We went to pick up the ticket, and they were punctual, they put Santiago as a guide and it was a success, he spoke English and Spanish. We went up with him to the second floor...he explained a lot of topics and curiosities to us. And then he gave us instructions to go up to the third floor.

Among the crowds at the Eiffel Tower, one is grateful for a guide Billy has bridged the waiting times that still arise well and charmingly. The tour was well organized and the meeting place not far from the Eiffel Tower. So thumbs up, even if it's not a bargain

Tour guide was amazing. Lost them after my daughter needed the loo but I'd been there before so I was able to take her on our own private tour. Can't fault the tour guide while we were with him he was hilarious, informative and educational. 5star!!!

The tour itself was very good, a guide took ou through the bureaucracy of the tower access and told us the history and other facts of the tower. The only concern is that you must arrive at the meeting point at last 45 minutes to avoid issues. We arrived 45 minutes before the estimated time and almost loss the ride to the tower.

The ticket recovery point is very close to the Tower. Convenient to be able to go in groups and skip the long lines. However, access is not super quick due to the various security controls and influx of people waiting for the elevator, but once inside the climb is very quick. Very nice that arrived on the second floor there is the explanation of the guide on all 4 sides of the Tower.

The tour guide was on time at the specified meeting point. She was very helpful and full of positive vibes. The amount of people joining the group was perfect. The amount of time spent on the tour was exactly what was needed as well. I recommend this tour.

Excellent organization and communication prior to tour. Takes the anxiety out of visiting a VERY busy monument. Skip the line was about 10 minutes vs. two hours in line. Our guide was friendly and knowledgable. We also got great tips on how to exit quickly to get to our next tour. Highly recommend.

Madeline was ok, but the organisation have to be better. On the 2nd floor of the AT the is a 2 levels and we as a group were divided in 2 elevators, without info where is a meeting point over there. So we lose 15 min to find each other. Madeline was ok.

If it weren’t for our guide Catalina I would have given it a 3 or 4 star review. Catalina was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and seemed to love the experience. It is a basic tour through security and up to the second floor where you split off after the tour is over and you are free to roam the Eiffel Tower. All in all a reasonable price for a nice tour.

Amazing experience. The guide Sebastian is very competent and friendly. He always explained and answered questions in an exciting way. There were no "dead moments." After all his explanation, he informed us how we should proceed to climb to the Top and then go to the 1st floor. All the explanation took place on the 2nd floor. I highly recommend this experience.
