River cruise was great! Tickets worked like they were supposed to. Lines moved quickly. Views are spectacular. The Eiffel Tower was sparkling right as we were leaving the dock which was perfect! Only negative was we really couldn't understand the audio over the loud speaker.

You need to plan at least 30 minutes in line before the time you want to ride in the cruise or you will have to wait for the next ride out. Make sure you have your ticket and the right platoon number, there are people near the boat entrance that are willing to assist you. We rode on the 7:00 pm standing outside on the side deck and it was a little chilly, you can barely hear the person speaking about the different buildings and area. Overall the cruise on the seine river was enjoyable and wor...

Really fun, the top of the boat is open and has lots of seats. It was raining when we went and chose to sit up top for the first half and then go inside for the second. It was lovely and warm inside and we could still see a lot out the windows. There is a tour that you can listen to through your phone if you are up top or with the provided speakers inside. There is toilets on board and snacks/drinks. The queue was not too long either.

It was a nice experience to see the sights with the night lights. The narration was short for each site because they have to explain in many languages. I recommend this tour during the day with a guide also. During the day you see more and get great history and stories with a guide.

The instructions I received were accurate. I didn't face any problem. The boat is beautiful and very easy to access. The ride is worth the money. It's a good idea to have headphones for your phone, because through it you can listen to the tour after connecting to the ship's WiFi.

If you are a visitor to Paris, a boat ride on the Seine is a must. It’s beautiful, relaxing and really helps you get oriented to the city. On this particular cruise the narration is kind of cheesy, but you’re not required to listen. Better to look up and experience the trip.

Fantastic Seine cruise, plenty of seating both inside and out, lovely views around the riverbank including famous buildings - free wifi to be able to listen to an informative audio guide, and heated inside which was great as we went in winter and found it was quite windy on the return back up the river. Very good experience, easy to find too.

Wanted to go on a trip down the seine but didn’t want to pay for an expensive meal that wasn’t worth the price. This was great after an excellent meal at a nearby restaurant for half the price. The cruise itself wasn’t crowded and it was super relaxing and great to see the sights from a different perspective. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience definitely a must do when in Paris as you get a beautiful view of the city which you don’t get from being on land. I highly recommend it. And the seats are first come first serve so you want to get there extra early if you want a seat on the top open deck to view all of the lights properly.

I used the maps app to find the meeting point, but it guided me to the end of the promenade and we had to walk back to find the boat. Another small issue was the fact that the seats where wooden thus made the experience a bit tiring. Besides that it was very good overall.
