The whole thing was amazing. The knowledge that was shared to us was great and very impressive. Getting some information before we went on the gondolas was wonderful. The length of the ride was perfect and gave us a good look around at different areas. I I joyed the little museum at the end and especially the virtual tour.

It is not really a guided tour. You spend 20-30 minutes virtual tour in the souviner shop. Was a bit disorganized at the start. The gandola was good, lasted 30-40 minutes. The tour guide stayed on the shore of the big canal and we heard her at the end of the trip. Ideally according to the booking, she should be on of the gendolas in front of us and explaining. Ear piece is sheap and keeps disconnecting. Over all the gandola ride was not very bad if you are after photos and new experience and box ticking.

The only negative note is that the docking area to get off the gondolas is not suitable and absolutely needs to be improved.

The walking tour was excellent. We learned a lot about the city. The gondola ride was good but not very long and there was no live guide during the ride. It's something to check off the list at a very reasonable price.
The tour was a lot of fun, our guide Julia was well versed and really gave us a lot of information and backstory of the locations we visited. The island were absolutely beautiful and the ride to each place was really comfortable too. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend to everyone that thinks of doing this tour!

Really nice excursion to visit Murano and Burano ! The guide Andreas is perfect, he can speak lots of languages. Really practical to be able to board and get off at Santa Lucia or Saint Marco. We also visited Torcello, but I think it isn't worth the detour. The time we could spend in Murano and Burano was not enough, it would be better to skip Torcello and lenghten the time in Murano and Burano. Burano is the best spot for gorgeous photos!

The pier was very easy to find as the instructions are so clear. The guides were great, not a lot of information but it was also nice to just sit and enjoy the views from the boat. Murano was great, if you want to shop, there are plenty more glass shops in the town, and it’s much nicer shopping outside. Burano was great and allowed enough free time to have a leisurely lunch and see most of the town. Torcello was beautiful, not as interesting as the others and fewer food options. The only toilet was a paid one. The tour was the perfect pace for the day, a good mix of structure and free time. Between each island was about a 30 min trip, allowing time to rest your legs and and hour back to the main island to rest before walking home. Great tour and highly recommend.

Murano part was spoiled by being captive in one shop and factory. We would have liked time to walk to all the shops, so the stop should have been another 1/2 hour longer. Technically one could have left the shop but there was no time, and you had to come through the shop again to get back to the boat. The other two islands were superb stops, and perfect as they occurred. Fifteen more minutes on Torello would have been icing on the cake.

Was a beautiful trip! Well worth the money! 3 beautiful islands and a great host who spoke I think up to 5-6 languages! Murano glass experience was amazing! Little tip! Walk out of the shop at the end of the tour and go to the local’s shops, literally 2/3 of what the factory tour is charging! Burano is beautiful! Make sure to visit Bepi’s house and try their biscuits. Torcello is so peaceful and pretty! Also the bell tower you can climb for €5 each! We didn’t realise that until we got there! The sights were gorgeous!

Good price for the itinerary. The islands are beautiful and full of history! People usually skip Torcello, but it is a great mistake! Torcello was one of the highest spots of this tour for me! The only remark goes to the sound system in the intern part of the boat: low level and people talking during the explanations made the listening a hard task for me and my group. Unfortunately we shared the boat with people that does not were properly educated and even interested in the explanations…

Very worthwhile trip. Small exhibit at the glass blowing factory on Murano and then around an hour on the island. then to Burano where you have 2 hours to explore (get lunch at this point) and this is a perfect amount of time to see the island and it's beautiful colours. Next to Torcello you get around an hour or so, again a perfect amount of time. It isn't massively clear to understand the points of interest that they point out on the boat. For the money you spend it is definitely worthwhile!

Excellent boat and heated, friendly and adequate guide available. Beautiful demonstration in Murano, Beautiful Burano, Torcello to see. For the small difference in price, the tour of the three islands is always convenient since it offers more time to visit Burano than it deserves.

