I had a great experience and enjoyed the journey. I signed up last minute with friends and the team of the safari was very fast responding and cooperative with us. In the four hours journey I was able to experience so much fun with friends from sand surfing and camel raiding and the skate road to it was fun. Definitely not my last time and would try the seven hours trip next time for sure!

First time in a Desert and we really enjoyed every single time from the pick up to the end. Our guide was the best he did everything to make us like it wasn’t the first time we recommended it to you you will enjoy it as mush as possible. Mr Rashid was our guide.

Was a great experience, Iqbal , our guide was amazing and guided us very well , telling us the versions landscapes as we made our way to our activities . Quad biking was great and the camel ride was great. The Dinner and Fire and dance show at the end was thrilling. Overall a 10/10 purchase and recommend to anyone .

We have just returned from the desert Safari and it’s been an amazing experience. Couldn’t fault our guide (Nazid), He was so professional and precise with everything that he did. His driving over the sand dunes was brilliant. He looked after me and my family all day making our experience a perfect one, thank you Nazid! Quad biking , Camel ride, Sand dune bashing, sand boarding , desert BBQ and live entertainment, WHAT A DAY! Highly recommended, book now you wont be disappointed Again thanks to our guide Nazid for a day we will never forget.

Overall the experience was amazing value for money. The camp was really nice and the food was excellent. The dune bashing was fun but we didn't get much time to sand surf. If I could do it all again I definitely would but I'd probably skip the quad bikes, there were long queues to get a quad and I the location was overcrowded.

Unique experience. Extreme quality. Our guide, Mr Imram, was very kind, attentive, polite, and even commented on curiosities of the places we passed along the way. Dinner was a feast of food from various countries. The entire safari team took great care of us. In the end we were still able to see Jupiter and the Moon through powerful telescopes. I totally recommend the tour.

My husband and I went on the tour yesterday. Simply not enough good things to say about the experience. Shihab was out tour guide. He ensured our safe arrivals, departures ,was always on time, and informative. He did everything with a smile on his face and made the experience incredible. He took some breathtaking photos of my husband and I and truly cared about making us have the best possible tour. Food was lovely, fire show was nice, make sure to get a great tour guide like Shihab to elevate the evening.

I had an excellent time on the safari with my wife. We had Inaam as our tour guide. He picked us up from the hotel and told us about various spots in Dubai along the way to the desert. He was very friendly and professional. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend.

I booked a tour Sunday morning and Wahab was my guide. Wahab was an amazing guide, he was very charismatic, funny, cheerful and helped us the whole time. The tour itself was amazing, we starting off with exhilarating ATV ride, a fun camel ride, insane dune bashing and also refreshments and water were provided the whole way. We also got the chance to take many photos.

The best experience I’ve ever had. Nasser was such a great driver and a good person, he also brought my phone back to my hotel after I forgot it in his car. Not to mention that he was already home. Besides this, the food, the people, the shows, everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend it and I would do it a hundred times again. Thank you.

Our tour was beyond amazing with our guide YASIR. Yasir reached out to us a day before to get us ready for the adventure. He was really punctual as he picked us from hotel and dropped us back on time. The overall experience with Yasir and his company was wonderful and I would recommend everyone to book a tour with him. This safari was easily the highlight of my trip to Dubai. You got to experience a little of everything and had ample time to do so. Our guide, Abid Wahid, was amazing. He really went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. I’d highly recommend this particular safari, if you find yourself debating like we were. You won’t be disappointed!

Had so much fun today. Absolute highlight of our honeymoon. We recommend for every tourist going to Dubai. So many activities, food and excitement and got more than our moneys worth. I had such a wonderful day trip with Fahad! He makes sure that we had everything we wanted and he gives us a lots of insides about the emirate culture. I had so much fun on the dunes and I loved the evening at the camp. I recommend this day trip for tourists and locals.

This was an excellent experience. They really take care of you and provide lots of water and drinks. The food at the camp was really good too and I think the chefs are great. We also need to recognise the ladies at the camp who cook and do henna and greet guests were very polite and friendly. making our experience even nicer. I would recommend but I'd also advise trying to stay cool as possible. The desert gets very hot. The camels are lovely and very docile. Also the bird is really nice.

Just awesome from inception, the company we booked provided exceptional hospitality, they kept us updated and very responsive. Our tour pick up time was confirmed the evening before, and Abid Wahid, our driver and guide took care of the rest. Very welcoming, he approached us at the lobby of our hotel then provided the best service above expectations, never felt rushed or needed to keep up with their communication. While driving he spoke of their history and explained what we needed to know. This is a must do activity and it will be memorable for people who are reading this review. Oh and Abid is great at taking photos.

This tour company went beyond what I expected. Their communication is exceptional even at 2:30 in the morning! Gamal was our guide (14yrs experience), extremely nice, friendly, and helpful. He made my experience feel like a private tour in many ways. This company is fortunate to have his dedication.

safari was a blast! My wife and I enjoyed our time with our guide! We had a lot of fun dune bashing and sand boarding with other guests from around the world. The dinner we had was spectacular. The best part was relaxing and smoking hookah in the desert. I would definitely recommend this experience for anyone who is visiting Dubai.

An excellent and a memorable expirence at Dubai desert. Our guide made us feel very comfortable from moment he picked us and throughout the camp experience. A fun and thrilling ride dune bashing with Yasir behind the wheels. The talks over bonfire with falcon giving us company under midnight sky just made it a pleasant and unforgettable experience to hold onto. The facilities, entertainment, food, tent was very enjoyable with hospitality of crew. Thanks for a memorable one.

It was perfect. From the first to the last moment we enjoyed every moment. I can highly recommend our guide as a tour guide. It was our our highlight. Especially the dune bashing, the fire at night and the breakfast the next morning in the Bedouin tent. Book it- you will love it

This was the highlight of our trip. I was skeptical about sleeping in the desert overnight but I was completely wrong. I enjoyed every minute of it from the dune bashing to the buffet and the camel ride. I met some amazing people along the way and I recommend this excursion 1000%. A special shoutout to our travel guide who made sure that we had everything we needed. He was professional, knowledgable and punctual. The whole trip far exceeded my expectations! The staff, organization, activities, and food were fantastic. My (mom and two daughters) report: Our guide/driver/dune surf instruction Siddik communicated pickup time, and arrived promptly. The dune bashing was fun and my kids enjoyed it too. After the drive on the dunes, a quick photo shoot, and on to try sand sledding and surfing. The photos made my day! Siddik coaxed the kids into position and took awesome photos! He also convinced me, mama, to try sand surfing after my 11 year old nailed it on the first try. At the camp, there are people from all groups (same company though), with shisha, henna, beverages, souvenirs, a falcon to pose with, etc for no extra charge! We were assigned a table and called to dinner and dessert interspersed with shows on the stage.

I highly recommend this experience, everything was beyond expectations, lot of activities were included in the price, great great deal for what they offer. our tour guide also took the experience to a whole other level. he is such a great person and friendly and funny and great filmaker and photographer. He took amazing shots of us to commemorate the moments. the food, the camel rides, the shows, the welcome tea and Arabian coffee on point. The shisha with the stars was great. Book this experience and if you can get you will be lucky...

I had an absolute blast with our guide! He went above and beyond to make sure today was a comfortable, fun, and safe experience! He took us dune bashing and seemed to be the best driver there! We also went sandboarding, and he also helped me to take photos and sunset photos since my phone wasn't working! I couldn't reccomend this trip! food was absolutely amazing, and the dancing was great- I especially loved the belly dancing and campfire! The campfire was very cozy and the staff were fun to talk to :) they even made a private bed for me.

