A Quick Reminder Before the Turkish Bath

If you have any health problems, before booking our Turkish Bath in Belek program, please take into consideration that the temperature inside the hammam may affect you. Therefore, it is best to consult with your doctor first.

Secondly, (you can take this as a general recommendation) it is better to hydrate your body before and after the program.

Our Turkish Bath in Belek Program Will Begin:

When you are ready, we will pick you up from your hotel at the scheduled time and soon arrive at the hammam. After we bring you there, our professional staff will take care of you.
Welcome to an authentic, stylishly designed luxurious and warm hammam — everything begins here and lasts for 2 hours!
Our hammam consists of several parts: a hot air room (sauna), marble rooms, and changing rooms.
All rooms in the hammam have a traditional Turkish design.
Sauna

When our "Turkish Bath in Belek" program begins, we will offer you, for your convenience, a traditional thin woven Turkish bath towel made from natural materials such as cotton, linen, or silk (in Turkish — pestemal). Then you will enter the sauna and can sweat thoroughly.

While in the steam-filled sauna, where the temperature is approximately 40-50 degrees Celsius (104-122°F), your pores will expand, your skin will soften, dead skin particles will easily come off, and your skin will be cleansed.

You can also wash your body with hot or cold water in this room. When the time is up, you will enter a "less warm" room where our professional staff will cleanse you with a special peeling mitten — in Turkish, a kese.

The peeling session will relax your body and rid it of dead skin particles and toxins. Moreover, this type of peeling is very beneficial for improving blood circulation.