It's definitely a trip to do. But be on time or 15 mins early at every point! We looked at doing the half day trip but glad we didn't as we got much more time in Burano for a chilled lunch and walk along the island. There wasn't much to do in Torcello, but it does have history, and you can climb the church.

it was perfect! the times on each island were sufficient. only downside, the guide on the way back was not the same...very strange way of speaking and we didn't understand anything. the 3 islands are superb with a favorite for Burano and its colors! You have to climb to the top of the Torcello campanile, the view is magnificent

We had booked a gondola ride at 7.30pm only for the two of us. Since we had read in the reviews that the office is not so easy to find, we left earlier. With Googel Maps that was no problem at all. Since it was our turn earlier, the employee asked us if we wanted to drive earlier and where we were we said yes. She wrote a new time on the slip of paper we went to the stop at the Hard Rock Cafe where there was a long line but we were led straight to the next arriving gondola and off we went. It was a special experience from time to time we saw or heard the gondola with musicians. So I enjoyed it very much, I enjoyed it and it would not have occurred to me to look at the watch for how long we were on the road.

We booked a private Gondola which departed at St Mark's square. We arrived, queued a few minutes at the ticket desk andvthen went straight onto our gondola. Venice was really busy and I'm glad we prebooked as all other gondolas were sold out! There were others in Venice, nearer the station, however they went down the unknown little side canals, whereas we wanted to see the sights around St Mark's square. It was an unforgettable, albeit expensive, experience!
Loved the extra time in beautiful Burano. Feel like me and my partner got good experience seeing both islands.

We loved our Murano/Burano tour. This was a unique experience. From the boat ride, to the glass blowing and lace-making demonstrations, to tasting the traditional Burano biscuits, it packed a lot of great experiences into one tour. Our tour guide, Marta, was wonderful! She was friendly, enthusiastic, and extremely knowledgeable about the history of Venice, the islands, and the lagoon. Thank you Marta!! I bought the 24hr pass on the morning before going to the ticket machine and printing off. When boarding the bus I did wonder how it was supposed to scan but even though it was a paper copy this was no problem. I utilised the pass heavily to go to lido, burrano and murano before coming back into Venice and using there also. So worth it for the money and would defo recommend to people to use it. Easy simple and value for money

They can use more water buses, especially near the train station. We had to wait a long time and when we did get on one it was so crowded we could barely get off at our stop. You need to pay attention because they don't always announce the stops and when they do stop, it is not for a very long time.

The water bus was easy to find and using the tickets pre booked was better than trying to work out the machine. As long as u know where u r going and where u have to get off it’s fine.
This tour is easy to book and very convenient to travel to the two islands- skipping the queues of the independent boats. That said, our two points of feedback are 1) it would be beneficial to have even 30 minutes extra on each island- even an hour more wouldn’t hurt in Burano. There just wasn’t enough time to experience it - walk around, have a casual gelato or pop into a shop. And certainly not have lunch without rushing. Also, the guide on the boat is impressively multi lingual and very kind- but it was a shame because we could not hear a single thing she said over the loud speaker with the muffled noise. So we missed out on the entire “guided” element while on the boat, and didn’t know what we were passing or what’s was going on.

It was good. Our specific boat wasn’t too overcrowded so when we got to the glass factory there was plenty of room to see. The factory shop has some pretty hilarious pricing for products. The duration is perfect, we didn't get tired of the boat and there's enough time to visit and explore the islands. The check-in process was easy to find, was a very relaxing activity. I recommend it, Murano is the most famous for the crystal handcrafted goods, but Burano is prettier in my opinion and we liked most.

Booked this trip for my mum and I - short city break to Venice. Well organised, and structured, and the guide - multilingual and approachable - made it easier to understand timings and locations at each stop. However, meeting point is quite a way from the actual boat so you do need to be able to keep up with the group for a fast walk over 3 bridges and waiting in the sun with no seating prior to this walk for about 30 mins. On the boat, large vessel, lots of seating inside and upstairs - mostly covered, and clean, well maintained, and well staffed - both helpful and supportive. The glass factory on Murano - particularly the demo - was amazing! A true artist and expert in his field!!! The factory shop was a little disappointing, as the prices were much higher than on the mainland. The island itself - Murano - is beautiful and well worth a quick wander around... though you don't have long to look before jumping back on the boat. Burano - beautiful to look at and again well worth a wander around...

Easy to find the meeting point. Exchanged bar codes for tickets and then the boat left from directly behind the ticket office. A really enjoyable, well organised trip.

I booked this gondola excursion for our party of six with no issues. When we checked in I was informed that each gondola holds only five people and our party would have to split up. I wish this was included in the reservation process. The excursion itself was a bit disorganized. Our reservation was for 5:45. We checked in just before 5:30 and didn’t get started until about 6:10. Already on the boat trip by taxi to Murano, our guide Giovanna explained a lot of interesting things about Venice and the origin of the glass manufactories. The private tour of the glass factory was very impressive and informative. Due to the special Corona situation, the four of us were the only guests, which meant that we were looked after extremely courteously and personally. The subsequent stroll with Giovanna through Murano with a visit to two churches in which pictures by old masters were hidden on the walls, the onset of flooding due to the tide and the many stories that Giovanna knew to tell us about Murano and Venice rounded off our private tour away. A very successful trip!