The activity should be mandatory for all visitors to Dubai. The experiences are second to none and the memories will last forever. The option to do quad biking is definitely one that should be taken up, getting let loose on the dunes is a great way to start the experience before the roller coaster that is the dune bashing in the Land Cruiser. The scenery is breathtaking and there's plenty of photo opportunities while you try sandboarding. From there it gets a lot more leisurely with a camel ride then the evening entertainment which is not to be missed, the fire dancer, tamoura dancer and belly dancer were all excellent and a great way to spend the time between eating.

The experience was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend the overnight experience. Our guides were phenomenal hosts. This experience was like none other, the food was plentiful, delicious and wholesome. The activities are engaging and fun. Rafeeq was a more than our tour guide he was our friend and made the experience feel like we were visiting a friend who made us feel very welcome and comfortable. His driving skills during Dune Bashing made for an extra special time. When we come back to Dubai we would love to be. I recommend this experience to anyone thinking about it.

Fabulous! Our guide was fantastic. He explained every detail at each stop. He provided fast facts about the UAE. He was a great driver in the dunes. Help us to feel comfortable sandboarding. Went on our safari trip yesterday. Had the most amazing tour guide, he was so knowledgeable, made sure we were comfortable and was friendly throughout. Would highly recommend the trip, a great day out to see the desert, use quad bikes, sand board and all finished with a camel ride, bbq and evening entertaining.

This is a MUST do!!DO!!! Absolutely amazing, our tour guide was the highlight of the excursion, put in his all to make sure ALL of us had a fantastic time. He has a great sense if humor which made the down time in the vehicle, more fun. The sand dunes are amazing, as well. I didn't really know what to expect, but this tour, made it to my top 3 of ALL TIME excursions.

Thank you so much for what has been an absolutely superb day and fantastic experience. 9 of us in our party are we are all extremely impressed. From the very beginning everything has been done with precision. The dune bashing (an experience not to be missed) then sand boarding (hilarious fun and some bruised egos abound) to the Beautiful Oasis which completely exceeded all expectations. Fun camel rides (can see what they are considered the ships of the desert). Great food and plenty of it along with all the complimentary drinks left us all with very satisfied bellies. Then the Shisha and show which acts just blew us away. Even got chance to handle the Falcon (awesome bird). Then a smooth ride back to the hotel fully rested. Really cannot thank you and the team enough. We will never forget this and will recommend to everyone we know intending a trip to the amazing Dubai.

We had amazing time thanks to our one and only Master of driving and Super care guide. He did all he can to make us feel comfortable in the desert, on the bike, on the camp and overall as attitude towards our group. We managed to touch and taste the local atmosphere with his guidance and wonderful sense of humor. The food on the camp was super tasty and all services included in the ticket were delivered on high level. Our great experience today wasn't being possible without the professional and warm attitude . We highly recommend him as driver and guide of this amazing experience in Dubai.

There are so many of these desert safaris to choose from that it's hard to get the right one. I can only applaud travels and our wonderful guide/driver. Guide is the most knowledgeable, friendly caring guide you could ask for. He happily answered every single question sent his way. While pointing out the wonders and the history of everything on our tour. The tour we went on was actually the red desert and Al Marmoom camp. What a fantastic experience my wife and I will cherish forever. Not only did we dune bash with our expert driver, sandboard down the dunes, see flamingos in the lakes, have a great bbq, watch amazing shows and see gazels on the way home.

The experience was amazing, Our guide was amazing and did a fantastic job throughout the tour. His driving skills are exceptional during the sand dunes bashing and the way he communicated and explained the detials was very helpful through out. He recommended the dune buggy as a very good experience instead of the quad bike and that was one of a kind experience. The sunset stop that he made was just surreal.

From the pick to drop off, I cannot fault this driver. Guide was both helpful and informative and would go out of his way to lend a helping hand. Guide is an exceptional host. Pick up was on time, the car was very clean, and smells great. He greeted us with water, charger cords to charge our phones, and made sure our safety was first. On the way to the tour, He has a lot of knowledge about the country and history of UAE. We got to the tour very safe, no hard brakes while driving and it was super smooth. You could go to sleep. During the tour , he explained everything very well, and he allowed the group to ask several questions and he always had the answers. Guide is the top host here and you're lucky to have him as your host if you get him. Thank you for your Amazing hospitality.

Did the Dubai Desert Safari in September, 2022. Picked up from hotel. About 45 minutes drive to area in desert where you can go for ride on Quad bike (optional). After this, drive over desert dunes in Toyota LandCruiser. Then, drive to camp where your can go for ride on a camel, a sumptuous Middle eastern BBQ feast is served. After dinner, relax and watch middle eastern entertainers, dancing etc. then drove us back to our hotel. Guide is a professional safe driver and I felt very comfortable with him at the wheel.

He went above woth his photography skills and was really personable and made the experience much better with little tips here and there to get the most out of it. All the activities involved were great too, if you are looking to ride a quad, book in advance to save paying premium on the day. We didn’t opt for it thinking we’d be fine without it but changed our minds when we got there, you wait for those booked it regardless. Even with the premium price, it was still worth it and again, guide was great here too. Highly recommend!

Fantastic day out. Great experience from start to finish. Quad bike rides firstly then drive through sand dunes plus sand boarding finished off with a camel ride whilst watching the sunset. Camp was just as described , Henna tattoos, shisha pipe , Buffett was delicious and few stage acts including belly dancers. Well worth the visit.

Arif was our driver for the day, we had a 3 year old child with us and he was very accommodating the entire way. His timing was efficient, his driving was excellent and we had the best time in our dessert safari. I would recommend this activity and company to anyone whose thinking to book. This experience was so awesome, everything was well organized, and our tour guy was very friendly. n We enjoy the performance along with the great food . my fiancé and my self had a great time . Tomorrow his birthday and he said this is the best birthday gift ever. Our first time in Dubai together and so far we having a good time.

We had a wonderful time on Ammar’s desert safari! Karim was our tour guide and did an absolutely amazing job showing us around. We started the tour with 30 mins on the quad bike in the desert (additional cost - worth it!) then we went dune bashing in the car. Karim let us know that the drivers have a special license to drive in the sand and go through annual training with the desert police so we felt very safe. We then had a chance to take pictures in the dunes and do some sand boarding which was so much fun. After sand boarding we drove to the camp grounds where we got to ride on the camels and enjoy the shows and dinner. The camel ride was a loop in a small circle but still a nice experience. The camp ground itself was awesome! They had henna tattoos, hookah, drinks and really great entertainment. Overall, my husband and I had a wonderful time. Definitely one of the best days we spent in Dubai! We can’t thank Karim enough for making our experience unforgettable :)

Nadeem was an amazing guide. He made our day fun and exciting. 7 hours of activities in the desert can seem overwhelming but All the activities were fun and for the right amount of time. Nadeem was also a world class photographer. He took the most amazing pictures to commemorate the day.

This desert safari was really nice. Our driver Zahid was amazing, he took care of us thruout our safari. The food and entertainment were good and it was fun driving in the dunes and riding camels. Would 100% recommmed, totally worth the money and an experience you can’t get downtown Dubai.

We had a very great time! Our guide Imran was very kind, professional, and attentive. He picked us up on time, made sure to tell us what to do and where to go and took great pictures for us. The shows were great and the camel ride was very sweet. Overall 10/10 experience.

