Gondola Bauer landing stage. If you arrive at the Hotel Bauer, you will see the landing stage in front of it. Go to gondoliers and show the ticket. Please be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the departure time.

Transportation to the activity was us walking there, and that was fine! Google maps came in very handy with the winding walkways and narrow alleyways. Our tour guide was very pleasant and told us a little bit about the history of the city and the special sights to take note of.

We had a wonderful relaxing gondola ride, after quite a stressful time getting to the spot (our fault, traveling into Venice for a day trip with two young kids in tow, just give yourself more time than you think. Our gondalier was excellent and although it doesn't come with a live commentary he showed us the top sights and expertly guided us through quiet and busy canals

Our gondolier Matias was really good we was whistling and singing a romantic song. When I told him how good it was he looks for the original song and put it on his phone. it was magical like our of a movie. we was also letting us know about the city it was very entertaining a perfect activity for my honeymoon ❤️
