Pick up was easy, although our original time did get changed however after seeing the queues at auschwitz this made total sense. Wieliczka was amazing, we enjoy it very much. Marcin was lovely he stayed with us all day, he was a great tour guide. We had a great day out, just be prepared for lots of walking and a very long day x

The trip was so well organised with no delays or hiccups. Norbert even called us when on his way to say he was a few minutes delayed. It too around 1.5 hours to reach Auschwitz from our pick up point. We had regular breaks for toilet, coffee/tea etc. There is a small cafe there but also seats outside where you can eat your packed lunch. The tour guide was excellent. Lucas was quite passionate and emotional when relaying stories and extremely knowledgeable about what actually happened.

The trip was great. The bus picked us up on the near bus station and took us to Auschwitz 1 and later to Auschwitz 2. The ride was comfortable and the guide was really nice. We were also very satisfied with lunchboxes (sandwiches with hummus and with ham, apples and chocolate bars). We wouldn't change a thing about the whole thing :)

There is nothing I can fault about this trip, both our coach guide and tour guide were outstanding, the tour was organised smoothly too.

Really we'll organised excellent day out tour guide really knew there stuff, full of very interesting information.

The tour was very informative and the guide was so very knowledgeable it was amazing.

It was interesting. I could recomend to visit this place at least once in life for historical reasons.