Great fun in the desert. Our guide Karim was friendly and helpful. He made contact the day before confirming our hotel location and what time he will pick us up. He was very prompt and we had one stop to pick up other guests. It was an hour each way from our hotel, although it states experience lasts 7 hours it doesn't. 2 hours in transit and just over 4 hr of actual experience. It would have been nice to spend a bit more time in the desert with more stops to get out of car for photos. Quadbiking was the family favourite. A few tips - pay for quadbiking when booking, as it gets very expensive to pay on arrival. Take some cash, you will need it even if its just for ice lollies after desert ride. Wear trainers & not crocs/sandals. Take some cold water as the one provided was warm, not very quenching in the desert. Camel ride bit disappointing, short ride in a loop didn't last 5 mins. However, a wonderful experience and a must when in Dubai. Thanks Karim for looking after us so well.

It was without doubt the best value for money experience we have had in Dubai and we’ve done lots. Quad biking was great, adrenaline pumping sand duning, camel riding, sand boarding, fantastic sunset picture opportunities finished off with a lovely evening in the desert watching local entertainment and eating great food. It’s a must do. The guide we had was fantastic as well really tentative and helpful.

Arif was very friendly, very punctual and brilliant with communication. He explained everything very well and made sure the group were okay throughout the trip. The tour was so much fun and was so lovely to see Dubai away from all the high buildings. Arif gave us lots of information about Dubai as we drove to the desert. This was my favourite activity of the week. It’s a must when visiting Dubai!!! Our guide Khaled was fantastic so much so I left a key ring in the car and he dropped it into the hotel reception. He gave us great information and advice on what to do for our remaining days in Dubai.

Taj took the time to brief us on each scheduled activity, answer all our questions, and offer useful tips on how to maximize each experience. We started off with the ATV ride through the desert, then procedeed to do dune bashing, sand surfing, and camel riding, all of which was such great fun for the whole family!! I especially loved the dune bashing and the ATV ride! However, if you are faint of heart, you may want to consider skipping out on the dune bashing, lol. To then cap what was already a fun-filled day, we had the pleasure of indulging at the BBQ buffet dinner while watching a show of beautiful traditional dance performances...just an overall delight!! In short, our day's agenda was perfectly planned and executed! I would definitely recommend this activity for anyone visiting Dubai! "

First time in dubai and we had the best time with our driver abdul. He is literally the best. He made this experience fun & we recommend him always. Each part of this excursion he got us to go first, so there was no waiting. My husband and i loved this.

Great itinerary and highly recommended activity when visiting Dubai. Our driver Zahid was well organised and gave us instructions at each stop in the desert experience. I really enjoyed the dune bashing, sand boarding and the camp activities to end the night. The short camel ride was definitely a highlight as well as the amazing entertainment provided at the camp Al Jabal Village. The bbq dinner was superb, amazing food was provided and well organised. Just be prepared for various sellers approaching you selling various souvenirs etc

Abdul was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and was very respectful! He made sure we were all okay during the tour and also drove very safe! I would want to have Abdul again as my tour guide anytime we’re back in Dubai. Thank you so much Abdul!!

Felt super safe from pickup. Our driver was fab and lovely to our six year old daughter. We had a great day and definitely recommended. A must for desert pics too and no extra charges once you’re there as we’ve found with other experiences. Thank you

Imran was an amazing host, he kept in pod contact to arrange our lift and kept us up to date on when he would pick us up. He was very friendly and dealt with everything for us. He was by far the best dessert driver out of all the ones we were with. Imran was very helpful and took care of us at the desert camp , took all the photos of us on our phones and made sure we were sorted and comfortable at all times. He has a good taste in music for the ride in the desert and between the different locations. Wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again if we come back to Dubai. Overall amazing experience and a great host to help us make the most of the trip, our best one of the holiday.

Bawa our safari guide did a great job on the trip. He was a great driver, answered all our questions, and was very nice. The trip was excellent and all the activities were very exciting. There was plenty of time for everything and nothing felt rushed.

Absolutely fantastic day. Quad bikes were a great laugh. Desert Safari over the sand dunes was a thrilling experience. Sand boarding at the end was a fun experience but topped off by standing overlooking the surrounding miles of sand dunes with the sun going down. Malik was a fantastic guide. Even managing to find his son in the sand dunes during the desert Safari who had a puncture and helping him fix it. Malik was a great tour guide. Would recommend this. Wes, England

The day was fun & excellent as well as well organised. Nadeem was our driver who picked us up outside our hotel he was very helpful, friendly and took plenty of photos. He also made sure we had water constantly throughout the day and made sure they were cold bottles. Highly Recommend booking with this tour company.

A great way to spend half a day. Our driver Imran was very welcoming and provided much needed water. I did not intend to do the quad biking, but there was not much else to do so paid once at the site - it was good fun. I’d recommend buying a SheMagh; the seller ties it for you. It’s the best way to protect your head from the sun.

We had a wonderful experience exploring the desert with our guide Nadeem. Even the car sickness was fun :) Amazing experience and definetly a must trip when coming to Dubai! Our guide is amazing and I loved every part of it! It was too good amazing experience i wanted to go few for time sand boarding but I got sick I enjoyed it a lot

Excellent personal service from Nadim. Teenagers loved it, especially the quad biking. The safari brought a lot of happy screams and the camel ride was a short fun experience. Plenty of water on offer and lots of photo opportunities. Thoroughly recommend!

An enjoyable morning out for the family. Activity highlights were the quad biking and dune safari which were very good. The camel riding was OK, pretty short and setting wise could have been better (most of this was in car park area of quad bike location). Sand boarding was good tho given we did this in Summer...too hot really to do any more than one run but still fun. The driver for the day was very good and would give him 5 stars - he kept in good contact prior to the trip pickup via WhatsApp so no real hanging around for collection at hotel, and footwear advice in advance. He also kept us informed and good local knowledge and commentary/chat throughout the day on city sights / buildings / area etc etc. All in - recommend the trip

What a fantastic day! Our guide Nadeem collected us & gave us the full itinerary before we left so we knew exactly what was happening. We had a brilliant time, it is exactly as described, the camel ride is short but that’s all you need. The sand boarding is also short but that’s mainly because you have to walk back up the dunes in 35 degrees heat!! The guides were super friendly & helpful & always making sure we had all the photos we wanted. Highly recommended!

This is the second time booking with Ammar Tours and I could not fault them. Safety is my no.1 priority and that is something this company provides. The activities ran smoothly and on time. The price you pay and the things you do makes it damn cheap! I highly recommend this company and this activity and will be booking them everytime I visit Dubai. The guide was punctual but not the most friendliest person around. He had pop music playing out loud to avoid from chatting during the long car journey. We were not expecting a long conversation but just showing some landmarks will be nice during the long car journey. The camel ride was nice but too short - literally 3mins. All in all, a good experience but was not executed nicely.

We had a great time, Malik was a really good host. We hadn’t booked quad bikes but we are so glad we had the opportunity to add them when we were at the location. The dune bashing was great fun Malik’s driving was brilliant. Sand boarding was fun and camel ride was an experience we won’t forget. A very memorable day.

The desert safari is absolutely amazing! Well looked after by Imran the whole time! His excellent knowledge and care, helping us with photos and water the whole time. If you like camel riding, quad biking and sand boarding, then this is for you! 10/10 recommend!

Our guide was super friendly,courteous & prompt on picking us up from the hotel.He was Very knowledgeable about the history and places in Dubai & educated us throughout the tour.We had so much fun riding quads & learning to sandboard.Icing on the cake was the land cruiser ride over the dunes & eanjoy sunset followed by an awesome Middle Eastern bbq dinner to top it off we got to watch some amazing artists including Egyptian Tanoura,khaleegy & fire show performances while enjoying Shisha & dessert.

