50-minute Shared Gondola Ride with Live Guide

The guide will be on only one gondola. The participants on the other gondolas will listen to them with the audio device
The live commentary will be only in English
Each gondola can hold a maximum of 5 people
The gondolier will determine your seat according to your weight
The tour will only be cancelled in cases of extreme weather conditions
The itinerary may change in cases of wind or bad weather
Please note that this is a shared tour, it is not a private gondola ride
Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the activity starts

• The gondola ride is NOT private but is shared with other participants.
• The tour for children under the age of 2 is FREE, only if children do not occupy their own seat in the gondola
• This tour is not fully accessible for wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility
• Each gondola can accommodate a maximum of 5 people; the seat on board cannot be chosen, but will be assigned by the gondolier depending on the guests' weight.
• The tour includes musical accompaniment (singer + musician) for the duration of the whole tour. There will NOT be musicians on each gondola, they will be boarded on the one in the middle of the row to give everyone a chance to enjoy the live music.
• The itinerary may change in case of wind or bad weather.
• Pets are not allowed on board the gondola
• Digital and printed vouchers are accepted (to be shown to staff at the meeting point)
• No penalty for cancellation within 24 hrs before the tour. On line customer service 7 days a week, 9.30 am – 5.30 pm
• The tour does not operate in case of exceptionally bad weather, high/low tide (in these cases it can be postponed the days after otherwise it will be refunded).
• Please be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the departure time.
