Both guides Lara and Mariana were good in communicating and updating us with the plan. However, they forgot to give me the ticket to the cruise. It was good that Lara offered her telephone # and was able to connect with her. She and Mariana rushed back to give me the ticket after talking to the security guard. Thank you for that.

We bought the Fast Track tickets. It was this week and we were so glad we did not have to stand out in the midday heat! Also the capsules are air conditioned and the capsule glass seems to protect from the strong sun. Again we were very thankful of that in the heat! If you bring a cabin bag or buggy it will be screened. The London Eye keeps moving as you board your capsule - but veerrry slowly so it is not an issue. I was surprised how much I enjoyed the trip. I was not claustrophobic or both...

Booking is the best option for tickets to any sight or tour. We had to change the number of tickets, one person couldn’t go, and it was so easy to do that without losing our time slot and received a refund (24 hrs cancel option). The London Eye itself was amazing, beautiful views. It’s a bit pricey but a good experience.

This ticket was worth the money. Spectacular views! We thought we had to get there right at 5, but it turns out that was just when our window started. The experience in total was about 30 minutes. Some tourists did take up the side with the best views though, so be prepared for that. We appreciated that there was a bench in the middle to sit on. This was not guided though.

A very unique experience for the family, particularly for the kids (15 and 12). I strongly recommend paying extra for the fast-track tickets, they work great; otherwise, the line is loooooong. Also, terrific views at the far end of the pod (opposite the door), so try to grab a spot there if you can.

Got there half an hour before the midday booking, as requested but because it was so busy, was told to come back at 12. Queued to get on the capsule for about 20 mins. Great experience. My second time and first time treat for 10-year-old nephew. He loved it. Wanted to stay up there trying to work out where France was! £20 for the photo album was reasonable. Something he'll treasure for ever.

Even though we had a timed ticket the queues are quite long, but they do move quite quickly, just be prepared to stand for a while. Also be prepared to open your bags for inspection. Riding the actual Eye is great fun and the views are amazing. It's so interesting to be able to look "inside" the buildings, beyond the street-level facade. I wish they provided a map either inside the pod, or via an app so you could identify the building you see.

I booked tickets for the London Eye. It was quickly to do, payment went well and it’s a fair price. After booking the tickets will be in the app on your account. It’s very convenient and you don’t have trouble with looking for it. Once we were in the lane all I had to do was scan my tickets and I was in.