Our Safari tour was a made better by an experienced and friendly tour guide, who provide us with all the information about the place and enlighten us on the history and culture of the region. Our Safari trip wouldn’t have been as exciting if we did not have a tour guide as experienced. Thank you

We had an amazing time. The first day was fantastic with plenty of time for each activity. My favorite was the dune bashing which was a surprise because I didn’t really think it would be that fun. The food was good

I loved everything about the experience. My guide was really nice and took the best care of us. The Dune Bashing and sandboarding is really fun and Imran always made sure we are okay. The desert camp was beautiful and I liked that it wasn't too touristic as opposed to a different camp that I visited too. The food was delicious and so was the local tea/coffee. I loved the Shisha lounge, especially because we had it all to ourselves once the non-overnight guests left. I will for sure come back next time I'm in Dubai!

It was marvelous experience perfectly. At first, my wonderful guide picked me up at hotel with Toyota Land Cruiser, then we went to desert. I have never imagined I ride Toyota Land Cruiser in my life, because I don't need this. However there was necessity absolutely. Our splendid guide drived in the desert so technically, it made us so excited. Actually, we shouted a few times. It was like an attraction in Disney world or Universal Studio. If I could, I want to do again. After such stunned experience we did camel ride. Camels sat down for us, then we walked in the desert. Camels are so cute, I can't forget their cute eyes, long eyelash, fluffy ears... At the camp, we enjoyed hena tatoo, taking picture with falcon , super delicious Arabia dine and spectacles. Especially, I love that fire guy! I had special time, thanks to our amazing guide.

A fantastic desert experience that will allow you to understand the vast spaces and life in the desert. The camel rides, sitting in the camp among the tents, the food was all great, and if you get the opportunity stay for the night. You will appreciate the desert in the night like never before with all ots lights, sounds, smells and tastes of the shisha. Dune bashing with our guide was amazing. He is such a good driver - make sure to ask for him and pass him greetings from Lukas and the Polish family.

This is an outing that I would do again and again. It’s a fun time. The food is abundant and staff helpful and friendly. The sales kiosks are touristy so take that into consideration before buying souvenirs. We truly enjoyed the experience and it will be part of one of our upcoming adventure videos. We were especially lucky to be in the vehicle with wonderful people who quickly became friends. our guide, was experienced and knew how to make a trip go smoothly. He’s able to help his group find the best of each activity and is a wonderful help with photography. He has a level of knowledge that I think is exceptional. Be sure to plan at least an hour in the sheesha tent before bedtime. Lots of new friends to be made there!

We had a lot of fun. The tour is well organized and the bedouin camp is nice.Food was good. Our guide was also very friendly and attentive, provided interesting facts and contributed to a laid-back vibe that we were looking for. The whole experience was great.

This was the highlight of our Dubai trip. The whole experience was beyond amazing. Our guide was so attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made sure we don't lack any comfort every minute of the trip. The dune bashing and sandboarding filled me with adrenaline. But the best of all was the camel ride. You just can't get enough of it. And the great thing is that you can ask for as many rides as you want. The night activities were top, especially the fire dancer: he was incredible. I highly recommend sleeping over in the tent. The tiny bit of extra money you'll pay is totally worth it.

This was our best experience in Dubai (Dune surfing, shows, sleeping in the middle of the desert, excellent dinner & breakfast) and frankly I think the most important factor was your guide. Our guide was SUUUPERB. The trip coincided with my wife's birthday so I wanted to organise a surprise birthday cake for her in the middle of the desert. Guide arranged it all and to the perfection. He explained the history of the city and sites. Excellent driving skills on the red dunes. :)) You do feel the thrill. He took very good care of us during the camping, and was also very kind. I cannot stress enough how much it's important to get a very good guide for this trip. Thank you for creating this memorable journey.

Guide exceeded our expectations, from start to finish everything was 10/10. The dune bashing and sand boarding was so much fun and guide helped us to take photos. The camp was so lovely and everybody was so welcoming. The food was so enjoyable. The night time show was amazing the fire show was our favourite! The tour was absolutely amazing, he was on time at the hotel and pickup us up in a climated 4WD vehicle. Thereafter, we went to the camel ride and then did some dune bashing. Next was the photo stop and sandboarding. He is a very experienced driver and absolutely cares about the well being of his guests. He was our tour guide. He gave us great information throughout the tour and safety instructions were easy to follow. The quad bikes were a highlight. He’s great at taking photos and creating memories. Had unlimited free drinks throughout the 5.5 hour tour. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience. He was our guide and he made sure we feel comfortable and assisted us throughout the trip. I recommend including the quad ride in the desert, it is an unforgettable feeling. Nouman made sure we have water and even went out of his way to stop at starbucks as per our request on our way back. OMG. IT WAS AMAZING. NAVEED was our driver he was absolutely the best. He whats app me the time of pick up the evening before, he then whats app me when he was at the hotel outside the front. He was helpful, informative, polite, funny and very good at taking photos. ( he used my phone for the photos that I couldnt get, ) It was the best thing we did in Dubia and if I come back I will most definitely be doing it again This was 100% worth the money. Great safari! We were picked up from the hotel on time, drove to the place for a little less than an hour, there we rode on the sands for 30-40 minutes, and then additionally took another buggy and rode them, the driver is just super!!!

I really liked the tour! There were two of us, the driver Ahmed is just handsome! Cool drove us through the desert, took pictures and made a video. We got unforgettable emotions. If you want an Arafat for a man, then it is better to buy it in advance, for example, in the Dubai Mall they sell for 30 dirhams, and near the desert they already sell for 100.

Great trip to the desert. The whole program takes 4 hours. They drove along the dunes. The driver made us cool photos) the price and quality are Excellent.

A great option for a quick safari) where only the safari itself is real without dancing, food, camels, etc. We didn't have many days and we didn't want to spend half a day on an evening safari. And here we were already at the hotel at 11 am. And there's still a whole day ahead! The desert is beautiful! It's worth watching at least once, that's for sure!

Really enjoyed our morning desert experience which included quad bikes which were great fun, camel ride, sand boarding and dune bashing, our guide Sharaf was excellent, friendly and very knowledgeable and always checking we were ok. Lots of opportunities to take photos, Sharaf also took videos and photos for us. Pick up from hotel at 8am and back before midday. Would definitely recommend.

Everything ran very smoothly, from connecting prior pick up, to confirming 10 minutes before pick up time. Sandy was very serviceable, polite and fun. The tour is a great way to experience Dubai desert, 4 hrs is just a taste, so leverage your expectations. Only feedback is: Ask every client not to leave trash in the desert, if we bring rubbish, we should take it back.

Our guide Akbar was very friendly. He made our Dessert safari experience so good and one of the best activities we did in Dubai. I had a 7yr old and a 1yr old daughter with me and we were in safe hands. I was worried about Dune bashing with kids but he mentioned I can wait in the waiting area with the kids while my husband and siblings go ahead with it. It was a very clean and safe place with air con on and drinks , dates provided also with bathroom facility. I was worried about heat so chose the latest time which was 2.30pm and so glad I did as the heat was bearable and we got to see the sunset too with pictures taken by him that will be memorable. Great trip, Akku our driver sent us a message the night before to confirm collection time and was bang on time. Quads was great fun as was the camel ride and sand boarding but the best part was the Dune bashing, Akku can really drive

Great desert safari trip! Our guide Rashid was really great, explained the itinerary and arrived promptly for pick up from our hotel. It was our daughter’s first time trying quad biking and Rashid explained how to use the quad bike and put the girls at ease. We also did camel riding, and sand boarding. Rashid was very helpful teaching the girls sand boarding, they loved it. The dune bashing was great! Rashid is a very experienced driver and we felt very safe. We saw the sunset which was beautiful. Definitely recommend this trip to anyone wanting to go on a desert safari!

