obligatory passage when you come to Krakow, emotionally intense visit, our guide in French was remarkable. the only bad point is the intensity of the day, ultra fast, few breaks. . .you have to have the rhythm

The guide has nothing to do with it, nor the driver who had to wait for customers very very late, so we did not have a visit in French and my 15-year-old granddaughter had a lot of trouble understanding the explanations of the guide who spoke too fast. The driver kindly offered us 2 small books in French but overall we are disappointed with this visit.

Everything was perfect. Transport by private 9-seater vehicle. Confirmation email with departure time received as planned the day before departure. Very competent French-speaking guide for visiting the 2 sites. Return with the same mini bus to the same starting point in Krakow. I recommend !

Punctuality of the driver to pick us up from the hotel; private and very comfortable transportation; the driver stays with us on site while waiting for the guide, everything is very well organized. The French guide is of very high professional quality, her diction is remarkable, very precise in her comments.
