Customer reviews of tours in Poland

The bus took us on time , the journey was through nice countryside. In the camp the experience was astonishing, very realistic.

Really recommend booking with Viator. Excellent service, they contact you and keep you updated on meeting points, times etc. our tour guides were very helpful and informative.

Really clear instructions about pick up and it was all very quick and easy..

Great tour, pick up time communicate in advance and picked up on time. Clean and comfortable bus. Lots of walking and some steps so probably not good for people with reduced mobility. Guide was very informative and spoke very clearly, gave us ample time to see the main parts of both camps.

Excellent and well organised trip to Auschwitz. Picked up on time from our hotel and arrived at Auschwitz after a 90 mins drive. Driver and tour guide were brilliant. A short 5 mins drive to Birkenau after Auschwitz to finish the tour. A very moving tour but one that everyone should experience.

Fantastic timings on pick up and drop off. They've definitely done this before! In regards to the tour I found the auschwitz side a tad rushed ( however I understand why with the amount of people that were in attendance on the site from other tours ) In regards to the tour given by micheal/walker couldn't of had anyone better. The information and knowledge he had was fantastic a few bits I wasn't aware of. birkenau tour was very well explained given the limited structures that still stand. The sheer size of the place is scary which gives you a truer representation of the scale of evil that was underway. I very much appreciated walkers way of trying to keep the tour as original as possible instead of the reconstructed parts of birkenau. Can't say thank you enough for the tour and in depth emotional experience. Most definitely be booking more on my next visit to Poland. Loved krakow will be back as there plenty more to see the architecture is beautiful.

Excellent guide and a very educational presentation to what is a very sensitive topic. Would highly recommend.

A raw & absolutely chilling place to visit, important to do so though. The guide was sensitive, knowledgeable, respectful & very informative.

It is a solemn tour that every person should do. Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and spoke clear excellent English. There is plenty of time to take in all the information and we were encouraged to ask questions.

The day was lovely , our guide so so knowledgeable, our driver so so friendly , polite and helpful . Don’t think our day would of been as organised and informative without the 2 of them

Picked up right on time, guide was knowledgeable throughout the day, well planned from start to finish, would definitely use again! 5*

Day trip was brilliant although a very emotional experience. My only complaint was the guide walked so fast and for us three, one that has MS it was a struggle.

Excellent tour. Guide at Auschwitz was very informative and very interesting. A must visit when in Krakow

Excellent snd thought provoking The guide was outstanding Transport all ran smoothly

Excellent, everything simple and well explained. Comfortable bus.

Amazing, so informative but also heartbreaking! Trip was very well organised and easy to follow pick up ect. A must see when in Poland, guide was very detailed in telling the story.

We really enjoyed the auschwitzz trip. The tour guide was good but could only speak broken English so sometimes we struggled to understand him. We were put into a different group and split away from our family on our trip. Clear communication is key on these kind of trips and that is where it lacked unfortunately.

The tour guide and transport were great, but the museum was quite busy and so parts of the tour felt rushed. Would have liked a bit more time to take everything in. We went on a Saturday so maybe avoid weekends if possible!

The tour was very informative and the guide was so very knowledgeable it was amazing.

It has gone very well. However, the van was very small. The person who picked us up didn't know Spanish, but once in the museum the guided tour was in Spanish. Very good service. Auschwitz is a must-see if you are in Krakow.

After the first tour we wanted to buy a number of books in the shop adjacent to the site. We weren't there long, but once outside it turned out that our bus had already returned to the parking lot. Another family had the exact same thing. It was resolved quickly and efficiently because we were followed up. But maybe they can give people the opportunity to buy something.

Very exciting and impressive tour, only the waiting time of about an hour in front of the museum in Auschwitz was a bit tedious. Unfortunately we didn't have much time left in Birkenau because we didn't get there until quite late. But in principle I can only recommend it, I would do the tour again at any time.

It was an impressive tour with a very good guide who could tell stories very well

Very organized tour and the guide from the museum was very knowledgeable

The tour was rewarding and good, the guide was really good and the tour operator helpful and flexible.