Our safari guide, Shoaib was very knowledgeable, kind and hard working. He made sure we made the most out of the safari experience. We got a good long camel ride, bike ride, sand dune bashing and sand boarding experience. He took a lot of photos for us and catered the experience according to our needs since we were travelling with 3 kids (5, 7 and 10). I was little unsure about how my youngest one would deal with August temperatures and sand dune bashing, but fortunately it was cooler than usual we could adjust thrill level according to the kids needs (my youngest one did surprise me! ) At the end of it all when my kids craved for ice cream, he made a stop and brought ice cream for all of us.

Had the most amazing time with Shoaib as our guide who took some amazing photos for us as well. The sand dunes driving was the best part and the evening entertainment absolutely brilliant and the kids loved the additional option of quad bikes. Definitely worth doing this experience!

The event was great. Our guide, Saeed vas very kind and helpful. First we went to the outskirts of the desert to ride quads and try out camel rides. Then we rode for dune bashing (heads up for sensible stomachs). Luckily our guide was very skillful in driving. After this, we stopped for sand boarding and pictures and spent the rest of the day at a camp for dinner, free shisha and dance spectacles.

What an experience!!! This trip was amazing from start to finish. There was communication via whatsapp a day before to tell us our meeting point and then our guide Shoaib introduced himself to us on the morning of the trip. He let us know when he was outside and explained everything to us. He was really friendly and spent lots of time with us takng pictures that we will treasure forever! The bbq food was gorgeous and the shows were great. There's a bit of a hard sell from some of the locals at the meeting point, but if you tell them no then they don't hassle you. Overall really great experience. Only thing I would say is it says this is suitable for people from the age of 1, but the warning in the car says its not suitable for those under 6. We had a 6 and 4 year old with us and they both loved it, but might not be suitable for tots or those who aren't fearless like my crazy two.

The desert safari is a must if you are in Dubai. After reading the reviews from various tour providers, I chose this one with our guide Shoaib. And it was a good choice. Shoaib was super helpful and friendly and took very good care of our needs, specially as I was travelling with children. Excellent communication even before the tour to introduce himself and advise of pick up time at the hotel. The safari itself was well organised and truly amazing.. one of the best activities we did in Dubai. If I go back, I'll do it again and will definitely look for Shoaib.

The whole trip was amazing!! Our guide Yasin was great! He ensured we were first in line everywhere and kept checking on us to make sure we were comfortable. We had camel rides, dune buggy rides, great dune bashing, photo ops and a good time at the camp.

Fantastic! Deffinently a must when visiting Dubai. Our guide was great and so helpful and friendly gave lots of tips for when things where happing, what was included and advised about appropriate pricing for the shalls and photos, as well as being a great driver. My boys (aged 1.5 and 3.5 years old) absolutely loved the dune rides and could of gone all day, the company supplied car seats at no extra cost whcih was fantastic. The food was delicious. Hospitality and entertaining ran beautifully and our guide made sure we were the first to know when to grab a bit to eat and helped with the starters and food as we juggled our kids. So thankful he really made the day very easy, stress free and fun with the kids.

The event was great, and made even better by our guide, Khalifa. He could not have been more helpful and went out of his way to look after our needs and ensure our day was special. Overall, the communication and service offered by the tour company was excellent. Oh...and the dune busting in the Land Cruiser was awesome! Thoroughly recommended.

Absolutely loved it- the 1hr drive in the desert in a buggy was fun, safe - unlike some others who didn’t get helmets with other tours, this one was really good at making sure we could go crazy in the sand dunes while staying safe. Our guide SAIF was super helpful, friendly, I can’t recommend him enough. He helped sort out an issue we had with the kids reservation in no time and he was very mindful of us and the kids throughout the activity. Night BBQ was ‘ok’- but be prepared for a huge crowd, and cafeteria style food. But it’s still a nice way to finish the day. Highly recommend it!!

We had a great day this afternoon Mohammed text this morning giving location and time for pickup. Communication was great! He took us to the dune buggy experience giving us some history on the way. After being dropped off at the buggy hire centre we went off int o the desert ! Great fun and your out for a good hour. We had Omar as a guide, very good. Once this had finished it was off to the BBQ and entertainment. Food was good and there was plenty of it. Would being doing it again and requesting Mohammed as a guide !!

Nasir was a very nice guide and a great photographer. We really have nice images from the whole family thanks to him. He picked us up directly from the hotel in time and took us to the camp where we got our dune buggies . They were in a very good condition. One hour driving through the dunes, two people per buggy, and if somebody got stuck, they were rescued immediately. After that we were brought to the camp where we had our barbecue dinner. We had booked the VIP table which means that food is served instead of crowding at the buffet. Nice belly dance show, food was good. There is also an option for sitting on a camel for photographs. They only thing we disliked a little bit was that the announcement of the show was a bit American, whereas we think that everybody who books this tour wants to experience something totally traditional.

Dune bashing is a must do in Dubai! The barbecue and show at the desert camp was the icing on the cake. If you're a couple, rent the buggy, as it has 2 seats. It's more difficult to drive than the quad but the roll cage and harness makes it safer, as driving on sand gives you very little traction even with 4-wheel drive. Sunglasses are a must, not just to protect from the sun, but the sand blowing in your face. You may also want consider purchasing a kufiya (Arab head scarf) and wrapping it around your mouth and nose to further protect your face. Our guides were friendly and honest and very helpful at answering any questions.

A great day riding the buggy in the dunes of the dessert. Made even more special by are excellent guide for the day Karnail, he was very knowledgeable of the area and incredible on the dunes finding some great spots for his skilled picture taken. We traveled to the desert with nasir he picked myself and my son up from our hotel he was a fantastic tour guide we really enjoyed the driving in the desert very well organised excursion and got some amazing pictures of the sun set etc afterwards we traveled to dinner at camp wher we enjoyed a lovely bbq dinner and sat back and watched the entertainment belly dancer , fire eater etc even my son got up and gave us all a belly dance lol then followed by a camel ride would definitely recommend this company can’t wait to come back next year and book more excursions see you soon nasir and thank you once again for looking after us Joanne and Daniel x

Whole day was great, Niaz contacted us to let us know the time he would collect us, he arrived right on time and in a comfortable car. We were taken to the desert and provided dune buggies, we spent an hour going around the desert in the buggies. The whole thing was amazing and I would 100% do it again. After the dune buggies, we were taken for a bbq and provided live entertainment, it was fantastic. Niaz was a great tour guide and would highly recommend requesting him.

We were picked up at the time arranged and taken out to a complex that hires dune buggies and quads. We were given our self drive buggies (included in the tour) and spent an hour following a guide through the dunes. We then got back into the land cruiser and head for the Bedouin camp to see the sunset over the desert and then enjoy dinner and show.

We had an amazing experience. Highly recommended!!We got picked up from our hotel, it was really well organized. We booked Buggy Safari, this is what you need to go for if you are looking for something extreme. Our guide was Karnail. He is just the best. Brought us deep into the desert and took the time out to take amazing pictures of us and show us everything. There was no rushing everything was on time. He was really helpful and patient with us. After the safari we went to a camp, had beautiful food and a really cool show.

We booked this experience for 4 people and can’t recommend it enough we were collected from our hotel on time in a luxury vehicle and driven to the desert. The private Dune Buggy’s were great and our guide was very fun with no hassle or hard sell. We then went onto the Dessert Camp where we had a included camel ride and were then shown to our VIP table, the food and service was excellent and the show was amazing. All in all the whole experience should not be missed and special thanks to our tour guide Nasir who kept us well informed the whole tour.

