Absolutely loved this! Great exhibition and was very quiet when we went. The butterbeer bar is beautiful. There is lots of attention to detail all the way round. Extras like photos and food is a little pricey, but it is everywhere. Would def recommend.

Lottie was an excellent tour guide, apart from being a slytherin. You could tell she was a massive Harry Potter fan. She was so excited throughout the tour. Her knowledge was excellent and she made everyone feel included. The tour itself was very interesting and I learnt quite a lot of things I didn’t know, not just about Harry Potter, but about London and some of its buildings. We got off the coach a few times to explore further some things we couldn’t see from the coach.

We were met on a very wet and windy day by the representative who made everyone welcome. Jess then arrived to conduct the tour. He was excellent! So knowledgeable and patient! He found time to include everyone and involve the younger members of the tour. Despute the horrendous weather, this was a fantastic walking tour that my 11 year old and I truly enjoyed!

Fiona geeked out with us and told us an impressive amount of information/interesting facts and from the beginning she made us feel very comfortable which is even better when you consider that we were the only 2 Scottish people in the group...in London. "I LOVED THIS BOOK!!! At first i was sceptical about it being written as a screen play and actually took me months before I would even read it & I am a HARRY POTTER & BOOK LOVER, but I was VERY HAPPILY SURPRISED. It being written in screen play format did not take away from the book at all & it felt as if the original writer picked up where they left off. REALLY HOPE A MOVIE IS MADE & we can see a FULL ENDING to the Harry Potter series play out on the big screen!!!"

"This is a really fun attraction, and I would definitely recommend it to a Harry Potter fan. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, very happy to chat to you about the exhibits or the books and films in general. The cafe has tasty treats at reasonable prices, and the gift shop is a nice size, full of things for fans of the series to enjoy. The Ministry of Magic ID cards, and chance to get your photo taken on a broomstick make for fun souveniers."

A very entertaining ride with interesting facts about Harry Potter. The Tour Guide Lotti is super personable and just great with children. The tour is in English and consists of a bus ride and drop-off points at locations that appear in the films. We were unlucky with the weather. It was pouring rain. That was very uncomfortable for getting in and out, as you carried more luggage (umbrella) with you and the wet things did the rest.

The start was a bit difficult, because the coach didn't turn up in time, but still the day was great. The guide was really helpful and when he found out that we liked Tolkien, he included some interesting things for us. It is a pity that the time in Oxford was a bit shorter, but it only means maybe we should return :)
