St. Mark's Square Tours

We thought that we would have the gondola to ourselves, but we shared it with another couple, which wasn't a big deal. But the other couple rushed into the gondola to grab the nice seats closer to the gondolier, so we weren't able to take any pics there. Overall though, I would recommend, but just know that you'll be sharing the gondola ride with up to 5 people max.

We had a delightful ride with Diario. He was so proud of his family’s legacy and we were excited to hear the details of his fathers work. We rode in his family’s 32 year old gondola and he even pointed out his fathers home. It was fun to hear the gondoliers banter while riding the canal. It’s a very quick ride under the bridge of sighs and back again. Time flies when you’re having fun!

Fantastic tour with Giovanna, an extremely nice, hard-working Venetian woman who speaks perfect German. Very well organised, extensive and interesting information about Murano and the history of this small island. Lots of new impressions and, above all, good memories. Sandra was amazing. She was full of knowledge. I wish we could have spent more time in the church instead of the doge area. They called us the day before to change time of tour. We agreed but it did cause us to have to rush to dinner. The toilet and shopping time is too short so we didn’t get to buy a book. Very good guide thank you

35 minutes really not enough to appreciate the row of canals and the charm of the buildings that surround them the price is 80 € to 120 € if you decide to take a tour alone so not many advantages to take in this site

Punctual and precise. It was easy to find the kiosk. For the explanations in Spanish, they gave us an application that we downloaded on the phone and that worked very well, although I would have liked more if the guide spoke to us in Spanish; either way we really enjoyed the ride

We had a very enjoyable gondola ride (one and only as newlyWeds) with our guide. Luckily the weather was perfect and the guide told us interesting facts about the different historically significant buildings along the canal as we passed them. The trip felt like the perfect amount of time for a short afternoon activity after we toured the Basilica and Palace all morning.
