Our guide, Andrea was excellent. The only negative was the line for the women’s restroom was way too long due to a toilet being out of order. Other than that the place was beautiful and the guide very knowledgeable.

Emiliano was a fantastic guide—warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely funny with a great sense of humor. He took us through both the quiet canals and the iconic Grand Canal, pointing out beautiful historic buildings and sharing interesting stories, including who lives where and the history behind many of the landmarks. We also enjoyed delicious wine and snacks during the ride, which made the experience even more special. The boat itself was beautiful—new, clean, very well-kept, and incredibly comfortable. You could tell Emiliano takes pride in what he does, both in how he treats his guests and in how he maintains his boat. We can’t recommend this tour enough. It was a highlight of our trip and the perfect way to experience Venice from the water. We wish Emi the best!

The guide teaches us what was happening in each room of the palace, about the Republic of Venice, the little-known French history of the Battle of Lesventes and Napoleon and deciphers the works. Thanks to the headphones you don't miss a beat. On the upper floor of the basilica, outside, she talks to us about present-day Venice and we can ask her questions.

I don’t even know where to start! This tour was more than we ever expected. Giovanni was so passionate about his city of Venice and that came across in his tour. We walked around Venice and saw the city from his point of view not the touristy side. He treated us like actual queens. We navigated large crowds and he made us feel safe. Our lunch by the water was fantastic with delicious appetizers, wine and pasta. Once at the glass factory the vip experience continued. We were greeted with Prosecco and had an above and beyond tour. I can’t recommend Giovanni enough. Truly made our trip to Venice incredible! You will be tired after the 10 hour tour but you will feel like you have seen it all!
