Well organised host trip to Murano and Burano. Glassmaking demonstration was good. Not long on each island but enough to get a flavour and take lots of photos. Boat ride was interesting with information given by the guide. I think it was good value and would recommend as a half day trip which doesn’t eat into a short break in Venice too much. Loved the colourful houses on Burano which was the main reason for booking.

Great tour with a great group leader Georgia. She had great command over four language and was very clear in her English. The way they showed us the various important landmarks of Venice along the route made it as a city tour as well which we really liked. The time given at Murano Burano was also sufficient as we felt. ( if you want to spend more, one can come separately but with a tour I think time given was very sufficient). Transported in a big enough boat with good views . 10/10 from my side.

The tour was well organized and run on time. The glass blowing demo at Murano was good and impressive although it felt a bit short. We had lots of time for some shopping afterwards. We had to skip the visit to Burano due to some time limitations we had. overall it was a great experience.

I highly recommend this experience! I had a small mishap before departure, but the staff were really helpful and I finally managed to take the tour…and it was worth it! Perfect organization, very prepared escort who provided us with a lot of explanations and many curiosities of which I had no idea, kindness and professionalism on everyone's part. I had a really nice afternoon! I advise!

We went to Venice and got a tip from relatives to make sure we add this trip to our itinerary. Easy to book online but when we tried the google map link on the ticket to find the meeting place, we were directed to another Calle Seconda dela Fava near Rialto instead. Good thing that we went early, as we realised we can't find any Serenissima Boat desk and later found it the desk is all the way in San Marco. Very confusing for first timers in Venice!! When we finally got there, I showed our eticket and was asked to stand on the side. We were one of the first ones to board the boat but got stopped as they had to verify our tickets so they set us aside to let the rest of the passengers board while she waited for confirmation on our booking. We were pissed off from both waiting under extreme heat and missing our opportunity to get a good seat on the ferry!!! The staff needs to work on their communication skills and fix the google map link issue. However, since Murano and Burano are great places to stay, we eventually let go of these and had a very memorable experience. I would probably research for another company offering the same tour or just go by yourself using the water taxi so you wont have any time constraint!

Good price for the itinerary. The islands are beautiful and full of history! People usually skip Torcello, but it is a great mistake! Torcello was one of the highest spots of this tour for me! The only remark goes to the sound system in the intern part of the boat: low level and people talking during the explanations made the listening a hard task for me and my group. Unfortunately we shared the boat with people that does not were properly educated and even interested in the explanations…

The guide Andre was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would have liked it better if there were less number in the group. For the purpose of buying Venetian glass products, purchase them in Burano. I found more variety and less expensive options too. The boat ride is beautiful, make sure you watch the sunset.

The trip was well led, the glass blowing demonstration was really neat, and both islands are beautiful. We had about an hour on Murano (including the glass-blowing demonstration) and an hour and a half on Burano. I would switch that to spend more time on Murano. Otherwise, the trip was a lot of fun!

The best €25 I ever spent! Amazing day trip to 3 gorgeous little villages! Perfect amount of free time in each place, the day flies in! Like other people have said, don't buy anything in the glass factory, things are much cheaper in the shops. Really nice big boat, with an option to sit inside or outside.

It was a unique experience! The guide on board the boat told us several interesting things about Venice and the islands, he was very kind and helpful. The islands are wonderful, we witnessed a beautiful demonstration of glass and lace, truly spectacular! We recommend this beautiful boat trip to everyone, excellent value for money!

practical organization, and very pleasant guides. The time given to Murano is more than enough, especially if you do not want to buy handcrafted glasses. on the other hand, the stop at Burano deserves 1 hour more to allow time to wander more.

It was very good. The guide was there to answer any question and made it easy for us to know what to look for and where in the islands. My only advice to tourists who are not very interested in historical places to take the Murano and Burano without Torcello tours. Torcello is beautiful, and has it's own valuable attractions but different than what you find in Murano and Burano and not that family friendly. All together, it was a wonderful experience and I admire the punctuality of the tour including the transportation.

It's definitely a trip to do. But be on time or 15 mins early at every point! We looked at doing the half day trip but glad we didn't as we got much more time in Burano for a chilled lunch and walk along the island. There wasn't much to do in Torcello, but it does have history, and you can climb the church.

Really nice excursion to visit Murano and Burano ! The guide Andreas is perfect, he can speak lots of languages. Really practical to be able to board and get off at Santa Lucia or Saint Marco. We also visited Torcello, but I think it isn't worth the detour. The time we could spend in Murano and Burano was not enough, it would be better to skip Torcello and lengthen the time in Murano and Burano. Burano is the best spot for gorgeous photos !

Beautiful day ! We were welcomed at the point established by mr. Manola, an exquisite person, prepared and extremely available, who accompanied us throughout the tour. First stop on the island of Murano: visit to the glass factory. Mr. Fabio, very kind, explained to us step by step the demonstration of a master glassmaker who created three beautiful objects for us. After a pleasant walk on the island we took the boat and went to Burano Manola, our super guide, made us visit the island by telling us and showing us a lot of interesting things After circumnavigating the island of Torcello (we chose not to go down) we returned to Venice enjoying the spectacle of the setting sun Beautiful, well organized, highly recommended experience, which we will definitely do again! a special thanks to Manola who made our trip special !!

Booked this trip for my mum and I - short city break to Venice. Well organised, and structured, and the guide - multilingual and approachable - made it easier to understand timings and locations at each stop. However, meeting point is quite a way from the actual boat so you do need to be able to keep up with the group for a fast walk over 3 bridges and waiting in the sun with no seating prior to this walk for about 30 mins. On the boat, large vessel, lots of seating inside and upstairs - mostly covered, and clean, well maintained, and well staffed - both helpful and supportive. The glass factory on Murano - particularly the demo - was amazing! A true artist and expert in his field!!! The factory shop was a little disappointing, as the prices were much higher than on the mainland. The island itself - Murano - is beautiful and well worth a quick wander around... though you don't have long to look before jumping back on the boat. Burano - beautiful to look at and again well worth a wander around... the lace demo is a bit underwhelming - a lady sat in a rocking chair showing how she sews - but the lace work around and other fabric products in many shops were beautiful and worth a look. Great restaurants and cafes to eat and drink in as well... I would recommend this trip to all...

Very well organized, friendly guide and very inspired by his region. The advantage of this tour is still to avoid crowds in the public shuttles and also to take the time to stop where you want. Disappointment nevertheless on the visit to Murano, especially on the too short demonstration of the master glassmaker.

Highly recommend!! Very well organised, excellent service throughout and fabulous food and wines! We have been a couple of times now at different times of the year so slightly different menus! We've had the fish, meat and vegetarian menus. (you need to specify at booking if you want the meat menu or the vegetarian or it is automatically fish) The journey is smooth taking in lovely views of the lagoon and Venice. Very attentive service. We are looking forward to going again in April with our older children, who will love it!! Highly recommend and great value for money!! Thank you

The duration is perfect, we didn't get tired of the boat and there's enough time to visit and explore the islands. The check-in process was easy to find, was a very relaxing activity. I recommend it, Murano is the most famous for the crystal handcrafted goods, but Burano is prettier in my opinion and we liked most.