Our guide Karnail was excellent, he was friendly and made us feel welcome. The dune buggies were a lot of fun though feel it would have been nice to go a bit faster. The evening BBQ and entertainment was excellent. The only reason that I am giving this activity 4 stars is because the company that we went to for the dune buggies was poorly ran and inefficient but once we were on the buggies it was great. Also, we were taken to a shop next to the buggy company to have ‘head gear’ put on, where the stafff wrapped traditional Bedouin head scarves on us without giving us any information so we thought it was all included but then tried to charge us for it although we never asked for it! On the whole though, a very enjoyable day!

This was a once in a lifetime experience, although I grew up in the UAE… I had never been to the top of the burj and really enjoyed it with my partner. We got to see the entire city and the elevator ride was less than a minute! Beautiful memories made.

I had a few hours waiting for the connecting flight. Taking a metro and going the see Burj Khalifa was a good idea. I was there just in the morning when there were not many people and I had time to look around. All were superb and I could only recommend that. It's wonderful. To save money, we bought tickets via Emirates app, which was significantly cheaper. The voucher (electronic/printed) you just show in the entrance desk and you get the ticket immediately. No issue.

Great views. Fascinating. Problem is for people of my age 70+ to stand or walk for 90 minutes without any possibility to sit down.

The whole experience is amazing, although I would recommend making sure vouchers are exchanged for tickets well in advance, to avoid the queues. On floor 125 we did have to contend with a couple of rude visitors, who didn’t seem to understand the concept of waiting their turn at one of the viewing points. Although this was unfortunate and slightly upsetting, we did not allow it to define our overall thoughts of the experience. It was our second time to the viewing floors at the Burj Khalifa (the previous visit being nine years ago) and a further visit will be high on our to-do list, if and when we return to Dubai.

Burj Khalifa is the number 1 attraction in Dubai, it is a most to do. The views from the 124 and 125 floors are spectacular. I got tickets from the 6.00 pm, this is the time that the fountain waters show starts. We watched the show from the 124 floor.

It was very exciting and well organised! The ticket exchange was very straightforward and the lines going up were not very long. It was a little crowded but not so much that it spoiled the experience. There was a very nice coffee shop which wasn’t too expensive. The views are awesome - we experienced them in daylight, dusk, sunset and darkness

Tickets were sold out from main kiosk, only expensive VIP tickets available; however we were able to obtain tickets through this app with ease at lower cost. We went at sunset which made for stunning views and a view of the fountain light show from above. This allowed us to view the beautiful free fountain shows in the dark on completion of the tour. Highly recommend the evening.

Really good trip. Exchanging tickets was not a problem. Get dropped off at the Burj Khalifa entrance and it’s all very easy from there. Really well organised. We were on the 10:30 slot, the queue was not bad at all, however when we came out, the queue was massive, so we were pleased to have gone for the early slot.

Really well organised experience. We didn’t feel rushed at the top. We were able to take photos from all sides. Only had to wait 10 minutes for the lift down. Could not believe how quickly and smooth elevator ride from ground floor to 125 was. We had tickets at 7pm off peak £75 less for 4 adults than 4.30 - 6pm Plus we saw the sunset. I strongly recommend this time ticket for summertime.

I reserved the 10:00 pm entry as recommended by Dubai locals and I am glad that I did. Less crowded which gave me the space and ability to enjoy a bird'seye views of Dubai came alive below- skyline, city lights as far as your eyes can reach from 124 and 125 without obstructed views by crowdiness.

Definitely a good idea to arrive to the building early as general advice is that the ticket office is not easy to find - we accessed the Fashion Avenue entry to the Dubai Mall and eventually found it. Brilliant experience and well organised. Don’t feel compelled to have your photo taken! The GetGuide app was really helpful although the instructions to get into the building is challenging to follow.

Had a great time with my family. The team was very accommodating. Sid and Bijay the supervisor made sure we had a good time. He helped us get a corner table with a better views. Buffet had less options for a vegetarian. But nothing to complain. They had a pasta live station. Pasta was really good. They had live music as well. Overall a 5star experience for the price. Great job!!

Our captain was absolutely charismatic and made our trip very enjoyable. The food on board was fantastic and the best thing was when I saw that everything the offered was with meat I asked whether they had something vegetarian and they were extremely nice and made me a veggie burger.

Booked this for my birthday and wasn’t disappointed, I did have to ask to move seats as was originally seated in middle of the boat and there was free seats around the boat side which was better, food was ok, I’ve had better but edible. Sax player was good and lovely views

Would like to start by thanking the cruise company as the taxi we were in to get there took a wrong turning so we just missed out on our initial cruise. Staff were quick to rectify & allow us to return the next day - thank you. The cruise we went on was good & had plenty of food to choose from. It wasn't full and we felt safe - masks had to be worn when going for food. A good little trip despite the issues we had with getting there!

The cruising part was a great experience, the food quality well not the greatest but a nice experience overall. I did actually regret it no booking with a different company since they no only offer you alcohol but pick from hotel. Something that definitely should be improved with this company.

A most enjoyable cruise. The staff was very attentive and the captain took time to interact with guests. A saxophonist provided great live music. The buffet provided a variety of food options. The company assigned seating. If you have a preference for the open upper deck or the air conditioned lower test, make that preference known when booking.

The truth is that it is a highly recommended activity to enjoy an evening in Dubai and see the entire Marina area. Very easy to locate the point since it is very well explained. The views are a joy, accompanied by live music, a very pleasant atmosphere, the buffet dinner varied and in quantity. The quality price relation is very good.

I was really pleased with my experience. The food was delicious. There was lots of variety and there was a choice of unlimited drinks too. The entertainment was good. A perfect evening with a nice boat trip. The staff was very friendly and a very nice atmosphere. Tables are prepared according to the reservation. You don't have to worry about having to sit with other strangers. Suitable for two where you will have romance (table for two).

Great service from the checking to the host team. Great food and fabulous atmosphere. The ladies at the checking desk in the waiting area were nice and the lady who welcomed us in the boat did an amazing job. I really liked the fish. Oh yeah, music was great too. Highly recommend.

Me and my partner had the best day! We had an amazing driver called Alawy who drove us to the desert he was very friendly and helpful. The desert was beautiful and we had so much fun on the quad bikes and sand surfing. The bbq was fantastic the food we loved, I got a henna by one of the lovely ladies, this if for women only. Also we watched some dancing and had shesha, the shesha is optional. The Camel ride was a great way to end the evening. Lastly the people were so friendly towards us. This trip is 100% worth the visit and worth the money we paid for. Lastly if you are going to go take some cash out so you can leave a little tip for each station you visit at the bbq dinner.

Our whole excursion was excellent from start to finish! Our guide was Omar Miro and he gave us all the tips and tricks to maximize our experience. The show with the fire thrower was the most amazing! Highly recommend as a full day of adventure. The food was also excellent. Nothing bad to say about this package. Ask for Omar Miro from company!

No question ask!!! this is by far one of the Best and must do excursion to do while in dubai. It's worth every penny . Our guide Sameer picked up my husband and I at our hotel and from that moment I knew we in for an exceptional experience. The tour was well organized and Sameer was very kind, knowledgeable, friendly, professional just simply the Best . From taking our pictures to ensuring we drink plenty of water to hydrate ourselves in the dessert. we started out with quad biking, then sand boarding, explore the red dunes, feeding the camels, taking pictures with the falcons and henna paintings everything was superb. We went to another part of the desert where we had a buffet BBQ with unlimited drinks and water and live show which was fantastic . Sameer went above and beyond to make our experience a memorable one, he is just an exceptionally dedicated and fun person. I will not hesitate to give him 5 stars ✨️ and Ocean air. AD Ali was our tour guide. He gave us great information throughout the tour and safety instructions were easy to follow. The quad bikes were a highlight. He’s great at taking photos and creating memories. Had unlimited free drinks throughout the 7 hour tour. Highly recommended.

