed it very much. The tour man was great he was very good at his job. Sorry forgot his name. The cruise down the river Thames was also amazing the guy on there made us all very welcome and pointed out all the different place down by the river. Amazing. Finally we had the London eye booked on our tour. (Don’t be put off by the queue) the queue was really long but went down in no time. This was an amazing experience. I’d highly recommend this tour it’s great. Thanks again for an amazing experience.

Even though the filming locations went through the heavy London traffic, there wasn't a single minute that was boring. The incredibly spontaneous, lively and funny nature of our tour guide Lotti contributed to this, which could report from a rich treasure of anecdotes, curiosities and insider knowledge from the Harry Potter films. And as with many comparable tours, this was not profane and boring, but really interesting! For example, next to the Millenium Bridge (Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince) was the London School of Westminster, on which actor Daniel Radcliffe had gone to school. Lotti also knew a lot about the shooting and the casting (in which she had participated for the role of Luna Lovegood herself and had been in the last 10 competitions). Overall, a great trip despite the rainy weather!

Lottie was an excellent tour guide, apart from being a slytherin. You could tell she was a massive Harry Potter fan. She was so excited throughout the tour. Her knowledge was excellent and she made everyone feel included. The tour itself was very interesting and I learnt quite a lot of things I didn’t know, not just about Harry Potter, but about London and some of its buildings. We got off the coach a few times to explore further some things we couldn’t see from the coach.

A very entertaining ride with interesting facts about Harry Potter. The Tour Guide Lotti is super personable and just great with children. The tour is in English and consists of a bus ride and drop-off points at locations that appear in the films. We were unlucky with the weather. It was pouring rain. That was very uncomfortable for getting in and out, as you carried more luggage (umbrella) with you and the wet things did the rest.

Richard, our guide was very knowledgeable and interesting. He had many anecdotes to tell and could answer all questions. The bus was comfortable. When there were downtimes on the m bus, he would put videos giving additional details. The only problem is that we arrived at the King Cross 9 3/4 store when it was closing so we couldn't really get in.

We enjoyed our guide Tom very much. He knew a lot about Harry Potter and about the city of London. He really made the tour for us. Before the Tour starts, you will be sorted into Gryffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw just like in the first movie. During the tour you will be asked questions about the films and in the end one of the groups will win. During the tour you will also see fragments of the films and you can see in real life where the fragment was recorded. This is really super fun and special to experience.

Our guide, Tom, was obviously very knowledgeable about Harry Potter and the city, but his enthusiasm, wit, and kindness really made this tour one of the highlights of our whole trip. My sweetheart and I can be a bit shy, so this was a great way to coax us into visiting both sides of the Thames, hopping on the tube, and getting eyes on a more bustling part of London. Our only regret is that we scheduled the tour the last day of our trip instead of the beginning.

The tour started a bit delayed at we were waiting for others to arrive but once it got going it was brilliant. Louis made us feel welcome by starting with a Harry Potter quiz and as we walked he pointed out some local London sites. The speed was good and you stop regularly so you can’t get lost. The tour covers a wide variety of locations from filming locations to destinations that inspired JK Rowling. At various points you will be reminded of the films using clips shown on a. iPad. This makes the tour very accessible, even if you haven’t watched or read Harry Potter recently. When crossing Millennium Bridge look out for the chewing gum art! I also particularly enjoyed the whomping willow in the beautiful garden surrounded by Tulips! Couldn’t have asked for a friendlier, more knowledgeable guide.

Got to Oxford first. The time spent in Oxford felt short, but then again I guess there’s never enough time to see everything. Our tour guide was exceptional. He gave us about an hour of guided tour and then we were free to roam for about 2 or 3 hours. Since this is a Harry Potter tour, I recommend paying the ticket price for Christ Church, while a bit on the expensive side, you will see the stairs leading into Hogwarts and the great hall. I also recommend paying the £2 to see The Divinity School. And for a magnificent view of Oxford I would recommend paying to see the top view of Oxford at the university Church of St. Mary. The WB studio is of course the main attraction in this tour and definitely worth the cost. It is something you have to see in person.

A super organized tour, tour guide Rachel was wonderful, funny and highly motivated - we also learned a lot of new things and felt in good hands throughout. We first drove to Oxford in a minibus (which also has charging facilities), toilet break included, had an interesting tour there and free time for lunch and then we went on to the studios, which are gigantic, for just under an hour. The surcharge for the tour/transport alone is definitely worth it and we had a great vacation day!

Everything was as described. The trip went nice and smooth. It was really lovely to walk around Oxford. We have to come back to see more of this town. Both guides, the one on the bus and the one who walked us around Oxford were really good and professional. The Harry Potter studio was also a great experience, with lots to see. I wouldn’t recommend to buy a digital guide though, we hardly listen to it at all. For us it was much nicer to just walk around and read the signs and listen to the stories from either the screens or the guides standing around.
