Highly recommended tour in a tragic place; Our guide (Wiktoria) took a lot of time; Thank you very much again

After the first tour we wanted to buy a number of books in the shop adjacent to the site. We weren't there long, but once outside it turned out that our bus had already returned to the parking lot. Another family had the exact same thing. It was resolved quickly and efficiently because we were followed up. But maybe they can give people the opportunity to buy something.

It was an impressive tour with a very good guide who could tell stories very well

Jakob

Very exciting and impressive tour, only the waiting time of about an hour in front of the museum in Auschwitz was a bit tedious. Unfortunately we didn't have much time left in Birkenau because we didn't get there until quite late. But in principle I can only recommend it, I would do the tour again at any time.

We really enjoyed our tour, our guide was great. The day was just let down a bit by the sheer volume of crowds. I think the indoor parts of tour all lost their poignancy and intensity due to us always running into the group in front or the group behind running into us. We were in the afternoon with the non-tour guide customers also touring at their own pace and so it just felt a bit chaotic at points. The outside moments at Birkenau were far more touching and emotional with no distractions. I’d probably recommend a morning slot. Booking process and follow-on comms were excellent, thank you!

It has gone very well. However, the van was very small. The person who picked us up didn't know Spanish, but once in the museum the guided tour was in Spanish. Very good service. Auschwitz is a must-see if you are in Krakow.

Day trip was brilliant although a very emotional experience. My only complaint was the guide walked so fast and for us three, one that has MS it was a struggle.

The tour guide and transport were great, but the museum was quite busy and so parts of the tour felt rushed. Would have liked a bit more time to take everything in. We went on a Saturday so maybe avoid weekends if possible!

We really enjoyed the auschwitzz trip. The tour guide was good but could only speak broken English so sometimes we struggled to understand him. We were put into a different group and split away from our family on our trip. Clear communication is key on these kind of trips and that is where it lacked unfortunately.

The tour of auschwitz was an interesting experience however, we felt the tour was very rushed and the group sizes were way too big. I think I would recommend attending without a tour but with a guide.

A must do tour if you are in Krakow. Our tour guide was excellent.. very well organised tour and glad we went with the guide option.. our driver told us that on some tours people are just dropped off and then have to queue for ages to get on. Definitely worth the money and would highly recommend.

Even with snow the tour went ahead as planned with no delays. The driver and guide were fantastic. The tour itself was very emotional but definitely worth a visit so you can have some comprehension of what happened. You are outside 50% of the time so if you go in the winter months you will need to wrap up warm

From the pick up point - to the tour and back- a very good and moving day. This is a must if you are in the area - the site and exhibition was excellent and v thought provoking and a privilege to be allowed to see it all. The driver Michal and tour guide -Anna were exceptional. Thank you for a good day.

I thought it was a pity that there was a lot of uncertainty about the starting time we thought and had planned starting time 8.00 am and it was not changed to 10.40 am 24 hours in advance, so we could no longer carry out the planned activities. The viewing was impressive.

Interesting! Lots of people and got the feeling sometimes that the guide was stressed. The guide sped up in certain areas and even though the guide tried to achieve the feeling that this was terrible, the feeling was missing because everything was going fast

The auschwitz tour was great, the guide was great and really informative! Nothing bad to say about this part of the trip. However, the salt mines on the other hand was a different story. The guide rambled on about things that were irrelevant. Didn’t explain what each part of the mine was. Said something and practically ran away from the group. As we chased after her she had already started speaking again so had no idea what was going on. Also spoke extremely fast so also didn’t help. Constantly on your feet for 3 hours (after being at auschwitz) in a boiling hot room with no where to put coats or bags. There were about 2 pretty rooms at the mines. And the only lift to get back up 850 steps was an old mine lift. That has definitely no health or safety checks on it. And has defo been on there for about 50 years. So scared us to death. On a whole the salt mines was a waste of time and money and would never ever do them again or recommend them! Auschwitz is a great tour! Book that itself.

Very good organization of these excursions. We received several emails and text messages the day before and the same morning to be informed of the time at which our driver would pick us up from our apartment. The visit to the Auschwitz and Birkenau camps is very rich in emotions. Our guide was friendly and interesting. You have to walk a lot given the extent of the sites. A snack is served after the visit to the two camps around 12 p.m. (basket with sandwich, pasta salad, apple, chocolate bar, water) Then head to the salt mines. A guide takes us to the bottom of the mines to start the visit (380 steps from memory!) Then we go from room to room through galleries to reach a depth of 130m. Some rooms are magnificent and gigantic. Finally we go back into the open air in the elevator. I do not recommend the visit to people who have problems walking (lots of stairs) but otherwise it is very interesting and very well organized.