We really enjoyed our tour, our guide was great. The day was just let down a bit by the sheer volume of crowds. I think the indoor parts of tour all lost their poignancy and intensity due to us always running into the group in front or the group behind running into us. We were in the afternoon with the non-tour guide customers also touring at their own pace and so it just felt a bit chaotic at points. The outside moments at Birkenau were far more touching and emotional with no distractions. I’d probably recommend a morning slot. Booking process and follow-on comms were excellent, thank you!

Highly recommended tour in a tragic place; Our guide (Wiktoria) took a lot of time; Thank you very much again

The guide was very good, unfortunately I don’t remember her name but she explained everything clearly and was a good tour.

Wonderful moving experience like traveling in time, totally recommended. Also the tour was very informative.

A must do tour if you are in Krakow. Our tour guide was excellent.. very well organised tour and glad we went with the guide option.. our driver told us that on some tours people are just dropped off and then have to queue for ages to get on. Definitely worth the money and would highly recommend.

Even with snow the tour went ahead as planned with no delays. The driver and guide were fantastic. The tour itself was very emotional but definitely worth a visit so you can have some comprehension of what happened. You are outside 50% of the time so if you go in the winter months you will need to wrap up warm

The tour of auschwitz was an interesting experience however, we felt the tour was very rushed and the group sizes were way too big. I think I would recommend attending without a tour but with a guide.

Picked up on time , friendly driver, the guide was amazing , totally recommend this trip, if ever in krakow this is a must trip, very informative and sad at the same time .

Everything went so smoothly, no waiting about driver was there on time and very pleasant. Would definitely recommend

The pick from our hotel was on time, the driver was excellent and pointed out landmarks during the drive. The guide at Auschwitz was brilliant and knew the dates and explained everything. The whole day was excellent and well worth it. The lunch box was more than adequate.

From the pick up point - to the tour and back- a very good and moving day. This is a must if you are in the area - the site and exhibition was excellent and v thought provoking and a privilege to be allowed to see it all. The driver Michal and tour guide -Anna were exceptional. Thank you for a good day.

I thought it was a pity that there was a lot of uncertainty about the starting time we thought and had planned starting time 8.00 am and it was not changed to 10.40 am 24 hours in advance, so we could no longer carry out the planned activities. The viewing was impressive.

Good visit, very well explained. on the other hand it is an area in full sun, to be avoided during high heat

Interesting! Lots of people and got the feeling sometimes that the guide was stressed. The guide sped up in certain areas and even though the guide tried to achieve the feeling that this was terrible, the feeling was missing because everything was going fast

Very knowledgeable guide. Made the experience a lot more interesting

It was interesting. I could recomend to visit this place at least once in life for historical reasons.

It was a pretty well done tour. Everything was perfectly organized. Thanks again for everything.

The auschwitz tour was great, the guide was great and really informative! Nothing bad to say about this part of the trip. However, the salt mines on the other hand was a different story. The guide rambled on about things that were irrelevant. Didn’t explain what each part of the mine was. Said something and practically ran away from the group. As we chased after her she had already started speaking again so had no idea what was going on. Also spoke extremely fast so also didn’t help. Constantly on your feet for 3 hours (after being at auschwitz) in a boiling hot room with no where to put coats or bags. There were about 2 pretty rooms at the mines. And the only lift to get back up 850 steps was an old mine lift. That has definitely no health or safety checks on it. And has defo been on there for about 50 years. So scared us to death. On a whole the salt mines was a waste of time and money and would never ever do them again or recommend them! Auschwitz is a great tour! Book that itself.

The guide at Auschwitz-Birkenau was good and clearly knowledgeable and the guide at the Salt Mine was also good. However the host/driver was less helpful. She did not offer clear instructions or timings and appeared to be abrupt when asked about them. Timings seemed to change without explanation. Her manner has affected the overall scoring.

Very good organization of these excursions. We received several emails and text messages the day before and the same morning to be informed of the time at which our driver would pick us up from our apartment. The visit to the Auschwitz and Birkenau camps is very rich in emotions. Our guide was friendly and interesting. You have to walk a lot given the extent of the sites. A snack is served after the visit to the two camps around 12 p.m. (basket with sandwich, pasta salad, apple, chocolate bar, water) Then head to the salt mines. A guide takes us to the bottom of the mines to start the visit (380 steps from memory!) Then we go from room to room through galleries to reach a depth of 130m. Some rooms are magnificent and gigantic. Finally we go back into the open air in the elevator. I do not recommend the visit to people who have problems walking (lots of stairs) but otherwise it is very interesting and very well organized.

