I am usually very pedantic when it comes to being punctual, I was using my foreign laptop computer to book this trip, my time was 2 hours behind Dubai time on it, so I booked a trip for 1pm and it was already 1:10 pm, so I walked to the office expecting to be turned away saying you should have made sure of your times mate, but no such thing I got my boarding passes for the next trip. Exceptional service Xclusive Yachts and thanks me hearties.

We were with Sameer who took us right on time, explained the route and provided exceptional service, addressed every request and answered every question. The quid bike trip was excellent, we surfed in the sand and we did camel ride. The complex was pleasant, clean and the food was excellent. Sameer was perfect.

Don’t get me wrong you got a great view of the fountains but if I’m honest - I think I would have rather saved my money and just watched them from the sides like everyone else. You share the boat with other people too so they’re all trying to take pictures too. So for me it wasn’t bad, I would have just rather watched it from the sidelines and moved on when it had finished. The boat ride doesn’t take you anywhere you can see from the sides.

Excellent morning spent Dune bashing and sand boarding. Met promptly at our hotel following clear communication this evening before around exact timings. Our host was a friendly guy, who was more than happy taking pictures of us in the desert!

The line to exchange the voucher can be a bit long. Also, the queueing process at the lake can be a bit chaotic. Don't worry, there are plenty of boats to go around. Each boat is on the lake for the same duration - first out, first back to unload. Great experience, right in the show!

Our guise was a brilliant tour guide and offered to take loads of photos and constantly giving us refreshments. Would recommend the day safari as it is enough to do especially in the heat and your back in time to enjoy the rest of your evening! 10/10 service.

Would like to start by thanking the cruise company as the taxi we were in to get there took a wrong turning so we just missed out on our initial cruise. Staff were quick to rectify & allow us to return the next day - thank you. The cruise we went on was good & had plenty of food to choose from. It wasn't full and we felt safe - masks had to be worn when going for food. A good little trip despite the issues we had with getting there!

Our guide Akbar was very friendly. He made our Dessert safari experience so good and one of the best activities we did in Dubai. I had a 7yr old and a 1yr old daughter with me and we were in safe hands. I was worried about Dune bashing with kids but he mentioned I can wait in the waiting area with the kids while my husband and siblings go ahead with it. It was a very clean and safe place with air con on and drinks , dates provided also with bathroom facility. I was worried about heat so chose the latest time which was 2.30pm and so glad I did as the heat was bearable and we got to see the sunset too with pictures taken by him that will be memorable. The pictures on our phones looked so professional! Thank you for making our trip wonderful! Syeda
