On the Trail of Gaudi: 2.5-Hour E-Bike Tour
Enjoy a 2.5-hour e-bike tour, seeing Barcelona through the eyes of Antoni Gaudi's architecture.
Before entering the Parc de la Ciutadella, stop by the Arc de Triomf to admire its neo-Mudéjar style and the Italian-inspired fountain, which may have been designed by a young Gaudi.
Then, head to the vibrant Born district, which was once a seaside resort for the aristocracy of medieval times. Pay a visit to Casa Calvet, which was designed by Gaudi and was designated a Place of Cultural Interest in 1969.
The modern district of Grácia is a great place to immerse yourself in the distinctive Catalan Modernism style. Look at extraordinary structures like the Casa Batlló and La Pedrera.
Head through Vila de Grácia, Barcelona's most hip suburb and true commercial and administrative hub. Take note of the 33-meter-tall bell tower, which is topped by the "Marieta" bell.
Enjoy stunning vistas of Casa Vicens, Gaudi's first residence and one of the earliest examples of the Art Nouveau style.
The breathtaking Sagrada Familia, Gaudi's unfinished basilica that has been under construction since 1883, can be reached by traveling along Passeig de Sant Joan.
Admire the spires and facades of what is often referred to as Gaudi's masterpiece and a jewel in Barcelona's architectural crown. At the conclusion of the tour, return to the starting point to drop off your bikes.