Very good organization and support, very friendly guide/driver.

this is 10/10. prepare for a long day and my steps, but we'll worth it. each tour guide, both and Auschwitz and the salt mines were great! shout out to our driver Thomas, super helpful and very friendly throughout the day!

Auschwitz-Birkemau is an eye opener. Very educational. Wieliczka Salt Mine is a memorable experience. I enjoyed the day trip. And lunch was perfect. Thank you!

The salt mine guide was amazing and knowledgeable, the auschwitz guide was equally brilliant but the head set audio feed was sometimes problematic- not their fault! The tours were lengthy and very informative.

A very impactful tour of Auschwitz, the salt mine was an interesting experience as well.

All tours were fantastic and guides were very knowledgable and really made the experience! We also ordered the packed lunch that was on offer and it was more than worth the money! Would definately recommend! 10/10!!

Well organized and professionally conducted with extremely knowledgeable guides

Great tour. Very well organized and punctual. The guides are provided by the museums and not the tour company itself. They were great. The salt mine was stunningly beautiful in contrast to the atrocities abd horror from Auschwitz- Birkenau. Visited in late Nov and was perfect. Far less crowded; you just need to bundle up as most of the day you are outside.

We would highly recommend this trip — it’s something everyone should do in their lifetime. Visiting Auschwitz and Birkenau was incredibly moving and important, and the salt mine was fascinating. It’s amazing to think that everything inside was carved entirely out of salt. Both of our tour guides were excellent, very knowledgeable, and their English was brilliant. Our driver, Thomas, was also fantastic and made the journey smooth and comfortable. It is a long day with a lot of walking, but it was absolutely worth it and an experience we’re really glad we did.

Great way to fit in both activities in one day if time is an issue. No queueing. It is a long day but organised great so there is very little hanging around. Guides were great at both locations.

Our driver Peter was great, hotel pick up and taken to Auschwitz, Auschwitz Birkenau and later the salt mine and returned back to our hotel at the end of the day.The guide at Auschwitz was very knowledgeable and the whole experience was incredibly moving. We also ordered the lunch for 40 PLN which was well worth it. The salt mine was very interesting, but we found it was too much doing both experiences in one day. We walked approximately 9 miles and in the salt mine there were around 700 steps. Even people much younger than us found it too much after all the walking at Auschwitz. The experience was enjoyable and the guide was very good, but I wouldn’t recommend doing both experiences on the same day.

It’s an experience off a lifetime not to be missed from the bus pick up to the guides just perfection.

Very thought provoking.. guide was extremely knowledgeable and you certainly learn many things about this tragic time in history.. if in winter dress up warm as you are outside for quite a period of time.

Excellent communication and pickups on time as always, the only thing that let it down was the tour guide could have been better a bit more informative.

Amazing day! My feet ached from walking but my cheeks ached from laughing after the salt mines what an experience. Auswhitz, despite being so sad. Is a must see. I felt so grounded afterwards. The tour guide, Peter, was sweet. Provided plenty of bathroom breaks for any of my fellow weak bladder people who are worried about that. Only one point I will mention about these breaks is that peter often gave us about 10 minutes which wasn’t enough time (if your a lady) to even get through the bathroom queue but no stress at no time did they make us feel rushed about this!

Couldn’t recommend this trip enough. Plenty time to do all three places. Our driver Peter was also 10/10.

I was disappointed as the tour appeared to be very rushed and disorganized. Weather was awful, but that was not an excuse for the service.

The trip was amazing with a very informative tour guide. The transfer was also good, however the pick up location was not near our hotel

I enjoyed the visit! I didn't like the change in schedule as we had to rush through the visit due to closing time! I didn't like having selected a giia in Portuguese and they just gave me a book in Portuguese that I could have purchased anywhere! I didn't like that the guide didn't accompany us during the visit, leaving us to our own devices.

beautiful but if I had seen better that there was no guide as a person I would not have booked, it was difficult to understand where we were or what we were seeing only through the guide book

Good in general, I suggest there be audio in Spanish at the Austwitz museum. I also suggest improving the reception of passengers at the meeting point.