The salt mine guide was amazing and knowledgeable, the auschwitz guide was equally brilliant but the head set audio feed was sometimes problematic- not their fault! The tours were lengthy and very informative.

The guide at Auschwitz-Birkenau was good and clearly knowledgeable and the guide at the Salt Mine was also good. However the host/driver was less helpful. She did not offer clear instructions or timings and appeared to be abrupt when asked about them. Timings seemed to change without explanation. Her manner has affected the overall scoring.

Rebecca

The trip was brilliant. We travelled in extremely poor conditions, very heavy snow fall and very icy roads. The driver was fabulous. Very confident, safe and conscious of everything around us. My tour guide was Marta, she was clearly very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in the history she was telling us about. The tour itself was very fast moving and we were able to see quite a lot in a very short time. Wear comfy shoes because there's a LOT of walking and if going in winter, make sure you have your thermals because you're going to need them!

We had booked a tour that would pick us up at the hotel at 11am. The evening before, we received a msg that instead of 11am it was going to be 5.15am. There was no possibility to cancel the trip as this option was mentioned in their conditions. A cancellation from our side with refund was also not possible. So, there was no other option then accepting (or don't go at all). We had to find a night shop to buy some food stuff as we were fare to early for breakfast in the hotel. We were warned that at the premises, no food could be bought. According to the bus driver that picked us up, this was more or less standard procedure. This was a very big annoyance for us. Except for that, the trip was really impressive. We had a very good guide (young polish woman) who spoke English very well and was really involved in everything what happened there

Absolutely brilliant trip with the wonderful Michael. We were so lucky to have Michael as a guide and he went above and beyond to make it a memorable trip. He was so respectful and emotive throughout the tour. Would highly recommend it.

Lilia

The tour as such was good, own first driver Michael was really good. In our way to Auschwitz we had a problem with the bus and we had to stop, we waited for a new bus to arrive ( we had more or less an hour delay). When we arrived with the new bus, we were first told that we will be divided in two smaller groups which didn’t happen. Then when the first part of the tour in Auschwitz I ended, we were informed that due to the delay we wont be able to visit Birkenau and this was very frustrating and of course not what we expected as we booked the 7:00 tour to be able to visit both camps with day light. In addition our return driver made a mistake and forgot to drop us off at ( /near) our accommodation as we said and we stepped out to the next stop ( which it was not far away but not the correct one).

Top experience. We are French and did the tour in English, the guide was great. Patient, clear and full of anecdotes, she was captivating and lived what she was telling. 1h30 in the first camp and 1 hour in the second (very easy visit for such a large camp). We had the time we needed to take our photos even if we shouldn't hang around. The organization was top notch, information and clear directions. Boarding the shuttles quickly, good driver. 100% recommended, go for it, the value for money is great.

Tessa

The tour guide was excellent, his English was extremely good and was very knowledgeable. Especially appreciated his word choice for subject. Transport was slightly late but was not the fault of the driver and was communicated to the group. We didn't see the barrack exhibitions but didn't feel this affected the quality of the tour and we didn't feel we missed anything. Appreciate the subject wasn't sugar-coated for tourists.

From the app and email they gave us two different meeting places. It was excellent! A long day, but everything was well organized. It started very early (at 5:50) which was not the time I selected, but I was already expecting it to change. The transport was well done, without waiting, the visit was excellent and I recommend it to everyone. We took lunch, but there is a restaurant in the salt mines. I think that the waiting time there may not be enough for some groups to have lunch.

The initial part of the tour (Auschwitz) was perfect in its organization and precision of the guide. The frankly unprofessional part came later: we changed vehicles, getting on a smaller one, to reach the salt mine. Our driver took us to our destination, then told us that the guide was an hour late and there were two options: wait out there (in the cold, in the snow) or go to a nearby restaurant to get something. We were forced to sit in the restaurant and order something. After over an hour the drivers took us back to the mine, where we could begin the visit.

