Our guide, Justine, was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and very easy to understand with her perfect English. She was funny at times and made the unbearable heat of the Louvre manageable. We were separated after viewing the Mona Lisa and after trying to reconnect for a short time decided to abandon the heat. I hope she isn’t still looking for us. Having visited the Louvre in the past her comments gave us new insights into the beautiful buildings, rooms and works of art exhibited.

Skip the line is the way to go to access miser d’orsay. However it was still a little crowded inside. I nonetheless, it made entering with reluctant teenagers much easier. We went straight to the impressionists, and loved being in the gorgeous space. Stayed 1.5 hours.

The Musee d’Orsay is a spectacular immersion into the large water Lilly murals of Monet as well as the seminal works of Renoir, Modigliani, Picasso, Cezanne, and other great artists. We thoroughly enjoyed the process of easily reserving a time and purchasing tickets on line, as well as the admission procedures at the museum!

I purchased the four day pass ($70) and visited 8 of the sites on the pass. It is absolutely worth the money, but make sure to factor in “museum burnout”; if you think you’ll burn out quickly then a two-day pass may be better for you, but if you’re determined to get up everyday and get out there then purchase a longer one :)

We bought the 2 day Paris Museum Pass, we definitely got our monies worth. We did the Louvre and one other museum the first day. We booked an entrance time for the Louvre early. On the second day we booked a time for the l’Orangerie , then we did the Arc de Triumph, Hotel des Invalids, the Rodin Museum and finally the Consiergerie. They were all excellent.

Our original time to meet the tour guide was on the morning of Tuesday, October 9. Because of the threat of a general strike, the museum did not open at the correct time. Our guide met us, however, and we agreed to meet again at 2 PM in the afternoon. Anya gave us an excellent tour. She taught us the history of art from classical through to modern times in her 2 hour tour.. We were most impressed with her and her delivery. We would give her the highest rating.

Specific starting point was vague. There were hundreds of people milling around for several different cruise companies. You need to give exact coordinates. If you don’t speak French it’s a confusing situation. Also very long lines with 30-45 minutes waiting. Boat was super full for sunset cruise. Very confusing

Coordination was excellent! We were running slightly late due to “yellow jacket” Saturday protest (which we had no clue about) -most of the roads were closed and we got stuck in our Uber. Office was able to coordinate the guide to come out and get us when we arrived. Jessica, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable. She shared some fun facts we never knew about and she was extremely polite and pleasant. We would definitely recommend that tour!

Valerie was a first-rate guide for the Museum. She taught us so much regarding the context of the artists/painters. She gave us all a fine and eeeper understanding of what we werre looking at. We continue to talk about what tremendous luck we had finding your organization and having Valerie as our guide.

Great experience definitely suggest getting the skip the line tickets. It’s a beautiful museum but they don’t have all the Van Gogh’s right now, some are on loan. The only issue is getting a “flow” as you go through, it’s not exceptionally organized. May be better with an audio guide.

We bought a 4 day pass but, to be honest, we did not plan ahead like we should have, and, we didn't count on museum fatigue setting in. When my husband and I finally decided to move forward, it was only a week before thr trip and The Louvre then had very limited availability to book our time. We ended up with only getting a Friday night at 7:30! A week earlier we could have had a half a day and really seen alot more and had lunch there, etc. Then, you have to ask yourself, if the weather is beautiful and sunny in Paris, do you really want to spend your time inside a museum fir 4 days straight? If you don't you won't feel you got your money's worth.....for US, the lesson learned was it put too much pressure on us to be in museums when we didn't feel like it. However we did see wonderful things inside each museum....they were all top notch. The point is whether you think a 4 day is a good idea or value for you.

The cruise is beautiful and offers a unique view of Paris. For those who want it is possible to stay inside the boat to avoid the cold that is inevitable in winter. The upper floor is uncovered, with long benches on all sides to offer the best possible view. In the centre, the roof is glazed to let those staying indoors see the outside. We stayed outdoors so I don't know what the view through the glass roof is like.

Our guide greeted us at the appointed place (and waited the 20 minutes we were late due to bad traffic) and then skillfully and joyfully guided us through the Musee d'Orsay with wit and humor. She made the artwork come alive and we felt that we really learned a lot. We were able to focus on important sample works while not toiling through every single piece of art. That way we got through the entire museum in 2 hours which was about all we could last for. It was totally worth the money! Fantastic.

Avi was an incredible tour guide. I cannot emphasize that enough. You can tell he is truly passionate and knowledgeable of the art. He kept us engaged every step of the way and told the artists’ and paintings’ stories in a perfect format. I will recommend this to my friends and family.

Tina was an extremely wonderful tour guide. I went on a tour with 3 others on a Sunday morning, and this small group was perfect. Tina was very knowledgeable about art history but presented the tour in a way that allowed us to learn about the pieces in the context of French history and the changing culture of art. I would highly recommend it to others.

We were provided with a bar code for easy entry. Unlike our other bookings where we were just issued a QR code which did not grant us access. Electronic bookings should have electronic tickets; NOT tickets you have to print. Very difficult when you are on vacation.

Took the tour on September 29th. Loved the experience. We were a small group of 5 people, which made it even better. Our guide was very knowledgeable and her passion for art was evident in her narrative. Learnt a lot about impressionism and neo-impressionism. Two hours is definitely not enough to cover such a vast topic and all the treasures at d'Orsay - but I would have been quite lost and missed important pieces if I hadn't taken this tour. Definitely recommended!

It was a unique experience. It's the first time I'm visiting Paris, so I didn't stay too long, I combined the cruise on the Seine and pancake tasting with a visit to the Eiffel Tower both during the day and at night. between these activities we also visited other tourist attractions such as: Sacre Coeur, Pere Lachaise Cemetery.

Super easy to use! Meeting/pickup point was not as difficult as some people mentioned. I do agree that it was a little annoying that it wasn’t a digital pass though. Having to go pick it up was a bit inconvenient, but still worth it for how great it was to have the pass to skip all the lines and saves so much money if you do a lot of things!