The trip was so easy and well organised. Picked up from meeting point and dropped back off with no problems at all. Brilliant

Lots to learn and lots to see. Me and my daughters (who are 11 and 13 years!) learnt a lot on our trip. Lots of history which will now help them learn this at school. Only down side is the first part of the trip was been given such a small amount of time to get around. Definitely recommend.

There is nothing I can fault about this trip, both our coach guide and tour guide were outstanding, the tour was organised smoothly too.

Very friendly and the girl who gave us the tour in the concentration camps was super professional and good, so the truth is 100/10 🫶🏼

such a great tour- very friendly man on the bus to auschwitz and then our tour lady was fantastic

Interesting activity. Very nice guide at Auschwitz itself! Also nice bus, driver and guide.

This was a well organised trip and guide with caring and sensitive hosts. I am from New Zealand, and was greatly appreciative of how this whole trip was facilitated. Very intense tour , but our guide talked us through the details with care and sensitivity which made the tour and trip as bearable as it could be. Many thanks and would recommend this highly.

Excellent tour with an excellent guide. If you are too sensitive don't do it. But if you want to know the history as it was of the fields, there you have it.

Nice excursion but the visit to Auschwitz 1 is much too fast. We have the impression of being in a hurry, no time to stop to read the signs, we visited only 4 barracks out of twenty. It's become a tourist factory and that's sad.

beautiful experience. prepared perfectly. juda prepared nice and kind. everything on time and perfect

Auschwitz was life changing. The tour guide was helpful and nice. The salt mines were great but the aftermath of still being on vacation walking everywhere the day after 800 steps was not so great.

It was an amazing tour, the driver was nice and comfortable. Very easy to join and great at navigating.

The salt mines tour was very, very cool. I knew nothing about the salt mines before hand and was blown away of the various passages, lakes, and churches you got to see on the way. Guide was very informative. Aus-Birkenau was a very sombre experience, but very informative. The local guide at the museum was very passionate about the history and telling the story of what happened there.

Brilliant very well organised tour - 2 of the the main Must-See attractions around Krakow visited in a day. We had limited time in Krakow, so it worked perfectly for us.

Headline title says 1 Day Trip Auschwitz Birkenau and Salt Mines with Hotel Transfer. It’s only when you look further down in article it says salt mines only. 8 people on minibus and another couple thought they were booking as per title of advertisement and not only salt mines. Salt mines was beautiful.

Really we'll organised excellent day out tour guide really knew there stuff, full of very interesting information.

Well organised, and very proffessional. The guides were very knowledgable and answered many questions. Pick up and drop off was exactly as requested.

Lots of walking, great tour. Lots of history. Driver was great and communicated everything we needed to know during the day.

Really well organised. It was a long day but a great experience. It was a good way of seeing all the main sites all in one day.

It was a great experience and our guide was very knowledgeable. It was a long day but worth it.

The trip was so well organised with no delays or hiccups. Norbert even called us when on his way to say he was a few minutes delayed. It too around 1.5 hours to reach Auschwitz from our pick up point. We had regular breaks for toilet, coffee/tea etc. There is a small cafe there but also seats outside where you can eat your packed lunch. The tour guide was excellent. Lucas was quite passionate and emotional when relaying stories and extremely knowledgeable about what actually happened.

Fab trip picked up by a lovely driver, everything was smooth running and went the extra mile highly recommend.

It was a very sad time and heartbreaking. Our guide was amazing, he knew so much about Auschwitz. It's true what they say, once you have been I think it will stay with you forever. I'm glad I did the trip. The prisoners who survived, wanted people to see what they went through and wanted it persevered not rebuilt so you could see it from their experiences.

The experience itself was powerful and unforgettable. I wish our tour guide allowed more silence to reflect and take in the enormity of the moment, instead she repeated statistics over and over that, while devastating, took up the focus we wanted to have to process emotionally what we saw and heard.

The guide was very knowledgeable and gave a very interesting insight into how the prisoners were treated.

Our guide was amazing and his knowledge was incredible delivered in a very professional manner.

The guide was very informative and gave us so much information. The tour was excellent and so moving!

Great trip, great tour guide when we were there and great travel and driver, thanks Konrad! Was very glad to have them all for the trip especially something as important as this.