We chose a private tour with a guide to the island of Murano, and it was a very pleasant experience, a far cry from group tours. Our guide took the time to tell us about the history of Venice and we visited places far from the tourist crowds. We stayed in Venice for four days, and this outing was by far the best. Grazie mille!
The best €25 I ever spent! Amazing day trip to 3 gorgeous little villages! Perfect amount of free time in each place, the day flies in! Like other people have said, don't buy anything in the glass factory, things are much cheaper in the shops. Really nice big boat, with an option to sit inside or outside.

The educational visit on the manual processing of glass in artisan ovens is interesting. But I don't understand why the shop is induced in internal shops with very high prices, even in the shops in the internal square of the town. The paradox is that in the bazaars along the route to Venice in the Rialto bridge area, the prices of Murano glasses, identical to those we bought on the island, are 3 euros lower per piece. One out of five would come free. What a disappointment!!!

The first 2 islands were very nice, the last one was not much (a church on an island) There were also people who did the 2 islands tour, I would recommend that to people. The excursion to the lagoon gave us the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello. The boat ride through nature was breathtaking, and a stop on the island of Murano allowed us to see the glass making process and learn about the art of glassblowing.

The guide was excellent. He gave us lots of information about the history of Venice. My only gripe would be to say he walked very fast and some people struggled to keep up with his. Perhaps this needs to be taken into account. The Gondola ride was beautiful. Very relaxing but it could have been even better had the Gondolier even so much as made eye contact with us. Had he been just a little bit cordial we would have given him a tip. That is not the fault of the guide or the tour company so overall this was a good activity

Definitely worthwhile taking this trip. It was very busy and we were kept waiting in a queue on the dock in the hot sun for over 40 minutes before we boarded and left for Murano which wasn’t great, felt like cattle, but glad we didn’t bail as we enjoyed our day, especially Burano

It felt very organized and we enjoyed that aspect of it. We found the tour informative and thoroughly impressed with the guides handle on multiple languages. We did not know what to expect for the islands but really enjoyed them and the time allotted at each location, especially with the warm weather . We had expected to be dropped back off at a sorting point so we were surprised to be dropped off at St Mark's and have to figure out our way back to our starting location. Once the boat docked,we had intended to tip the guide and get some instructions from her, but she was the first to get off the boat and took off right away.

We loved the glassblower's performance; it was fascinating to watch. The shopping time was very short. The same goes for Murano, a cute little island but too little time to shop. Otherwise, the boat ride was very pleasant and the guide was very friendly.

Very interesting trip, the Murano glass factory is practically an art museum. There are beautiful and unapproachable pieces. It's a shame about the short time available, only an hour, Burano is also enchanting. Explaining everything to 100 people in 4 languages is not easy, perhaps it should last an hour more. However, the final judgment is more than positive..

Confusion with which boat and where to queue on a very busy quayside. Boat should have departed at 10.30 but was late and didn’t leave till 10.50. Guide could not be heard over noisy engine. Not much to see in Murano other than glass factory and a few shops selling the same. Burano was stunning, picturesque coloured houses with some amazing shops, restaurants and bars
We were early and they happily accommodated us. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Nice trip!

Excellent time spent with our guide. We discovered streets where we had not ventured alone. Very good explanations that allowed us to discover Venice differently. The boat ride was a plus for us as we had only done one before. This walk allowed us to see other points of view because we started from another place but no comment from the guide.

A little hard to understand the guide because of the accent. But she was very good anyway. What she had to tell was very interesting. And she had a good sense of humor. All in all a very good experience. I absolutely love Venice.
We took this tour to see things other than Doge’s Palace and St Mark’s since we would be seeing those on another tour. And that is what the tour was - small backstreets with stops at interesting attractions with informed commentary from our guide. My only complaint is the audio device has poor sound quality which made it hard to understand the guide. It was better to not use it and stand near the guide whenever possible.

