Really fun, the top of the boat is open and has lots of seats. It was raining when we went and chose to sit up top for the first half and then go inside for the second. It was lovely and warm inside and we could still see a lot out the windows. There is a tour that you can listen to through your phone if you are up top or with the provided speakers inside. There is toilets on board and snacks/drinks. The queue was not too long either.

The instructions I received were accurate. I didn't face any problem. The boat is beautiful and very easy to access. The ride is worth the money. It's a good idea to have headphones for your phone, because through it you can listen to the tour after connecting to the ship's WiFi.

River cruise was great! Tickets worked like they were supposed to. Lines moved quickly. Views are spectacular. The Eiffel Tower was sparkling right as we were leaving the dock which was perfect! Only negative was we really couldn't understand the audio over the loud speaker.

The line was extremely long when we arrive at around 8:30 pm, so we were worried we wouldn’t be able to take the cruise at all, but the boat holds a lot of people. After a 30 min wait, we were onboard. After that, it was pretty enjoyable! Nice to see the city from another angle.

Wanted to go on a trip down the seine but didn’t want to pay for an expensive meal that wasn’t worth the price. This was great after an excellent meal at a nearby restaurant for half the price. The cruise itself wasn’t crowded and it was super relaxing and great to see the sights from a different perspective. Highly recommend.

The meeting point was very easy to find and the queue wasn't very long even though I was there in the summer and during a busier time (9pm). The boat ride was very enjoyable, but I had trouble connecting to the guided tour and realized it's not possible to listen to it and take pictures at the same time so I gave up on that. The view was amazing! I had a great time :) Make sure you get in line quickly so you can get a nice spot on the boat

A nice no frills river cruise. Takes you from near the Eiffel Tower down to just past Notre Dame and then loops back. We selected an evening cruise and the lights were amazing. You need to read the fine print to determine which pier the cruise leaves from, as the meeting location address takes you to pier 7 while our cruise left from pier 3, so we had to back track a bit.

Excellent boat trip at night that enabled us to see a lot of sights. The audio was a brilliant addition to provide further context. only let down by the hour we had to stand in a queue with no real reason as to why or timings for the actual cruises. You just stood in a queue and waited for them to let you on. The boat was there but we just stood for a hour. Clear times for each cruise would be good so you can decide if you want to stand or come back closer to the time. I suspect it’s not fixed and they just wait until there’s critical mass. Not everybody can physically stand for long periods and really put me off doing it again.

Went to the pier at 9:45 to catch the illuminations. At first, we were daunted by the length of the individual holder line (go to the 3.1 entrance), however once boarding started, the line moved rapidly. Recommend sitting on the top level for the best views and experience, but the bottom level is much more comfortable. The only challenge we faced was securing a taxi/Uber home after the visit. Though this is no fault of the boat tour whatsoever, be prepared to walk and eventually find a cab. Despite this setback, it is well worthwhile to partake in this cruise to experience the highlights of this magical City of Lights!

This was a great cruise and good value for money! It does get very busy so get there early, the stewards close entry to the boat once it is full to avoid overcrowding and you have to wait for the next one. We wanted to sit on top deck and we did, we returned to the boarding point at the same time the Eiffel Tower started twinkling so we got an amazing view! Highly recommend!