Firstly, our driver was absolutely fabulous. So friendly, helpful and professional. He made the busy day run very smoothly. The camps tour guide was very passionate and knowledgeable, as was the salt mines guide. The camps themselves were incredible to experience. Kinda lost for words really. All I can say is, go and see it for yourself.

The tour was an amazing experience! The guides were friendly, we got a private driver who was extremely helpful and kind and waited for us at every destination.

A trip that everyone should experience, very sobering with very knowledgeable guides. We would go back to do the longer tour next time.

Its great and very well organised, everyone should go once in there lifetime and our driver was lovely to.

Our driver was efficient but not the most caring. You will need to download and check What’s app in case the driver contacts you for anything. This contact may be despite the fact that you receive other messages through Viator. We had some missed communication as a result. Our guide inside appeared to be in training so was assisted by another guide. The information we received on the tour was very basic.

Really excellent tour with superb Guide and Driver. The Death Camps should be visited by everyone to really understand what took place and why it’s still affecting us today. Our Guide was superb - giving expert and touching explanations at all stages. It’s a inside/outside tour though and it rained all day, so luckily we packed lightweight jackets. The Salt Mine is a totally different experience being a conventional tourist attraction - albeit over 2 Km deep! The Camps are a must, and the Salt Mine could easily wait for another day if 11 hours is too long.

Daniel was a great driver and gave us a lot of information. He was super helpful. The trip went smooth and great.

I booked this trip a month in advance. 3 adults. One 11 yr old one 13yrs. I received a WhatsApp the day before with a pick up time of 7am and dropped pin of where to be. (2 mins from the hotel) Bartek our driver was superb with information and instructions of where to meet our tour guides and pick up return points. Auschwitz- bag search and scanners. Quick and painless. Headsets and headphones provided. Lots of slow walking and steps inside buildings. Birkenau is a large site. Exposed. For both Auschwitz & Birkenau wear comfy shoes, pack an umbrella if it’s forecast to rain. We were offered pack lunch for a small price but we took our own snacks and grabbed drinks. Salt Mines lots of steps down but exciting for kids. Inside lakes. Little light shoes and caves. Snack stops and souvenir shops dotted around inside.

Absolutely amazing day, the horror of Auschwitz was very emotional. Our guide was excellent and left nothing untold. Afternoon visit to the Salt mines again an outstanding guide and the mines themselves are stunning. It was a really well organised day and we felt truly looked after every step of the way.

Departure time and pick-up time were always adhered to. Driver was friendly, pick-up points were easy to find (and clearly marked) and super affordable. The buses were very comfortable and clean!

This bus transfer was the easiest & most economical way to get to Auschwitz-Birkenau from Kraków’s bus station. The bus comes to the first, ground floor & pulled up right on time. Highly recommend this for those who book independent tickets for their visit.

Transport was fine - clean and comfortable although driver seemed very impatient when we returned to the coach for the journey home. The tour was quite rushed and we didn’t feel like we had much time to take in the two sites. We were rushed around in the group. We were allowed to go and see the gas chambers as part of the tour but due to the rush that the tour guide was in… we didn’t spend much time here and were quickly ushered through. The guide was very informative but the whole tour did feel very rushed. The tour guide seemed annoyed with the customers when small things would go wrong, such as the radio transmitter not working… which is a small inconvenience but she was quite rude to the people that this happened to. Not much time for toilet breaks/looking around the gift shop. We got back to the bus 3 minutes after the allotted time and the driver seemed annoyed that we were late but we had to queue for the toilet. Tour was OK… you get what you pay for!

Good idea if you were like me and booked Auschwitz on its own without a tour person and hotel pick up. Easy enough to find the bus station, however we were then more restricted by timings. I’d definitely recommend doing this day as a full tour. We had booked a bus for the way back but ended up paying again for a different time as there was an earlier bus but they didn’t let us use our voucher

Clear instructions, punctual shuttle both times that takes you to the entrance of the guided tour.

It is worth doing, hard to do however, you will learn so much history about what happened at both of these camps, your guides where fantastic, driver was excellent and so friendly.

Amazing day, very informative and emotional look into past history.

The guides don't really give you time to visit, which is a bit of a shame, everything is done very quickly. Feeling like you have to constantly rush... you don't have time to read the information panels. We must move quickly, The guide waits for no one. If I had to do it again, I would do it by myself.