We had the best time with Alawy who was an amazing tour guide. He made sure we were taken care of, had plenty of water and took lots of pictures. We did run a bit late but Alawy did well in ensuring we got to all of our activities. The experience was an absolute highlight of our trip.

Erixson was a fantastic, 5/5 guide. He was extremely friendly, attentive and great company and we loved his car!! The quad biking was awesome and well worth it! The sand surfing was too short unfortunately. The camel ride was great! Our vegetarian buffet was delicious and there was a vast variety to choose from. We found that all of the entertainment was great, except for the guitar playing as it was a bit dull. Perhaps a group of musicians playing may have made it more lively. We loved the fire breathing show as well as the male dancer who put on a light show for us. Overall, we had an incredible experience and would recommend doing this.

Would definitely recommend this tour - we had the most amazing day and couldn’t fault a thing. Our guide Malik Aftab was great, he was energetic and extremely knowledgable about Dubai and the surrounding areas, pointing out various places on the drive to the desert. We did quad biking, sand boarding, a camel ride and had dinner in the camp. Our hopes weren’t particularly high for the dinner but the food turned out to be really tasty with plenty of choice (even for fussy eaters!). This is the best day we had in Dubai and definitely not one to miss out on!!

The best experience I have had in Dubai. Santhosh was a great guide and stayed with us throughout. The instructions for the meeting were clear and he kept in constant communication. We went on a weekday at 13 00, arrived an hour earlier, exchanged vouchers for tickets without any problems and soazu passed. They waited in line for the elevator for 20-25 minutes. The view from the tower is certainly impressive, the time on the 124th floor is not limited, you can at least sit until the evening. A separate adventure is the ascent on the fastest elevator, the ears are already laying. Of the relative disadvantages, one can note the number of people at a height, the crush and the queue even to the windows to take pictures. Otherwise, everything is great. It is mandatory to visit

It was in the summer in July. I took tickets for 18.00, they are more expensive than daytime, but you can see both day and night Dubai. There was no queue for the ascent, there was a queue for the descent. Closer to sunset, there are more people, but you can always find a good place for photos. There were no problems with this. It's cool inside, not cold. There is an exit to the balcony on the 124th floor. I liked everything))

Everything went well: payment, confirmation by mail, tickets. Everything is good and very convenient, without complaints. If necessary, I will continue to use this service, since tickets for the Burj Khalifa were the first thing I bought here.

Everything went fine, we went up to the observation deck, enjoyed the views of Dubai. The ticket voucher was exchanged at the ticket office, there is a separate queue for those who bought a ticket online, which moves very quickly. There were no people anywhere, because it was not the season. I really liked the tour, I recommend it!

Very impressive views from the 124 floor, just mesmerizing. We bought tickets via Satellite back in June for September 4th. The time was taken at 19.00, but they are allowed to enter the tower from 18.30 (but not earlier). And it turns out that you can see Dubai in the daytime and in the evening. The pictures are just super!!!

The voucher is exchanged at the checkout in a separate queue, then at the turnstiles and to the elevators they distribute approximately according to the loading of one elevator (it seemed to me 30 people each), they do not look at the time, they may control the cost and they will not let us from one price range to another, but we had tickets for 18:00 and we came a little earlier, there were no problems. There were not many visitors in the off-season, and all the queues kept within 10-15 minutes.

Definitely worth a visit! Space views from the tallest building in the world! What else can I add? We were on Saturday at 11 am - there were a lot of people, standing in line for the elevators and going up and down. It may be worth choosing the next day and early morning to enjoy maximum privacy

Sunset, evening Dubai, fountains from above, beauty. Orientation to the entrance to the Burj Khalifa is not clear. There is no emphasis on the fact that the entrance is from the Dubai Mall, from the LG floor. You can get confused.

Everything, in general, is fine. We were on 18.09.23. There were no queues for 1-1.5 hours, which frightened us. There were no queues to take pictures either. I put 4 and not 5 just for the fog. Limited visibility. But this is nature!

We bought tickets for the time of 9:30 (August), the time was so good that there was not a single person at the checkout, we also rode together in the elevator, it seemed that we were just vip there were several people at the very top and that's it, we stayed there for an hour and going back down saw what they write about in other reviews unreal crowds of tourists. Therefore, I can say earlier morning is perfect if you don't like crowds of tourists.

Burj Khalifa was good and very well organised and run but id say the only down side is the hazy views mean you cant see very far and peak times to visit are expensive. the Aquarium though was very excellent and well worth the visit and would highly recommend.

The entrance to Burj Khalifa is in the Dubai Mall lower ground. The view from the 124th floor is nice. From there you take the stairs to the 125th floor. The Burj Khalifa is nicer from the outside, the view is ok. The aquarium is great. It is worth the money you pay for it. Keep your ticket after entering the Aquarium because the underwater zoo is separated from the Aquarium. You need your ticket to see both.

We loved the Aquarium and underground Zoo! It was so beautiful seeing all the different fish, sharks and stingrays. All the kids and people were so excited. The great thing about it's in the largest mall in the world plus you can go up to the 125th floor of the Burj Khalifa and overlook the city. It's a great outing for the family plus everyone will be happy and have a lot to talk about.

thank you for making our trip the most comfortable one. the burj was an excellent experience while we also got to enjoy the underwater zoo and aquarium.. we strolled through the Duabi mall all day.. did a lot of shopping and saw the sunset fro. the top of burj!! ofcourse we were just in time fir the dubai fountains as well!!

Amazing views! However, the line to pick up your ticket for this tour is horrific even if you have purchased your ticket in advance. Buying your ticket on line gives you no fast pass through the numerous lines you have to wait in. We went at 10am so it was a bit better than later in the day. At one point around 2pm the line snaked around the the food court…there must have been over 200 people waiting! The aquarium was cool but very short.

Some of the most stunning views 'At the Top' of the Burj Khalifa. All the staff we encountered were friendly. I took many photographs but capturing the beauty in real life is a must. We were a bit underwhelmed by the Aquarium, however enjoyed walking around the underwater zoo and seeing all the unique animals. Whilst we were there we spent time looking around the Dubai Mall, another incredibly big place with so much variety. Finished off by watching the Fountain display and seeing the Burj Khalifa all lit up in the evening. A long but enjoyable day out with lasting memories.

Great combination to make the pillars of a full day program downtown: We went to Levels 124/125 in the morning and spent quite some time with amazing views there, then went back down, enjoyed some stroll in the mall and some food and continued to the aquarium - take enough time there, lots of things to discover! Walking through the water tunnel and seeing the sharks and other fishes swimming next to you and over your head is just amazing! We were lucky to travel in low season times - no queues for both activities and enough space to enjoy all the spectacular views. Unforgettable and diverse experience in just one day!

the aquarium really very well there are things that we do not see elsewhere. little important info: the visit is done in 2 stages the lower aquarium and the upper aquarium. for the burg kalifa yes it is beautiful but still a little foggy so less impressive than expected but on this site which is very good the price is interesting so to do.

The Burj Khalifa was worth seeing and very impressive. Unfortunately very long waiting times - you have to spend a lot of time queuing. In my opinion, you can save yourself the aquarium. Nothing out of the ordinary - seen it all before, and the aisles are way too narrow and crowded. Not recommended in Corona times!!!!!