We had a great day trip but our driver Tomaisk made our day even more enjoyable and stress free with his experienced guidance from picking us up in krakow to Auswitch-Birkenau to the salt mines and back to krakow. He was very helpful with directions and recommendations even going as far to walking us in the snow to a lovely restaurant. Our trip was very enjoyable and we sticked to the Schedule ensuring a nice break for us in between. I can’t recommend him enough as a driver he was so much more than that. An excellent tour guide!

Jacob

The start of the day we really enjoyed. But the afternoon(salt mine) wasn’t really for us, it was very long winded and not what we expected. Lord of statues and not much of the “mine” we expected. Something that took 2.5 hours but I’d of been happy with a 30 min walk through. As I said the morning was brilliant (auschwitz) very moving. The guides through out the whole day were very knowledgeable and friendly. Coach driver also friendly and informative

A must do while visiting krakow. Know that the day is super long, and you will be exhausted by the end of the day. If you feel uneasy with that and time allows, book two different trips on separate days. You also need to walk lots. We got picked up at 6, but we booked the tour for starting time at 8. We got back at 7. Bear in mind that that might change. Lunch is not included but you will go to a good restaurant to eat. It was a bit of a quick lunch, something to keep in mind. The driver and guides were excellent and experienced. Communication was clear. Both tours were crowded tho, but that was the time of the year.

The visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau was far too stressful. Birkenau we ran across it felt like. The visit to the salt mine was good, but we would have preferred to spend less time there and more time in Birkenau.

Zoe

Amazing trip that was really informative. Particularly thought the headphones was a great idea and made it so that none of the information being relayed by the guide, got missed. I came away with a greater understanding of the atrocities that happened here - it really does hit home how totally brutal this place was - which made me even more annoyed an upset to see disrespectful people taking selfies on the very tracks that led people to their murderers. The tour itself isn’t to blame for the shocking behaviour of others though.

Elena

Good tour, very sad history, but very informative tour guide. Robert

Added bonus of the museum beforehand and very interesting, especially hearing from the locals that helped with food and clothes for the prisoners. The self tour around auschwitz was great !!! Birkenau would have been a much better experience if there was about 30 more minutes at the site, as it’s very difficult to get to the gas chambers at the back of the compound and back with comfort. 1 hour is not enough to cover a much larger area than Auschwitz and take in the extermination camp fully.

we got a bolt ride to our meeting spot and they picked us up, it was around 1.30 coach ride (if you get travel sick make sure you take some tablets) our guide when we got there was lovely and very informative. i’d definitely recommend going. in total we were out for about 8 hours so pretty precise time wise. we didn’t opt in for lunch but we ended up being quite hungry however there was a cafe that sold food at the end if you do need to get something. overall 10/10

Extremely heart wrenching experience. Everything we were taught at school does no justice to the actual experience. I came in winter, so it was a little tough when the winds blow over the fields of ice. I don’t know how the prisoners managed to survive Polish winters with only rags on. Damian and Adrianna (our hosts) were fantastic.

Guide was great and everything was well organised. I really had the feeling of being chased through the camp. Don't stop anywhere or just look at as many people as possible through Auschwitz (1). I understand the routing, but for that reason it leaves little impression. It's simply too busy for that.

Veronica

Our transportation guide was timely. However they have a really bad set up for drop off and pick up. Once at the camp there are shuttles between the two museum sites…but our guide wanted us to come back to him and not use the provided shuttles which would separate us from our tour group. It would’ve been a lot easier if he just dropped us off and picked us up from the same parking lot. No reason to make things more complicated than necessary. He also said mix ups with the shuttle bus have happened before. Over all well worth the value but just a confusing system.

Rebecca

This was the perfect choice for an educational day trip. We had a group just under 30 and split into two groups so our final group to follow the guide was less than 15. The headsets were good quality and I was able to hear the guide without any feedback. He was well informed and appropriately sensitive. I think the tour was a good length, especially considering how cold it was outside. My only critique would be that I really wish we could have had a bit more time in the hall people’s pictures. That felt a bit rushed for such a heavy space. Overall, a high quality tour for a great price. Yes, you can go here on your own for a bit less than this, but this is exactly the kind of place that you need a tour to really get the full experience.