Guide was great and everything was well organised. I really had the feeling of being chased through the camp. Don't stop anywhere or just look at as many people as possible through Auschwitz (1). I understand the routing, but for that reason it leaves little impression. It's simply too busy for that.

Our transportation guide was timely. However they have a really bad set up for drop off and pick up. Once at the camp there are shuttles between the two museum sites…but our guide wanted us to come back to him and not use the provided shuttles which would separate us from our tour group. It would’ve been a lot easier if he just dropped us off and picked us up from the same parking lot. No reason to make things more complicated than necessary. He also said mix ups with the shuttle bus have happened before. Over all well worth the value but just a confusing system.

This was the perfect choice for an educational day trip. We had a group just under 30 and split into two groups so our final group to follow the guide was less than 15. The headsets were good quality and I was able to hear the guide without any feedback. He was well informed and appropriately sensitive. I think the tour was a good length, especially considering how cold it was outside. My only critique would be that I really wish we could have had a bit more time in the hall people’s pictures. That felt a bit rushed for such a heavy space. Overall, a high quality tour for a great price. Yes, you can go here on your own for a bit less than this, but this is exactly the kind of place that you need a tour to really get the full experience.

This day trip was great. The bus was on time and we had a great guide in Auschwitz. This guide also came with us to Birkenau. He really took the time for our group and was able to explain everything perfectly. We were very satisfied.

Our guide was amazing. Very knowledgeable, would highly recommend this trip.

From pick-up to drop off was an amazing day. Our guide Anna was phenomenal.

Trip was excellent. Highly recommended! We got picked up at 7am at the kiss&ride parking lane. The bus came on time and the tour guide welcomed us onto the bus where we traveled for around and hour to auschwitz. The tour guide was amazing. Really knowledgable and made the day very straightforward. We then travelled by bus to the salt mine which took around a hour but was a 10/10 experience. A long day full of walking so be prepared and you must take lunch with you as there aren’t many places to get anything. Highly recommend the full tour and guide

Pick up was easy, although our original time did get changed however after seeing the queues at auschwitz this made total sense. Wieliczka was amazing, we enjoy it very much. Marcin was lovely he stayed with us all day, he was a great tour guide. We had a great day out, just be prepared for lots of walking and a very long day x

the trip was great. very organised. I felt we could have took more time in Auschwitz however I know you also have a time limit to adhere to. over great day

Everything super! Extremely knowledgeable guide with perfect English. Incredible organization, we managed to see so many interesting things. Recommended if you come to Krakow!

Pick up was great. Explanation of what to expect from the day explained well. Auschwitz birkenau was fantastic , museum and camp. Salt mine was just an hour too long. This tour got a bit boring and could have completed much sooner although an amazing mine !

arriving at the camp early is a major factor in appreciating the opportunity Chris the guide was consumately learned and helpful Take more attention in advising older guests of the rigours of the salt mine visit

We had a lovely guide for the whole day tour who handed us off to two great tour guides. Very informative in both places with a few breaks for you to do what you needed (eat, drink or use the toilet). Only thing that was lacking was time to stop and look at things though this was not the fault of anyone it was just because there were so many tours happening you had to move on.

An amazing day, picked up from our hotel and taken to a coach. The tour guide around Auschwitz was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Salt mines were fantastic.

Two really great experiences with some amazing guests, our guide/driver wasn’t as chatty as we were expecting but got us to where we needed to go.

Brilliant tour of the Salt Mines which was entertaining and informative. Guide for Auschwitz was excellent and really brought the horrible reality of it to life. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed the day. The salt mines guide was really enthusiastic! It was a long day but more than worth it

It was an extremely long and hard day yet something everyone should experience to educate themselves. The salt mines were fantastic and beautiful. We had the lunchbox which was provided which was definitely worth it, the sandwiches were really nice. Both guides at auschwitz and the salt mines were excellent; extremely knowledgeable and friendly. A really good experience and would definitely recommend.

