Wonderful, very skilled guide. He was very informative and made the tour to be the best.

We had a very enjoyable and interesting walking tour with Lorenzo. He suggested some areas to spend time in and we chose Castello which we probably would not have done on our own. It was more of a residential area and a very pleasant walk. Lorenzo provided lots of interesting commentary about living in Venice, and also about the Arsenal, which is also in Castello. He also paid attention to our request to take it slow and take breaks as needed. We enjoyed this tour with Lorenzo.

Our guide, Nicola was great - we love learning and felt like we were in a Venice Masterclass with our own young Venetian scholar! He answered every question we had with enthusiasm- even the uninformed ones. It was fantastic! He was also sensitive to our needs- we stepped in for a cup of expresso, just at the right time. There was a lot to like on this tour: the boat tour of the grand canal, walking tour of the Campos, lunch, Murano glass tour. Definitely worth the cost!

Our gondolier, Michael, was a delight. Very impressed with the smooth manoeuvering of his beautiful gondola. We were also treated to an impromptu song. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful ride through the canals.

Our driver was really nice. What we didn’t like is that one old guy who works there, when we finished the ride asked us in a not nice way (a bit aggressive) to put our tip for the driver in a basket. We wanted to give a tip but they should not talk in that way to their customer.

My husband and I had an amazing experience on our boat tour through Venice with Emiliano. From start to finish, it felt like a truly personal and memorable way to see the city. Emiliano was a fantastic guide—warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely funny with a great sense of humor. He took us through both the quiet canals and the iconic Grand Canal, pointing out beautiful historic buildings and sharing interesting stories, including who lives where and the history behind many of the landmarks. We also enjoyed delicious wine and snacks during the ride, which made the experience even more special. The boat itself was beautiful—new, clean, very well-kept, and incredibly comfortable. You could tell Emiliano takes pride in what he does, both in how he treats his guests and in how he maintains his boat. We can’t recommend this tour enough. It was a highlight of our trip and the perfect way to experience Venice from the water. We wish Emi the best!

Must do but super touristy. !!!

I don’t even know where to start! This tour was more than we ever expected. Giovanni was so passionate about his city of Venice and that came across in his tour. We walked around Venice and saw the city from his point of view not the touristy side. He treated us like actual queens. We navigated large crowds and he made us feel safe. Our lunch by the water was fantastic with delicious appetizers, wine and pasta. Once at the glass factory the vip experience continued. We were greeted with Prosecco and had an above and beyond tour. I can’t recommend Giovanni enough. Truly made our trip to Venice incredible! You will be tired after the 10 hour tour but you will feel like you have seen it all!

Fun gondola ride but the guy rowing the gondola did not speak one work and it was advertised as 30 mins was actually 15 mins max very rushed

This experience is simply amazing and far beyond our expectations. The boat was comfortable and Emiliano was very informative throughout. The trip was a visit to the lagoons and areas of the Grande Canal that we had never seen. It was relaxing, intriguing and gave an opportunity to see a different aspect to Venice. The whole experience, including the bottle of wine, has formed a memory we will always treasure- thank you.