The guides don't really give you time to visit, which is a bit of a shame, everything is done very quickly. The guide has nothing to do with it, nor the driver who had to wait for customers very very late, so we did not have a visit in French and my 15-year-old granddaughter had a lot of trouble understanding the explanations of the guide who spoke too fast. All in all the trip was well organised. Although we had booked with hotel pick-up, this could not be realized. The packed lunch was sufficient. Our guide (was a woman) was great. Because we were a relatively small group, she took her time and answered our questions. The visit to Auschwitz was very formative. Although we were there for about 5 hours at 30 degrees, we didn't mind because we were totally focused. This "experience" has a long-lasting effect.

A very sad place that everyone should visit. Unfortunately, the museum is not very well organized. Nevertheless our driver who was also the tour leader spoke good english and was helpful.

This tour was well organised and sensitively handled. Our guide expertly guided us from pick up to handover at site and injected a welcoming friendliness and appropriate cheerfulness . I was understandably anxious about this visit but was made to feel comfortable as well as gaining new knowledge. The guide on site was excellent. This is not an easy trip in terms of facing the reality of the holocaust for most of us who have grown up with films and documentaries. I was able to quietly pay my respects as representative of my father who had the unfortunately duty of liberating another smaller camp, Bergen Belsen.

Very good tour. Mix up with pick up place but was quickly sorted. The lady running the tour on the bus was really nice and friendly. We were given lunch which was rolls and cheese, water and some snacks. Can't complain really. However, when we arrived at Auschwitz, she wasn't very clear when we would have time to actually eat our lunch. The was a 6/7 minute rest period to use the toilet etc then the tour began. This tour itself was very informative, but a lot of walking so keep this in mind. Tour guide was easy to understand, helpful and knowledgeable. The journey itself was pleasant enough.

Pick up was scheduled close to the hotel as the bus could not come down the road we staying on. It worked out perfect and communication was good. We were able to leave bags on the bus since Auschwitz has a size restrictions on bags. I appreciated that. The tour was great and to include transportation and everything organized for us (even a few sandwiches!), it felt like a great deal. Would recommend anyone staying in Krakow and planning to do Auschwitz, to boom this way.

everything went smoothly- you get sent a time when they pick you up. its about an hour 30 min drive I believe to the first stop. you get bathroom and coffee breaks if you did not have breakfast. the concentration camp itself well words really can't describe, so I will try. very unreal experience to see what these poor victims had to go through. There is a guide that will take over and go through both camps. so extremely sad your lunch you can honestly eat whenever: there is like two sandwiches, water, juice, apple, a bar and mentos gum. really highly recommend to go.

We were picked up by minibus from 300m from the hotel at 10:30 am. It took 30 minutes until they picked up all the participants. The journey to Auschwitz was 1 hour 20 minutes. The guide at the museum was wonderful, she gave us a lot of interesting details. We returned to Krakow around 6 pm.

The tour was very well organised. The bus picked us up in the morning by our hotel, and we were transported to Auschwitz directly. At the museum we had a guide who shared important context to the exhibits. He was very knowledgeable. Throughout the tour we had clear communication with the organisers, and at the end they dropped us off at the hotel again. In the middle of the tour we has a short break for the packed lunch. Overall the tour is a very good value for your money.

This was an interesting trip and very informative, best to see it in real life to understand and feel the utter horror of it all. It is a bit of a conveyor belt with guided tours so I suggest that if you really want to take time and read things or stop for some reflection time then you are better off going on your own. We didn't get given any real time for lunch which was disappointing. We got handed our lunch as we set off from Auschwitz to Birkenau on the mini bus which was a short ride. When we arrived at Birkenau I expected the tour guide to give us at least 10 minutes to finish our lunch but they didn't, we had to get straight off the bus!

The price was cheaper compared to others. We started tour earlier as they sent an email to me and followed by calling for further confirmation. Driver arrived on time to pick up me and he speaks english very well. The overall was good and I recommend to others as well. Thank you

We we're told it was a hotel pick up. It wasn't. But only had to walk 8 mins down the road. The trip was really good the lady who did the tour was excellent. After the tour finished it was all back on the bus this is when we we're told that everyone would be dropped of at the same place. Hotel Radisson blue. Very compitant driver even though the weather was very bad. So of the bus and a 25 min walk back to our hotel. Really enjoyed the day but could have done with more information about travel arrangements. But thanks for a very memorable trip

insanely well organised. I was called + got a message the day before for the exact pick up location and time (we had to walk like 4 minutes). The bus then left on time, our guide picked us up in front of the bus, we visited Auschwitz first, then a short bus drive to Birkenau. 20 minutes after we left back to Auschwitz and around 7.5 hours later we were back home.