Our guide Tobia Navarro was excellent. Picked us up promptly at the hotel. He was very passionate about Venice and answered the many questions we had. Murano glass was amazing and we purchased some glass made by the master who was doing the demonstration. My husband was desperate to try green crabs but we couldn’t find a restaurant who did this dish. Tobia rang round some restaurants while we were on the glass tour. He found one on Burano and very kindly booked a table and reserved the dish for us After a very interesting visit to the lace making, and yet another purchase, we had the most fantastic meal and the crabs at Restaurant Galuppi. Our trip ran over its time but this was not an issue for Tobia. He was very laid back and an excellent guide. Private tour avoids the crowds.

The activity was excellent, it will remain as one of our best memory from Venezia. Emma is a friendly host which speaks English but also French, she gave us interesting pieces of information on her city, the culture, the food and of course the different islands of Venezia. Transportation was really well organized, it was so nice to have a private and fast boat when we could see that the other boats were so crowded with people. Murano and especially Burano are definitively places you would want to see if you have at least half a day to spare while visiting Venezia. These are quite unique and beautiful places.

Our guide Emma met us at our hotel and took us to a private water taxi. We toured the glass factory in Murano, then took the taxi to Burano. She showed us around the town, including lace making and Burano biscuits. Then we had a bit of free time to explore Burano and relax before we boarded the water taxi back to Venice and our guide walked us back to our accommodation. Our guide was friendly, funny and knowledgeable and the whole experience was fun. The price wasn't much more than the cost of just the private taxi on its own. Highly recommended!

Emma, our guide was absolutely amazing. We've done a few tours across the globe and none have made us feel as 'at home' as this. While the tour sights themselves were magical, it was definitely the guide that was the Cherry on top. The glass blowing demonstration in Murano was awe-inspiring and exploring Burano on foot after was the perfect addition.

We had some trouble getting to the location because we didn't know we had to take a taxi from outside of Venice which made us late. Ultimately, it was our fault for not doing more research, but we would have appreciated a bigger heads up in the directions for those who were not already in that area of Venice. Otherwise, it was a great time and we enjoyed ourselves!!

We signed up for a gondola tour. Did not realize there would be another brief tour as we walked to the gondola docks. That was ok, but our primarty reason was to take a gondola ride. We enjoyed the gondola ride, however there was no interaction with the gondolier. Personally was not looking to be entertained by him or have an extensive conversation, but not even a welcome, hello or thank you.

This worked well for me as a solo traveller as the usual prices meant it wouldn't have been an option for me on my own. Bit of a guided tour on the way to the Gondola ride which was quite serene once we were on our way. A bit of waiting around so you need to allow a couple of hours taking everything into consideration. The gallery at the end was well worth staying for, you really felt that you were there and had gone back in time with the 3D experience.

It was my dream and it didn’t disappoint! Jake was a great gondolier and chatted all the way! We booked a water taxi from outside the train station in Venice to take us to our drop-off destination, and overall it was an excellent experience. The only small issue was that the ticket didn’t specify which pier to wait at, so we had to pop into the information office for guidance. The staff there were extremely helpful and even phoned the water taxi company directly — within two minutes the boat was at the meeting point to collect us. From then on, everything ran smoothly. The taxi ride itself was very comfortable and calm, moving at a slower pace that allowed us to really take in the sights, sounds, and atmosphere of Venice. It gave us a wonderful first impression of the city. The crew were also really helpful with assisting both me and my husband in and out of the boat, which we appreciated. Although we were told we might share with up to three others, on this occasion we had the water taxi completely to ourselves, which made it feel even more special. Overall, excellent.

It was a beautiful experience, short ride but very grateful for the beautiful trip. Friendly driver, there was difficulty with the language barrier on our behalf. We were to get on ride #29 and I thought the boat driver called our name at the dock but I think it was another party. The drivers did a great job pivoting guests and letting us stay on the boat as they pulled out of the dock and he left us off at the canal closest to our stop. May suggest offering mini chalpagne toast upon boat arrival. We got a quick photo before having to hop off the boat, it was rocking ride in..Rainy and overcast with some rough waters hit they did a great job navigating and getting us closest to the dock and safely. Great experience into Venice. I would highly recommend taking private taxi, limo on the water. This was worth the $ and experience. Pics don’t do it justice, better then expected!!

Rosalina was a great guide for our Venice tour. She shared so much knowledge and interesting insights about Venice, Venetian culture, and history making the tour very engaging. We also appreciated her recommendations for restaurants and cafes. Our gondolier was also very good - amazing skills he has to keep us within an inch from the canal walls without the gondola touching them. He also sang! This was the quintessential Venice experience without the price tag of a private tour.