Our guide was so knowledgeable and just excellent. A very sobering experience and something everyone should do

Amazing trip that was really informative. Particularly thought the headphones was a great idea and made it so that none of the information being relayed by the guide, got missed. I came away with a greater understanding of the atrocities that happened here - it really does hit home how totally brutal this place was - which made me even more annoyed an upset to see disrespectful people taking selfies on the very tracks that led people to their murderers. The tour itself isn’t to blame for the shocking behaviour of others though.

an experience that must be lived 100%, our guide took us to a place unfortunately with a sad history, managing to tell us with great enthusiasm about facets that don't always come to light, a truly experience not to be missed

The guide talked incessantly and left no opportunity to ask questions... Contrary to what was planned, the visit only lasted half a day...

Really well organised trip. Lovely tour guides that gave a very informative and professional tour. Would reccomend

Good tour, very sad history, but very informative tour guide. A long day but well structured, pick up was on time and even if the driver didn’t spoke any English she was very efficient with google translate and made sure we all understood instructions and how the day will go. I do recommend the tour.

Beautiful day in Auschwitz. Transport and tickets were well arranged. The tour with the guide went a bit quickly. I would have liked a little more time but all in all it was a beautiful day.

The tour guide was excellent, his English was extremely good and was very knowledgeable. Especially appreciated his word choice for subject. Transport was slightly late but was not the fault of the driver and was communicated to the group. We didn't see the barrack exhibitions but didn't feel this affected the quality of the tour and we didn't feel we missed anything. Appreciate the subject wasn't sugar-coated for tourists.

Very good excursion, to be done, I would say, with a passionate guide like we had. Well organized except at lunchtime when we had less than 10 minutes to eat, we should allow at least 15-20 minutes

Top experience. We are French and did the tour in English, the guide was great. Patient, clear and full of anecdotes, she was captivating and lived what she was telling. 1h30 in the first camp and 1 hour in the second (very easy visit for such a large camp). We had the time we needed to take our photos even if we shouldn't hang around. The organization was top notch, information and clear directions. Boarding the shuttles quickly, good driver. 100% recommended, go for it, the value for money is great.

Great driver, great guide, good communication...everything perfect!

Our guide at Auschwitz was speaking poor english and moved too fast. Transportation service was good.

Amazing day, made very easy with the simple instructions on where to meet our transfer to arriving at the destination where we met our amazing informative guide. Definitely worth a visit!

A little confusion over shuttle buses, but it worked out well. Our tour guide was excellent. She really knew her stuff and made the whole experience very exciting.

The guides were absolutely fantastic, communication was second to none from initial booking to completion of the tour. Highly recommended 5 starsю

This tour was really interesting with a perfect guide. I advise everyone to live this experience

Diego, the very good guide. Exhaustive and engaging explanations. Top organization.

Amazing. Our guide was Lucas and just wow! He was fantastic and totally made the trip.

Very impressive. So intense to see what the Nazis did. Everyone should do this tour.

It was incredible. We learned a lot that we had no idea. The guide was amazing and did fantastic. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

The tour was very informative and detailed. I very much appreciated the intentional language used throughout the memorial and camp. The guide was very knowledgable and answered questions well.

Tour was very informative, the guide was very articulate he created a somber atmosphere that allowed us to immerse into the horrific times.

The tour was briliant. The guide also very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information during the tour. So thanks a lot

Everyone should visit Auschwitz-Birkenau at least once in their lifetime. Regarding the tour itself, it was amazing. Our guide was very informative and on time. We were given a few breaks and freedom to roam around at our own pace at times. Please pack some tissues because you will shed a tear even if you think you won’t.

Great. Margherita has been a great guide and the tour was very well organized. I will certainly recommend it.

Even though it’s a really sad place with a lot of emotional load the guide was amazing, giving a lot of information and answering all the questions.

Tour was good. Weather was poor. Lunch was average. Felt quite rushed in places. Guide was hard to see/hear at some points. Would have been better with a smaller group.

I loved it, the tour guide was amazing, I don’t remember his name.

Good tour, very sad history, but very informative tour guide. A long day but well structured, pick up was on time and even if the driver didn’t spoke any English she was very efficient with google translate and made sure we all understood instructions and how the day will go. I do recommend the tour.

Extremely impormative Tour with well spoken English. Pick up and the whole day went very smoothly. Could not have asked or expected for more for the price.

Our Guide was amazing, I don’t remember his name but he was excellent. You could see his passion, would highly recommend him. Eye-opening tour.