Bus could fit 24 people including driver and the tour ""guide"", but we was only 10 people in the bus (1.5h ride) to Auschwitz-Birkenau. Got 15min break, toilets (free) and restaurant with food, snacks, drinks and ice-cream at the entrance, no need to order food from the tour company. They say no bags bigger than a A4-paper, but I had my school backpack and they let us in with it, same with many other tourists that had it. No locking storage for bags there. They splitted us up by language of the tour with other groups of the tour company. The tour in Auschwitz is 1h 50min with a guide (not same person from the bus), I recommend not to walk alone as its not interested without a guide. Then 10min break before a 2min bus ride to Birkenau. 1h 30min tour with the same guide in Birkenau. And then 1.5h ride back to Krakow. We could survive with bank cards through the whole Krakow trip, no cash is needed. Mask is required inside.

Mario is an amazing guide! He explained everything with a lot of detail, he made us transport ourselves to the sad past, reflecting and measuring everything that was lived more clearly.

The day before the trip, we received a call and they confirmed the pickup time. Our driver Peter arrived on time and took us straight there. Was great to skipped the security queue, there were many school parties that day. Finally the tour was conducted by a fluent English speaker. Happy to recommend.

We were notified of our pick up time the day before and we were picked up on time. - Comfortable vehicle for journey. - 10 minute comfort break before the tour of the first camp. - Given receiver and headphones to ensure we could hear our guide. - Great guide. - Another 10 minute comfort break before travelling to the second camp. - Tour with the same guide. This trip is a must do when visiting Krakow. There was a lot to take in on the visit and the tour was very respectfully done. We were told to bring a packed lunch but weren't given time to eat it. This was probably for the best as we didn't have much of an appetite after what we had seen.

An excellent tour, with many things to see, consider bringing something to eat because it is too long. Inside the field the guide leaves a lot to be desired as he is totally unrelated to the transfer.

This tour was perfect! Transfer and tickets were included but not tour guide. This was perfect for me as I could look around at my own pace rather than being directed. Our host was very informative and pointed out significant places on our journey there. He was very friendly and helpful if we needed anything at all! Was a really pleasant experience and I would recommend to anyone. I felt that we had enough time to look round each place without having too little or too much time. Our guide also gave pointers and routes to which were the better ways to visit. Thank you!

We had our tour with Paul and he was so helpful and knowledgeable about auschwitz and the war. He showed us lots of important landmarks and told us about inspirational people who helped in the liberation of auschwitz. He was polite, happy and willing to deal with any queries!

Everything was very well-organised - we got picked up from Krakow on time and the tour guide was super friendly, very welcoming and very knowledgable. He was full of interesting facts about Polish history, landmarks and Auschwitz. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to visit Auschwitz and learn about the history.

I don’t know how to review a place like this so I am only reviewing our wonderful tourguide. He was very polite and helpful with all our questions. He gave useful information during the ride. We felt absolutely comfortable and safe with him. Thank you so much Paul!

We had a great time. Our driver Chris was really nice and very helpful. Even though We didn’t have a guide when he gave us guide book he helped us by marking the most important places we should see in auschwitz. He was willing to answer all our questions on our way back and explain things that we saw and didn’t understand. Totally recommend this.

The coach was so easy and convenient- the pick up point is central and easy to find. The coach gave us plenty of time in each camp and clear instructions on entry and pick up. The journey is around an hour and a half- the hometime traffic around 5 was busy and slow. Some guests were disappointed that there wasnt a guide- there are plenty other tours you can book with this option. This tour allowed us to explore at our own pace, read the information and use the guidebook. As someone who has visited before this was perfect. I would recommend a guided tour for people unfamiliar with the history and stories of auschwitz- it is such a fascinating, haunting and educational place and there is so much to learn of the atrocities.

