Already on the boat trip by taxi to Murano, our guide Giovanna explained a lot of interesting things about Venice and the origin of the glass manufactories. The private tour of the glass factory was very impressive and informative. Due to the special Corona situation, the four of us were the only guests, which meant that we were looked after extremely courteously and personally. The subsequent stroll with Giovanna through Murano with a visit to two churches in which pictures by old masters were hidden on the walls, the onset of flooding due to the tide and the many stories that Giovanna knew to tell us about Murano and Venice rounded off our private tour away. A very successful trip!

Emiliano provided a wonderful Enchanted Islands tour, and it was the perfect way to see them all on our first trip to Venice! Communication was fantastic and the meeting point was easy to find. On Murano, we enjoyed a special glass blowing experience at the Original Murano Glass factory, set up especially by our guide. It rained on Burano, and Emiliano was fully prepared for us with umbrellas, jackets and blankets. Highly recommend this tour and the wonderful Emiliano to all!

From our greeting at the train station, to their assistance with our luggage to the water taxi it was second to none. Our guide, Andrea was excellent. The only negative was the line for the women’s restroom was way too long due to a toilet being out of order. Other than that the place was beautiful and the guide very knowledgeable.

The best way to transfer from the train station to the hotel! Francesca met us on the platform and was so friendly and welcoming. She even took pictures of us with some of the sights in the background while we were on the water taxi. Very highly recommended!!!

Lorenzo showed us the off-the-beaten path of Venice, showing us a glimpse of real Venetian living. He’s very knowledgeable in his history and took us beyond the crowds and the regular tourist points. It is a very different point of view that we truly appreciated. Our driver was really nice. What we didn’t like is that one old guy who works there, when we finished the ride asked us in a not nice way (a bit aggressive) to put our tip for the driver in a basket. We wanted to give a tip but they should not talk in that way to their customer.
