After being dropped off by the taxi in totally the wrong place we had a 30min walk in the heat to the meeting point and missed our start time! Phoned ahead though and Xclusive Yatchts were great and moved us to the next slot at no charge so we didn’t have to rush. Our 10 year old was suffering a bit with the heat and once again the staff were very helpful with getting him some cool water and a seat in their air conditioned lounge, and he was soon feeling fine again. This was one of the cheaper activities we did whilst in Dubai but one of those we enjoyed the most, so don’t hesitate get it booked! Using the app was very straightforward and great value compared to other prices we had seen.

First time in dubai and we had the best time with our driver abdul. He is literally the best. He made this experience fun & we recommend him always. Each part of this excursion he got us to go first, so there was no waiting. My husband and i loved this.

Combination ticket good value booked 11.00am viewing with no time limit on how long you stay. Arrive with plenty of time of booking time as although booked online still need to queue to get printed tickets. Queues are long with lots of walking the lifts are too crowded. Views are amazing. Entrance to Aquarium can be taken any time on the same day. Aquarium was ok can also be viewed from the mall but then you don’t get to see the zoo and go through the under water tunnel. Spent the rest of the day at the mall catching the evening fountain show.

I really liked the safari tour. Ali's driver was super, joking all the way. I took fantastic photos and videos in the desert. The driver is very, very cool. Everything was organized by the minute. Stop the show program. The BARBECUE dinner is good. There are a lot of positive emotions and impressions left. I advise everyone to go on safari with this company! Thank you for your good organization of our holiday.

Loved everything about this experience. Scenic views from the Dubai airspace. If in Dubai one have to experience the helicopter ride. Highly recommended. Love everything about this deal. From start to finish.

He was our tour guide. He gave us great information throughout the tour and safety instructions were easy to follow. The quad bikes were a highlight. He’s great at taking photos and creating memories. Had unlimited free drinks throughout the 5.5 hour tour. Highly recommended.

We bought tickets for the time of 9:30 (August), the time was so good that there was not a single person at the checkout, we also rode together in the elevator, it seemed that we were just vip there were several people at the very top and that's it, we stayed there for an hour and going back down saw what they write about in other reviews unreal crowds of tourists. Therefore, I can say earlier morning is perfect if you don't like crowds of tourists.

I booked this Yatch tour for my daughters 30th Birthday, excellent instructions and prompt email with all information on booking, this was an excellent Yatch tour, well organised after meeting point, staff were attentive throughout helping with photographs, excellent views and very close for viewing of Burj al Arab. Food was excellent for lunch BBQ and drinks water and soft drinks provided. Overall I would definitely recommend this tour and booking this was excellent.