Thank you to our guide Pawel!! This experience was amazing from start to finish and Pawel was brilliant, really made the tour come to life with his knowledge of Auschwitz-Birkenau. He was really punctual and even asked us after the tour where we wanted dropping off in Krakow to make it easier to get to our accommodation. Can't recommend booking with these guys enough! 5****

A pleasant young driver with an 8 seater van arrived at the designated pick up point on time. The van was clean and air conditioned. There was heavy traffic on the journey to Auschwitz. On arrival the driver gave us a guide book and advice both venues. He advised to go to Birkenau first on the free local buses and then return to Auschwitz to complete our tour. We took his advice and just had enough time to get both venues done before we returned to Krakow. The journey home was much quicker as there was less traffic.I aw

Great tour -- so glad we booked with this company! We went to Birkenau first, then Auschwitz I, staying at both for about 2 hours a piece, which was an appropriate amount of time. The guide provided useful tips for navigating the sites and an extremely valuable printed guidebook, then he let us explore independently -- which was just our speed. The bus was brand new and very comfortable; the guide showed a brief documentary on the drive out to prepare everyone for the visit. Everything was smooth, as expected, and a great value. We would absolutely book with this tour company again. Thanks for a great experience!

Paul exceeded our expectations of this trip although the experience was of sorrow with what happened at Auschwitz Paul was very informative and we certainly learnt alot with the information he gave us about Auschwitz and Kraków. Paul was very friendly and made us feel at ease as soon as he collected us we were made to feel like VIPs, he was very friendly and respectful and the vehicle was very smart, clean and safe.

Pavel picked us up straight from our accommodation and drove us to Auschwitz while describing the history of different parts of the route to us. He was very informative and easy to chat with. He also helped us find a good route to explore Auschwitz 1 & 2.

This trip was okay. The guide provided by this company was great, very nice. However, the guide we had at Auschwitz was terrible. She walked so fast that you couldn’t keep up with her, she started talking before the entire group was present. The tour guide was so fast that you couldn’t even read the signs posted as she was moving on. She also spoke so fast that you couldn’t even comprehend what she was saying. It felt so rushed and I feel like I need to go back since I learned so little from the first trip. The salt mine was fine. Our guide, Anna was so sweet and knowledgeable. It’s a lot of walking and some cool salt statues but I could of done without it. My spouse however loved it.

really great and informative trip, with excellent transport and guide that's with you throughout the day. the only slight issue was the queues to get into Auschwitz, although the guide said it was an unusually busy day. it is also a long day with limited time for breaks, so I woukd recommend taking food with you. although there are bending machines outside auschwitz, and we had a quick 30 min break to grab some food before the salt mines. wear comfy shoes as there's a lot of walking involved

What a great day! The guided tour of the Auschwitz and Birkenau camp was very well done and explained, with a touching but important speech. As for the Wieliczka salt mines, it was just magnificent and also very well organized. I recommend this offer 100%, which allows you not to worry about transport and to fully enjoy the activities!

The Auschwitz excursion was our negative point because the guide did not explain the places of interest well and he was running around and we missed places, monuments, paintings that interested us. On the other hand, the salt mine was excellent since the guide cared that we understood everything and went at an appropriate pace.

Johanna was absolutely fantastic. So knowledgeable and passionate. The Auschwitz tour was amazing. Never experienced anything like it. The salt mine was nice, the sculptures are worth seeing although it doesn't feel like it when you are you are walking down all the steps, but the lift back up is tiny and cramped. Lots of waiting for the lift aswell.

Trip was excellent but very tiring to do both tours on same day especially if not used to walking that much on one day. After all that walking, coach did not stop us in pick up point but further away - which meant more walking to our hotel

Excellent trip, the tour guides for Auschwitz and the Salt Mines were both engaging and interesting and the transportation was comfortable. A long day but all made easier by the tour leader and it was so well organised. The only negative was that the Google maps link sent to us for the pick up sent us to the wrong place but we found everyone in the end!

Trip was excellent. Highly recommended! We got picked up at 7am at the kiss&ride parking lane. The bus came on time and the tour guide welcomed us onto the bus where we traveled for around and hour to auschwitz. The tour guide was amazing. Really knowledgable and made the day very straightforward. We then travelled by bus to the salt mine which took around a hour but was a 10/10 experience. A long day full of walking so be prepared and you must take lunch with you as there aren’t many places to get anything. Highly recommend the full tour and guide

We had a lovely guide for the whole day tour who handed us off to two great tour guides. Very informative in both places with a few breaks for you to do what you needed (eat, drink or use the toilet). Only thing that was lacking was time to stop and look at things though this was not the fault of anyone it was just because there were so many tours happening you had to move on.
