The boat trip was fabulous but there was no assistance/ follow through once you boarded the boat. No sign of anyone using the audio guide which I attempted several times to access but without success. Also the promise of a glass factory tour at Murano, included in the ticket, did not transpire. Felt there should have been further information at destination, and the audio guide should be made more simple to find and use. So in summary, go for the transport but don't expect the extras they promise.

It was very good experience. service was very good and highly cost effective. (less than half of what is charged in Venice). The only problem we faced was in finding the meeting point. We followed the map and reached a big square. I had to call the supplier number given on the website and found that I need to go to "Bucintoro Viaggi" office which is 2 shops away from H&M. At the office, we were given physical tickets. Overall good experience. It will be great if the above information is included along with 'meeting point' details.

This is a very easy, no stress trip. The price is very reasonable for the boat ride and the guided history tour in between the islands. We started from the S. L. train station, which allowed us to see quite a bit of the southern side of Venice as we looped around to the St Mark's pick up. We saw a quick glass-blowing demonstration in Murano and purchased several pieces of beautiful jewelry. After a light lunch in Torcello, we made our way to my most favorite island - Burano! Burano was so very charming, with the bright houses, the shops lining the waterways, and the shaded park near the vaparetto stop. Burano offers more than your usual kitschy tourist shops - local artisans there sell beautiful clothing and art that you won't find in Venice. Knowing what I know now, I'd probably skip Murano and Torcello, pack a lunch, and take a vaparetto to Burano and spend several hours there. The 50 minutes given to us was simply not enough time for what this village has to offer.

It was a highly concentrated tour on the three (probably) most important islands of the Venetian Lagoon. Our guide Francesco went into many important details for all three islands in three different languages. I only wish we stayed more on Burano which was very picturesque!

Highly recommend!! Very well organised, excellent service throughout and fabulous food and wines! We have been a couple of times now at different times of the year so slightly different menus! We've had the fish, meat and vegetarian menus. (you need to specify at booking if you want the meat menu or the vegetarian or it is automatically fish) The journey is smooth taking in lovely views of the lagoon and Venice. Very attentive service. We are looking forward to going again in April with our older children, who will love it!! Highly recommend and great value for money!! Thank you

The guide Andre was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would have liked it better if there were less number in the group. For the purpose of buying Venetian glass products, purchase them in Burano. I found more variety and less expensive options too. The boat ride is beautiful, make sure you watch the sunset.

We love, love, loved this private food tour. We have some dietary restrictions and Giada was able to accommodate with some excellent tastes. Giada was very knowledgeable about the area and the best places to find delicious food. We would highly recommend this tour to all visitors of the Venice area. This was our third trip to Venice and we walked away feeling like we understood the city and the food options so much more.

The tour has a nice route, it goes through the small channels, it is very organized, in my gondola there were only 4 people. However, as expected, it was very fast (30 minutes) and the gondolier didn't say anything during the tour. Anyway, I recommend it!

Murano you can see how they work with glass, making different products which they sell in stores around the island. Very small Torcello, a path next to the canal that you enjoy until you reach the church. Burano a beautiful island, with its very colorful houses and more Tourist. You can see their star product that is made with lace. In this tour there is no specific guide; there was a person who spoke on the tour but he was not well understood due to the bad sound of the boat's microphone. IT ONLY LASTS 4 HOURS. On their page it says 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 hours

Amazing experience! Lovely tour of the canal! I was a solo traveler and shared with 4 others. Everyone was so pleasant. Our Gondola driver didn’t speak at all which was a bit disappointing! We did see others having a great time and singing but that’s the look of the draw!

Beautiful experience of a mythical gondola ride to do absolutely 30 min is very good and the ride in a group of 5 quite bearable Attention the meeting point is at the level of the boxes for the public boat and you have to wait for the guide who will take you leads to gondolas

Better pick and book a gondola that you like on your own, there are almost everywhere and the 80 euros worth it. Shared is not a good option, you don't enjoy the fool experience sitting on a small chair in the middle. Gondola is only for two people sitting on the main double sofa. I was disappointed...

We enjoyed Morano but particularly Borano as I could have stay there for a whole day. As others have said, if only we did not have to stop at Torano. Transport was good, but again as others said that the PA was difficult to understand at times. My husband, who can speak Italian, noticed that there was more information given in Italian than in English.

I really enjoyed the tour, but as a minus I would have preferred a little more time, maybe on Murano and Burano, in particular. But we had enough time for a short tour and and some photos in every location. I would recommend this tour to everyone who want to catch a glimpse of these islands.

This is not a tour, but a hop-on hop-off boat tour with audio guides (as noted in the title). The tour provider was easy to find in San Marco and we enjoyed the clean and spacious boat rides to Murano and Burano. We did not get off at any other islands, but we enjoyed the trip around the lagoon.

It's very good, it's 25 minutes and no one sings hahaha. And you share the gondola with other people, unless you are 4 people in total. It is what it usually costs and since you are going to Venice you should do it. It's very good and I recommend it

It was interesting to visit the islands surrounding Venice. Each island was different in terms of beauty and were all aesthetically pleasing. In murano the main attraction was the glass factory other than that there wasn’t much there. Torcello was more historical but smaller. Burano was the busiest of the three with many restaurants and beautiful scenery. You were allocated about 60 minutes to see each island before your boat left to get to the next island.

Our guide and the boat driver were very nice and knowledgeable. These 2 small and very charming cities, you should visit, a nice way to get away a little from the big crowd of Venice. Unfortunately 2 costumers from our tour found a way to get lost and made the whole group wait for 25’ inside the boat and reduced the time we could have had for a nicer lunch in Burano.

A most enjoyable trip, on a lovely boat not to big, & our guide was brilliant told us lots of info about where we were going, told us lots of story's about people. Murano glass factory was delightful we saw a demo of how things were made, & going around the shop was magical. Burano was truly beautiful place & the cafe by the bridge overlooking the lagoon was stunning, lovely snacks & wine. On the way back going around the lagoon was very interesting, a truly lovely experience.

practical organization, and very pleasant guides. The time given to Murano is more than enough, especially if you do not want to buy handcrafted glasses. on the other hand, the stop at Burano deserves 1 hour more to allow time to wander more.
