I booked this trip a month in advance. 3 adults. One 11 yr old one 13yrs. I received a WhatsApp the day before with a pick up time of 7am and dropped pin of where to be. (2 mins from the hotel) Bartek our driver was superb with information and instructions of where to meet our tour guides and pick up return points. Auschwitz- bag search and scanners. Quick and painless. Headsets and headphones provided. Lots of slow walking and steps inside buildings. Birkenau is a large site. Exposed. For both Auschwitz & Birkenau wear comfy shoes, pack an umbrella if it’s forecast to rain. We were offered pack lunch for a small price but we took our own snacks and grabbed drinks. Salt Mines lots of steps down but exciting for kids. Inside lakes. Little light shoes and caves. Snack stops and souvenir shops dotted around inside.

Thank you to our guide Pawel!! This experience was amazing from start to finish and Pawel was brilliant, really made the tour come to life with his knowledge of Auschwitz-Birkenau. He was really punctual and even asked us after the tour where we wanted dropping off in Krakow to make it easier to get to our accommodation. Can't recommend booking with these guys enough! 5****

Even with snow the tour went ahead as planned with no delays. The driver and guide were fantastic. The tour itself was very emotional but definitely worth a visit so you can have some comprehension of what happened. You are outside 50% of the time so if you go in the winter months you will need to wrap up warm

The salt mine guide was amazing and knowledgeable, the auschwitz guide was equally brilliant but the head set audio feed was sometimes problematic- not their fault! The tours were lengthy and very informative.
