Tour guide was a life-long local and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of Venice. The lunch was outstanding and the private boat ride in the canals was great.

Emiliano provided a wonderful Enchanted Islands tour, and it was the perfect way to see them all on our first trip to Venice! Communication was fantastic and the meeting point was easy to find. On Murano, we enjoyed a special glass blowing experience at the Original Murano Glass factory, set up especially by our guide. It rained on Burano, and Emiliano was fully prepared for us with umbrellas, jackets and blankets. Highly recommend this tour and the wonderful Emiliano to all!

I don’t even know where to start! This tour was more than we ever expected. Giovanni was so passionate about his city of Venice and that came across in his tour. We walked around Venice and saw the city from his point of view not the touristy side. He treated us like actual queens. We navigated large crowds and he made us feel safe. Our lunch by the water was fantastic with delicious appetizers, wine and pasta. Once at the glass factory the vip experience continued. We were greeted with Prosecco and had an above and beyond tour. I can’t recommend Giovanni enough. Truly made our trip to Venice incredible! You will be tired after the 10 hour tour but you will feel like you have seen it all!

Our gondolier Alvise Marco was fantastic! He was very engaging & funny. I highly recommend this ride.

The tour was excellent - my only recommendation is to bring water with you. It was hot when we walked, and I mean power walked, for two hours. A great way to see the non-touristy side to the city.

We had an amazing time on this private gondola ride. I was quite nervous at first as I had read a few negative reviews. But our experience was positive and amazing. Our gondolier was friendly, informative and courteous throughout our journey. I would highly recommend this. Great way to avoid the queues!

Great ride with lots of information.

Fun gondola ride but the guy rowing the gondola did not speak one work and it was advertised as 30 mins was actually 15 mins max very rushed

The trip was in a beautifully restored fishing boat - a picture perfect way to spend several hours exploring the other islands. Watching glass blowing on Murano was fascinating, but you do need to be strong to resist the underlying pressure to spend money in the shop afterwards. Burano with its colourful houses was simply stunning and Torcello was so peaceful, it seemed to offer the perfect escape from the pressures of our busy lives. Our guide was charming and unobtrusive - I would definitely recommend this as a great way of exploring the smaller islands.

It was fun! He gave good explanations and the gondolier was very good at sailing. A fun way to see Venice from a different angle.

The motorboat was super comfortable, and the aperitif with local wine made it feel luxurious!

Absolutely awesome! Nikola was so knowledgeable and took us all over to places we would never find. Glass factory was amazing to see. Book this tour if you want something special and above the rest! You will learn and see so much! Ask for Nikola!

The perfect way to start your Venice adventure. I cannot recommend this service enough. From our greeting at the train station, to their assistance with our luggage to the water taxi it was second to none. When we arrived near our hotel, our guide helped with our luggage and escorted us directly to the hotel. I wouldn’t use any other service. Thank you

Our driver was very good. Informative but not chatty. Very relaxing.

Our guide, Andrea was excellent. The only negative was the line for the women’s restroom was way too long due to a toilet being out of order. Other than that the place was beautiful and the guide very knowledgeable.

Beautiful! I had never had an experience like this! The provider's customer service provided me with more options on the route than I could have chosen; I relied on them and I did not go wrong! I am happy to have chosen this activity, a really well spent hour! I add that even the captain of the beautiful boat was super nice and helpful!

Lorenzo showed us the off-the-beaten path of Venice, showing us a glimpse of real Venetian living. He’s very knowledgeable in his history and took us beyond the crowds and the regular tourist points. It is a very different point of view that we truly appreciated. Such good & lively conversation from the moment he picked us up in our hotel & the drop off to our more touristy activity, the gondola ride :) Grazie Lorenzo!

Good for getting a quick impression, but very little time (although the schedule was known when booking. We only noticed on Murano that we would have liked to have seen more of the island).
