Krakow to Auschwitz-Birkenau Live Guided Tour with Transportation

The bus took us on time , the journey was through nice countryside. In the camp the experience was astonishing, very realistic.

Really clear instructions about pick up and it was all very quick and easy..

Great tour, pick up time communicate in advance and picked up on time. Clean and comfortable bus. Lots of walking and some steps so probably not good for people with reduced mobility. Guide was very informative and spoke very clearly, gave us ample time to see the main parts of both camps.

What a bait and switch. I booked a small tour for up to eight people. What I got was a bus tour with 40+ people. This was done with no notice or change notification. You gave one address for pick up yet the included map on my receipt had a location on the other side of the old town. Imagine my surprise as I waited for a small bus to arrive at the texted address (not the map) when the guide for the big bus came back across the street with my full name and told me I was on the bus. Deeply disappointed in the tour company and your practices. Will never book with you again. Too bad — as the guide Michael was good - just too big a group for what I expected and knew would be an intensive experience for me (hence my opting for booking a small tour).

Excellent and well organised trip to Auschwitz. Picked up on time from our hotel and arrived at Auschwitz after a 90 mins drive. Driver and tour guide were brilliant. A short 5 mins drive to Birkenau after Auschwitz to finish the tour. A very moving tour but one that everyone should experience.

Fantastic timings on pick up and drop off. They've definitely done this before! In regards to the tour I found the auschwitz side a tad rushed ( however I understand why with the amount of people that were in attendance on the site from other tours ) In regards to the tour given by micheal/walker couldn't of had anyone better. The information and knowledge he had was fantastic a few bits I wasn't aware of. birkenau tour was very well explained given the limited structures that still stand. The sheer size of the place is scary which gives you a truer representation of the scale of evil that was underway. I very much appreciated walkers way of trying to keep the tour as original as possible instead of the reconstructed parts of birkenau. Can't say thank you enough for the tour and in depth emotional experience. Most definitely be booking more on my next visit to Poland. Loved krakow will be back as there plenty more to see the architecture is beautiful.

It is a solemn tour that every person should do. Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and spoke clear excellent English. There is plenty of time to take in all the information and we were encouraged to ask questions.
