It was unclear that I had to physically pick up the museum pass, and where, so I was denied access to the first museum I visited, where I was told to pickup the pass at the "meeting place." Not at all intuitive and very inconvenient, 10 minutes from the nearest museum. You should make the pass and code available on the app and keep it available in the cache while off-line, like Google maps.

Great experience definitely suggest getting the skip the line tickets. It’s a beautiful museum but they don’t have all the Van Gogh’s right now, some are on loan. The only issue is getting a “flow” as you go through, it’s not exceptionally organized. May be better with an audio guide.

Musee d'Orsay is definitely worth a visit. There are so many beautiful art including Monet, Van Gogh etc. The current exhibitions, namely Gaudi and Aristide Maillol, is excellent. I did not know the work of Aristide Maillol and I was very impressed with the style of his work.

Our guide, Justine, was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and very easy to understand with her perfect English. She was funny at times and made the unbearable heat of the Louvre manageable. We were separated after viewing the Mona Lisa and after trying to reconnect for a short time decided to abandon the heat. I hope she isn’t still looking for us. Having visited the Louvre in the past her comments gave us new insights into the beautiful buildings, rooms and works of art exhibited.

Valerie was a first-rate guide for the Museum. She taught us so much regarding the context of the artists/painters. She gave us all a fine and eeeper understanding of what we werre looking at. We continue to talk about what tremendous luck we had finding your organization and having Valerie as our guide.

A two day pass enabled a visit of five sites - much cheaper than buying individual tickets. More importantly, skipping queues saved several hours! A strong negative that could be easily fixed: You have to physically walk out of your way, to the so called office to collect your bar code. This wastes time. The office has no sign and there are three entrances to 23. The one with no number is the office! People mill around outside searching and asking locals. Crazy. Get with the program and send the bar code on line as they do for the trains. Stop making it feel like you are in a backward Asian country from last century! Apart from that stupidity. Awesome!

This guided tour started really well when our guide, Claire, skipped the line with our group and we went right in at 9:30am. I like that she started the tour promptly. Claire gave an excellent review of the French painting from the mid 1800s to the First World War. This museum is beautiful and much easier to navigate with a knowledgeable guide

Our guide greeted us at the appointed place (and waited the 20 minutes we were late due to bad traffic) and then skillfully and joyfully guided us through the Musee d'Orsay with wit and humor. She made the artwork come alive and we felt that we really learned a lot. We were able to focus on important sample works while not toiling through every single piece of art. That way we got through the entire museum in 2 hours which was about all we could last for. It was totally worth the money! Fantastic.

My fiancé and I took a tour with Belen. In one word: fantastic. She was passionate and extremely knowledgeable. As we walked through Musee d'Orsay, she gave us a unique insight into the lives of the artists and walked us through history. We learned an extraordinary amount from her, and would specifically recommend Belen to everyone.

The Musee d’Orsay is a spectacular immersion into the large water Lilly murals of Monet as well as the seminal works of Renoir, Modigliani, Picasso, Cezanne, and other great artists. We thoroughly enjoyed the process of easily reserving a time and purchasing tickets on line, as well as the admission procedures at the museum!

Took the tour on September 29th. Loved the experience. We were a small group of 5 people, which made it even better. Our guide was very knowledgeable and her passion for art was evident in her narrative. Learnt a lot about impressionism and neo-impressionism. Two hours is definitely not enough to cover such a vast topic and all the treasures at d'Orsay - but I would have been quite lost and missed important pieces if I hadn't taken this tour. Definitely recommended!

When we arrived from the metro it was raining. Our umbrellas served us well. We waited with others in sheltered areas until Wendy arrived at the scheduled time. What a perfect tour. She explained the highlights and concepts of impressionism art so well. We'll remember her tour forever. The tour was at 1015, we had lunch in the D'Orsay afterwards and spent the afternoon in the area. Perfect day. Thank you ! Don and Karen, Calgary, Canada

Our tour guide, Melissa (could be spelling wrong), was the best in France! We considered going back again just for her. The way she connected us to the material, walked us through the progressions of styles chronologically, and the light hearted approach she took was fantastic. Truly a kind, thoughtful guide, 5 stars!

I don't remember the name of the tour guide sadly ( I know it was the lady from East Europe who grew up in Florida ) and she was just fabulous. She made it really interactive and interesting for all ages and even for people who did not know much such as my young daughter. Thank you very much for such a memorable experience

Anya was fabulous! Very knowledgeable, of course, but tied together so many aspects of the art, the societal implications and influences, historical influences, aristocracy vs bourgeois, the artists idiosyncrasies, and more. Very personable and interactive...not just standing there lecturing. Very pleasant personality and charming as well. Highly recommend her to anyone from those with little knowledge of the art to those more sophisticated.

We bought the 2 day Paris Museum Pass, we definitely got our monies worth. We did the Louvre and one other museum the first day. We booked an entrance time for the Louvre early. On the second day we booked a time for the l’Orangerie , then we did the Arc de Triumph, Hotel des Invalids, the Rodin Museum and finally the Consiergerie. They were all excellent.

There are a lot of really great museums available on this pass. But, as with anything, the trip is exactly what you make of it. I imagine that many people likely buy this pass to get into Le Louvre and that was definitely handy but don't miss the other museums on this pass because there are just as many wonderful things to be had from the smaller museums including all the greats you think you have to go to the Louvre for! We had a great time plotting our adventures in different parts of the city around visiting the museums. Make sure you get the train pass too to make you visit easier!

It’s a great option that will make you save money and time by skipping the long lines at the museums. For the Louvre after you buy this pass remember to go on Louvre official website to book your free slot time for your visit with the pass, it’s easy and worth it! Highly recommended! If you visit Paris the first Sunday of the month remember that most of the museums are free so I recommend to make start your pass before or after.
