After a warm introduction, you'll roll up your sleeves to make your own pasta from scratch, using classic methods passed down through generations. Under the chef’s expert guidance, you’ll knead, shape, and craft a variety of pasta types, all while picking up useful cooking tips to recreate these dishes at home.

As the pasta simmers, the chef will prepare a delicious homemade sauce to complement your meal. Finally, you’ll sit down to enjoy your hand-made pasta in a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. During your meal, you'll partake in a curated wine tasting featuring a selection of fine Italian wines.