Excellent trip and enjoyed by all. Combined ticket was good value we felt and the views from the top stunning. Aquarium and underwater zoo fun and interesting although quite busy. Lots of walking around between the view from the top and the Aquarium so bring comfy shoes and be prepared for a bit of waiting for checks and lifts!! Tallest tower is an absolute must in Dubai

A great day out in combining both. We did thr Burj Khalifa for approx 12.30 and it was great to skip the queue by pre paying for our tickets. You come near the food Hall in the Dubai mall so a quick stop for lunch and then we did the aquarium. We did some browsing around the shops and watched the waterfall show which started at 6/6.30!

Queue far too long for the experience. Spent nearly 1hr before entering the admission, then it was another aprox 1hr to go to the top . Lift was ram packed with people even though we expressed our concerns that there was too many people in the lift literally shoulder to shoulder!! View was worth it. But just be prepared to be waiting for long times for the lifts, especially in the peak times.

The process of collecting tickets and getting to the 124 floor was very easy. The views at the top are spectacular. Only 1 small gripe. I would have liked to have someone at the bottom asking people as they got out of the lift if they were eating at The Rooftop. We found it difficult to find the restaurant and once we asked a member of staff they took us through a labyrinth of corridors to get there. Once at the Restaurant the service was excellent.

My daughter and I loved the experience. OM entering the lift and hearing the story of the building to taking selfies. The lunch was great although a limited option for a 6 year old. And we were not informed that there would be no fountain show as it was the start of Ramadan. Overall - a great experience

At start not a lot information about the trip when we got there had to wait over an hour to get the tickets for Burj Khalifa roof top and asked at desk about our dinner not no info only at the end the guy said when u get back down , will tell you where to go any overall experience was excellent at the 124th floor and the dinner was really good

traveling to the top of the Burj Khalifa was a fantastic experience. The lift up and down travels and 10m per second but it doesn't feel it. The staff were quite helpful. They could make it easier if there was more signs for the restaurant on the third floor. All in all a very worthwhile experience.

Excellent, we arrived before the time and even so the privileged treatment, we went up at once and after enjoying both floors 124, 125, we bought some gifts and when we went down we only indicated that we had dinner included one way and the reception there was VIP. Great dinner, exceptional service…. For us 5 stars at a popular price.

A super experience. And the lovely food after made it a perfect experience. It’s not clear how to find the restaurant after coming down the Burj, so please ask a member of staff before exiting. We did a 6.30pm trip and enjoyed a delicious 3 course meal after and got to see the dancing fountains from our dinner table.

Directions to the Burj Khalifa from the Dubai Mall were very poor and it took at least 30 minutes to find the place to exchange our online vouchers. We were queuing both there and inside for a total of 45 minutes which we were not expecting so would definitely recommend fast track. That said once the experience started, it was well organised and amazing view from Level 125. We went at night and loved the colourful lights. We had a 3 course meal on level 3 which was superb.

Great day, went up to floor 125 in a super fast lift, then went to viewing platform on 124, as you can expect great views. Then went back down to have a lovely meal overlooking the lake. After the meal we walked around the shopping mall, the fish aquarium is great, and then watched the dancing fountains at 1800. As it goes dark the burj is lit up and so is the entire surrounding area. A great day thanks.

Instructions were confusing. We visited the neeting point 24 hrs beforehand and glad we did it. The trick is to 1 hour to walk into the Mall and find your way down to Lower Ground Floor then continue following any "At The Top" Signage". Again you will note understand the "Will Call Centre". Just show the line control guys your vouchers and join the dedecated queue. Allow perhaps half an hour with this. Going up to level 124 is as expected - good views but people do get in the way! Returning to the Meeting Piont you re-show your voucher and will be shown where to go. We got lost as the person to direct us was missing when we passed by. Eventually you enter the Burj Club- very nice - meal very nice - not pressured to buy drinks as water is provided free.

Very busy all the time. People hogging the window spaces. Amazing views though. Meal was good,hubby said it was best sea bass he'd ever tasted but my rice dish was a bit lacklustre. Signage to get from viewing down to restaurant was none existent so had to be shown down some corridors to get to our meal. Staff though are extremely helpful.

It was brilliant value for money. The bar is in a great, relaxed location, where you can watch the Dubai fountain dizplay. The food choices where very nice. Although it rained when I did this activity (which must be very rare!,) there was comfortable rooftop space to eat undercover. The staff were very friendly, The tower itself is a stunning piece of architecture. I recommend going at sunset, so you can see the views and the tower itself up close, night and day. The entrance to the attraction is within the Dubai Mall (easy to find). So you could also check out the Mall too!!

It was absolutely great!!!! The dinner afterwards, great!!!!! Absolutely recommendable. The staff is so incredibly helpful and accommodating!! The food absolutely fanatical. There was still water free of charge, bread basket - even refilled once - without charge. I absolutely recommend it...the view, phenomenal!!! The Burj Club is a great location. See the magic up close and personal. I've seen both the Las Vegas and Dubai fountain shows and they are both spectacular. You get a brilliant view, the best opportunity for videos/photos and an opportunity to boat round the largest man-made lake in the world. Would definitely recommend.

The fountain show is just beautiful, already if you look at the spectacle as pedestrian from the lake side walk. But sitting in this little traditional boat, gliding through the water and having the views from different perspectives makes it even more special and enjoyable. Worth the money! We picked up our vouchers inside Dubai mall and found the boats easily outside.

We booked the lake ride for 7.15pm and it was perfect timing as it was getting darker and we were able to see all the buildings etc lighting up. It was so lovely have a short boat ride around the lake and then stopping to watch the truly fabulous fountain show. We all loved every minute of it and it was great value for money. Definitely recommend everyone sees the fountains in this way.

Fountain show was very captivating. Boat driver was considerate of lining up the boat to get a great view. Fountain show can be seen from the pathways and restaurants but the boat's provide another layer to the experience. However if booking online, it is best to arrive early and ask around for the desk within the mall to collect tickets, it is not clear and very poor signage.

Overall experience good boat goes out at your scheduled time. Arriving 10 min early is better otherwise you end up lining up for too long. I arrived quite early and saw the fountain dance at least 4 time before I got on the boat..lol! It would have been even more amazing if the fountain show was in colour. Just a money saving tip, If anyone is interested to save money and doesn’t want to miss the fountain show you can see it close up without having to go on the boat.

The line to exchange the voucher can be a bit long. Also, the queueing process at the lake can be a bit chaotic. Don't worry, there are plenty of boats to go around. Each boat is on the lake for the same duration - first out, first back to unload. Great experience, right in the show!

The ride is slow and calm, the best part is you get to see the fountain show up close. All rides are timed to see the show so don’t worry about that. In June at 6:15pm there wasn’t much people so super nice and queue was fast. You get a bit of mist from the show but you don’t get wet.

Lovely, relaxing activity to end your day. The boatride allows you to view the icon buildings including the Burj from a different angle. The foundation show was also beautiful but too short in my opinion. Kids would love this. I experienced it solo and was thoroughly satisfied. It's also romantic too for all the lovers out there! I highly recommend ;-)

Thanks for the surprise. After exchanging the booking code for a ticket, I was sent to the general queue, the QR code worked on the turnstile for some reason, and when I got into the elevator I realized that there would be no fountains. It was a visit to the 124th floor of the Burj Khalifa observation deck. Use the scheme, save $40

Highly recommend, lovely way to see the fountains. Beware the boat ride station outside is nowhere near the wafu restaurant as directions suggest. It is actually directly on the waterfront in front of the Burj khalifa building. Was a bit stressful trying to find it as it was so busy here.

Excellent trip. Well organised and my breakfast cruise departed on time. The crew were extremely attentive, offering drinks and assisting customers with photographs. Breakfast was plentiful, croissants, bread, cheese and fresh fruits. Water and orange juice was available at all times. The trip itself was not hurried, and allowed for plenty of time to sightsee and take photographs. Well done Xclusive tours … 10/10
